治妇人无子 用正月雨水，夫妻各饮一杯，还房当即有孕。
又方 用二月丁亥日收桃、杏花，阴干为末。戊子日和井花水，服方寸匕，日三服，大
验。
又方 用二月乙酉日，日中北首卧合阴阳，有子必贵。
治冲任虚损，下焦久冷，月事不调，不成孕育，崩漏带下 用生硫黄六两，禹余粮九两
醋淬，赤石脂 红、附子炮去皮脐、海螵蛸去壳各三两为末，醋糊丸如桐子大。每服三十丸，
空心温酒、醋汤任下。
治诸虚不足，久不妊娠，骨热形羸，崩中带下 用鹿角霜、白术、白茯苓、香白芷、白
薇、山药、白芍药、牡蛎 、乌贼鱼骨等分为末，面糊丸如桐子大。每服五十丸，空心米饮
送下。
治虚寒，胎孕不成或多损坠 用泽兰叶、白术各两半，干姜炮，肉桂去皮各半两，当归、
熟
五十丸，空心温酒下。
又方 用细辛、沉香、木香各五钱，杜仲炒断丝、附子炮去皮脐、防风、川芎、白芨、
干姜、茯苓、豆蔻、桂心为末，炼蜜丸如桐子大。每服三十丸，空心温酒下，日二服，不过
一月有孕。如觉有孕，即停服，无夫妇人不可服。
又方 用秦艽、桂心、杜仲、防风、浓朴各三分，生附子、白茯苓各一两半，白薇、干
姜、沙参、牛膝、半夏各五钱，人参、细辛各一两，并生碾为末，炼蜜丸如绿豆大。每服三
五十丸，空心米饮或酒任下，不过四十九日，即便有妊，既有即停服。
治疗妇人不孕。用正月初一的雨水，让夫妻各喝一杯，行房事当即就能怀孕。

治疗冲任二脉虚损，下焦长期寒冷，月经失调，无法受孕，以及崩漏（非经期大量出血）和带下病。用生硫黄六两，禹余粮九两，用醋淬炼，赤石脂（红色）、炮制过的附子（去皮去脐）、海螵蛸（去壳）各三两，研成粉末，用醋调糊制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用三十丸，空腹时用温酒或醋汤送服均可。
治疗各种虚损不足，长期不能怀孕，骨蒸潮热，身体消瘦，崩漏及带下病。用鹿角霜、白术、白茯苓、香白芷、白薇、山药、白芍药、牡蛎、乌贼鱼骨等分量的药材，研成粉末，用面糊制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用五十丸，空腹时用米汤送服。
治疗虚寒证，胎孕不成或多次流产堕胎。用泽兰叶、白术各一两半，炮制过的干姜、去皮肉桂各半两，当归、熟地黄各一两，研成粉末，炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用五十丸，空腹时用温酒送服。
又一个方子。用细辛、沉香、木香各五钱，炒断丝的杜仲、炮制去皮脐的附子、防风、川芎、白芨、干姜、茯苓、豆蔻、桂心，研成粉末，炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用三十丸，空腹时用温酒送服，每天两次，不超过一个月即可怀孕。如果感觉已经怀孕，立即停药，无夫妇女子不可服用。
又一个方子。用秦艽、桂心、杜仲、防风、厚朴各三分，生附子、白茯苓各一两半，白薇、干姜、沙参、牛膝、半夏各五钱，人参、细辛各一两，全部生碾成粉末，炼蜜制成绿豆大小的丸药。每次服用三五十丸，空腹时用米汤或酒送服均可，不超过四十九天，就会怀孕，一旦怀孕就停止服用。
Treatment for female infertility. Use rainwater collected on the first day of the first lunar month; both husband and wife drink one cup each, and pregnancy will occur immediately after intercourse.
Another prescription. Collect peach blossoms and apricot blossoms on a Dinghai day in the second lunar month, dry them in the shade, and grind into powder. On a Wuzi day, mix with well water (Jinghua Shui). Take an amount equivalent to a Fangcun Bi (a traditional Chinese measuring spoon) per dose, three times daily. This is highly effective.
Yet another prescription. On a Yiyu day in the second lunar month, at noon, lie supine with the head facing north during sexual intercourse. If conception occurs, the child will surely be noble.
Treatment for deficiency and damage of the Chong and Ren meridians, chronic coldness in the lower jiao, irregular menstruation, inability to conceive, metrorrhagia (Chenglong/Benglou), and leukorrhea. Use 6 liang of raw Sulfur (Sheng Liuhuang), 9 liang of Yuanyu Liang, quenched with vinegar; 3 liang each of Red Cinnabar (Hishi Zhi Hong), processed Aconite Root (Fuzi, peeled and de-umbilicated); and 3 liang of Cuttlebone (Haipiaoxiao, shell removed). Grind into powder, make pills with vinegar paste the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, downed with warm wine or vinegar-infused water on an empty stomach.
Treatment for various deficiencies, chronic infertility, bone-steaming fever, emaciation, metrorrhagia, and leukorrhea. Use equal parts of Deer Antler Frost (Lujiao Shuang), Atractylodes Rhizome (Baizhu), Poria (Baifuling), Angelica Dahurica (Xiangbaizhi), Anemone Root (Baiwei), Chinese Yam (Shanyao), White Peony Root (Baishaoyao), Oyster Shell (Muli), and Cuttlebone (Wuzeiyugu). Grind into powder, make pills with wheat flour paste the size of paulownia seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, downed with rice water on an empty stomach.
Treatment for deficiency-cold, failed pregnancies, or recurrent miscarriages. Use 1.5 liang each of Leaf of Agrimony (Zelan Ye) and Atractylodes Rhizome (Baizhu); 0.5 liang each of dried Ginger (Ganjiang, processed) and Cinnamon Twig (Rougui, peeled); and 1 liang each of Dang Gui and Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang). Grind into powder, make pills with refined honey the size of paulownia seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, downed with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Another prescription. Use 5 qian each of Asarum (Xixin), Agarwood (Chenxiang), and Costus Root (Muxiang); processed Eucommia Bark (Duzhong, stir-fried until fibers break); processed Aconite Root (Fuzi, peeled and de-umbilicated); Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng); Ligusticum Wallichii (Chuanxiong); Bletilla Rhizome (Baiji); dried Ginger (Ganjiang); Poria (Fuling); Cardamom (Doukou); and Cinnamon Heart (Guixin). Grind into powder, make pills with refined honey the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, downed with warm wine on an empty stomach, twice daily. Pregnancy should occur within one month. Stop taking the medicine upon feeling pregnant. Women without husbands should not take this.
Another prescription. Use 3 fen each of Gentiana Macrophylla (Qinjiao), Cinnamon Heart (Guixin), Eucommia Bark (Duzhong), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), and Magnolia Bark (N Houpo); 1.5 liang each of raw Aconite Root (Sheng Fuzi) and Poria (Baifuling); 5 qian each of Anemone Root (Baiwei), dried Ginger (Ganjiang), Codonopsis Root (Shashen), Achyranthes Root (Niuxi), Pinellia Tuber (Banxia); and 1 liang each of Ginseng Root (Renshen) and Asarum (Xixin). All ingredients are freshly ground into powder, made into pills with refined honey the size of mung beans. Take 30–50 pills per dose, downed with rice water or wine on an empty stomach. Pregnancy should occur within 49 days. Stop taking the medicine once pregnant.
