惟三证不治，其余皆用黑神散而愈。

还元丹 治产后大虚，补气补血，还元返本，有回造化之大功，真济世之仙方也。兼治一切
虚劳。
紫河车（一具，即产妇胞衣。用米泔洗涤污浊，以新瓦二片，合定上下，用文武火炕干为
未，听用。妇性嫌恶，勿与知之，密将药于别室中修合，与服亦不要言，致生疑惑） 人参（上拣
一两半） 黄 （蜜炙） 当归（酒洗。各一钱） 白术（土炒） 芍药 川芎 熟地黄 白茯苓
牡丹皮（各八钱） 肉桂 炙甘草（各五钱）
上将熟地黄另捣外，余药共为细末，和捣为丸，如梧桐子大。不成，加老米烂饭捣之，每
服六七十丸，酒或汤任下。未产之先，备制各药为末，候产后便合为妙。
夺命丸 治产妇血寒凝滞，胎衣不下。
牡丹皮（八钱） 干漆 黑附子 当归尾（各三钱） 大黄（为末，八钱，好醋熬膏）
上为末，以大黄膏同鸡子白捣匀和丸，梧桐子大，酒急吞下五十丸即下。
归尾牛膝汤 治胞衣不下。
当归尾（二钱） 川牛膝（五钱，酒洗） 木通（五钱） 滑石（四钱） 冬葵子（一钱半）
水煎连服二剂即下。
三蜕散 治胎衣不下。
蛇蜕（一条） 蚕蜕纸（一方） 蝉蜕（四十九个）
上用瓷罐内烧闭存性，研为细末，顺流水调下。
花蕊石散 治产后败血未尽，恶露攻心，子死腹中，胎衣不下。又能治一切跌打损伤，
外敷内服，大有神效。
花蕊石（两半，研末） 硫黄（四两，研末）
上二味，和匀入固济罐内，灯盏封口，百眼炉上前文后武火炼三柱香，冷定取下，过宿
方开，取出研为细末，小瓷罐盛之塞口。每服一钱，好酒童便调下。
黑神散 治产后恶血未尽，或胎衣不下，血气攻心，腹痛不止，及血迷血晕等证。
黑豆（炒熟，半升） 熟地黄 当归（酒洗） 肉桂（去粗皮） 赤芍药 干姜（炮）
炙甘草 蒲黄（各四两）
上为细末，每服二钱，酒和童便调下。
清魂散 治产后血晕，不知人事。此药去瘀血，生新血。
泽兰叶 荆芥穗（各四两） 川芎（二两） 人参（一两） 甘草（八钱）
上为细末，每服二钱，酒或葱汤调下。
滑涩汤 治产后血积未绝，闷乱气闭欲绝。
红花（胚子者一两）
上酒二钟，煎一钟，乌梅汤二匙并服，口噤灌之。
当归 赤芍药（各二钱） 肉桂（一钱）
定痛散 治恶血未绝。
酒水共钟半，姜三片，煎八分，热服。
四物一黄散 治产后腹中作痛，血积成块，此药最效。
当归（酒洗） 川芎 熟地黄 白芍药（酒炒，半两） 蒲黄（炒，二钱半）
上为细末，每服二钱，食前温酒调下。
当归血竭丸 治前证。
当归（酒洗） 血竭 蓬莪术（炮） 白芍药（酒洗。各二钱） 五灵脂（四两）
上为细末，醋糊为丸，梧桐子大。每服五六十丸，食前温酒送下。
一方单用五灵脂半生半炒，为末，酒下二钱。
产宝黑龙丹 治产后一切血痛，危急欲死，及胎衣不下，但灌药得下者，遂安。
五灵脂 当归 川芎 熟地黄 高良姜（各五钱）
上咀，晒极干，以固济小罐盛之，灯盏封口严密，以文武火 一柱香，放凉处，退火毒，
取出药如黑糟，研细，入后药同丸∶花蕊石（另研，二钱） 琥珀（另研，一钱） 乳香（另研，钱半）
百草霜（五钱） 共前 过药，研匀醋糊丸，弹子大，每服一丸，用姜汁、好酒、章便半盏，
将药一丸于炭火中烧，淬入酒便内，调化顿服，立效。
只有三种情况无法治愈，其余病症均使用黑神散治疗而痊愈。
一、产后发热，胎死腹中。
二、难产。
三、胞衣（胎盘）不下。
四、血晕（因失血过多或瘀血阻滞导致的头晕目眩、意识丧失）。
五、口干、心胸烦闷。
六、忽冷忽热。
七、虚性浮肿。

十六、口鼻呈现黑色且鼻孔干燥焦黑者，不可治愈。
十七、产后病情严重，喉中喘息急促者，不可治愈。
十八、心痛剧烈者，不可治愈。
还元丹：治疗产后极度虚弱，补气补血，恢复元气根本，具有回春再造的巨大功效，真是济世救人的仙方。同时兼治各种虚劳病证。
药材组成：紫河车（即产妇胞衣，用米泔水洗涤去污浊，取两片新瓦上下合定，用文火和武火交替烘干研为细末，备用。妇女若嫌弃厌恶此药，不必告知她们，秘密在别室配制，服用时也不要说明，以免产生疑虑）、人参（精选一两半）、黄芪（蜜炙）、当归（酒洗，各一钱）、白术（土炒）、芍药、川芎、熟地黄、白茯苓、牡丹皮（各八钱）、肉桂、炙甘草（各五钱）。
制法与用法：将熟地黄单独捣烂外，其余药物共同研为细末，混合后捣制成丸，大小如梧桐子。若不成形，可加入陈年米饭烂糊辅助捣制。每次服用六七十丸，用酒或汤送服均可。未生产前，提前备制各药为粉末，待产后立即合药制作最为巧妙。
夺命丸：治疗产妇血寒凝滞，导致胎衣不下。
药材组成：牡丹皮（八钱）、干漆、黑附子、当归尾（各三钱）、大黄（研为细末八钱，用好醋熬成膏）。
制法与用法：将上述药物（除大黄膏外）研为细末，用大黄膏同鸡蛋清捣匀和丸，大小如梧桐子。饮酒急吞五十丸，胎衣即可下行。
归尾牛膝汤：治疗胞衣不下。
药材组成：当归尾（二钱）、川牛膝（五钱，酒洗）、木通（五钱）、滑石（四钱）、冬葵子（一钱半）。
用法：水煎煮，连续服用两剂，胎衣即可下行。
三蜕散：治疗胎衣不下。
药材组成：蛇蜕（一条）、蚕蜕纸（一方）、蝉蜕（四十九个）。
制法与用法：以上药物在瓷罐内烧至存性（保留药效的炭化状态），研为细末，顺着流水方向调服。
花蕊石散：治疗产后败血未尽，恶露攻心，胎死腹中，胎衣不下。又能治疗一切跌打损伤，外敷内服，大有神效。
药材组成：花蕊石（一两半，研末）、硫黄（四两，研末）。
制法与用法：将这两味药混合均匀，放入固济罐内，用灯盏封口，在百眼炉上用先文后武的火候煅炼三炷香的时间，冷却后取下，过夜方可打开，取出研为细末，用小瓷罐盛好并塞住瓶口。每次服用一钱，用好酒和童便调服。
黑神散：治疗产后恶血未尽，或胎衣不下，血气攻心，腹痛不止，以及血迷、血晕等证候。
药材组成：黑豆（炒熟，半升）、熟地黄、当归（酒洗）、肉桂（去粗皮）、赤芍药、干姜（炮制）、炙甘草、蒲黄（各四两）。
制法与用法：研为细末，每次服用二钱，用酒和童便调服。
清魂散：治疗产后血晕，人事不知。此药能去除瘀血，生成新血。
药材组成：泽兰叶、荆芥穗（各四两）、川芎（二两）、人参（一两）、甘草（八钱）。
制法与用法：研为细末，每次服用二钱，用酒或葱汤调服。
滑涩汤：治疗产后血积未绝，胸闷烦乱，气闭欲绝。
药材组成：红花（选用胚子者一两）。
用法：用酒二钟，煎至一钟，配合乌梅汤二匙一并服用，若患者牙关紧闭，则灌服。
另有一方：当归、赤芍药（各二钱）、肉桂（一钱）。
用法：酒水共钟半，生姜三片，煎至八分，热服。
定痛散：治疗恶血未绝引起的疼痛。
用法：酒水共钟半，生姜三片，煎至八分，热服。
四物一黄散：治疗产后腹中作痛，血积成块，此药最为有效。
药材组成：当归（酒洗）、川芎、熟地黄、白芍药（酒炒，半两）、蒲黄（炒，二钱半）。
制法与用法：研为细末，每次服用二钱，饭前温酒调服。
当归血竭丸：治疗上述证候。
药材组成：当归（酒洗）、血竭、蓬莪术（炮制）、白芍药（酒洗，各二钱）、五灵脂（四两）。
制法与用法：研为细末，用醋糊制成丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用五六十丸，饭前温酒送下。
另一单方：单用五灵脂，一半生用一半炒，研为细末，酒下二钱。
产宝黑龙丹：治疗产后一切血痛，危急欲死，以及胎衣不下，只要灌下药液能咽下者，随即平安。
药材组成：五灵脂、当归、川芎、熟地黄、高良姜（各五钱）。
制法与用法：切碎，晒至极干，装入固济小罐中，用灯盏严密封口，用文火和武火煅烧一炷香的时间，放在凉处退去火毒，取出药物呈黑糟状，研细，加入以下药物一同制丸：花蕊石（另研，二钱）、琥珀（另研，一钱）、乳香（另研，钱半）、百草霜（五钱）。与前述药物混合均匀，用醋糊制成弹子大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，用姜汁、好酒、童便半盏，将药丸在炭火中烧红，淬入酒便之中，调化后顿服，立刻见效。
Only three conditions are incurable; all other conditions can be cured using Heishen San (Black God Powder).
1. Postpartum fever with a dead fetus in the uterus.
2. Dystocia (difficult labor).
3. Retained placenta (Placenta not expelled).
4. Blood syncope (Dizziness and loss of consciousness due to excessive blood loss or blood stasis).
5. Dry mouth and chest oppression.
6. Alternating chills and fever.
7. Deficiency-type edema.
8. Hallucinations, seeing spirits or ghosts.
9. Mutism within one month postpartum.
10. Abdominal pain accompanied by diarrhea. (In this case, Tiaozhong Tang [Regulate Middle Decoction] or Shenling Baizhu San [Ginseng, Poria, and Atractylodes Macrocephala Powder] should be added.)
11. Generalized body pain.
12. Metrorrhagia (Profuse vaginal bleeding). (For patients with deficiency constitution, tonifying formulas should be added.)
13. Stroke. (Treat according to the methods for Wind Gate.)
14. Abdominal distension with vomiting.
15. Shanghan (Cold Damage).
16. Black discoloration of the mouth and nose with dry, scorched nasal passages is incurable.
17. Severe postpartum illness with rapid, labored breathing from the throat is incurable.
18. Severe heart pain is incurable.
Huanyuan Dan (Restore Origin Pill): Treats extreme postpartum deficiency, tonifies Qi and Blood, restores the origin and fundamental vitality, possessing great merit in reversing decline and restoring life. It is truly an immortal prescription for saving the world. It also treats various types of deficiency consumption.
Ingredients: Ziheche (Human Placenta, i.e., the maternal placenta. Wash away impurities with rice water, place between two new tiles, dry over gentle and strong fire, grind into powder, set aside. If the woman dislikes it, do not tell her; prepare secretly in another room, and do not mention the ingredients when administering to avoid doubt), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, selected, 1.5 liang), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, honey-fried), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, wine-washed, each 1 qian), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, soil-stir-fried), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Baifuling (Poria, each 8 qian), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, 5 qian), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle, 5 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Apart from Shudihuang which is pounded separately, mix the remaining herbs into a fine powder, combine and pound into pills the size of Sophora seeds. If they do not hold shape, add old rice porridge to aid pounding. Take 60–70 pills per dose, swallowed with wine or decoction. It is best to prepare the powdered herbs before delivery and compound them immediately after birth.
Duoming Wan (Snatch Life Pill): Treats cold-blood stagnation in postpartum women causing retained placenta.
Ingredients: Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex, 8 qian), Ganxi (Drynariae Rhizoma), Heifuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), Dangguiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix caulis, each 3 qian), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, ground to powder 8 qian, boiled with good vinegar into a paste).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the solid ingredients into powder. Mix with the Dahuang paste and egg white, pound evenly, and form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Swallow 50 pills quickly with wine; the placenta will be expelled.
Guiwei Niuxi Tang (Angelica Caudex and Achyranthes Decoction): Treats retained placenta.
Ingredients: Dangguiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix caulis, 2 qian), Chuanniuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, wine-washed, 5 qian), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis, 5 qian), Huashi (Talcum, 4 qian), Dongkuizi (Abutilonis Fructus, 1.5 qian).
Administration: Decoct in water, take two doses consecutively to expel the placenta.
Sandui San (Three Sloughs Powder): Treats retained placenta.
Ingredients: Shetui (Ophichthidis Corneus Cutis, one strip), Chantuizhi (Bombyx Batryticatus exuvies paper, one square), Chantui (Cicadae Perioaterium, 49 pieces).
Preparation and Administration: Calcine these ingredients in a porcelain jar until they retain their properties (charred but retaining efficacy), grind into fine powder, and administer mixed with flowing water.
Huaruishi San (Flower Porphyry Stone Powder): Treats incomplete expulsion of lochia postpartum, lochia attacking the heart, dead fetus in utero, and retained placenta. It is also effective for all kinds of traumatic injuries, both externally applied and internally taken.
Ingredients: Huaruishi (Porphyrocladius Herba, 1.5 liang, ground), Liuhuang (Sulfur, 4 liang, ground).
Preparation and Administration: Mix the two ingredients evenly, place in a sealed crucible, seal with a lamp base, and calcine in a furnace using alternating gentle and strong heat for three incense sticks' duration. Cool down, leave overnight before opening, remove, and grind into fine powder. Store in a small porcelain jar with a tight lid. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with good wine and children's urine.
Heishen San (Black God Powder): Treats incomplete expulsion of lochia postpartum, retained placenta, blood qi attacking the heart, unceasing abdominal pain, as well as blood confusion and blood syncope.
Ingredients: Heidou (Faba Seed, stir-fried until cooked, half sheng), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, wine-washed), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, remove rough bark), Chishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Jiangjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle), Puhuang (Typhae Pollen, each 4 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with wine and children's urine.
Qinghun San (Clear Soul Powder): Treats postpartum blood syncope with unconsciousness. This formula removes blood stasis and generates new blood.
Ingredients: Zelan Ye (Lycopus Lucidus Herba), Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica, each 4 liang), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 2 liang), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, 1 liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 8 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with wine or scallion decoction.
Huse Tang (Slippery-Astringent Decoction): Treats postpartum blood accumulation not yet resolved, causing chest oppression, mental confusion, and suffocation approaching death.
Ingredients: Honghua (Carthami Flos, select those with embryos, 1 liang).
Administration: Decoct in two zhong of wine until one zhong remains. Take together with two spoonfuls of dark plum decoction. If the patient has locked jaws, force-feed.
Alternative Prescription: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra) (each 2 qian), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, 1 qian).
Administration: Decoct with equal parts wine and water, plus three slices of ginger, until reduced to 0.8 portion. Take hot.
Dingtong San (Stop Pain Powder): Treats pain caused by unresolved lochia.
Administration: Decoct with equal parts wine and water, plus three slices of ginger, until reduced to 0.8 portion. Take hot.
Siwu Yi Huang San (Four Substances and One Yellow Powder): Treats postpartum abdominal pain and blood masses formed by accumulation; this formula is most effective.
Ingredients: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, wine-washed), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Baishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, wine-stir-fried, half liang), Puhuang (Typhae Pollen, stir-fried, 2.5 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine before meals.
Danggui Xuejie Wan (Angelica and Dragon's Blood Pill): Treats the aforementioned conditions.
Ingredients: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, wine-washed), Xuejie (Dragon's Blood), Peng'e Zhu (Curcumae Rhizoma, processed), Baishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, wine-washed, each 2 qian), Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces, 4 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder, bind with vinegar paste into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 50–60 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine before meals.
Alternative Single Formula: Use only Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces), half raw and half stir-fried, grind into powder, take 2 qian with wine.
Chanbao Heilong Dan (Child-Treasure Black Dragon Pill): Treats all types of postpartum blood pain, critical conditions nearing death, and retained placenta. As long as the medicine can be administered, the patient will stabilize.
Ingredients: Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Gaoliangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma, each 5 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Chop, dry thoroughly, place in a sealed small crucible, seal tightly with a lamp base, and calcine with gentle and strong heat for one incense stick's duration. Place in a cool area to dissipate fire toxicity. Remove the medicine, which should resemble black dregs, and grind finely. Add the following ingredients to make pills: Huaruishi (Porphyrocladius Herba, ground separately, 2 qian), Hupo (Amber, ground separately, 1 qian), Xuxiang (Boswelliae Resina, ground separately, 1.5 qian), Baicaoshuang (Carbonized Grass Ash, 5 qian). Mix uniformly with the previous ingredients, bind with vinegar paste into pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose. Pour half a cup of ginger juice, good wine, and children's urine. Red-hot the pill on charcoal, quench it in the wine and urine mixture, dissolve, and drink immediately for instant effect.
