肺经始于寅时，大肠经始于卯时，胃经始于辰时。脾经始于巳时，心经始于午时，小肠经始于未时，膀胱经始于申时，肾经始于酉时，心包经始于戌时，三焦经始于亥时，胆经始于子时，肝经始于丑时，经脉流注以此相通。
