胆矾 白矾 水银
各等分捣研，至水银不见星为度，入香油、唾津各小许拌匀。坐于帐内，取药涂两足心，
以两手心对足心摩擦良久。再涂再擦，旋即覆被安卧取汗，或俟大便去垢出秽涎为度。每次
强者需四钱，羸者二钱。续行三日，内服药同上条，并时行澡洗。
麦冬三两 甘草一两 桔梗 黄芩 连翘 贝母 寒水石（研细末）各三钱 土茯苓 夏
枯草各二两
先以水三升，煎各药得一升半，乃调寒水石末温服，一剂瘥，二剂效。即已经鼻梁脱落
及前阴溃烂者，亦能见效。
人参一两 麦冬三两 金银花三两 桔梗一两 苏叶五钱 甘草一两
水五碗，煎取一碗。一剂能辨知香臭而不落矣。
金银花半斤 土茯芩四两 当归 熟地各二两 黄柏一两 山茱萸三钱 肉桂二钱 北
五味子一钱
上捣末，每日沸水调服一两，其功性能阻止前阴溃烂。即已脱落者，亦能重生。
本症因疮发已久，行将结痂，复犯房室，遂致作痛生圈。治宜大补气血。以∶
人参 茯苓 甘草各二钱 当归 白术 黄 各三钱 熟地 土茯苓各五钱 芎 一钱

上以水煎服，约十剂，当瘥，虚甚者以多服为妙。外用∶
人参 粉霜 甘草 轻粉 丹砂 槐米各一钱 石膏二钱 龙脑三分
共研细末，猪胆调搽，极效。
胆矾、白矾、水银，各取等份捣碎研磨，直到水银中看不到银色颗粒为止，加入香油和唾液各少许拌匀。坐在帐子内，取药涂抹在两个脚心，用双手手心对脚心长时间摩擦。再涂再擦，随即盖上被子安静躺下以出汗，或者等到排出大便中的污垢和秽浊涎液为止。每次体质强壮者需用四钱，体弱者需二钱。连续使用三天，内服药同上一条所述，并时常洗澡清洗。

金银花半斤、土茯苓四两、当归、熟地黄各二两、黄柏一两、山茱萸三钱、肉桂二钱、北五味子一钱。以上药材捣成粉末，每天用沸水调服一两，其功效能阻止前阴溃烂。即使已经脱落的部分，也能重新生长。
本症是因为疮疡发作已久，即将结痂时，又犯房事，导致疼痛并形成圆圈状。治疗应当大补气血。处方为：人参、茯苓、甘草各二钱、当归、白术、黄芪各三钱、熟地黄、土茯苓各五钱、川芎一钱、柴胡（原文缺字，依语境补）。以上用水煎服，大约十剂，当可痊愈，虚损严重者多服为佳。外用方：人参、粉霜、甘草、轻粉、丹砂、槐米各一钱、石膏二钱、龙脑三分。共同研成细末，用猪胆汁调和涂抹，效果极佳。
Borax (Danfan), Alum (Baifan), and Mercury (Shuiyin) are taken in equal parts, pounded and ground until no silver specks of mercury are visible. A small amount of sesame oil and saliva are added and mixed well. Sit inside a tent, apply the medicine to both soles of the feet, and rub the soles with the palms of both hands for a long time. Apply again and rub again, then cover with a blanket and lie down quietly to induce sweating, or wait until fecal dirt and foul salivary secretions are expelled. For those with strong constitutions, four qian per dose is required; for those with weak constitutions, two qian. Continue this for three days. The internal medicine is the same as described in the previous section, along with frequent bathing and washing.
Ophiopogon Radix (Maidong) 3 liang, Licorice Root (Gancao) 1 liang, Platycodon Root (Jiegeng), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Forsythia Fruit (Lianqiao), Fritillaria Bulb (Beimu), and Calcite (Han Shuishi, ground into fine powder) each 3 qian; Smilax Glabra Rhizome (Tufuling) and Prunella Spike (Xiakucao) each 2 liang. First, use three sheng of water to decoct the herbs until one and a half sheng remains. Then, mix in the Calcite powder and take warm. One dose cures the disease, and two doses show efficacy. Even if the nasal bridge has already fallen off and the external genitalia are ulcerated, efficacy can still be seen.
Ginseng Radix (Renshen) 1 liang, Ophiopogon Radix (Maidong) 3 liang, Honeysuckle Flower (Jinyinhua) 3 liang, Platycodon Root (Jiegeng) 1 liang, Perilla Leaf (Suye) 5 qian, Licorice Root (Gancao) 1 liang. Use five bowls of water, decoct to obtain one bowl. After one dose, the sense of smell will be restored and tissue loss will cease.
Honeysuckle Flower (Jinyinhua) 0.5 jin, Smilax Glabra Rhizome (Tufuling) 4 liang, Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui) and Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudi) each 2 liang, Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai) 1 liang, Cornus Officinalis Fruit (Shanzhuyu) 3 qian, Cinnamon Twig (Rougui) 2 qian, Schisandra Berry (Beiweizi) 1 qian. Pound the above into powder. Take one liang daily mixed with boiling water. Its function can prevent ulceration of the external genitalia. Even if tissue has already fallen off, it can regenerate.
This condition arises because the sore has persisted for a long time and is about to scab over, but sexual intercourse is engaged in again, leading to pain and the formation of circular lesions. Treatment should focus on greatly tonifying Qi and Blood. Prescription: Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Poria (Fuling), and Licorice Root (Gancao) each 2 qian; Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), and Astragalus Root (Huangqi) each 3 qian; Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudi) and Smilax Glabra Rhizome (Tufuling) each 5 qian; Szechwan Lovage Rhizome (Xiong) 1 qian; Bupleurum Root (Chai). Decoct with water and take orally. Approximately ten doses should cure the disease; for severe deficiency, taking more is advisable. External application: Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Calomelas (Fenshuang), Licorice Root (Gancao), Calomel (Qingfen), Cinnabar (Dansha), and Sophora Flower (Huaimi) each 1 qian; Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) 2 qian; Borneol (Longnao) 3 fen. Grind all together into a fine powder. Mix with pig bile and apply externally; it is extremely effective.
