当归 地蜈蚣 赤芍药 甘草（各一两）
上为细末，每服二钱，温酒调下。
洗疮肿烂处，化恶血脓汁，活血调荣卫。
黄芩（二两） 秦皮（真者） 莽草 细辛 白芷 川芎 黄连（各半两） 羌活（一两半）
上为粗末，每用一两半，以猪蹄煮熟，去蹄入前药，煎数沸，通手以绵惹洗癌疮，直至
药冷为度。洗后使麝香膏贴。春冬一日一洗，夏秋一日两洗。
破与未破宜先洗，以此药消逐恶肉脓水。
秦皮（三两） 莽草（二两） 细辛 苦参（各一两半） 黄芩 当归（各一两）
上为粗末，每洗时用猪蹄汤和药一两同煎二十沸，去滓。通手以绵惹洗，以五枝煎贴之
洗疽疮化毒，散脓汁，生肌肉，止疼痛。
川芎 大黄 黄芩 何首乌（各五钱） 当归 黄连 香白芷（各三钱半）
上为细末捣烂，每用猪蹄汤煎药数沸，去滓。以绵惹洗之，药冷止。
猪蹄（一只，治如食法） 黄 （三两） 黄连（三钱） 芍药（三两） 黄芩（二两） 野狼牙根
（二两） 蔷薇根（二两）
上以水三斗煮猪蹄令熟，澄取二斗六升，或一斗六升下诸药，煎取一斗去滓，分三服洗
槐白皮（一两） 桑白皮 紫藤香（即降真香） 防风（各半两）
上 咀，水三升，煎至升半，代猪蹄汤洗。
雄黄（好者一两） 雌黄（一两） 蚌粉（三两）
上为细末，用阔口瓶入米醋一升，不蛀皂角一挺，药末五钱，同煎至沸，以气熏疮，冷
欲尽，再烧半挺炭投醋中，取气熏之，直至炭淬醋尽为度，日一用。
当归、地蜈蚣、赤芍药、甘草（各一两）。
将上述药材研成细末，每次服用二钱，用温酒调服。
用于清洗疮肿溃烂处，化解恶血和脓汁，活血并调和营卫。

将上述药材捣成粗末，每次取一两半，用猪蹄煮熟后，去掉猪蹄加入前面的药物，煎煮数沸，待温度适宜时，用棉絮蘸药液清洗癌疮，直到药液变冷为止。清洗后使用麝香膏贴敷。春冬季每天清洗一次，夏秋季每天清洗两次。
对于已破溃或未破溃的疮疡，应先进行清洗，以此药消除坏死的肌肉和脓水。
秦皮（三两）、莽草（二两）、细辛、苦参（各一两半）、黄芩、当归（各一两）。
将上述药材捣成粗末，每次清洗时用猪蹄汤与一两药同煎二十沸，去渣。待温度适宜时，用棉絮蘸药液清洗，并用五枝煎剂贴敷。
用于清洗疽疮以化解毒素，消散脓汁，促进肌肉生长，止痛。
川芎、大黄、黄芩、何首乌（各五钱）、当归、黄连、香白芷（各三钱半）。
将上述药材研成细末并捣烂，每次用猪蹄汤煎煮药物数沸，去渣。用棉絮蘸药液清洗，药液变冷即止。
猪蹄（一只，按食用方法处理）、黄芪（三两）、黄连（三钱）、芍药（三两）、黄芩（二两）、野狼牙根（二两）、蔷薇根（二两）。
用水三斗煮猪蹄至熟，澄清取得二斗六升或一斗六升药液，加入各种药物，煎取一斗去渣，分三次清洗。
槐白皮（一两）、桑白皮、紫藤香（即降真香）、防风（各半两）。
将上述药材切碎，用水三升，煎至半升，代替猪蹄汤清洗。
雄黄（优质者一两）、雌黄（一两）、蚌粉（三两）。
将上述药材研成细末，放入宽口瓶中，加入米醋一升、不蛀皂角一根、药末五钱，同煎至沸腾，用蒸汽熏蒸疮口，待热气将尽时，再投入半挺炭到醋中，取其蒸汽熏蒸，直到炭淬醋干为止，每天使用一次。
Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Centipara (Diwugong), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishaoyao), Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (Gancao) (each 1 liang).
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with warm wine for oral administration.
Used to wash swollen and ulcerated sores, resolve malignant blood and pus, invigorate blood, and harmonize Ying and Wei (Defensive and Nutritive Qi).
Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Cortex Fraxini (Qinpi, authentic), Herba Moslae (Mangcao), Radix Asari (Xixin), Rhizoma Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi), Radix Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian) (each 0.5 liang), Radix Notopterygii (Qianghuo) (1.5 liang).
Grind the above herbs into a coarse powder. Use 1.5 liang each time. Boil pig's trotter until cooked, remove the trotter, add the aforementioned herbs, and boil for a few times. Wash the cancerous sores with cotton soaked in the decoction while it is lukewarm, until the medicine cools down. Apply Shexiang Gao (Musk Plaster) after washing. Wash once daily in spring and winter, twice daily in summer and autumn.
For sores that are either ruptured or unruptured, wash first to eliminate necrotic flesh and pus using this medicine.
Cortex Fraxini (Qinpi) (3 liang), Herba Moslae (Mangcao) (2 liang), Radix Asari (Xixin), Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen) (each 1.5 liang), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui) (each 1 liang).
Grind the above herbs into a coarse powder. Each time for washing, decoct 1 liang of the medicine with pig's trotter soup for twenty boils, then filter. Wash with cotton soaked in the liquid while lukewarm, and apply Wuzhi Jian (Five-Branch Decoction) as a compress.
Used to wash carbuncles to detoxify, dissipate pus, regenerate muscle tissue, and relieve pain.
Radix Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Radix Rheomi (Dahuang), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Radix Polygoni Multiflori (Heshouwu) (each 5 qian), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), Rhizoma Angelicae Dahuricae Fragrans (Xiang Baizhi) (each 3.5 qian).
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder and mash them. Each time, decoct the medicine in pig's trotter soup for a few boils, then filter. Wash with cotton soaked in the liquid; stop when the medicine cools down.
Pig's Trotter (one piece, prepared as food), Radix Astragali (Huangqi) (3 liang), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian) (3 qian), Radix Paeoniae Alba (Shaoyao) (3 liang), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin) (2 liang), Radix Wolfbark Root (Yelangya Gen) (2 liang), Radix Rosae Rugosae (Qiangweigen) (2 liang).
Boil the pig's trotter in three dou of water until cooked. Clarify and obtain two dou six sheng or one dou six sheng of the broth. Add all the herbs, decoct to obtain one dou, filter, and divide into three portions for washing.
Cortex Sophorae Immaturae (Huai Baipi), Cortex Mori Albas Radicis (Sangbaipi), Resina Aquilariae (Zitengxiang, i.e., Jiangzhenxiang), Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng) (each 0.5 liang).
Cut the above herbs into small pieces. Decoct in three sheng of water until reduced to half a sheng. Use this decoction instead of pig's trotter soup for washing.
Realgar (Lion Huang, good quality, 1 liang), Orpiment (Ci Huang) (1 liang), Concha Margaritifera (Bangfen) (3 liang).
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. Place them in a wide-mouthed bottle with one sheng of rice vinegar, one non-boring soap pod, and five qian of the herb powder. Decoct together until boiling. Fumigate the sore with the vapor. When the heat subsides, add half a charcoal stick to the vinegar and fumigate again, continuing until the charcoal is quenched and the vinegar is dry. Use once daily.
