夫阴肿者，皆由膀胱蕴热，风湿相乘，或湿热水肿流注，或疝气攻作，或暴风客热，及小
儿啼叫，怒气结聚，或虫蚁吹毒所致。详其所因，施以方治。
三白散 治膀胱蕴热，风湿相乘，阴囊肿胀，二便不利。
白丑（二两） 桑白皮 白术 木通 陈皮（各半两）
上为末，每服二钱，空心姜汤调下。小儿服五分。
地龙膏 治大人小儿外肾肿，或疝气，风热暴肿及阴疮肿。
生干地龙（不拘多少）
为末，先以葱椒汤无风处洗，用津调敷外肾，或用热鸡子清调敷，或加牡蛎末尤佳。
桃仁丸 治小儿啼叫，怒气闭于下，结聚阴肿不散。
桃仁（去皮尖炒，三钱） 官桂 牵牛（炒为末） 白蒺藜 牡丹皮 大黄（各三钱）
上为末，炼蜜丸，如梧桐子大，每服五七十丸，不拘时用青皮、木通、葱白、盐少许同煎
汤送下，或煎木香流气饮。（方见气门。）
牡蛎散 治小儿阴茎肿通明。
牡蛎粉
为细末，先用津调涂，次以粉擦之，桃仁研膏津调敷。
蝉蜕散 治脬囊肿，小儿坐地为风湿所袭，或蚁蚓所吹。
蝉蜕（五钱）
上水一盏煎汤洗，再温再洗，仍以五苓散加灯心煎。
《集验方》∶治外肾肿胀，用小茴、穿山甲（俱炒）、木香各等分为末，每服二钱，
空心酒调下，痛止立效。
又方∶治阴肾肿疼，用莴苣子（一合）为末，水一盏煎五分，去滓温服，不拘时，三
服大验。
又方∶治阴肿，铁精粉敷患处。
又方∶治男子妇人阴肿大如升核痛，人所不能治者，用此神效。马鞭草烂捣绞汁涂之。
《遇仙方》∶治小儿外肾 赤肿痛，日夜呻吟，退皮壳，愈了又发，用老杉木烧灰，
入腻粉香油调敷。
又方∶用葱园内蚯蚓粪，甘草煎汁调涂，生薄荷汁敷亦可。
又方∶用荆芥穗一两、朴硝二两、萝卜子两半、葱白同煎汤淋洗。
《子母秘录》∶治妇人阴肿坚痛，枳实（半斤）咀炒热，帛裹熨，冷易之。
《梅师方》∶治卒外肾肿痛，大黄末和醋涂之，干即易之。
又方∶治卒阴肾痛，牛粪烧为末，和酒敷之，干即易。
又方∶治男子阴肿如斗及核痛，人所不能治者，用芜菁根捣烂，敷之立愈。
阴肿（阴囊或外阴肿胀），都是由于膀胱蕴藏湿热，风湿邪气相互侵袭，或者湿热水肿流注于下焦，或是疝气攻冲发作，或者是暴风客热（外感风热之邪），以及小儿啼哭叫喊、怒气郁结积聚，或者是虫蚁吹毒所致。详细审察其病因，施以相应的方药治疗。
三白散：治疗膀胱蕴藏湿热，风湿邪气相互侵袭，导致阴囊肿胀，大小便不通利。
药材：白丑（二两）、桑白皮、白术、木通、陈皮（各半两）。
制法与用法：将上述药物研为细末，每次服用二钱，空腹时用姜汤调服。小儿服用五分。
地龙膏：治疗大人和小孩的外肾（阴茎或阴囊）肿胀，或是疝气，风热突然引起的肿胀以及阴疮肿胀。
药材：生干地龙（数量不限）。
制法与用法：研为细末，先在无风处用葱椒汤清洗患处，用唾液调和后敷在外肾上，或者用热鸡蛋清调和后敷，如果加入牡蛎粉效果更好。
桃仁丸：治疗小儿啼哭叫喊，怒气闭阻于下部，导致阴肿结聚不散。
药材：桃仁（去皮尖炒制，三钱）、官桂、牵牛子（炒后研为细末）、白蒺藜、牡丹皮、大黄（各三钱）。
制法与用法：将上述药物研为细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用五七十丸，不拘时间，可用青皮、木通、葱白、少许盐同煎汤送服，或者煎服木香流气饮。（该方见气门章节。）
牡蛎散：治疗小儿阴茎肿胀透明光亮。
药材：牡蛎粉。
制法与用法：研为细末，先用唾液调和涂抹，然后再撒上粉末擦拭，最后用桃仁研成膏状，用唾液调和后敷贴。
蝉蜕散：治疗膀胱囊肿，小儿坐地因风湿侵袭，或被蚂蚁蚯蚓吹毒所致。
药材：蝉蜕（五钱）。
制法与用法：用水一盏煎汤清洗患处，反复温洗，同时内服五苓散加灯心草煎煮的汤剂。
《集验方》：治疗外肾肿胀，用小茴香、穿山甲（均炒制）、木香各等分研为细末，每次服用二钱，空腹时用酒调服，疼痛停止立即见效。
又一方：治疗阴肾肿痛，用莴苣子（一合）研为细末，用水一盏煎至五分，去渣温服，不拘时间，服用三次非常有效。
又一方：治疗阴肿，用铁精粉敷于患处。
又一方：治疗男子妇人阴肿大如升核且疼痛，常人无法治愈者，用此方神效。将马鞭草捣烂绞汁涂敷患处。
《遇仙方》：治疗小儿外肾赤红肿胀，日夜呻吟，脱皮屑，好了又复发，用老杉木烧成灰，加入腻粉（轻粉）、香油调和后敷贴。
又一方：用葱园里的蚯蚓粪，用甘草煎汁调和涂敷，也可以用新鲜薄荷汁敷贴。
又一方：用荆芥穗一两、朴硝二两、萝卜子一两半、葱白同煎汤淋洗患处。
《子母秘录》：治疗妇人阴肿坚硬疼痛，枳实（半斤）切碎炒热，用布包裹熨烫患处，冷了再换。
《梅师方》：治疗突然发生的外肾肿痛，用大黄末和醋涂敷，干了就更换。
又一方：治疗突然发生的阴肾痛，用牛粪烧成细末，和酒敷贴，干了就更换。
又一方：治疗男子阴肿如斗及睾丸疼痛，常人无法治愈者，用芜菁根捣烂敷贴，立即痊愈。
Yin swelling (swelling of the scrotum or external genitalia) is caused by damp-heat accumulating in the Bladder, with Wind-Damp pathogens attacking each other; or by damp-heat edema flowing downward; or by hernia attacks; or by exogenous Wind-Heat; or by children crying and shouting, anger stagnating and accumulating; or by toxic exposure from insects and ants. Examine the etiology in detail and apply corresponding formulas for treatment.
Sanbai San (Three Whites Powder): Treats damp-heat accumulating in the Bladder, Wind-Damp pathogens attacking each other, resulting in scrotal swelling and difficulty in urination and defecation.
Ingredients: Bai Chou (Bunge Morning Glory Seed, 2 liang), Sang Bai Pi (Morus Alba Root Bark), Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), Mu Tong (Akebia Caulis), Chen Pi (Citrus Reticulata Pericarpium) (each 0.5 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with ginger decoction on an empty stomach. Children take 5 fen.
Dilong Gao (Earthworm Ointment): Treats swelling of the external genitalia in adults and children, hernia, sudden swelling due to Wind-Heat, and swelling of Yin sores.
Ingredients: Sheng Gan Di Long (Pheretima Aspergillum, quantity as needed).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. First wash the affected area in a windless place with Scallion and Sichuan Pepper decoction. Mix with saliva and apply to the external genitalia, or mix with hot egg white and apply. Adding Oyster Shell powder is even better.
Taoren Wan (Peach Kernel Pill): Treats children's crying and shouting, where anger blocks the lower body, causing Yin swelling that does not dissipate.
Ingredients: Tao Ren (Peach Kernel, peeled, de-pitted, fried, 3 qian), Guan Gui (Cinnamon Twig), Qian Niu Zi (Morning Glory Seed, fried and powdered), Bai Ji Li (Tribulus Terrestris Fruit), Mu Dan Pi (Moutan Cortex), Da Huang (Rhubarb Rhizome) (each 3 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder, make pills with refined honey, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50-70 pills per dose at any time. Swallow with decoction made from Qing Pi (Citrus Aurantium Pericarpium), Mu Tong, Scallion White, and a little salt. Alternatively, drink Muxiang Liqi Yin. (See Qi Men chapter for formula.)
Muli San (Oyster Shell Powder): Treats swollen and translucent penis in children.
Ingredients: Muli Fen (Oyster Shell Powder).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder. First smear with saliva, then sprinkle powder and rub, finally apply paste made from ground Peach Kernel mixed with saliva.
Chantui San (Cicada Slough Powder): Treats bladder cyst swelling, caused by Wind-Damp invasion when children sit on the ground, or by toxic exposure from ants and earthworms.
Ingredients: Chan Tui (Cicada Slough, 5 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Decoct in one cup of water to wash the area. Wash repeatedly while warm. Internally administer Wuling San plus Deng Xin Cao (Juncus Effusus) decoction.
Ji Yan Fang (Collected Effective Prescriptions): Treats external genitalia swelling. Use Xiao Hui Xiang (Fennel Fruit), Chuan Shan Jia (Pangolin Scale, both fried), and Mu Xiang (Vladimiria Root) in equal parts, grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with wine on an empty stomach. Pain stops immediately with effective results.
Another prescription: Treats Yin kidney swelling and pain. Use Wo Ju Zi (Lactuca Sativa Seed, 1 he) ground into powder. Decoct in one cup of water until reduced to half a cup. Strain and take warm. Anytime administration. Three doses yield great results.
Another prescription: Treats Yin swelling. Apply Tie Jing Fen (Iron Essence Powder) to the affected area.
Another prescription: Treats severe Yin swelling like a nut kernel with pain in men and women, which others cannot cure. This prescription is miraculous. Mash Ma Bian Cao (Verbena Officinalis), squeeze out juice, and apply.
Yu Xian Fang (Encounter Immortal Prescription): Treats red, swollen, and painful external genitalia in children, groaning day and night, shedding skin scales, recurring after healing. Use Lao Shan Mu (Old Cedar Wood) ash, mixed with Ni Fen (Calomel) and Xi You (Sesame Oil) for application.
Another prescription: Use Earthworm feces from onion gardens, mixed with Licorice decoction for application. Fresh Bo He Juice (Mentha Haplocalyx Juice) can also be applied.
Another prescription: Decoct Jing Jie Sui (Schizonepeta Spike), Po Xiao (Mirabilite, 2 liang), Luo Bo Zi (Radish Seed, 1.5 liang), and Scallion White together in water to wash the area.
Zi Mi Mi Lu (Secret Records of Mother and Child): Treats firm and painful Yin swelling in women. Zhi Shi (Immature Bitter Orange, 0.5 jin) is chopped and fried hot, wrapped in cloth, and applied as a hot compress. Replace when cool.
Mei Shi Fang (Master Mei's Prescriptions): Treats sudden external genitalia swelling and pain. Mix Da Huang powder with vinegar and apply. Change when dry.
Another prescription: Treats sudden Yin kidney pain. Burn Niu Fen (Cow Dung) to ash, mix with wine, and apply. Change when dry.
Another prescription: Treats male Yin swelling like a bean bag and testicular pain, which others cannot cure. Mash Wu Jing Gen (Brassica Napus Root) and apply for immediate cure.
