治小便出血 用当归四两，酒三升，煮一升，顿服。
又方 用郁金一两为末，葱白一握。水一升，煎二合，去渣，温服，日三服。
又方 用龙骨末二方寸匕，水调温服之，日二服瘥。

又方 用五倍子为末，每十分钟入龙骨末一分，先煎葱、椒飞盐汤洗净，用芭蕉叶剪如
小钱大蒸熟，以药末少许铺匀钱上，以肛门封坐良久粘住，明日如前再贴，五七日可效。仍
多用冬瓜瓤煎汤熏洗，永不发。桑药、薄油纸亦可为钱。
又方 用苦葫芦霜打过、干菜叶共煎汤洗。
又方 用明矾一小块，于锈铁上蘸陈米醋浓磨下，却将槐、柳、桑条，朴硝煎汤温洗，
挹干。敷前磨汁，一夜敷五七次，数夜可愈。忌酒、炙爆辛辣热物。
又方 用蚕故纸每用张半，碗内烧灰存性，为末，酒调服。
又方 用胡荽子研烂，每服三钱，热酒调下。疮以河水洗。
又方 用独蒜一个捣如泥，以软帛包裹，捺入谷道中，坐定觉疼良久愈。须在僻静处治。
治痔漏脱肛 用川椒目二钱，空心水送下。
治痔漏 用艾灸对脐背脊，男三壮，女四壮。

铁锅先以信置锅底，以白矾覆之，次下绿矾，却下硝覆，候成水，投乳、没末，搅匀，晒干
如石，取置地上出火毒一宿，为末，方入麝加片脑少许。以唾调涂疮上四边，一日三次，痔
自焦落。
又方 用枳壳水浸去瓤，每二片用巴豆一粒在内，线缚，于银石器内，米醋高一指，煮
干去豆，焙为末，醋糊丸如桐子大。每服十五丸，空心茶清送下。
又方 用木通、黄芩、黄柏、黑豆煎汤热洗。
又方 用荆芥煎汤频洗。
又方 用枯痔药后恐大便难下，用大黄湿纸裹煨、枳壳去瓤、当归蜜炼等分为末，蜜丸
如桐子大。每服二三十丸，白汤下。
又方 用药后小便赤涩者，用生地黄一钱，黄芩二钱，加滑石、甘草、灯心。水一盏，
煎七分，温服。
又方 用枯痔药后大小便间疼如针刺及痛上肾根，将衣物火上烘之，热熨痛处，三五次
立止。
又方 用甘草煎汤时常沃洗，或痒或痛者，尤宜洗之。

治疗痔疮发作疼痛或瘙痒：用大枣一枚去皮，少许水银在掌心用唾液研磨至极热，敷在大枣上，纳入下部即愈。
治疗五种痔疮下血不止：用杏仁去皮尖、双仁。加水一升研磨过滤取汁，煎减半，投入米中煮粥，放凉后空腹食用。
治疗痔疾：用糯米以骆驼脂制作煎饼，空腹给患者服用，不要让患者知道。
治疗肠痔大便常带血：用葱白三、五斤煮汤，在盆中坐立即可痊愈。

又一方：用獭肝烧为末，每次服用一钱匕。
又一方：用鲤鱼制作[饼/羹]，加姜、[调料]食用均可。忌冷毒物。
又一方：用鲫鱼制作羹汤，任意食用。
治疗痔漏并脱肛：用虎胫骨两节，蜜二两炙至赤色，捣末，蒸饼制成如梧桐子大的丸药。每天清晨用温酒送下二十丸。

治疗痔疮及[疮]：用狸骨炙黄研为末，和麝香、雄黄制成丸药，服用效果很好。也可以用肉制作羹脯食用。

又一方：用羊蹄根叶烂蒸一碗，食用后立即痊愈。
又一方：用蒲黄方寸匕，每日三次服用。
又一方：用木贼、枳壳各二两，干姜一两，大黄一分，四味一起切碎，炒黑研为末。温米饮调二钱匕，饭前服用效果很好。

Another prescription: Use 5 he of juice extracted from fresh Plantaginis Herba (Cheqiancao) by crushing and squeezing, take on an empty stomach. This also treats the five types of strangury (Wulin).
Treatment for urinary bleeding: Use Succinum Fossile (Hupo) ground into powder, take 2 qian each time, mixed with decoction of Centumbrae Herba (Dengxincao) and Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe).
Treatment for rectal bleeding: Use Wuyeteng ground into powder, take 2 qian each time, mixed with wine before meals on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: Use Jinshu Yelangya Cao dried by roasting, stir-fried with Concha Margaritiferae (Bangfen), Sophorae Flos (Huaihua), and Baiyaojian, ground into powder. Take 3 qian each time, mixed with rice wash water on an empty stomach.
This also treats diseases caused by excessive alcohol consumption.
Treatment for hematuria due to sexual exhaustion: Use 0.5 liang of Cornu Cervi Corneum (Lujiao Jiao), 3 qian of Myrrha (Moyao), and 3 qian of Ash of Hair Greased with Oil (You Toufa Hui), ground into powder. Make pills using juice of Imperatae Rhizoma (Maogen) as binder, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills each time, washed down with salted water.
Treatment for hematuria, pulmonary carbuncle, epistaxis, and hematemesis: Use Feishao Hui (Ash of Burnt [Material]), take 2 qian each time, mixed with 2 he of Acetum (Cu) and 1 zhan of boiling water.
Treatment for red stool: Use Sumei (Ume Fructus) charred to retain its nature, ground into powder. Make pills with vinegar paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 20-30 pills each time, washed down with water or wine on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: Use Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) and Folium Cinnamomi Cassiae (Baye) roasted and ground into powder. Take 3 qian each time, mixed with wine on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: Use equal parts of Amomi Fructus Rotundus (Suosha) and Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie Sui), ground into powder. Take 3 qian each time, mixed with glutinous rice drink, three times daily.
Another prescription: Use Gallae Chinensis (Wubeizi) ground into powder. Make pills with salted plum paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills each time, washed down with water or wine on an empty stomach.
Treatment for the five types of hemorrhoids: Use 1 liang of Pangolin Scales (Chuanshanjia) charred to retain its nature, and 3 kernels of Myristica Fragrans (Roudoukou), ground into powder. Take 2 qian mixed with rice drink; if pus and blood are severe, add 1 liang of skin charred and taken together.
Another prescription: Cut 3 cun of skin, use Xunhuang (Realgar) the size of a date, and prepared Artemisia argyi leaves (Shuai Ai). Dig a pit, sit over it to fumigate. It is best to inhale the smoke of Xunhuang through the mouth. Repeat this three times after three days for permanent cure. Avoid wind and cold. Avoid pork, chicken, fish, and raw/cold foods for 20 days. If the hemorrhoid breaks, apply ash of skin externally.
Another prescription: For persistent bloody hemorrhoids, moxa-burn the skin, grind into powder, and take 1 fangcun bi mixed with rice drink.
Treatment for prolapse of the five types of hemorrhoids: Use one dead snake. Dig a pit and burn the snake. Cover the pit with a perforated board and sit on it until all insects emerge.
Treatment for painful or itchy hemorrhoids: Use one jujube peeled. Grind a small amount of Hydrargyrum (Shuiyin) in the palm with saliva until very hot. Apply to the jujube and insert into the anus for immediate relief.
Treatment for continuous bleeding from the five types of hemorrhoids: Use apricot kernels without skin and tips, including double-kernel ones. Grind 1 sheng of water with them, filter the juice, boil until reduced by half, add rice to make porridge. Eat when cool on an empty stomach.
Treatment for hemorrhoidal disease: Make pancakes using glutinous rice and camel fat. Feed to the patient on an empty stomach without their knowledge.
Treatment for intestinal hemorrhoids with frequent blood in stool: Boil 3-5 jin of Allii Fistulosi Bulbus (Congbai) in water. Sit or stand in the basin until cured.
Treatment for pheasant hemorrhoids, qi stagnation, cough, and wind: Grind 1 liang of apricot kernels (without skin/tips/double-kernels) with 3 sheng of water, filter the juice, and simmer in a pan while stirring constantly until reduced by two-thirds. Drink. Uncooked or too hot may cause vomiting.
Treatment for intestinal hemorrhoids with frequent blood in stool: Boil 1 sheng of Adzuki Beans (Chixiaodou) in 5 sheng of sour wine. Remove beans when cooked, return to wine until wine is exhausted. Grind into powder. Take 1 fangcun bi mixed with wine, three times daily.
Another prescription: Use liver of Tan (Otter) charred into powder. Take 1 qianbi each time.
Another prescription: Use carp made into [cakes/soup], eaten with ginger and [seasonings]. Avoid cold and toxic foods.
Another prescription: Use crucian carp made into soup, eat as desired.
Treatment for hemorrhoidal fistula and prolapse: Use two joints of Tiger Tibia (Hu Jing Gu), roast with 2 liang of honey until red, grind into powder. Make pills with steamed wheat cake dough, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 20 pills with warm wine early in the morning.
Treatment for hemorrhoidal bleeding and unceasing pain: Slowly roast Wangyuesha (Poo of Hare) until yellow, grind into powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with 0.5 qian of Frankincense (Ruxiang) and warm wine on an empty stomach.
Treatment for hemorrhoids and [sores]: Roast fox bone until yellow, grind into powder. Mix with Moschus (Shexiang) and Realgar (Xionghuang) to make pills. Very effective. Can also be eaten as meat soup or jerky.
Treatment for pheasant hemorrhoids with bleeding, anal pain, and intestinal wind diarrhea: Finely chop wild boar meat, roast with five flavors. Can also be made into soup on an empty stomach.
Treatment for pheasant hemorrhoids with bleeding and intestinal pain: Use one snakehead fish, prepare as [soup/cake] and eat.
Treatment for hemorrhoids: Peel 3 Mu Bie Zi (Strychnos Semen), grind into paste. Pour 1.5 bowls of boiling water into a basin, sit over it to fumigate. Wash when temperature is tolerable. Do this 2-3 times a day.
Another prescription: After washing with strong decoction of Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), scrape off refined Alum (Fei Lvfan) with a knife, mix with finely ground Moschus (Shexiang), and apply to the sore.

Treatment for intestinal hemorrhoids with frequent blood in stool: Use wood ear mushroom growing on locust trees, grind into powder. Take 1 fangcun bi mixed with rice drink, three times daily.
Another prescription: Steam 1 bowl of rotten Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma (Yangti) root and leaves. Eat immediately for cure.
Another prescription: Take 1 fangcun bi of Poria Cocos (Puhuang), three times daily.
Another prescription: Use 2 liang each of Equiseti Herba (Mu Zei) and Aurantii Fructus (Zhike), 1 liang of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Ganjiang), and 1 fen of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang). Chop together, stir-fry until black, grind into powder. Take 2 qian mixed with warm rice drink before meals for great effect.
Treatment for hemorrhoids with heads like chicken combs: Apply Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) powder. Adding Adzuki Bean (Chixiaodou) powder is even better.
Treatment for external hemorrhoids: Crush Liao Xu (Polygonum hydropiper) for juice. Make cakes with sour flour. Eat on an empty stomach, three times daily. Long-term use is effective.
Treatment for hemorrhoidal sores: Burn Datura Metel Fruit (Madouling) in a bottle and fumigate the affected area.
Treatment for incessant itching in the anus due to worms: Grind 2 qian each of Hydrargyrum (Shuiyin) and Jujube Paste (Zaogao). Shape like a date, wrap in thin silk, insert into the anus. Worms will come out the next day.
Another prescription: Decoct thick juice of Broussonetia papyrifera bark (Huaibai Pi). Sit in the basin. Empty the anus. When cold, re-warm. After a while, urge to defecate arises, and worms will exit. Cure within three times. Alternatively, wrap powder in silk and insert.
Treatment for pheasant hemorrhoids with bleeding, intestinal wind, and brightening eyes: Steep 1 jin of Locust Tree Leaves (Huaiye) like tea, grind into powder. Brew and sip like tea.
Treatment for protruding or unbearable pain from hemorrhoid heads: Roast Aurantii Fructus (Zhike) in [ash] until hot. Gently press/moxa seven pieces until settled. Apply when flaring up.
Treatment for the five types of hemorrhoids regardless of duration: Make pills of Aurantii Fructus (Zhike) powder with refined honey, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 20 pills with rice drink on an empty stomach.
Treatment for hemorrhoidal fistula: Use equal parts of Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma (Bixie) and Cyathulae Radix (Guanzhong). Take 2 qian mixed with warm wine before meals on an empty stomach.
Treatment for pheasant hemorrhoids: Wash with decoction of Locust and Willow branches. Moxa seven doses. Stop when sensation changes.
Treatment for hemorrhoids: Process wasps' nests hanging from eaves, grind into powder. Apply mixed with "rootless water" (rainwater) to the lesion.

Another prescription: Use 8 cun of Licorice Root (Gancao). Dip in flowing water and roast until one bowl of water evaporates. Chop finely. Decoct with one bowl of wine and one bowl of water until one bowl remains. Take on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: Use one field snail. Open the operculum, add 1 fen of Borneolum Syntheticum (Pian Nao). Leave overnight. Apply the water inside the snail to the sore. First wash with winter melon rind decoction.
Another prescription: Put fried dough twists into pig white intestines, tie both ends, roast in a pot until cooked. Slice when cool, dip in Pingwei San and take. Effective.
Another prescription: Fumigate with smoke from Maohua (Catkin) and old Palm Fiber (Zonglv).
Another prescription: Dry Xanthii Fructus (Cangerzi) by roasting, grind into powder. Take 1-2 qian mixed with warm wine or honey water on an empty stomach.
Treatment for hemorrhoidal fistula: Use 2 liang of Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu), 1.5 liang of Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu), and 1 liang of Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus (Zaojiao) without skin/seeds. Make pills with water paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Chew 50-60 pills slowly on an empty stomach, send down with pickled ginger and warm wine.
Another prescription: Use Gallae Chinensis (Wubeizi) powder. Add 1 fen of Os Draconis (Longgu) powder every ten minutes. First wash with decoction of Scallion, Pepper, and sublimated salt. Steam Banana Leaf cut into coin shapes. Place a little medicine powder on the leaf, sit on it to seal the anus for a long time until stuck. Repeat next day. Effective in 5-7 days. Continue fumigating/washing with winter melon rind decoction to prevent recurrence. Mulberry fungus or thin oil paper can also be used as coins.
Another prescription: Wash with decoction of crushed bitter gourd frost and dried vegetable leaves.
Another prescription: Rub a small piece of Alum (Mingfan) with aged rice vinegar on a rusty iron surface. Decoct Locust, Willow, Mulberry branches, and Mirabilite (Piaoxiao) in warm water to wash. Dry. Apply the rubbed juice. Apply 5-7 times overnight. Cure in several nights. Avoid alcohol, roasted/spicy/hot foods.
Another prescription: Burn silkworm pupal cases (Can Gu Zhi), half a sheet each time, to ash retaining nature. Grind into powder. Take mixed with wine.
Another prescription: Grind Coriandri Fructus (Huxuizi) thoroughly. Take 3 qian mixed with hot wine. Wash sores with river water.
Another prescription: Crush one clove of garlic into paste. Wrap in soft cloth, press into the anus. Sit firmly; pain lasts a while then heals. Treat in a secluded place.
Treatment for hemorrhoidal fistula and prolapse: Take 2 qian of Sichuan Pepper Seeds (Chuanjiaomu) with water on an empty stomach.
Treatment for hemorrhoidal fistula: Moxa the point opposite the navel on the back. Three doses for men, four for women.
Another prescription: Grind Aurantii Fructus (Zhike) into powder. Take 2 qian, decoct in two bowls of water in a clay pot until rolling boil. Fumigate first, then wash.
Another prescription: Use one snail and a little Moschus (Shexiang). Place snail in a small sand box, sprinkle Moschus on it. Take juice next morning and apply to the lesion.
Another prescription: Use 1 liang of Poria Cocos (Puhuang) and 0.5 liang of Dragon's Blood (Xuexie). Grind into powder. Apply a small amount to the lesion each time.
Treatment for lung heat causing anal swelling, blockage, and sores: Mix 1 jin of White Honey (Baimi) and one pig gallbladder. Simmer gently until moldable. Form into 3-cun sticks, coat with oil, insert into anus. Lie down to feel heaviness, then evacuate quickly.
Treatment for the five types of hemorrhoids: Grind Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix (Shandougen) with water and take.
Treatment for chronic hemorrhoids not healing: Apply Bear Bile (Xiong Dan) for miraculous effect.

Treatment for external hemorrhoids: Use Pulsatilla Radix (Baitouweng), also known as Ye Zhangren. Grind roots finely and apply. Expels blood, stops pain. Treats plague malaria, masses, goiter, traumatic injuries, epistaxis.
Treatment for hemorrhoids with heads: Clean the underground root of Genkwa Flos (Yuanhua). Pound in a wooden mortar, squeeze juice with little water. Slowly simmer in silver/copper vessel to make paste. Pass silk thread through paste to tie the hemorrhoid. Slight pain during tying. When the base dries and hemorrhoid falls off, insert paper twist soaked in paste into the cavity to remove root permanently.
Another prescription: People with hemorrhoids should often eat Torreya seeds (Feizi).

Treatment for bleeding, itching, and pain from hemorrhoidal fistula: Stir-fry Sophorae Flos (Huaihua) and de-pulped Aurantii Fructus (Zhike), 1 liang each. Grind into powder. Make pills with vinegar paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 20 pills with rice drink before meals on an empty stomach. Effective after ten doses.
Treatment for hemorrhoidal fistula: Use 4 liang of white Pharbitis Seed (Bai Qianniu) head powder and 1 qian of Myrrha (Moyao). To take medicine, skip dinner the day before. Next morning on empty stomach, roast 4 liang of lean pork until fragrant, slice thinly, stuff with medicine, wrap, chew thoroughly, and press with wheat cake. Place on ground overnight to remove fire toxicity. Grind into powder, add Moschus and a little Borneolum Syntheticum (Pian Nao). Apply mixed with saliva to four sides of sores, three times daily. Hemorrhoids will scab and fall off.
Another prescription: Soak Aurantii Fructus (Zhike) in water, remove pulp. Put one Crotonis Semem Preparatum (Badou) kernel between every two slices. Tie with thread. Another prescription: If urine becomes red and scanty after medication, use 1 qian of Rehmanniae Radix (Sheng Dihuang), 2 qian of Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), plus Talcum (Huashi), Licorice Root (Gancao), and Centumbrae Herba (Dengxin). Decoct 1 zhan of water to 70%, take warm.
Another prescription: After using cauterizing medicine, if there is needle-like pain in urination/defecation or pain radiating to kidneys, dry clothes on fire, use hot compress on painful area. Stops immediately after 3-5 times.
