白花蛇（一两半，酒浸一宿，炙令香，去皮骨秤） 新罗白附子 白僵蚕（微炒） 白
蒺藜（微炒，去刺各一两
上四味同杵为末，早晚空心，温酒下二钱。
治肾脏风，攻疰生疮，兼疗恶疮。
甘草 黄连 密陀僧（各一分） 槟榔（一斤，泡） 木香
上五味同杵为末，先以温盐浆水洗过疮，挹干，以唾调贴之，止痛生肌。
治皂角及恶水入疮口内，热痛不止。
皂角子不计多少，烧灰存性，用一二分
上先研皂角子绝细，续入砂糖，和匀如膏，贴于疮，立效。
治肠风痔疾。

KT（以盛尽药为度，
上等分杵罗为末，入 KT 中，盛以砂盒，或瓦罐子内，盐泥都封涂之，火 通赤，

荆芥子 白芜荑（二味，与前等分） 木香（减半）
上同前药，杵罗为末，空心茶酒调下一钱，日三服，别无忌。
黄柏 黄连 黄丹 腻粉 白矾
上为末，各用三钱，都一处和令匀，患者先煎葱汤洗，后用药末一钱涂之，久患不过三
度，理之大有效，杨 家藏方∶无腻粉，名三黄散。
治风毒痔疮。
乳香 猪牙皂角 穿山甲（各二两） 蛇蜕（一条，头尾全者） 箬叶（四两，去两头
粗硬尖者）
上都入在砂罐子内，盖口，用盐泥固济，晒干，用十斤炭火 ，候碧焰子出，去火，放
冷，取出细研，每服二钱，用胡桃肉一个，细研，以酒半盏入药，同调，空心服，五服后见
效。

以上四味药一同捣碎研成细末，早晚空腹时，用温酒送服二钱。
治疗肾脏风邪，侵袭注连并生疮，兼治恶疮。

以上五味药一同捣碎研成细末，先用温盐水浆清洗患处，擦干后，用唾液调和药粉贴敷于患处，以止痛生肌。
治疗皂角及恶水进入疮口内，导致热痛不止。
皂角子不限数量，烧成灰但保留药性，取一二分使用
先将皂角子研磨得极细，随后加入砂糖，混合均匀如膏状，贴敷于疮口，立即见效。
治疗肠风痔疾。

治疗风毒痔疮。

以上全部放入砂罐子内，盖住口，用盐泥密封加固，晒干，用十斤炭火，等到出现碧焰子，去掉火，放冷，取出细研，每次服用二钱，用一个胡桃肉，细研，用半盏酒加入药中，一起调匀，空腹服用，五服后见效。
Treats kidney wind-toxin invasion and fixation, sores on the limbs, head, and face, and generalized pruritus.
Baihua She (Half a tael, soaked in wine overnight, roasted until fragrant, skin and bones removed before weighing) Xinluo Baifuzi Baijiangcan (lightly stir-fried) Bajieli (lightly stir-fried, thorns removed, each one tael)
The above four herbs are ground together into fine powder. Take two qian with warm wine on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.
Treats kidney wind, invasion and fixation causing sores, and also treats malignant sores.
Gancao Huanglian Miduoseng (each one fen) Binglang (one jin, soaked) Muxiang
The above five herbs are ground together into fine powder. First wash the sore with warm salt water, pat dry, then apply the powder mixed with saliva to the affected area to relieve pain and promote tissue regeneration.
Treats soap pod and noxious fluid entering the wound, causing unceasing heat and pain.
Zaojiaozi (quantity as needed), burned to ash but retaining its medicinal property, use one or two fen
First grind Zaojiaozi extremely finely, then add white sugar, mix evenly into a paste, and apply to the sore for immediate effect.
Treats intestinal wind and hemorrhoids.
Qianghuo (remove rhizome) Huangqin Manjingzi Gouji fire-brushed (remove hair) Zhike (bran-fried, remove pith) Binglang
KT (fill completely with medicine, equal parts ground and sifted into powder, put into KT, store in a clay box or earthenware jar, seal with salt mud, fire until red hot, wait for cooling)
Jingjiezi Baiwuyi (these two herbs, equal parts to the previous ones) Muxiang (half dose)
Mix with the previous medicines, grind and sift into powder. Take one qian mixed with tea and wine on an empty stomach, three times a day, with no other contraindications.
Huangbai Huanglian Huandan Nifen Baifan
Grind all into powder, take three qian of each, mix thoroughly in one place. The patient should first wash with scallion decoction, then apply one qian of the powder. For chronic cases, no more than three applications are needed; it is highly effective according to Li Da. Yang Family Prescriptions: without Nifen, named Sanhuang San.
Treats wind-toxic hemorrhoids.
Ruxiang Zhuya Zaojiao Chanshanjia (each two liang) Shetui (one strip, complete head and tail) Ruoye (four liang, remove coarse hard tips from both ends)
Place all ingredients in a clay pot, cover the mouth, seal firmly with salt mud, dry in the sun, use ten jin of charcoal fire, wait for green flames to appear, remove fire, let cool, take out and grind finely. Take two qian per dose, crush one walnut meat finely, add half a cup of wine to the medicine, mix well, and take on an empty stomach. Effect will be seen after five doses.
