日晡尤甚。牙疳臭恶。宣露出血。四肢困倦。饮食减少。病甚危笃。召太医刘仲安先生治之。约百
日可愈。先与沉香海金砂
丸一服。（方在湿证门中）下秽物两三行。次日。合塌气丸服之。十日。复以沉香海金砂丸再利
之。又令服塌气丸。如此互换。服至月余。其癖减半。未及百日良愈。近年多有此疾。服此愈之者
多。录之以救将来之病者也。
【塌气丸】治中满下虚。单腹胀满虚损者。
陈皮 萝卜子（炒。各半两） 木香 胡椒（各三钱）
草豆蔻（去皮） 青皮（各三钱） 蝎梢（去毒。二钱半）
上为末。糊丸如桐子大。每服三十丸。米饮下。食后。日三服。白粥百日。重者一年。小儿丸
如麻子大。桑白皮汤下十丸。日三服。大人丸如桐子大。每服四十丸。如阴囊洪肿冰冷。用沧盐、
干姜、白面为末。各三钱。水和膏子摊纸上。涂阴囊上。
【丹砂丸】治小儿五疳八痢。
麝香（一钱。研） 朱砂（研） 青黛（各二分） 丁香（半钱）
肉豆蔻（一枚） 没石子（一个）
上用干大虾蟆一个。去头足。酥炙黄。同为末。糊丸绿豆大。每服三十丸。米饮下。空心服。
【神效豆蔻丸】治小儿脾疳瘦弱。或泄利无度。
神曲（炒） 麦 （炒。各半两） 肉豆蔻（面裹煨。三两） 黄连（半两）
芦荟（二钱。半研） 使君子（十个。去皮）
上为末。 猪胆汁丸如黍米大或桐子大。每服二三十丸。米饮送下。空心食前。
【芦荟丸】治小儿脾疳瘦弱。面色痿黄。
芦荟 蟾酥 麝香 朱砂 黄连
槟榔 鹤虱 使君子 肉豆蔻（各等分）
上为末。糊丸如绿豆大。每服三十丸。温水送下。空心食前。
【肥儿丸】治小儿蒸热。腹胁胀满。面色痿黄。饮食迟化。大小便不调。
麦 (炒） 川黄连 大芜荑 神曲（炒）
胡黄连（各半两）
上为末。 猪胆汁丸如麻子大。米饮送下三十丸。食前。乳母忌酒面生冷。
【橘连丸】治疳瘦。久服消食和气。长肌肉。（钱氏方）
陈皮（一两） 黄连（一两半。去须净。米泔浸一宿）
上为末。另研麝香半钱。和匀。用猪胆七个。分药入胆内。浆水煮。候临热时以针微札破。以
熟为度。取去。粟米丸如绿豆大。每服十丸。米饮下。量大小加减之。
黄帝疗小儿疳瘦脱肛。体瘦渴饮。形容瘦瘁。诸方不瘥者。尾翠骨上三寸陷中。灸三壮。炷如小麦
大。岐伯云。兼三伏内用柳水浴孩儿。正午时灸之。当自灸之后。用帛子拭。见有疳虫随汗出。此
法神效。不可具述。章门二穴。治小儿身羸瘦。贲豚腹胀。四肢懈惰。肩背不举。根据前禹讲师灸癖
处取之。
真定总管董公的长孙，十一岁时，患癖积病。左胁下肿块坚硬如倒扣的手掌，腹部胀大且青筋暴露，伴有发热、肌肤灼热、咳嗽、自汗等症状，且在傍晚时分（日晡）症状尤为严重。牙龈腐烂发臭，牙齿松动出血，四肢困倦乏力，饮食减少，病情非常危重。于是召请太医刘仲安先生诊治。刘医生预言大约一百天可以痊愈。
首先给予沉香海金砂丸服用一次。（该方剂记载在湿证章节中）服药后排出秽物两三次。第二天，服用塌气丸。十日后，再次服用沉香海金砂丸以通利大便。又令其服用塌气丸。如此交替服药，持续一个多月，癖积减半，不到一百天便完全康复。近年来患有此病的人很多，服用此法治愈者众多，记录在此以救治未来的病患。
【塌气丸】治疗中焦痞满、下焦虚损导致的单腹胀满及虚损病症。
陈皮、萝卜子（炒制，各半两）、木香、胡椒（各三钱）、草豆蔻（去皮）、青皮（各三钱）、蝎梢（去毒，二钱半）。
以上药材研为细末，用面糊制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用三十丸，米汤送服，饭后服用，每日三次。需连续喝白粥百日，重症者一年。小儿丸药做成麻子大小，桑白皮汤送服十丸，每日三次。成人丸药如梧桐子大，每次服用四十丸。如果阴囊肿大冰冷，可用沧盐、干姜、白面研为细末，各三钱，用水调和成膏状摊在纸上，涂抹于阴囊上。
【丹砂丸】治疗小儿五疳八痢。
麝香（一钱，研碎）、朱砂（研碎）、青黛（各二分）、丁香（半钱）、肉豆蔻（一枚）、没石子（一个）。
以上药材配合一只干的大蛤蟆，去掉头脚，用酥油炙烤至黄色，共同研为细末，用面糊制成绿豆大小的丸药。每次服用三十丸，米汤送服，空腹服用。
【神效豆蔻丸】治疗小儿脾疳导致的身体瘦弱，或腹泻无度。
神曲（炒制）、麦芽（炒制，各半两）、肉豆蔻（面粉包裹煨熟，三两）、黄连（半两）、芦荟（二钱半，研碎）、使君子（十个，去皮）。
以上药材研为细末，用猪胆汁制成黍米大小或梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用二三十丸，米汤送下，空腹或饭前服用。
【芦荟丸】治疗小儿脾疳导致的身体瘦弱，面色萎黄。
芦荟、蟾酥、麝香、朱砂、黄连、槟榔、鹤虱、使君子、肉豆蔻（各等分）。
以上药材研为细末，用面糊制成绿豆大小的丸药。每次服用三十丸，温水送下，空腹或饭前服用。
【肥儿丸】治疗小儿蒸热（潮热），腹胁胀满，面色萎黄，饮食消化迟缓，大小便不调。
麦芽（炒制）、川黄连、大芜荑、神曲（炒制）、胡黄连（各半两）。
以上药材研为细末，用猪胆汁制成麻子大小的丸药。米汤送下三十丸，饭前服用。乳母忌食酒、面食及生冷食物。
【橘连丸】治疗疳瘦，长期服用可消食和气，促进肌肉生长。（出自钱乙《小儿药证直诀》）
陈皮（一两）、黄连（一两半，去须洗净，米泔水浸泡一夜）。
以上药材研为细末，另外将半钱麝香研匀混合。用七个猪胆，将药粉装入胆内，用浆水煮，待快要沸腾时用针微微扎破，煮至熟透为止。取出药物，制成粟米大小的丸药，如绿豆大。每次服用十丸，米汤送下，根据患儿年龄大小加减剂量。
黄帝治疗小儿疳瘦脱肛，身体消瘦口渴，形容憔悴，各种方药无效的情况：灸尾翠骨上三寸凹陷处，灸三壮，艾炷如小麦大。岐伯说，兼在三伏天用柳树水给小孩洗澡，正午时施灸。应当是在自灸之后，用帛巾擦拭，可见有疳虫随汗水排出。此法神效，不可详尽描述。章门穴，治疗小儿身体羸瘦，贲豚腹胀，四肢懈怠懒惰，肩背不能抬起。依据前面禹讲师的方法，在灸治癖积的部位取穴进行艾灸。
Zhen Ding Governor Dong's eldest grandson, aged eleven, suffered from Pi Ji (accumulation of masses). There was a hard mass under the left hypochondrium as hard as an inverted hand, abdominal distension with prominent subcutaneous veins, fever, heat in the muscles, cough, and spontaneous sweating. These symptoms were particularly severe at dusk (Ri Bu). The gums were gangrenous and foul-smelling, teeth were loose and bleeding. The limbs were fatigued, food intake decreased, and the condition was critical. The Imperial Physician Mr. Liu Zhong'an was summoned for treatment. He predicted recovery in approximately one hundred days.
First, one dose of Chenxiang Haijinsha Wan (Agarwood and Calcitriol Pill) was administered. (The formula is recorded in the chapter on Dampness patterns.) This resulted in the discharge of fecal matter two or three times. The next day, Taqi Wan (Collapse Qi Pill) was taken. After ten days, Chenxiang Haijinsha Wan was administered again to promote purgation. Taqi Wan was then given again. They alternated these medications for over a month, reducing the Pi Ji by half. Full recovery was achieved in less than one hundred days. Many people have contracted this disease in recent years, and many have been cured by this method. It is recorded here to save future patients.
[Taqi Wan] Treats middle jiao fullness, lower jiao deficiency, single-sided abdominal distension, and wasting conditions.
Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), Luobozi (Radish Seed, stir-fried), each 0.5 liang; Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Hujiao (Pepper), Qinqi (Green Tangerine Peel), each 3 qian; Caodoukou (Cardamom Seed, peeled); Xieshao (Scorpion Tail, detoxified), 2.5 qian.
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Make pills with paste, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, with rice water, after meals, three times daily. Consume white porridge for one hundred days; for severe cases, one year. For children, make pills sized like hemp seeds. Take 10 pills with Sangbaipi Decoction (Mulberry Bark Decoction), three times daily. For adults, make pills sized like paulownia seeds. Take 40 pills per dose. If the scrotum is swollen, large, and cold, use Cangyan (Marine Salt), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger), and Baifan (Wheat Flour), each 3 qian. Grind into powder, mix with water to form a paste, spread on paper, and apply to the scrotum.
[Dansha Wan] Treats pediatric Wu Gan Ba Li (Five Kindling and Eight Dysentery syndromes).
Shexiang (Musk), 1 qian, ground; Zhusha (Cinnabar), ground; Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), each 2 fen; Dingxiang (Clove), 0.5 qian; Roudoukou (Nutmeg), one piece; Meishizi (Myrobalan Fruit), one piece.
Take one dried large toad, remove head and feet, roast with butter until yellow. Grind all ingredients together into fine powder. Make pills with paste, sized like mung beans. Take 30 pills per dose, with rice water, on an empty stomach.
[Shenxiao Doukou Wan] Treats pediatric Pi Gan (Spleen Kindling) causing emaciation, or uncontrolled diarrhea.
Shenqu (Medicated Leaven, stir-fried), Maiya (Barley Sprout, stir-fried), each 0.5 liang; Roudoukou (Nutmeg, baked in flour), 3 liang; Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), 0.5 liang; Lvhui (Aloe), 2.5 qian, ground; Shijunzi (Quinine Seed), ten pieces, peeled.
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Make pills with pig bile, sized like millet seeds or paulownia seeds. Take 20-30 pills per dose, with rice water, on an empty stomach or before meals.
[Lvhui Wan] Treats pediatric Pi Gan (Spleen Kindling) causing emaciation and sallow complexion.
Lvhui (Aloe), Chansu (Toad Venom), Shexiang (Musk), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Binglang (Areca Seed), Heshi (Nemopanthus Parasite), Shijunzi (Quinine Seed), Roudoukou (Nutmeg), equal parts.
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Make pills with paste, sized like mung beans. Take 30 pills per dose, with warm water, on an empty stomach or before meals.
[Feier Wan] Treats pediatric steaming heat, abdominal and hypochondriac fullness, sallow complexion, slow digestion of food, and irregular bowel movements.
Maiya (Barley Sprout, stir-fried), Chuan Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Da Wuyi (Large Wormseed), Shenqu (Medicated Leaven, stir-fried), Hu Huanglian (Picrorhiza Rhizome), each 0.5 liang.
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Make pills with pig bile, sized like hemp seeds. Take 30 pills with rice water, before meals. Nursing mothers should avoid alcohol, wheat products, and raw/cold foods.
[Julian Wan] Treats Gan Shou (Kindling Emaciation). Long-term use promotes digestion, harmonizes Qi, and builds muscle tissue. (Formula from Qian Yi)
Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), 1 liang; Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), 1.5 liang, remove roots, wash clean, soak overnight in rice washing water.
Grind into fine powder. Separately grind 0.5 qian of Shexiang (Musk) and mix evenly. Use seven pig gallbladders, insert the medicine into them, and boil in starch water. When nearly hot, pierce slightly with a needle. Boil until cooked. Remove the medicine, make pills sized like millet grains or mung beans. Take 10 pills per dose, with rice water. Adjust dosage according to age and size.
Yellow Emperor treats pediatric Gan Shou (Kindling Emaciation) with rectal prolapse, emaciation, thirst, and wasted appearance, where other formulas fail: Moxibustion at the depression 3 cun above the coccygeal tip, 3 moxa cones, cone size like a wheat grain. Qibo stated: Additionally, during the Sanfu (Dog Days) period, bathe the child in willow water. Perform moxibustion at noon. After self-moxibustion, wipe with a silk cloth; Gan insects can be seen excreted with sweat. This method is miraculous and cannot be fully described. Zhangmen (GB25) acupoint treats pediatric emaciation, Ben Tun (steaming gas) abdominal distension, limb flaccidity, and inability to raise shoulders and back. Based on the previous method of Instructor Yu, locate the point based on the area of Pi accumulation and perform moxibustion.
