两关脉大而数而弦急而实大者，主有脏气。脉大实者，宜下之，脉小者易治。
龙胆泻肝汤 治气郁热腋气，及腋下多汗。
龙胆草 生地黄 当归（酒洗） 木通 车前子 泽泻 甘草（减半） 栀子 黄

上水二盏煎一盏，食后温服。
当归龙荟丸 治腋气不可闻。（方见耳聋门。）
（丹溪）脏气神效方
密陀僧（一两） 白矾（七钱） 砂 麝香（各少许）
上为末，先用皂角煎汤洗净腋后敷药。
（《直指》）三神散 擦腋气。
明矾 黄丹（各一钱） 麝香（少许）
（《纲目》）治腋气除根方法。
凡腋气先用刀剃去腋毛净，用好淀粉水调擦患处，六七日后看腋下有一点黑者，孔如针
大，或如簪尖大，其气则此而出也，用艾炷如米大灸之三四壮愈，永不再发。其内邪毒未
除者，可服后药。

（《三因》）蜘蛛散 治腋下狐臭不可近。
大蜘蛛（一枚） 轻粉（一字）
上以黄泥少加赤石脂，井盐杵为窝子，包裹蜘蛛，于小火中煨干，渐加武火 通红，
候冷取蜘蛛细研，入轻粉和米醋调膏，临卧浩洗净，方擦腋下，来早洗下黑汁恶物为效。
宜远僻处埋之，不可染人，不可穿旧时衣服，其旧衣俱重浣洗过。
（《经验》）田螺散 治体气。
大田螺（清水养之一枚，俟靥开以巴豆肉一粒，针挑内螺口中，仰放盏内，夏月
过宿，冬月五七宿，自然成水，取水搽腋下，永绝其根效。）
蒸饼方 治体气，以素熟蒸饼（一个），切作两半，各掺密陀僧少许，急夹在腋下睡少
时，俟冷掷之除根。
一方 用夜明沙为末绞汁调敷腋下。
两关脉象表现为大、数、弦急且实大的，主病在脏腑之气。若脉象大而坚实，适宜采用攻下法治疗；若脉象细小，则容易治愈。
龙胆泻肝汤：用于治疗气机郁滞导致的腋臭（狐臭），以及腋下多汗症。
组成药材：龙胆草、生地黄、当归（用酒清洗）、木通、车前子、泽泻、甘草（用量减半）、栀子、黄芩（各一钱）。
煎服方法：加水二盏，煎煮至一盏，饭后温服。
当归龙荟丸：用于治疗气味难闻的腋臭。（方剂详情见耳聋门章节。）
（朱丹溪）脏气神效方：
组成药材：密陀僧（一两）、白矾（七钱）、砂（少许）、麝香（少许）。
使用方法：将上述药物研为细末，先用皂角煎汤洗净腋下，然后敷上药粉。
（《直指方》）三神散：用于擦拭腋臭。
组成药材：明矾、黄丹（各一钱）、麝香（少许）。
（《本草纲目》）根治腋臭的方法：
凡是腋臭患者，先用刀剃净腋毛，用好淀粉水调匀后擦拭患处。六七日后观察腋下出现一点黑色，孔洞如针尖大或如簪尖大，腋臭之气便从此处排出。此时用米粒大小的艾炷灸治三四壮即可痊愈，且永不复发。如果体内邪毒未除尽，可服用以下药物。
组成药材：青木香（三分）、丁香（三分）、檀香（一钱）、槟榔（八分）、麝香（少许，须是真品）、大黄（三钱）。
煎服方法：加水煎煮，以排出大便为度；若未排便，再增加大黄二钱继续服用。
（《三因极一病证方论》）蜘蛛散：用于治疗腋下狐臭严重到令人无法靠近的情况。
组成药材：大蜘蛛（一枚）、轻粉（一字）。
使用方法：用黄泥少量加入赤石脂，井盐一起捣碎做成窝状容器，包裹住蜘蛛，先在文火中煨干，逐渐加大火力烧至通红，冷却后将蜘蛛细研，加入轻粉，用米醋调成膏状。临睡前用热水洗净腋下，然后涂抹药膏，次日早晨洗去排出的黑汁恶物即为有效。处理后的废弃物应埋在偏僻处，不可沾染他人，穿过的旧衣服必须重新彻底洗涤。
（《经验方》）田螺散：用于治疗体臭。
使用方法：取大田螺一枚，用清水饲养一天，待其壳口张开时，用巴豆肉一粒挑入螺口中，仰放在碗中。夏季过夜，冬季五至七个夜晚，自然化成水。取水涂抹腋下，可永久断根见效。
蒸饼方：用于治疗体臭。
使用方法：取素熟蒸饼一个，切成两半，每半掺入少许密陀僧，迅速夹在腋下睡一小会儿，待变冷后扔掉，可除根。
另一偏方：用夜明沙研为细末，绞取汁液调敷腋下。
The pulse at both Guan positions (middle position on the radial artery) appearing large, rapid, wiry, urgent, and solidly large indicates pathology related to Zang-Fu Qi (Vital Energy of the internal organs). If the pulse is large and solid, purgation therapy is indicated; if the pulse is small, the condition is easy to treat.
Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction): Treats axillary osmidrosis (fox odor) caused by Qi stagnation and heat, as well as hyperhidrosis of the axillae.
Ingredients: Longdancao (Radix Gentianae), Shengdihuang (Rhizoma et Radix Rehmanniae Recens), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, washed with wine), Mutong (Caulis Akebiae), Cheqianzi (Semen Plantaginis), Zexie (Rhizoma Alismatis), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, halved dosage), Zhizi (Fructus Gardeniae), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae) (each 1 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Add two cups of water, decoct until one cup remains, and take warm after meals.
Danggui Longhui Wan (Angelica and Scutellaria Pill): Treats severe axillary osmidrosis with an unbearable odor. (Formula details see Chapter on Ear Deafness.)
(Zhu Danxi) Zangqi Shenxiao Fang (Miraculously Effective Formula for Zang-Fu Qi):
Ingredients: Miduoseng (Litharge), Baijian (Alumen), Sha (Borax), Shexiang (Moschus) (small amounts each).
Usage: Grind into powder. First wash the axillae thoroughly with a decoction of Gengjiao (Sophora tonkinensis pods), then apply the powder.
(Zhizhi Fang) Sanshen San (Three Divine Powder): For wiping axillary osmidrosis.
Ingredients: Mingfan (Alumen), Huangdan (Minium), Shexiang (Moschus) (small amount).
(Bencao Gangmu) Method to Cure Axillary Osmidrosis Permanently:
For any case of axillary osmidrosis, first shave off the axillary hair completely. Mix high-quality starch with water and rub it onto the affected area. After six or seven days, observe a black spot in the axilla, with a pore size like a needle tip or hairpin point; the foul odor will exit from this pore. Moxibustion with moxa cones the size of a rice grain, three or four applications, will cure it permanently without recurrence. If internal pathogenic toxins are not fully eliminated, take the following medicine.
Ingredients: Qingmuxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Tanxiang (Santalum Album), Binglang (Areca Seed), Shexiang (Moschus, authentic, small amount), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) (3 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Decoct in water until bowel movement occurs. If no bowel movement, add another 2 qian of Dahuang and take again.
(Sanyan Ji Yi Bing Zheng Fanglun) Zhizhu San (Spider Powder): Treats severe axillary osmidrosis that makes others unable to approach.
Ingredients: Da Zhizhu (Large Spider, one piece), Qingfen (Calomel, one zi).
Usage: Mix a small amount of Huangni (Yellow Clay) with Chishizhi (Red Halloysite) and Jingyan (Well Salt), pound into a paste to form a nest-like container. Wrap the spider inside. Roast over low fire until dry, then gradually increase to high fire until red hot. Allow to cool, grind the spider finely, mix with Qingfen, and adjust with Rice Vinegar to form a paste. Wash the axillae thoroughly with warm water before sleep, apply the paste, and wash off the discharged black fluid and foul matter the next morning as the sign of efficacy. Bury the waste in a secluded place; do not let it contaminate others. Old clothes worn must be thoroughly washed again.
(Jingyan Fang) Tianluo San (River Snail Powder): Treats general body odor.
Usage: Take one large river snail, raise in clear water for one day. When the operculum opens, insert one grain of Badou Rou (Seed of Croton tiglium) into the snail's mouth using a needle. Place upside down in a bowl. Leave overnight in summer, or for five to seven nights in winter, until it naturally turns into liquid. Apply the extracted liquid to the axillae to permanently eradicate the root cause.
Zhengbing Fang (Steamed Dough Cake Formula): Treats body odor.
Usage: Take one plain cooked steamed dough cake, cut it in half. Sprinkle a small amount of Miduoseng (Litharge) on each half. Quickly clamp between the axillae and sleep for a short while. Discard when cold to remove the root cause.
Another prescription: Use Yemingsha (Guano) ground into powder, extract juice, and apply to the axillae.
