方二十七首 论一首
阿魏药主一切尸疰、恶气疗人，有亲近死尸，恶气入腹，终身不愈，遂至死亡，医所不
疗，亦主一切疰神效方∶
阿魏药（三两，碎之如麻子大）
上一味，以馄饨面裹半两，熟煮吞之，日三服之，服满二七日永瘥。忌五辛油面，生冷
酢滑，以酒服之即瘥。
主万病皆用之。
雄黄（二两） 八角附子（二两，炮） 藜芦（二两） 丹砂（二两） 石（二两，
烧） 巴豆
仁（二两，去皮）
上六味，以王相日，童子斋戒，天晴明时合，先捣巴豆三千杵，次纳 石又三千杵，次
纳藜芦又三千杵，次纳雄黄又三千杵，次纳丹砂又三千杵，次纳附子又三千杵，次纳白蜜又
三千杵，讫，更治万杵，佳。无丹砂用真朱四两代之，每纳药即下少蜜，恐药飞扬，盛密器
中封之，勿泻气，安清净处，大人丸如小豆许，服药下病者宿勿食，旦服二丸，不知者，暖
粥饮发之，在膈上者吐，膈下者利，或但噫气而已，即愈。一切万病量之不过一丸二丸，莫
不悉愈。必以王相天晴明日合之，大有神验。若非此日合之，极不中用，徒事苦耳。
主万病方∶
矾石（烧） 皂荚（炙，去皮子） 雄黄（研） 藜芦（熬）
上四味，等分为散，主猝鬼打鬼排鬼刺心腹痛，吐下血便，死不知人，及卧魇啮脚踵不
觉者。诸恶毒瓦斯病，取药如大豆，纳竹管中，吹鼻得嚏，则气通便活，未嚏更吹之，以嚏为
度。
方剂第二十七首，附论述一首。
阿魏药主治各种尸疰（指由接触尸体或感染邪气引起的慢性消耗性疾病）、恶气侵袭人体。若有亲近死尸者，恶气侵入腹中，终身不愈，甚至导致死亡，此为医生难以治疗之症。此方亦主治各种疰病，疗效显著：
阿魏药（三两，捣碎如麻子大小）
以上一味药，用馄饨面包裹半两，煮熟后吞服，每日服用三次，服满两个七日（十四天）即可彻底痊愈。忌食五辛、油面、生冷、醋滑之物，若以酒送服则即刻见效。
此方主治万病皆可用之。
雄黄（二两） 八角附子（二两，炮制） 藜芦（二两） 丹砂（二两） 石钟乳（二两，烧制） 巴豆仁（二两，去皮）
以上六味药，选择在王相日（吉日），由童子斋戒，在天气晴朗明净时配制。先将巴豆捣三千杵，接着加入石钟乳再捣三千杵，然后加入藜芦又捣三千杵，再加入雄黄又捣三千杵，再加入丹砂又捣三千杵，最后加入附子又捣三千杵，再加入白蜜又捣三千杵，完成后，再共同研磨一万杵，效果更佳。若无丹砂，可用真朱四两代替。每加入一种药物时，都要放入少许蜂蜜，以防药粉飞扬。将药装入密封容器中封存，不要漏气，安置在清净之处。成人每次丸药如小豆大小。服药前一日晚上禁食，早晨服用两丸。若未见效，可喝温粥以助药力发散。病位在膈上者通过呕吐排出，病位在膈下者通过腹泻排出，或者仅打嗝即可痊愈。所有万病，计量不超过一两丸，无不治愈。必须选择王相日且天气晴朗时配制，大有神效。若非此日配制，极不中用，徒劳辛苦罢了。
主治万病方：
矾石（烧制） 皂荚（炙烤，去皮去籽） 雄黄（研细） 藜芦（熬制）
以上四味药，等分为散剂。主治突然被鬼邪击打、排挤、刺中心腹疼痛，吐血便血，昏迷不省人事，以及睡眠中梦魇咬脚后跟而不觉醒者。以及各种恶毒瓦斯病。取药如大豆大小，纳入竹管中，吹入鼻孔引起喷嚏，则气息通畅身体复活。若未打喷嚏，继续吹入，以打喷嚏为度。
Formula Twenty-Seven, accompanied by one discourse.
Asafoetida (Asafoetida) is the main treatment for all types of Shizhu (chronic consumptive diseases caused by contact with corpses or infection with pathogenic qi) and evil qi invading the human body. For those who have been close to corpses, if evil qi enters the abdomen, it may remain incurable for life, eventually leading to death; this is a condition difficult for physicians to treat. This formula is also effective for treating various Zhu diseases:
Asafoetida (3 liang, crushed to the size of sesame seeds)
Take the above single ingredient, wrap half a liang in wonton dough, boil thoroughly, and swallow. Take three times daily. After completing two seven-day cycles (fourteen days), the disease will be permanently cured. Avoid five pungent vegetables, oily noodles, raw/cold foods, and sour/slippery foods. If taken with wine, recovery is immediate.
This formula can be used for all diseases.
Realgar (2 liang) Bitter Almond Aconite (2 liang, processed) Veratrum (2 liang) Cinnabar (2 liang) Gypsum (2 liang, calcined) Croton Seed Kernel (2 liang, skin removed)
For the above six ingredients, prepare on an auspicious day (Wangxiang day) by a fasting boy during clear and sunny weather. First, pound Croton seed kernel three thousand times. Then add Gypsum and pound another three thousand times. Next, add Veratrum and pound another three thousand times. Then add Realgar and pound another three thousand times. Next, add Cinnabar and pound another three thousand times. Then add Aconite and pound another three thousand times. Finally, add white honey and pound another three thousand times. Afterward, grind the mixture ten thousand times for optimal results. If Cinnabar is unavailable, substitute with four liang of genuine cinnabar powder. Add a small amount of honey each time an ingredient is added to prevent the medicinal powder from flying up. Store in a sealed container to prevent leakage of qi, and place in a clean and quiet location. For adults, form pills the size of small soybeans. The patient should fast from the previous night before taking the medicine. In the morning, take two pills. If there is no effect, drink warm porridge to promote the dispersion of the drug's action. If the pathology is above the diaphragm, vomiting will occur; if below the diaphragm, diarrhea will occur; or simply belching may indicate recovery. For all diseases, the dosage does not exceed one or two pills, and all will be cured. It is essential to prepare the formula on an auspicious day with clear weather for great efficacy. If prepared on other days, it is extremely ineffective and merely a waste of effort.
Formula for Treating All Diseases:
Alum (calcined) Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit (roasted, skin and seeds removed) Realgar (ground) Veratrum (stir-fried)
Grind the above four ingredients into equal parts to make a powder. This treats sudden attacks by evil spirits causing heart and abdominal pain, vomiting and defecating blood, unconsciousness, sleep paralysis (nightmares) biting the heels without awareness, and various toxic gas diseases. Take an amount of powder the size of a large soybean, insert it into a bamboo tube, and blow it into the nostrils to induce sneezing. Once sneezing occurs, qi flow will resume and the person will revive. If sneezing does not occur, continue blowing until it does. Use sneezing as the endpoint.
