答：成人毒邪滞留形成漏症，小儿毒邪滞留形成软疖，这是逼迫毒邪外出的方法而已。

Immediately massage the breast manually, then apply powder of Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum (Tiannanxing), mixed with water for topical application. If there is no improvement, add Semen Momordicae (Mubiezi), mixed with vinegar for external application, followed by oral administration of Decoction of Trichosanthes Root (Gualou San).

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take one qian per dose, mixed with warm wine for oral administration. If there is milk stasis, immediately take a piece of paper five cun wide, ignite about three cun of it, and place it in a bottle. When the flame is about to go out but not yet extinguished, quickly cover the breast with the mouth of the bottle and hold it firmly in place with your hand. The milk will be sucked into the bottle. When you hear a hissing sound indicating milk is in the bottle, remove the bottle immediately and wash the affected area with medicine. If there was originally no milk stasis, treat according to the methods for carbuncle (Yong). Wei Yilin's *Defang Fang* states that for heat syndromes, add a small amount of powder of Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao).

For patients taking mineral drugs, use rock sugar as a binder to form pills, remove Sepiae Endoconcha, add half liang of Natrii Sulfas (Puxiao), and administer five pills at once with well water to induce purgation.
