治月水不通，阴中肿痛。菖蒲汤方∶
菖蒲 当归（各二两） 葱白（切，小一升） 吴茱萸 阿胶（熬，各一两）
上五味， 咀，以水九升，煮取三升，纳胶烊令尽。分为三服。
白玉（二两半） 白术 泽泻（各二两） 肉苁蓉 当归（各五两）
上五味， 咀，先以一斗煮玉五十沸，去玉纳药煎取二升。分三服，每服相去一炊顷。
治妇人伤丈夫，苦头痛欲呕心闷。
桑白皮（半两） 干姜（一累） 桂心（五寸） 大枣（二十枚，擘）
上四味， 咀，以水二大升，煮取八合。分二服。（《千金》云，以酒一斗煮三四沸，
去滓，分温服之适衣，无令汗出。）
治妇人嫁痛单行方∶
大黄（三分）
上一味，切，以好酒一升煮十沸，顿服。
治妇人小户嫁痛连日方∶
芍药（半两） 生姜（切） 甘草（炙，各三分） 桂心（一分）
上四味， 咀，以酒二升煮三沸，去滓。适寒温，分服。
治妇人小户嫁痛单行方∶
牛膝（五两）
上一味，切，以酒三升煮再沸，去滓。分三服。
治妇人小户嫁痛方∶
乌贼鱼骨（二枚）
上一味，烧成屑。以酒服方寸匕，日三服，立瘥。
治妇人妊身，为夫所动欲死。单行竹沥汁方∶
取淡竹断两头节留中节，以火烧中央，以器承两头得汁饮之，立瘥。
【治疗月经闭止，外阴肿痛。菖蒲汤方：】
石菖蒲、当归（各二两）、葱白（切碎，小者一升）、吴茱萸、阿胶（熬制，各一两）。
以上五味药，捣碎，用水九升，煎煮至三升，加入阿胶使其完全溶化。分三次服用。
【第七组方剂】
【治疗妇人因丈夫房事过度，导致玉门疼痛，小便不通。】
白玉（二两半）、白术、泽泻（各二两）、肉苁蓉、当归（各五两）。
以上五味药，捣碎，先用一斗水煮“白玉”五十沸，去掉“白玉”，放入其他药物煎煮取二升。分三次服用，每次服药间隔约一顿饭的时间。
【治疗妇人被丈夫伤害，痛苦头痛欲呕，心中烦闷。】
桑白皮（半两）、干姜（一累）、桂心（五寸）、大枣（二十枚，掰开）。
以上四味药，捣碎，用两大升水，煎煮取八合。分两次服用。（《千金方》记载说，用一斗酒煮三四沸，去渣，温服，注意衣着适宜，不要令其出汗。）
【治疗妇人“小户嫁痛”的单味药方：】
大黄（三分）。
以上一味药，切碎，用好酒一升煮十沸，一次性服用。
【治疗妇人“小户嫁痛”连日不愈的方剂：】
芍药（半两）、生姜（切碎）、甘草（炙，各三分）、桂心（一分）。
以上四味药，捣碎，用酒二升煮三沸，去渣。待温度适宜，分次服用。
【治疗妇人“小户嫁痛”的单味药方：】
牛膝（五两）。
以上一味药，切碎，用酒三升煮至再次沸腾，去渣。分三次服用。
【治疗妇人“小户嫁痛”的方剂：】
乌贼鱼骨（二枚）。
以上一味药，烧成粉末。用酒送服一方寸匕，每日三次，立即痊愈。
【治疗妇人怀孕时，被丈夫扰动而痛苦欲死。单味竹沥汁方：】
取淡竹，截断两头节，保留中间节段，在中间部位用火烧烤，用容器承接从两头流出的汁液饮用，立即痊愈。
[Treating amenorrhea (closure of menstrual flow) and swelling and pain in the external genitalia. Changpu Tang (Acorus Decoction):]
Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii (Shichangpu), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui) [each 2 liang], Bai Cong (White part of Allium fistulosum, chopped, small ones, 1 sheng), Fructus Evodiae (Wuzhuyu), Colla Corii Asini (Ejiao) [roasted, each 1 liang].
The above five herbs are crushed. Boil in 9 sheng of water until reduced to 3 sheng. Add the Ejiao and stir until completely dissolved. Divide into three doses.
[Group of Formulas Seven]
[Treating women whose jade gate (vulva) suffers from pain and difficulty in urination due to excessive sexual intercourse by their husbands.]
Bai Yu (Jade, 2.5 liang), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Baizhu), Alisma Orientale (Zexie) [each 2 liang], Cortex CSPsili (Roucongrong), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui) [each 5 liang].
The above five herbs are crushed. First, boil the Bai Yu in 1 dou of water for fifty boils, then remove the Bai Yu. Add the remaining herbs and decoct to obtain 2 sheng. Divide into three doses; allow an interval of approximately one mealtime between each dose.
[Treating women suffering from severe headache, nausea, and mental distress caused by injury from their husbands.]
Cortex Mori Radicis (Sangbaipi, 0.5 liang), Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens Exsiccatum (Ganjiang, 1 lei), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin, 5 cun), Fructus Jujubae (Dazao, 20 pieces, split).
The above four herbs are crushed. Decoct in two large sheng of water to obtain 8 ge. Divide into two doses. (Note: Qianjin Fang states to decoct with one dou of wine for three or four boils, strain, and take warm. Dress appropriately to avoid sweating.)
[Single-herb formula for treating "Xiaohu Jiatao" (minor marriage pain) in women:]
Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang, 3 fen).
The above single herb is cut. Decoct in one sheng of good wine for ten boils. Take all at once.
[Formula for treating persistent "Xiaohu Jiatao" in women:]
Radix Paeoniae Alba (Shaoyao, 0.5 liang), Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens (Shengjiang, chopped), Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (Zhigancao, roasted, 3 fen each), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin, 1 fen).
The above four herbs are crushed. Decoct in two sheng of wine for three boils. Strain. Take when temperature is suitable, divided into doses.
[Single-herb formula for treating "Xiaohu Jiatao" in women:]
Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Niuxi, 5 liang).
The above single herb is cut. Decoct in three sheng of wine until it boils again. Strain. Divide into three doses.
[Formula for treating "Xiaohu Jiatao" in women:]
Endoconcha Sepiae (Wuzeiyu Gu, 2 pieces).
The above single herb is burned to ash/powder. Take one fangcun bi (a square-inch measure) with wine, three times a day. Recovery will be immediate.
[Single-herb Bamboo Juice Formula for treating pregnant women who suffer severe agony due to disturbance by their husbands:]
Take a segment of Dendrocalamus latiflorus (Dan Zhu), cutting off both ends but retaining the middle node section. Roast the center over fire, and use a vessel to collect the juice dripping from both ends. Drink immediately for recovery.
