主心虚惊悸、寒热、百病，令人肥健方。
紫石英（十两） 白石英（十两） 白石脂（三十两） 赤石脂（三十两） 干姜（三
十两）
上五味， 咀皆完，用二石英各取一两，石脂等三味各取三两，以水三升合以微火煎，
宿勿食，分为四服，日三夜一服。后午时乃食。日日依前秤取昨日药，乃置新药中共煮，乃
至药尽常然，水数一准十，新药尽讫常添水，去滓，服之满四十日止。忌酒肉。药水皆用大
升秤，取汁亦用大升。服汤讫即行，勿住坐卧。须令药力遍身，百脉中行。若大冷者，春秋
各四十九日。服令疾退尽，极须澄清服之。
论曰∶此汤补虚，除痼冷莫过于此。能用之有如反掌，恐文子者谓是常方轻易而侮之。
若一剂得瘥即止，若服多令人大热，即须服冷药压之，宜审而用之。
方六首
服茯苓方∶
茯苓粉（五斤） 白蜜（三斤） 柏脂（七斤，炼法在后）
上三味，合和丸如梧桐子，服十丸。饥者增数服之，取不饥乃止。服吞一丸，不复服谷
及他果菜也。永至休粮。饮酒不得，但得饮水。即欲求升仙者，常取杏仁五枚 咀，以水煮
之为汤，令沸，去滓，以服药。亦可和丹砂药中令赤服之。又若却欲去药食谷者，取硝石、
葵子等熟治之，以粥服方寸匕，日一。四日内日再服。药去，稍稍食谷葵羹，太良。
又方∶
茯苓（三斤） 白蜡（二斤） 大麻油（三升） 松脂（三斤）
上四味，微火先煎油三沸，纳松脂令烊，次纳蜡，蜡烊纳茯苓，熟搅成丸乃止。服如李
核大一丸，日再。一年延年，千岁不饥。
又方∶
茯苓（二斤） 云母粉（二斤） 天门冬粉（二斤） 羊脂（五斤） 麻油（三斤） 蜜
（五斤） 白
蜡（三斤） 松脂（十斤，白者）
上八味，纳铜器中，微火上煎令相得，下火和令凝紫色乃止。欲绝谷，先作五肉稻粮食
五日，乃少食。三日后丸此药，大如弹丸。日三服，一日九丸，不饥，饥则食此止。却百二
十日复食九丸，却三岁复食九丸，却十二年复食九丸。如此寿无极。可兼食枣脯。饮水无苦
还下药，取硝石一升，葵子一升。以水三升，煮取一升，日三，服八合，亦可一升。药下乃
食一合米粥，日三。三日后，日中三合。
又方∶
茯苓（去皮）
上，以淳酒渍，令淹，密封十日，出之如饵，可食，甚美，服方寸匕，日三，令人肥白，
除百病，不饥渴，延年。
又方∶
茯苓粉（五斤） 白蜜（三升）
上二味，渍铜器中，瓷器亦得。重釜煎之。数数搅不停。候蜜竭，出，以铁臼捣三万杵，
日一服三十丸如梧子，百日病除，二百日可夜书，二年后役使鬼神，久服神仙。
辟谷延年千岁方∶
松脂 天门冬（去心） 茯苓 蜡 蜜（各一升）
上五味，以酒五升，先煎蜜、蜡三沸，纳羊脂三沸，纳茯苓三沸，纳天门冬相和，服三
丸如李子，养色还白，以杏仁一升纳之为良。
主治心气虚弱所致的心惊悸动、寒热往来及多种疾病，使人身体肥壮健壮的方剂。

以上五味药，切碎成完整颗粒状，从二种石英中各取一两，三种石脂类药材各取三两，加入三升水，用微火煎煮。前一晚不要进食，将药液分为四份服用，白天服三次，夜间服一次。中午时再进食。每天按照之前的称量方法，取出昨天的药渣，放入新药共同煎煮，直到药物用完一直如此，加水的数量一律按十倍计算，新药加完后常添水，滤去药渣，服用满四十天为止。忌食酒和肉类。药水均使用大升秤量，取出的药汁也用大升计量。服药后立即行走，不要停留、坐或卧。必须让药力遍布全身，在百脉中运行。如果体质特别寒冷的人，春秋两季各服用四十九天。服药使疾病完全消退，务必澄清后服用。
论述说：此汤剂补益虚损，祛除顽固性冷邪没有比这更好的了。如果能像翻手掌一样容易地使用它，恐怕读书人认为这是普通的方子而轻视它。如果一剂药就能痊愈就停止，如果服用过多导致人体大热，就必须服用寒凉药物来压制，应当审慎使用。
六个方子
服用茯苓的方子：
茯苓粉（五斤） 白蜜（三斤） 柏脂（七斤，炼制方法在后面）
以上三味药，混合调和制成如梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用十丸。饥饿时增加服用次数，直到不感到饥饿才停止。吞服一丸，就不再吃谷物及其他果蔬。长期达到断绝粮食的状态。禁止饮酒，只能喝水。如果想要追求成仙，经常取杏仁五枚切碎，用水煮成汤，煮沸后滤去药渣，用来送服药物。也可以与丹砂类药物混合使其变红后服用。另外如果想停止服药并恢复饮食谷物，取硝石、葵子等熟制处理，用米粥送服一方寸匕的量，每天一次。四天内每天服用两次。药物排出后，逐渐食用谷物和葵菜羹，效果极好。
另一个方子：
茯苓（三斤） 白蜡（二斤） 大麻油（三升） 松脂（三斤）
以上四味药，用微火先煎煮油至沸腾三次，加入松脂使其熔化，接着加入蜡，蜡熔化后加入茯苓，充分搅拌成丸药即可。每次服用如李子核大小的一丸，每天两次。服用一年可延年益寿，千年不饥饿。
又一个方子：
茯苓（二斤） 云母粉（二斤） 天门冬粉（二斤） 羊脂（五斤） 麻油（三斤） 蜜（五斤） 白蜡（三斤） 松脂（十斤，白色的）
以上八味药，放入铜器中，用微火煎煮使其融合，撤去火源调和直至凝固成紫色为止。想要断绝谷食，先制作五种肉食和稻米粮食吃五天，然后少量进食。三天后服用此药，大小如弹丸。每天三次，一天九丸，不饿就不吃，饿了就吃这个来止饥。过一百二十天再服用九丸，过三年再服用九丸，过十二年再服用九丸。这样寿命无穷无尽。可以兼食枣脯。饮水无苦还下药，取硝石一升，葵子一升。用水三升，煮取一升，每天三次，每次服用八合，也可以服用一升。药下之后吃一合米粥，每天三次。三天后，中午服用三合。
又一个方子：
茯苓（去皮）
以上，用纯酒浸泡，令其浸透，密封十天，取出后如同糕点，可以吃，味道很美，每次服用一方寸匕，每天三次，使人身体肥白，去除百病，不饥渴，延年益寿。
以上两味药，浸泡在铜器中，瓷器也可以。双层锅煎煮。频繁搅拌不停。等到蜂蜜熬干，取出，用铁臼捣三万次，每天服用三十丸如梧桐子大小，一百天病除，二百天可以夜间书写，两年后可以役使鬼神，长期服用可成神仙。
辟谷延年千岁方：
松脂 天门冬（去心） 茯苓 蜡 蜜（各一升）
以上五味药，用五升酒，先煎煮蜜、蜡至沸腾三次，加入羊脂至沸腾三次，加入茯苓至沸腾三次，加入天门冬混合均匀，服用三丸如李子大小，保养色泽恢复白皙，以杏仁一升加入其中为好。
Indicated for heart deficiency manifesting as palpitations, alternating chills and fever, and various diseases; a formula to make the body robust and healthy.
Zhi Shiyin (Fluorite, ten taels) Bai Shiyin (White Fluorite, ten taels) Baishi Zhi (Kaolin, thirty taels) Chishi Zhi (Red Kaolin, thirty taels) Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, thirty taels)
The above five herbs are crushed into complete granules. Take one tael each from the two types of fluorite, and three taels each from the three types of kaolin. Add three sheng of water and decoct over mild heat. Do not eat the night before. Divide the decoction into four doses: take three times during the day and once at night. Eat only after noon. Every day, weigh out yesterday's remaining herbs according to the previous method, add new herbs, and decoct together until the herbs are exhausted. The amount of water added should always be ten times the weight of the herbs. After the new herbs are finished, continuously add water. Strain the dregs and drink. Continue this for forty days. Avoid alcohol and meat. Use large sheng measures for weighing both the herbs and the liquid. Walk immediately after taking the decoction; do not sit or lie down. Ensure the medicinal power permeates the whole body and flows through the hundred vessels. For those with severe cold constitution, take for forty-nine days in spring and autumn respectively. Take until the disease is completely resolved; ensure the decoction is clear before consumption.
Commentary: This decoction tonifies deficiency and dispels entrenched cold better than any other. If used easily as if turning a palm, scholars might consider it an ordinary formula and despise it. If cured after one dose, stop. If excessive intake causes great heat, administer cooling herbs to suppress it. Use with caution.
Six Formulas
Formula for Taking Poria:
Fuling Fen (Poria Powder, five jin) Baimi (White Honey, three jin) Bozhi (Cypress Resin, seven jin, refining method follows below)
Mix the above three ingredients and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take ten pills. If hungry, increase the number of doses until hunger ceases. Swallow one pill and abstain from grains, fruits, and vegetables. Achieve permanent grain avoidance. Do not drink alcohol; only water is permitted. To seek immortality, frequently take five apricot kernels, crush them, boil in water to make a decoction, bring to a boil, strain, and use to swallow the medicine. Alternatively, mix with Cinnabar (Zhusha) medicine to turn red and consume. To resume eating grains after stopping the medicine, take prepared Nixiao (Niter) and Kuizi (Abutilon Seeds), administer one cunbi with congee, once daily. Twice daily for four days. After the medicine expels, gradually eat grains and Abelmoschus manihot soup; this is excellent.
Another Formula:
Fuling (Poria, three jin) Bala (White Beeswax, two jin) Dama You (Hemp Oil, three sheng) Songzhi (Pine Resin, three jin)
Decoct the oil over mild heat until it boils three times. Add pine resin until melted. Then add beeswax until melted. Finally add poria. Stir well until pills form. Take one pill the size of a plum pit twice daily. One year of use extends life; one thousand years without hunger.
Another Formula:
Fuling (Poria, two jin) Yunmu Fen (Mica Powder, two jin) Tianmendong Fen (Asparagus Root Powder, two jin) Yangzhi (Mutton Fat, five jin) Mayou (Sesame Oil, three jin) Mi (Honey, five jin) Bala (White Beeswax, three jin) Songzhi (Pine Resin, ten jin, white variety)
Place the above eight ingredients in a copper vessel. Decoct over mild heat until they blend. Remove from heat and stir until it solidifies into a purple color. To cease grain intake, first prepare five kinds of meat and rice foods for five days, then eat sparingly. After three days, take these pills the size of bullet shots. Three times daily, nine pills per day. Do not eat unless hungry; eat these to stop hunger. After 120 days, take nine pills again. After three years, take nine pills again. After twelve years, take nine pills again. Thus, lifespan is limitless. Can consume dried jujubes. For drinking water without bitterness, use the following laxative: Nixiao (Niter, one sheng), Kuizi (Abutilon Seeds, one sheng). Boil in three sheng of water to obtain one sheng. Take three times daily, eight he per dose, or up to one sheng. After taking the medicine, eat one he of rice congee, three times daily. After three days, take three he at noon.
Another Formula:
Fuling (Poria, peeled)
Soak in pure wine until saturated. Seal tightly for ten days. Take out and eat like a cake; it is delicious. Take one cunbi three times daily. Makes the body plump and white, cures various diseases, prevents hunger and thirst, and extends life.
Another Formula:
Fuling Fen (Poria Powder, five jin) Baimi (White Honey, three sheng)
Soak the above two ingredients in a copper vessel; a ceramic vessel is also acceptable. Decoct in a double boiler. Stir frequently without stopping. When the honey is reduced, remove and pound in an iron mortar thirty thousand times. Take thirty pills the size of paulownia seeds once daily. Diseases removed in one hundred days; can write at night in two hundred days; can command spirits and gods after two years; long-term use leads to immortality.
Formula for Ceasing Grain, Extending Life for a Thousand Years:
Songzhi (Pine Resin) Tianmendong (Asparagus Root, dehearted) Fuling (Poria) La (Beeswax) Mi (Honey) (one sheng each)
Boil honey and beeswax in five sheng of wine until boiling three times. Add mutton fat until boiling three times. Add poria until boiling three times. Add Asparagus Root and mix well. Take three pills the size of a plum. Nourishes complexion and restores whiteness. Adding one sheng of apricot kernels is beneficial.
