This condition is caused by accumulated heat in the Liver meridian and excessive sexual activity. In the initial stage, Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentian Decoction to Drain the Liver) must be used with added Rhizoma et Radix Rhei (Dahuang) and Natrii Sulfas (Puxiao), administered as a strong purgative to drain toxic stagnation from the body. Subsequently, Baidu San (Poison-Resolving Powder) should be taken for regulation to prevent future complications.
Shenxiao Biandu Fang (Miraculous Formula for Biandu): For treating early-stage Biandu (abscesses occurring in the groin or abdomen), one dose is sufficient to resolve it.
Radix Angelicae Sinensis Cauda (Dangguiwei, 2 qian), Jie of Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis (Gancao jie, 5 fen), Fructus Momordicae (Mubiezi, 2 pieces), Squama Manis (Chuanshanjia, 1 qian, stir-fried until yellow), Spina Gleditsiae Sinensis (Zaojiaoci, 5 fen), Bombyx Batryticatus (Zhijiangcan, 1 qian), Aspis (Wugong, 1 strip. Roasted, remove head and feet, grind into powder, and add to the decoction).
Take one cup of rice wine and one cup of water, decoct until only one cup remains. Place Rhizoma et Radix Rhei powder (3 qian), Natrii Sulfas (2 qian), and Aspis powder (3 qian) into the cup. Pour the hot decoction over them, mix well, and take orally on an empty stomach. Rinse the mouth with green onion soup; drinking more green onion soup afterwards is even better. Take the medicine during Chen hour (07:00–09:00); by Si hour (09:00–11:00), pus, blood, and foul matter will be discharged through defecation ten or more times before efficacy is achieved. Follow up with two doses of Hezhong Jiedu Tang (Harmonize Middle and Detoxify Decoction).
The pathogenesis is identical to that of Biandu. Internally, several doses of Longdan Xiegan Tang must be taken first before external medications can be applied.
Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli (Jineijin, 1 qian), Calomelas (Qingfen, 5 fen), Borax (Bingpian, 3 li), Semen Phaseoli Mungonis (Lvdou, 5 fen).
Grind all ingredients into an extremely fine powder. First wash the ulcer with tea salt water, dry it, and apply the powder. Apply twice daily until healed.

(Also known as "Thin Skin Sore" in Northern China.)
This disease primarily originates from damp-heat and often presents as a exterior syndrome. If the pulse is floating, accompanied by fever and stiffness/spasms, dispersing methods should be used, such as Jingfang Baidu San (Schizonepeta and Saposhnikovia Poison-Resolving Powder). If the pulse is deep, accompanied by constipation and difficult urination, both exterior-releasing and interior-purging methods are required, using Fangfeng Tongsheng San (Saposhnikovia Universal Relief Powder).
Biyu San (Jasper Powder): Extremely effective when applied topically for Tian chuang (syphilitic sores).
Indigo Naturalis (Qingdian), Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis powder (Huangbai mo, 2 qian each), Talcum (Huashi mo, 2 qian).
Mix the two powders with Indigo Naturalis to form a paste. Puncture the blisters with a Gleditsia spine to drain the fluid, then apply the medicated paste.
Huangjin San (Golden Powder): For applying to previous sores.
Rhizoma et Radix Rhei powder (Dahuang, 1 liang), Semen Oroxyli Indici (Haijinsha, 0.5 liang).
Mix these two ingredients with fresh cold water and apply to the sores.
Dalianqiao Tang (Large Chaste Berry Decoction) and Jinyinhua San (Honeysuckle Powder) can both be taken internally; administer according to the severity of the illness.
