主诸毒风邪气所中，口噤闷绝不识人，身体疼烦，面目暴肿，手足肿方∶
犀角（屑） 羚羊角（屑） 贝子 升麻
上四味，各一两，别捣成末，合和，以水二升半，纳方寸匕，煮取一升，去滓，服五合
。杀药者以意加之，若肿，和鸡子敷上，日三，老小以意增减，神良。
主贼风，腹中绞痛，并飞尸遁注，发作无时，发则抢心，腹胀满，胁下如刀锥刺，并主
少阴伤寒方∶

主八风五尸恶气，游走心胸，流出四肢，来往不住，短气欲死方∶

上九味， 咀，以水七升，煮取二升半，分三服。
主治各种毒风邪气侵袭，导致牙关紧闭、神志昏迷不省人事，身体疼痛烦躁，面目突然肿胀，手足浮肿的方剂：
犀角（锉屑） 羚羊角（锉屑） 贝子 升麻
以上四味药，各取一两，分别捣碎成粉末，混合均匀，用水二升半，放入一方寸匕的药粉，煮取一升药液，滤去药渣，服用五合。
若药物毒性较大，可根据情况适当增加剂量；如果出现肿胀，可将鸡蛋清调和后敷在患处，每日三次，老人和小孩根据具体情况增减用量，效果神奇良好。
主治贼风（来势迅猛的风邪），腹部剧烈绞痛，以及飞尸遁注（一种发作无常、如鬼魅般游走窜动的病证），发病没有固定时间，发作时感觉心脏被撞击挤压，腹部胀满，胁肋下像有刀锥刺扎一样疼痛，同时也主治少阴伤寒的方剂：
栀子（十五枚，掰开） 干地黄 干姜 细辛 当归 青羊脂 吴茱萸 茯苓 芍药 桂心
甘草（炙过，各一两）
以上十一味药，切碎，用水八升，煮取三升药液，滤去药渣，加入羊脂使其融化，分三次温服。
主治恶风（怕风），角弓反张（身体向后弯曲如弓状），飞尸入腹，腹部绞痛导致昏厥，发病有时轻时重、往来交替的特点，筋脉拘急，以及少阴伤寒的方剂：
雄黄（研细） 青羊脂（各一两） 大黄（二两） 吴茱萸（三两） 当归 干姜 芍药 细辛
桂心 干地黄 甘草（炙过，各一两）
以上十一味药，切碎，用水二斗，煮取六升药液，分六次服用；病情重的患者增加药量，用水三斗煮取九升药液，分十次服用。
主治八风五尸恶气（指多种风邪和体内积聚的尸疰之气），邪气在心胸间游走，流注到四肢，来往不停，呼吸短促几乎要死去的方剂：
乌头（炮制，去皮） 芍药 当归 干姜 桂心 细辛 干地黄 吴茱萸 甘草（炙过，各一两）
以上九味药，切碎，用水七升，煮取二升半药液，分三次服用。
Prescribed for various toxic wind-pathogens and evil qi invading the body, causing lockjaw (trismus), coma with loss of consciousness, severe body pain and restlessness, sudden swelling of the face and eyes, and swelling of the hands and feet:
Rhinoceros Horn (crushed) [Rhinocerotis Cornu], Antelope Horn (crushed) [Saigae Tataricae Cornu], Concha Meretricis et Cyclinae [Beizi], Cimicifugae Rhizoma [Shengma].
Take the above four herbs, each one liang, crush them separately into powder, mix them well. Add two sheng and a half of water, put in one fangcunbi (a square-inch measure) of the powder, boil to obtain one sheng of liquid, remove the dregs, and take five he as a dose. If the medicine is toxic, adjust the dosage according to judgment. If swelling occurs, apply a mixture with egg white externally three times a day. For the elderly and children, adjust the dosage according to their condition. This method is miraculous and effective.
Prescribed for thief-wind (sudden and fierce wind-pathogen), severe colicky pain in the abdomen, and feishi dunzhu (a disease characterized by erratic attacks resembling wandering ghosts), which occur at irregular intervals. Upon onset, there is a sensation of heart compression or stabbing, abdominal distension, and stabbing pain in the hypochondrium as if pierced by knives or awls. It also treats Shaoyin cold damage (Shaoyin syndrome due to cold):
Gardenia Fruit (15 fruits, broken open) [Gardeniae Fructus], Dried Rehmannia Root [Rehmanniae Radix Preparata], Dried Ginger [Zingiberis Rhizoma], Asarum Root [Asari Radix et Rhizoma], Angelica Sinensis Root [Angelicae Sinensis Radix], Green Sheep Fat [Ovis Aries Grisei Adeps], Evodia Fruit [Evodiae Fructus], Poria Cocos [Poria], White Peony Root [Paeoniae Radix Alba], Cinnamon Heart [Cinnamomi Ramulus].
Licorice Root (roasted, each one liang) [Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma].
Take the above eleven herbs, cut them into small pieces, add eight sheng of water, boil to obtain three sheng of liquid, remove the dregs, add sheep fat until melted, and take warm in three divided doses.
Prescribed for aversion to wind, opisthotonos (arching back like a bow), feishi entering the abdomen, severe colicky pain leading to fainting, intermittent symptoms, tendon spasm, and Shaoyin cold damage:
Realgar (finely ground) [Realgar], Green Sheep Fat (each one liang) [Ovis Aries Grisei Adeps], Rhubarb Root [Rhei Radix et Rhizoma], Evodia Fruit (three liang) [Evodiae Fructus], Angelica Sinensis Root [Angelicae Sinensis Radix], Dried Ginger [Zingiberis Rhizoma], White Peony Root [Paeoniae Radix Alba], Asarum Root [Asari Radix et Rhizoma], Cinnamon Heart [Cinnamomi Ramulus], Dried Rehmannia Root [Rehmanniae Radix Preparata], Licorice Root (roasted, each one liang) [Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma].
Take the above eleven herbs, cut them into small pieces, add two dou of water, boil to obtain six sheng of liquid, and divide into six doses. For severe cases, increase the medication amount, use three dou of water, boil to obtain nine sheng of liquid, and divide into ten doses.
Prescribed for evil qi from the eight winds and five corpses (accumulated pathogenic factors), wandering through the chest and heart, flowing to the four limbs, moving incessantly, causing shortness of breath and near-death sensations:
Aconite Root (processed, skin removed) [Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata], White Peony Root [Paeoniae Radix Alba], Angelica Sinensis Root [Angelicae Sinensis Radix], Dried Ginger [Zingiberis Rhizoma], Cinnamon Heart [Cinnamomi Ramulus], Asarum Root [Asari Radix et Rhizoma], Dried Rehmannia Root [Rehmanniae Radix Preparata], Evodia Fruit [Evodiae Fructus], Licorice Root (roasted, each one liang) [Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma].
Take the above nine herbs, cut them into small pieces, add seven sheng of water, boil to obtain two sheng and a half of liquid, and divide into three doses.
