鼻痔生于鼻内，形如石榴子，渐大而下垂，令人气不通畅。治用∶
辛夷六分 黄芩 栀子 麦冬 百合 知母 石膏各一钱 升麻三分 甘草五分 枇杷
叶三片
以水二碗，煮取一碗，食后服。外用∶
砂一钱 轻粉 雄黄各三分 龙脑五分
上为细末，用草梗咬毛，蘸点痔上，日五、七次，渐化为水。
麻黄 麻黄根各二两
以头生酒五壶，重汤煮三炷香，露一夜。早晚各饮三五杯，至三、五日出脓成疮，十余
日脓尽，脓尽则红色退，先黄后白而愈。
华佗齿科神方
巴豆十枚（去心皮熬研如膏） 大枣二十枚（取肉） 细辛一两
上三味，先将细辛研末，和前二味为丸，以绵裹着所痛处咬之。如有涕唾吐却，勿咽入
喉中，日三，瘥。
附子一分 胡椒 荜茇各二分
上捣末，着齿疼上。又以散用蜡和为丸，置齿疼孔上，瘥止。
芎 细辛 防风 矾石（烧令汁尽） 附子（炮） 藜芦 莽草
上七味各等分为末，以绵裹弹丸大，酒渍，熨所患处含之，勿咽汁。又将木鳖子去壳，
研细入荜茇同研匀，随左右鼻内搐之，每用一豆许，奇效。
雄黄末
以枣膏和为丸，塞牙孔中。以膏少许置齿，烧铁篦烙之，令彻热，以瘥止。

华佗牙科神方
巴豆十枚（去除心皮，炒熟研磨如膏状），大枣二十枚（取肉），细辛一两。
将这三味药，先将细辛研成粉末，与前两味药混合制成丸剂，用棉布包裹后放在疼痛处咬住。如果有鼻涕或唾液吐出，不要咽入喉咙中，每天三次，病愈即止。
附子一分，胡椒、荜茇各二分。
将上述药物捣碎成粉末，敷在牙齿疼痛处。另外也可以用散剂用蜡调和成丸剂，放置在牙齿疼痛的孔洞上，病愈即止。
川芎、细辛、防风、矾石（烧至汁液流尽）、附子（炮制）、藜芦、莽草。
将上述七味药等量研磨成粉末，用棉布包裹如弹丸大小，用酒浸泡，热敷患处并含在口中，不要咽下汁液。另外再将木鳖子去壳，研磨细后与荜茇一同研匀，根据左右鼻孔分别搐鼻使用，每次用量约一粒豆子大小，效果奇特显著。
白芷。
焙干研末，用蜂蜜制成丸剂，以朱砂为衣。每次服用一粒，用荆芥汤送服。
雄黄末。
用枣膏调和成丸剂，塞入牙孔中。取少量药膏置于牙齿上，用烧红的铁篦烙烫，使热力透达，病愈即止。
Bi Zhi (Nasal Polyp) grows inside the nasal cavity, resembling a pomegranate seed. It gradually enlarges and hangs down, causing obstructed breathing. The treatment is as follows:
Xinyi (Magnolia Flower) 6 fen, Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Zhizi (Gardenia Fruit), Maidong (Ophiopogon Tuber), Baihe (Lily Bulb), Zhimu (Anemarrhena Rhizome), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) each 1 qian, Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) 3 fen, Gancao (Licorice Root) 5 fen, Pipaye (Loquat Leaf) 3 pieces.
Add two bowls of water, decoct to obtain one bowl of liquid, and take after meals. For external use:
Sha (Realgar? Note: Context suggests mineral powder, likely Realgar or similar, but literal "Sand" is Sha. In TCM context for nasal polyps, often refers to specific minerals like Zhu Sha or similar, but text says Sha. I will translate as Sha (Mineral Powder)) 1 qian, Qingfen (Calomel) 3 fen, Xionghuang (Realgar) 3 fen, Longnao (Borneol) 5 fen.
Grind the above into fine powder. Use a grass stem with bristles removed, dip it in the powder, and apply to the Bi Zhi. Apply five to seven times daily until it gradually dissolves into fluid.
Mahuang (Ephedra Herb) and Mahuanggen (Ephedra Root) each 2 liang.
Use five hu of first-press wine. Simmer in a double boiler for three incense stick durations, then leave exposed overnight. Drink three to five cups morning and evening. By the third or fifth day, pus will form and sores will appear. After more than ten days, when the pus is exhausted, the redness will fade, turning yellow first and then white, leading to recovery.
Hua Tuo's Divine Formula for Dental Care
Badou (Croton Seed) 10 seeds (remove heart and skin, stir-fry and grind into paste), Dazao (Jujube) 20 seeds (take the flesh), Xixin (Asarum Root) 1 liang.
Take these three ingredients. First, grind Xixin into powder, mix with the other two ingredients to form pills. Wrap in cotton, place at the painful site, and bite on it. If sputum or saliva is produced, spit it out; do not swallow into the throat. Do this three times a day until cured.
Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root) 1 fen, Hujiao (Black Pepper), Bibai (Long Pepper Fruit) each 2 fen.
Pound into powder and apply to the toothache area. Alternatively, mix the powder with wax to form pills, place them on the hole of the painful tooth, and stop when cured.
Xiong (Sichuan Lovage Rhizome), Xixin (Asarum Root), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Fanshi (Alumen, calcined until juice is gone), Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root), Lilu (Veratrum Nigrum), Mangcao (Adonis Herb).
Grind these seven ingredients equally into powder. Wrap in cotton to the size of a bean, soak in wine, apply heat to the affected area, and hold in the mouth without swallowing the juice. Additionally, remove the shell of Muguezi (Momordica Semen), grind finely, mix evenly with Bibai, and insufflate into the left or right nostril as needed. Use about the amount of a single bean per dose; it yields miraculous effects.
Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root).
Roast and grind into powder, make into pills with honey, coat with Zhusha (Cinnabar). Take one pill per dose, washed down with Jingjie (Schizonepeta Decoction).
Sheng Fuzi (Raw Aconite Root).
Grind into powder, mix with saliva, and apply to both sole centers (Yongquan acupoint area). Extremely effective.
Pogu Zhi (Cuscuta Seed) 2 liang, Qingyan (Green Salt) 5 qian.
Stir-fry, grind, and rub against teeth. Miraculous effect.
Xionghuang (Realgar) powder.
Mix with Jujube paste to form pills, insert into the dental cavity. Place a small amount of ointment on the tooth, heat an iron comb until hot, and apply to the tooth until heat penetrates. Stop when cured.
