有稚子戏以线锤置口中，误吞之。有胡僧啖以饧糖半斤，即于谷道中随粪而下。僧云∶凡误
吞五金，皆可啖饧也。
一小儿误吞金网圈一个。或云∶急用韭菜，熟而勿断，与蚕豆同咽之，不过二次，其金圈
从大便出矣。
秘传神仙延寿丹（一名延龄至骨丹）
真红铅（一两） 人中灵 琥珀（各二钱） 天门冬 麦门冬（俱酒浸） 菟丝子（酒浸一昼
夜，九蒸九晒过，另捣） 秋石 五味子 晚蚕砂（炒黄） 锁阳（酥炙） 远志（酒浸去心）

川牛膝 枸祀子（甘州者。各五两） 杜仲（酒浸炒去丝） 川芎（雀脑者。各三两） 鸦片
（五钱） 干山药 何首乌（泔水浸黑豆蒸，甑下煮以羊肉，蒸熟为度）虎胫骨（酥炙，四肢痛加） 莲
子（去皮心。各六两） 茯神 干前根（各八两，切寸长，饭上蒸熟晒）
上为末，以枣肉为丸，如梧桐子大。每服七、八十丸，空心无灰好酒送下。滋补有药，不过
固元阳，却疾而已。进修有序，初调摄由筑炼，小大栽接驻颜返老还童。有不药之药，循而上
之，上乘大成，接命长生之功验可几矣！
保真种子膏
（此膏能锁玉池，固精不泄，养灵龟不死，壮阳保真，百战不竭。贴肾俞，暖丹田，子午既济，百
病自除。一膏能贴六十日，金水生时，用功即孕，大有奇效。久
贴，返老还董，乌须黑发，行步如飞，延年不惫，有通仙之妙。又治腰腿寒湿风气疼痛，半身不
遂，五劳七伤，下元虚冷，不成胎息，贴一月育孕。
真香油（一斤四两） 甘草（一两） 谷精草（五钱） 紫梢花 蛇床子（酒浸干。各二钱）
人参 天门冬（去心） 麦门冬（去心） 生地黄（酒洗） 熟地黄（酒洗） 远志） 甘草水煮，
去心） 菟丝草 牛膝（酒洗） 鹿茸（酥炙去毛虎） 骨酥（酥炙） 川续断 木鳖子（去壳） 肉豆
蔻（面包煨） 肉苁蓉（酒洗去甲。各四钱） 以上一齐下。
大附子（一个，制） 海狗肾（一具，制） 杏仁（去皮尖） 官桂 铅粉（八两，续续下，以槐条不住用手搅，
滴水成珠为度，
方下后项药） 松香（一两） 黄蜡（五钱） 雄黄 硫黄 阳起石 赤石脂（各二钱，一齐下）
沉香 木香 丁香 乳香（制） 没药（制） 蟾酥 鸦片麝（各一钱，一齐下）
上法用铁锅一口，以桑柴火慢熬，先下香油、甘草同煎五、七沸，次下谷精草等一十七味，
文火熬至焦色，滤去渣，再下附子等四味熬焦，去渣净，再下铅粉，以槐条不住手搅，滴水成珠，
方下黄蜡等六味，搅，候温方下沉香等八味，搅匀，以银罐盛之，封固悬并中七日，出火毒。
用红 丝摊贴肾俞，每个重七钱，丹田每个重四钱，贴六十日揭去，入房即孕。如丹田有毛，
隔纸贴，外以软帛束缚，多行济火之法，其效甚大。
透耳筒 治肾虚耳聋，耳中如风水钟磬之声。
椒目 巴豆 菖蒲 松脂（各一钱）
上为末，薄薄摊于纸上，卷作筒塞耳中，一日一易。
一方 将前药和蜡为丸，如枣核大，塞耳中。
通耳丸 治卒然耳聋，及肾虚耳聋耳鸣。
穿山甲（用大片者，以蛤粉炒焦色，去粉不用） 蝎梢（七个） 麝香（少许）
上为细末，以腊入麻油一滴为丸，绵裹塞耳内。
一笑散 治虫牙疼痛不可忍。
花椒（为末，二分） 巴豆（半个）
二味同碾，饭丸，如蛀孔大。绵里安于孔内，痛即止而愈。
治牙龈肿烂出臭水
芥菜杆（不拘多少）
上烧灰存性为末，敷上愈。
治风虫牙疼痛
芫花 小麦 细辛 花椒 防风 食盐（各一钱）
上用水煎，漱牙勿咽。
擦牙方
牙角（去弦） 生姜 升麻 熟地黄 细辛 木律 旱莲草 食盐 荷叶 槐角子
上各等分为细末，每日擦牙，能固齿黑须发。
又方
七月间取旱莲草连根一斤，用无灰酒洗净，用青盐四两淹三宿取出，油腻锅中炒存性，炒
时将原汁旋倾入炒干为末。每日清晨用一钱擦牙，连涎咽之。
又方
槐角取其二子、三子一角者，不拘多少，河水洗净，仍泡于盆中，二、三日浑如泥，以布
取汁，用桑柴火为膏，其膏汁每一碗大约用青盐、蒺藜、石脂、破故纸各三两为细末和匀，以瓦器
晒干，仍为细末。每日清晨未梳洗之时擦于齿上，候洗漱之。（槐角子霜降后取一子，四、五子
而相连者不用。）
固齿乌须返老还童丹
川芎 细辛 荆芥穗 当归（全用。各三两） 青盐（四两）
上为细末，用陈仓米饭八两，将前末同一处捣成，每两作一饼，晒干以灰火烧红断烟存性，
用碗覆在地上冷，复为细末，用生香附米八两捣头末四两，余不用，将前药共一处搅匀，以铅
盒盛之。早晚擦牙，良
久用水漱去。
治急喉风乳蛾闭塞
用新鲜牛膝根一撮，艾叶七片，捣碎，入乳和，再捣取汁。令病患仰卧，将汁灌入鼻内，
须臾，痰涎即从口鼻出而愈。
接骨方
用小鸡一只，重二两以下者，将手闭死，勿令出血，去毛将刀切细，加风化灰二钱碾细
捣成膏。用油纸包围贴患处，丝绵裹之，服接骨丹三钱。
接骨膏 又名当归合气散。
当归（两半） 川芎 骨碎补 没药（各两） 乳香（五钱） 广木香（二钱） 川乌（八钱，
火煨） 黄香（一斤） 古老钱（七个，酒浸七次） 油（三两，熬熟下药）
上用前各药为末，和油成膏，油纸摊贴，骨碎依旧，筋断续而复。
接指方
用真正沉重苏木为细末，敷断指间，外用蚕茧包缚完固，数日如故。亦治其余皮肤刀矢伤。
治刀斧伤 止血定痛生肌，一上即愈。
晚蚕蛾 白芷 当归头 陈年锻石
各等分为末，敷伤处即愈。
鸡鸣散 治从高坠下及木石压伤，瘀血凝积，痛不可忍，并以此药推陈致新。
大黄（酒蒸，一两） 桃仁（七粒，去皮尖） 当归尾（五钱）
上为末，酒一碗煎去滓。五更鸡鸣时服，取下恶血即愈。若气绝不能言，急以小便灌
之即苏。
滋阴百补丸 专治女人劳伤，气血不足，阴阳不和，乍寒乍热，心腹疼痛，不思饮食， 羸乏
力。
香附子（一斤，炒去毛，分四制，酒浸四两，盐水浸四两，醋浸四两，童便浸四两，俱
炒焙干） 当归（六两，酒浸） 川芎 熟地黄（酒浸。各四两） 茯苓 玄胡索（炒。各二两）
白术（四两） 甘草（炙，一两） 益母草（半斤，端午日采）
上为细末，炼蜜丸，如梧桐子大。每服五、六十丸，空心或缩砂汤，或醋汤，或酒，或滚
水任下。
治妇人下寒久不生产方
胡椒 杏仁 核桃仁 蜂蜜（各四两）
上捣烂用瓷瓶一个，以纸封固，用绳系紧，用竹箭一条，插封瓶纸中间，以通其气，放瓶
于锅汤内煮一饭熟为度，取起。每日清晨用热酒服三茶匙，睡一觉起。久服如火热，自然有胎。
治五淋方
淡竹叶 赤茯苓 荆芥穗 灯草（各一钱） 车前子（生用，半两）
上作两服，水煎服。
治男妇诸淋
牛膝（一名苦枝根，一名鼓捶草）
不拘多少，洗净捶碎，一握水五碗，煎至一碗去滓，入麝香、乳香未各少许，空心调服。
小便内当下沙石剥剥有声，是其验也。
秘元丹 治精不禁，危急者。
灵砂（水飞） 龙骨（酒煮焙干为细末。各一两） 砂仁 诃子（小者以热灰火煨攻肉。各半两）
上为末，糯米糊丸，如绿豆大。每服五十丸，空心温酒服。
治小水不通方
生车前草捣取自然汁半钟，入蜜一匙服。
加减槐花散 治便红。
条芩（一钱） 黄连（八分） 槐花（炒，七分） 枳壳（五分） 升麻（一钱二分）
赤芍药（一钱） 生地黄（八分） 甘草（二分） 苍术（三钱五分） 当归（五分）
上水钟半，煎七分，食前服。
腰痛方
取橙子核炒干为细末三钱，以白酒调即愈。
又方 取西瓜连肉浓皮切作片，阴干为细末，以盐酒调空心服妙。
养心汤 勤王劳心疾多，少睡心神不足宜服。
人参（二钱） 当归（酒浸，八分） 酸枣仁（去壳炒，一钱） 白茯苓（去皮，八分）
茯神（去木，五分） 甘草（二分） 黄连（酒炒，五分） 麦门冬（去心，七分） 白芍
药（酒炒，七分） 黄柏（酒浸） 橘仁（去白。各八分） 远志（甘草水煮去骨，五分）
上水钟半，莲肉四个去心，煎至七分，食远服。
因春丸 治疝气。
取双蒂茄子悬于房门上，出入以眼视之。茄淹所患亦淹，茄干亦干矣。又云∶将双蒂茄悬
门上，每日抱儿视之二、三次，安铁钉于茄上，十余日即愈。
又方 金丝瓜架上初结者，直待满架结尽，叶落瓜枯方取下烧灰存性为末，炼蜜调成膏，每
晚好酒调一匙下。如前病在左则左睡，病在右则右睡。
治脚上火丹方
以大黄磨水，频频刷上自愈。
治一切寒湿香港脚方
用牛皮胶一块，以刀细切入锅内，同麦面炒成珠，研为细末。每服用酒调下一钱，其痛
即止。
又方 治远年近日脚疮流黄水者。
黄柏不拘多少，刮去粗皮，用猪胆汁涂之，晒干，复涂复晒，如此七次为度，研成极细末。
先用花椒煨盐煎汤洗净疮，拭干，方以柏末掺之，二、三次即愈。
治手足皲裂春夏不愈者
生姜汁 红糟 食盐 骨髓
上研烂炒热，擦入皲内，一时虽痛，少顷皮软皲合，再擦即安。
治脚转筋
急将大蒜磨脚心，令遍热即瘥。
渊然真人夺命丹 治疔疮发背、脑痈乳痈、附骨疽，一切无头毒恶疮服之便有头，不痛者服
之便痛，已成者服之立愈。
蟾蛛（三钱，干者老酒化之） 血竭（一钱） 乳香 没药 铜绿 朱砂（各二钱，为衣）
轻粉（五分） 胆矾 铅粉（各一钱） 雄黄（三钱） 麝香 脑子（各五钱） 蜗牛（十一个，
连壳用） 蜈蚣（一条，酒浸炙黄，去头足）
上为末，将蜗牛研作泥，和前药为丸，如绿豆大，苦犹不就，以好酒煮面糊为丸。每服只
二丸，先用葱白三寸令病患嚼烂，吐于手心，男左女右，将丸子里在葱白内，用无灰热酒三、
四盏送下，避风处以衣被盖覆，约人行五里之久再饮热酒数杯，以助药力，发热大汗出为度。
如汗不出者，再服二丸，汗出则效。初觉者二丸即消，三、五日病重者，再进二丸。如疔疮走
黄过心难治，汗出冷者亦死。如病患不能嚼葱，擂烂裹药，仍以热酒送下。病在上食后服，病
在下食前服。忌冷水、黄瓜、茄子、油面、猪羊杂肉鱼一切发疮等物及妇人洗狐臭，犯之难治。
治发背并疔疮 疮一切无名肿毒
先将朱砂为末，以净盘盛之，再以明矾不拘多少，鲜明者佳。用砂锅溶化，就热用箸头挑热
矾敲成丸，入
朱砂，盘内相拌为衣，如豆大。壮者服三十丸，虚弱者或九丸、七丸，用生葱捣汁，和滚汤将前
药送下，用浓棉被盖卧出汗即愈，如汗不出，再根据前服，以汗为度。其方旋用旋丸。
治各项肿毒
用白芨末以无根并水调摊纸上贴患处，已成者加大黄少许。
铁井栏 治一切肿毒背痈，以此药围定，下不复舋开。
芙蓉叶（重阳前取） 苍耳叶（端午前取，烧灰存性）
上为末，蜜水调敷之。
治多年不愈天 顽疮
南胆矾 汞 明矾（枯过。各一钱） 香油（量用）
上共研，不许犯铁器，以汞不见星为度。四肢均搓，不许犯风，用加衣，巳时上药，午
时出汗，未时省衣，如此三日神效。
治下疳疮
用轻粉一味研细，干掺之，即干靥而愈。
治白汗斑
灸夹白穴即愈，或以针刺之，出血即愈。此试验者，夹白穴先于两乳头上涂黑，令两手直
伸夹之，染黑处即是穴也。
救危急十证
救自缢死 自旦至暮虽已冷可活。心下微温者，虽一日以上可活。急抱起死者使绳宽，解去绳，
切不可割断，却与之微微捻正喉咙，放倒卧，用被盖，急用竹管吹其两耳，一人急牵其发不放手，
就用脚踏其两肩。一人摩其胸及屈伸其手足，摩捋之，如活，即以饮与之。此法救人，无不
活者。
救水溺死先以刀斡开溺者口，横放箸一只，令其牙衔之，使可出水，或覆瓮，或立甑，以溺者
腹肚复其上，令头垂出水。如无瓮甑，横腹圆木上亦可。水出后令健夫屈死人两足着肩上，以
背相倒驮之而行，令出其水尽，仍先打取壁土一阶置地上，以死者仰卧其上，更以壁土覆之，上
露口眼，自然水气 入土中，其人或苏，仍急用竹管各于口、耳、鼻、脐、粪门内，更迭吹之，
令上下气相通，又用半夏末少许搐其鼻，如略活，用清粥饮灌之。
又孙真人救溺死法，急解去死人衣带，艾灸脐中即活矣。
救冬月堕水冻死 四肢冷，口不能言，只有微气者，不可便以火灸，用布袋盛热灰放在心头，
冷即换热者。待眼开却用温酒或米饮灌之。
有一个幼童玩耍时将线锤放入口中，误吞了下去。有一位胡人僧人给他吃了半斤饴糖，线锤随即随着粪便从肛门排出。僧人说：“凡是误吞五金（金、银、铜、铁、锡等金属），都可以吃饴糖来化解。”
另一个小孩误吞了一个金网圈。有人说：急忙用韭菜，煮熟但不要切断，与蚕豆一起咽下，不超过两次，那个金圈就会从大便排出来。
秘传神仙延寿丹（又名延龄至骨丹）
真红铅（一两） 人中灵 琥珀（各二钱） 天门冬 麦门冬（均用酒浸泡） 菟丝子（用酒浸泡一昼夜，经过九蒸九晒后，单独捣碎） 秋石 五味子 晚蚕砂（炒黄） 锁阳（用酥油炙烤） 远志（用酒浸泡并去除心） 当归（用酒浸泡） 川巴戟天（用酒浸泡并去除心） 肉苁蓉 白蒺藜 羌活（各四两） 柏子仁 玄明粉 鹿角霜 山茱萸（用酒浸泡取肉） 川骨碎补 鸡头实 生地黄（用酒浸泡并撕碎） 熟地黄（同上法炮制） 萆薢 川牛膝 枸杞子（以甘肃产者为佳，各五两） 杜仲（用酒浸泡并炒去丝） 川芎（以雀脑形为佳，各三两） 鸦片（五钱） 干山药 何首乌（用淘米水浸泡黑豆蒸熟，再用甑锅煮，并以羊肉蒸至熟透为度） 虎胫骨（用酥油炙烤，四肢疼痛时加用） 莲子（去皮和心，各六两） 茯神 干姜根（各八两，切成寸长，在饭上蒸熟后晒干）
以上药物研成细末，用枣肉制作成丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用七八十丸，空腹时用无灰的好酒送服。滋补药物，不过是巩固元阳、祛除疾病罢了。修行进修有次序，初期调理摄养通过筑基炼己，小大栽接驻颜返老还童。有不依赖药物的药，遵循此法向上修持，上乘大成，接续生命、长生不老的功效可以期待了！
保真种子膏

大附子（一个，已炮制） 海狗肾（一副，已炮制） 杏仁（去皮尖） 官桂 铅粉（八两，陆续加入，用槐树枝条不停搅拌，直到滴水成珠的程度，才放入以下药物） 松香（一两） 黄蜡（五钱） 雄黄 硫黄 阳起石 赤石脂（各二钱，一同放入）
沉香 木香 丁香 乳香（已炮制） 没药（已炮制） 蟾酥 鸦片麝香（各一钱，一同放入）
以上方法使用一口铁锅，用桑柴火慢熬，先下香油、甘草同煎五到七沸，其次下谷精草等十七味药，用文火熬至焦色，滤去药渣，再下附子等四味药熬焦，滤去药渣洗净，再下铅粉，用槐树枝条不停手搅拌，直到滴水成珠，才下黄蜡等六味药，搅拌，待温度稍降后再下沉香等八味药，搅拌均匀，用银罐盛装，密封悬挂在井中七日，以去除火毒。
用红丝将膏药摊贴在肾俞穴，每个重七钱，丹田穴每个重四钱，贴六十日后揭去，同房即可受孕。如果丹田部位有毛发，隔纸贴敷，外面用软布束缚，多行济火之法，效果很大。
透耳筒 治疗肾虚耳聋，耳中像风水钟磬的声音。
椒目 巴豆 石菖蒲 松脂（各一钱）
以上研成细末，薄薄地摊在纸上，卷成筒状塞入耳中，一天更换一次。
另一方案 将上述药物和蜡制成丸，如枣核大，塞入耳中。
通耳丸 治疗突然耳聋，以及肾虚引起的耳聋耳鸣。
穿山甲（选用大片者，用蛤粉炒至焦色，去掉粉不用） 蝎梢（七个） 麝香（少许）
以上研成细末，用腊入麻油一滴制成丸，用绵包裹塞入耳内。
一笑散 治疗虫牙疼痛难以忍受。
花椒（研成末，二分） 巴豆（半个）
两味药同碾，用饭做成丸，如蛀孔大小。放在棉里安于蛀孔内，疼痛即止而痊愈。
治疗牙龈肿烂流出臭水
芥菜杆（不限多少）
以上烧灰存性研成末，敷在患处即愈。
治疗风虫牙疼痛
芫花 小麦 细辛 花椒 防风 食盐（各一钱）
以上用水煎煮，漱口不要吞咽。
擦牙方
牙角（去弦） 生姜 升麻 熟地黄 细辛 木律 旱莲草 食盐 荷叶 槐角子
以上各等分研成细末，每天擦牙，能坚固牙齿、黑须发。
又一方
七月间取旱莲草连根一斤，用无灰酒洗净，用青盐四两腌制三宿取出，在油腻锅中炒至存性，炒时将原汁旋倾入炒干研成末。每天清晨用一钱擦牙，连同唾液一起咽下。
又一方
槐角选取其二子、三子一角相连者，不限多少，河水洗净，仍泡在盆中，二三天浑如泥状，用布取汁，用桑柴火熬成膏，其膏汁每一碗大约用青盐、蒺藜、赤石脂、破故纸各三两研成细末和匀，用瓦器晒干，仍研成细末。每天清晨未梳洗之时擦在牙齿上，候洗漱之后。（槐角子在霜降后取只结一子的，四五个相连的不使用。）
固齿乌须返老还童丹
川芎 细辛 荆芥穗 当归（全用，各三两） 青盐（四两）
以上研成细末，用陈仓米饭八两，将前药末同一处捣成，每两做成一个饼，晒干后用灰火烧红断烟存性，用碗扣在地上冷却，再研成细末，用生香附米八两捣取头末四两，其余不用，将前药共一处搅匀，用铅盒盛装。早晚擦牙，良久用水漱去。
治疗急喉风乳蛾闭塞
用新鲜牛膝根一撮，艾叶七片，捣碎，加入乳汁调和，再捣取汁。让病患仰卧，将汁液灌入鼻内，片刻，痰涎即从口鼻出而痊愈。
接骨方
用小鸡一只，重量二两以下的，用手捏死，不让出血，去毛后将刀切细，加风化灰二钱碾细捣成膏。用油纸包围贴敷患处，丝绵包裹之，服用接骨丹三钱。
接骨膏 又名当归合气散。
当归（一两半） 川芎 骨碎补 没药（各一两） 乳香（五钱） 广木香（二钱） 川乌（八钱，火煨） 黄蜡（一斤） 古老钱（七个，用酒浸泡七次） 油（三两，熬熟后下药）
以上将前各药研成末，和油成膏，用油纸摊贴，骨头碎裂依旧，筋断裂也可重新连接。
接指方
用真正沉重苏木研成细末，敷在断指之间，外用蚕茧包缚完好，数日后恢复原状。也治疗其他皮肤刀箭伤。
治疗刀斧伤 止血定痛生肌，一上即愈。
晚蚕蛾 白芷 当归头 陈年锻石
各等分研成末，敷在伤处即愈。

香附子（一斤，炒去毛，分四种炮制，酒浸四两，盐水浸四两，醋浸四两，童便浸四两，均炒焙干） 当归（六两，酒浸） 川芎 熟地黄（酒浸，各四两） 茯苓 玄胡索（炒，各二两） 白术（四两） 甘草（炙，一两） 益母草（半斤，端午日采集）
以上研成细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用五六十丸，空腹或缩砂汤，或醋汤，或酒，或开水任服。
治疗妇人下寒久不生产方
胡椒 杏仁 核桃仁 蜂蜜（各四两）
以上捣烂用一个瓷瓶，用纸封固，用绳系紧，用竹箭一条，插封瓶纸中间，以通气，放瓶于锅汤内煮一顿饭的时间为度，取出。每天清晨用热酒服三茶匙，睡一觉起床。久服如火热，自然会有胎。
治五淋方
淡竹叶 赤茯苓 荆芥穗 灯心草（各一钱） 车前子（生用，半两）
以上分成两服，水煎服。
治男妇诸淋
牛膝（一名苦枝根，一名鼓捶草）
不限多少，洗净捶碎，一握药配五碗水，煎至一碗去渣，加入麝香、乳香末各少许，空腹调服。
小便内当下沙石剥剥有声，是其验证。
秘元丹 治疗精关不固，危急情况。
灵砂（水飞） 龙骨（酒煮焙干为细末，各一两） 砂仁 诃子（小的用热灰火煨去肉，各半两）
以上研成末，糯米糊为丸，如绿豆大。每次服用五十丸，空腹温酒服。
加减槐花散 治疗便血。

赤芍药（一钱） 生地黄（八分） 甘草（二分） 苍术（三钱五分） 当归（五分）

腰痛方
取橙子核炒干为细末三钱，以白酒调服即愈。
又方 取西瓜连肉浓皮切作片，阴干为细末，以盐酒调空腹服妙。
养心汤 勤王劳心疾多，少睡心神不足宜服。
人参（二钱） 当归（酒浸，八分） 酸枣仁（去壳炒，一钱） 白茯苓（去皮，八分）
茯神（去木，五分） 甘草（二分） 黄连（酒炒，五分） 麦门冬（去心，七分） 白芍药（酒炒，七分） 黄柏（酒浸） 橘仁（去白，各八分） 远志（甘草水煮去骨，五分）
以上用水半钟，莲子肉四个去心，煎至七分，食远服。
因春丸 治疗疝气。
取双蒂茄子悬于房门上，出入以眼视之。茄淹所患亦淹，茄干亦干矣。又云∶将双蒂茄悬门上，每日抱儿视之二、三次，安铁钉于茄上，十余日即愈。
又方 金丝瓜架上初结者，直待满架结尽，叶落瓜枯方取下烧灰存性为末，炼蜜调成膏，每晚好酒调一匙下。如前病在左则左睡，病在右则右睡。
治一切寒湿香港脚方
用牛皮胶一块，以刀细切入锅内，同麦面炒成珠，研为细末。每服用酒调下一钱，其痛即止。
又方 治远年近日脚疮流黄水者。
黄柏不拘多少，刮去粗皮，用猪胆汁涂之，晒干，复涂复晒，如此七次为度，研成极细末。先用花椒煨盐煎汤洗净疮，拭干，方以柏末掺之，二、三次即愈。
治疗手足皲裂春夏不愈者
生姜汁 红糟 食盐 骨髓
以上研烂炒热，擦入皲内，一时虽痛，少顷皮软皲合，再擦即安。
渊然真人夺命丹 治疗疔疮发背、脑痈乳痈、附骨疽，一切无头毒恶疮服之便有头，不痛者服之便痛，已成者服之立愈。
蟾蜍（三钱，干者老酒化之） 血竭（一钱） 乳香 没药 铜绿 朱砂（各二钱，为衣）
轻粉（五分） 胆矾 铅粉（各一钱） 雄黄（三钱） 麝香 脑子（各五钱） 蜗牛（十一个，连壳用） 蜈蚣（一条，酒浸炙黄，去头足）
以上研成末，将蜗牛研作泥，和前药为丸，如绿豆大，苦犹不就，以好酒煮面糊为丸。每次只服二丸，先用葱白三寸令病患嚼烂，吐于手心，男左女右，将丸子里在葱白内，用无灰热酒三、四盏送下，避风处以衣被盖覆，约人行五里之久再饮热酒数杯，以助药力，发热大汗出为度。
如汗不出者，再服二丸，汗出则效。初觉者二丸即消，三、五日病重者，再进二丸。如疔疮走黄过心难治，汗出冷者亦死。如病患不能嚼葱，擂烂裹药，仍以热酒送下。病在上食后服，病在下食前服。忌冷水、黄瓜、茄子、油面、猪羊杂肉鱼一切发疮等物及妇人洗狐臭，犯之难治。
治疗发背并疔疮 疮一切无名肿毒
先将朱砂为末，以净盘盛之，再以明矾不拘多少，鲜明者佳。用砂锅溶化，就热用箸头挑热矾敲成丸，入朱砂，盘内相拌为衣，如豆大。壮者服三十丸，虚弱者或九丸、七丸，用生葱捣汁，和滚汤将前药送下，用浓棉被盖卧出汗即愈，如汗不出，再根据前服，以汗为度。其方旋用旋丸。
治各项肿毒
用白芨末以无根并水调摊纸上贴患处，已成者加大黄少许。
铁井栏 治一切肿毒背痈，以此药围定，下不复舋开。
芙蓉叶（重阳前取） 苍耳叶（端午前取，烧灰存性）
以上研成末，蜜水调敷之。
治多年不愈天 顽疮
南胆矾 汞 明矾（枯过，各一钱） 香油（量用）
以上共研，不许犯铁器，以汞不见星为度。四肢均搓，不许犯风，用加衣，巳时上药，午时出汗，未时省衣，如此三日神效。
治疗白汗斑
灸夹白穴即愈，或以针刺之，出血即愈。此试验者，夹白穴先于两乳头上涂黑，令两手直伸夹之，染黑处即是穴也。
救危急十证
救自缢死 自旦至暮虽已冷可活。心下微温者，虽一日以上可活。急抱起死者使绳宽，解去绳，切不可割断，却与之微微捻正喉咙，放倒卧，用被盖，急用竹管吹其两耳，一人急牵其发不放手，就用脚踏其两肩。一人摩其胸及屈伸其手足，摩捋之，如活，即以饮与之。此法救人，无不活者。
救水溺死先以刀斡开溺者口，横放箸一只，令其牙衔之，使可出水，或覆瓮，或立甑，以溺者腹肚复其上，令头垂出水。如无瓮甑，横腹圆木上亦可。水出后令健夫屈死人两足着肩上，以背相倒驮之而行，令出其水尽，仍先打取壁土一阶置地上，以死者仰卧其上，更以壁土覆之，上露口眼，自然水气 入土中，其人或苏，仍急用竹管各于口、耳、鼻、脐、粪门内，更迭吹之，令上下气相通，又用半夏末少许搐其鼻，如略活，用清粥饮灌之。
又孙真人救溺死法，急解去死人衣带，艾灸脐中即活矣。
救冬月堕水冻死 四肢冷，口不能言，只有微气者，不可便以火灸，用布袋盛热灰放在心头，冷即换热者。待眼开却用温酒或米饮灌之。
A young child was playing and placed a thread weight in his mouth, accidentally swallowing it. A Hu monk fed him half a jin of maltose syrup (Yitang), after which the weight was excreted along with feces from the anus. The monk said: "For any accidental ingestion of the 'Five Metals' (Jin, Yin, Tong, Tie, Xi - Gold, Silver, Copper, Iron, Tin), one can consume maltose syrup to resolve it."
Another child accidentally swallowed a gold mesh ring. Someone suggested: urgently use Chinese chives (Jiucai), cook them thoroughly but do not cut them, and swallow them together with broad beans (Candou). Within no more than two times, the gold ring will be expelled through the large intestine.
Secretly Transmitted Immortal Longevity Pill (also known as Yuling Zhigu Dan)

The above herbs are ground into fine powder, formed into pills using jujube flesh, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 70-80 pills per dose, administered on an empty stomach with good unadulterated liquor. These nourishing medicines merely consolidate the Primal Yang and dispel diseases. Cultivation follows a sequence: initial regulation involves building and refining the foundation, small and large grafting, preserving youth, and returning to infancy. There are medicines that do not require ingestion; following this path upwards leads to great achievement, with the efficacy of extending life and achieving longevity attainable.
Baozhen Zhongzi Paste
(This paste can lock the Jade Pool, secure essence without leakage, nourish the Spiritual Turtle so it does not die, strengthen Yang and preserve truth, ensuring inexhaustible vitality in battle. Apply to Shenshu (BL23) to warm the Dantian, allowing Heart and Kidney to interact (Ziwu Ji Ji), thereby eliminating all diseases. One paste application lasts sixty days; conception is possible when Metal and Water energies interact, showing remarkable efficacy. Long-term application reverses aging, darkens hair and beard, enables swift walking, extends life without fatigue, and possesses miraculous effects akin to immortality. It also treats cold-dampness wind-pain in the waist and legs, hemiplegia, Five Exhaustions and Seven Injuries, deficiency-cold of the Lower Origin, and infertility; applying for one month promotes conception.)

Chenxiang Muxiang Dingxiang Ruxiang (processed) Moyao (processed) Chansu Yapien Shexiang (each 1 qian, add together)
Use an iron pot, heating slowly with mulberry wood fire. First decoct Xiangyou and Gancao together for five to seven boils. Then add Gujingcao and seventeen other herbs, simmering on low heat until charred. Filter out the dregs. Then add Fuzi and four other herbs, simmering until charred, filter out dregs and clean. Then add Qianfen, stirring constantly with a locust twig until drops form pearls. Then add Huangla and six other herbs, stirring. When slightly cool, add Chenxiang and eight other herbs, stirring evenly. Store in a silver jar, seal tightly, and hang in a well for seven days to remove fire toxicity.
Apply the paste using red silk threads to Shenshu (BL23), each weighing 7 qian, and to Dantian (CV4), each weighing 4 qian. Remove after sixty days; conception will occur upon intercourse. If there is hair at Dantian, apply through paper and bind externally with soft cloth. Perform more 'Ji Huo' methods for significant effect.
Touertong
Treats Kidney-deficiency deafness, where sounds in the ear resemble wind blowing through water or bells/chimes.
Jiaomu Badou Changpu Songzhi (each 1 qian)
Grind into fine powder, spread thinly on paper, roll into a tube, and insert into the ear. Replace once daily.
Alternative Method: Mix the above herbs with wax to form pills the size of a date pit, and insert into the ear.
Tonger Wan
Treats sudden deafness, as well as Kidney-deficiency deafness and tinnitus.
Shanji (use large slices, stir-fried with Ge Fen until charred, discard the powder) Xieshao (seven pieces) Shexiang (a small amount)
Grind into fine powder, mix with beeswax and one drop of sesame oil to form pills. Wrap in cotton and insert into the ear.
Yixiao San
Treats unbearable toothache caused by tooth worms.
Huajiao (ground into powder, 2 fen) Badou (half a kernel)
Grind both together, form pills using rice paste, sized like a wormhole. Place in cotton and insert into the hole; pain stops and heals immediately.
Treat Gum Swelling, Ulceration, and Foul Discharge
Jiecaigan (any amount)
Burn to ash, retain nature, grind into powder, and apply to the affected area for cure.
Treat Wind-Tooth Worm Pain
Yuanhua Xiaomai Xixin Huajiao Fangfeng Yanshi (each 1 qian)
Decoct in water, rinse teeth, do not swallow.
Tooth Rubbing Formula
Yajiao (remove strings) Shengjiang Shengma Shudihuang Xixin Mulu Hanliancao Yanshi Heye Huaiguozizi
Equal parts, grind into fine powder. Rub teeth daily to strengthen teeth and darken beard/hair.
Another Formula
In July, take 1 jin of Hanliancao with roots. Wash clean with unadulterated wine. Marinate in 4 liang of Qingyan for three nights. Remove and stir-fry in an oily pan until the nature is retained, pouring in the original juice continuously until dry. Grind into powder. Every morning, use 1 qian to rub teeth, swallowing saliva along with it.
Another Formula
Take Huaiguo selecting those with two or three seeds connected to one husk, any amount. Wash clean with river water. Soak in a basin for two to three days until muddy. Squeeze juice through cloth. Boil down with mulberry wood fire into a paste. For every bowl of paste, mix with 3 liang each of finely powdered Qingyan, Jili, Chishizhi, and Puguazi. Dry in a clay vessel, then grind into fine powder. Every morning before washing, rub onto teeth, then rinse. (Note: Take Huaiguozizi after Frost's Descent if only one seed forms; do not use those with four or five connected seeds.)
Guchi Wuxu Fanlao Huantong Dan
Chuanxiong Xixin Jingjiesui Danggui (whole, each 3 liang) Qingyan (4 liang)
Grind into fine powder. Mix with 8 liang of aged warehouse rice paste. Pound together. Form into cakes of 1 liang each. Sun-dry, burn in ashes until smoke stops, retaining nature. Cover with a bowl on the ground to cool. Grind into fine powder. Mix with 4 liang of head powder from Shengxiangfu (using 8 liang total, discarding remainder). Stir evenly, store in a lead box. Rub teeth morning and evening, leave for a while, then rinse with water.
Treat Acute Throat Wind and Tonsillar Obstruction
Take a handful of fresh Niuxigen, seven leaves of Aiye. Pound together, add milk, pound again to extract juice. Have the patient lie supine, instill juice into the nose. After a moment, phlegm and saliva will exit from mouth and nose, resulting in recovery.
Bone Setting Formula
Take one chick weighing under 2 liang. Kill by hand squeezing, preventing blood loss. Remove feathers, chop finely with a knife. Add 2 qian of Fenghuahui, grind fine, and pound into a paste. Wrap in oil paper, apply to injured area, wrap with silk cotton. Administer 3 qian of Jiegu Dan orally.
Jiegu Gao (also known as Danggui Heqi San)

Grind all herbs into powder, mix with oil to form a paste. Spread on oil paper and apply. Broken bones will heal, severed tendons will reconnect.
Finger Reattachment Formula
Use high-quality, heavy Sumu ground into fine powder. Apply between the severed finger ends. Bind securely with silkworm cocoons externally. Restores normal appearance after several days. Also treats other skin wounds from knives or arrows.
Treat Knife/Axe Wounds
Stops bleeding, relieves pain, generates flesh. Heals upon application.
Wancanye Baizhi Danggui Tou Chennian Duanshi
Equal parts, grind into powder. Apply to wound for immediate healing.
Jiming San
Treats injuries from falls or crushing by wood/stone, with stagnant blood accumulation and unbearable pain. Uses this medicine to eliminate old blood and generate new.
Dahuang (steamed in wine, 1 liang) Taoren (seven kernels, skin and tip removed) Dangguiwei (5 qian)
Grind into powder. Decoct in one bowl of wine, strain. Take at dawn (cockcrow time). Expulsion of evil blood leads to recovery. If qi is exhausted and speechless, urgently instill urine to restore consciousness.
Ziyin Baibu Wan
Specifically treats women's consumptive injury, deficiency of Qi and Blood, disharmony of Yin and Yang, alternating chills and fever, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, emaciation, and weakness.
Xiangfu (1 jin, stir-fried to remove hairs, divided into four preparations: 4 liang soaked in wine, 4 liang in salt water, 4 liang in vinegar, 4 liang in children's urine; all stir-fried and dried) Danggui (6 liang, soaked in wine) Chuanxiong Shudihuang (soaked in wine, each 4 liang) Fuling Yanhusuo (stir-fried, each 2 liang) Baizhu (4 liang) Gancao (roasted, 1 liang) Yimucao (half a jin, collected on Dragon Boat Festival)
Grind into fine powder, make pills with refined honey, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 50-60 pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with Sha ren soup, vinegar soup, wine, or boiling water as preferred.
Formula for Women with Lower Cold and Infertility
Hujiao Xingren Hetaoren Fengmi (each 4 liang)
Pound into a paste. Place in a porcelain bottle, seal with paper, tie tightly. Insert a bamboo arrow through the center of the paper seal to allow air flow. Place bottle in a pot of boiling water and cook until a meal is ready. Take out. Every morning, take three tea spoons with hot wine, then sleep for a nap. Long-term use creates internal heat, naturally leading to pregnancy.
Formula for Treating the Five Stranguries
Dan Zhuye Chi Fuling Jingjiesui Dengcao (each 1 qian) Cheqianzi (raw, half a liang)
Divide into two doses, decoct in water, and take.
Formula for Male and Female Various Stranguries
Niuxi (also known as Kuzhi Gen, Guchui Cao)
Any amount. Wash clean, crush. Use one handful with five bowls of water. Decoct until one bowl remains, strain. Add a small amount of Shexiang and Ruxiang powder. Take on an empty stomach.
Verification: Sand/stones will pass in urine with a rattling sound.
Mi Yuan Dan
Treats seminal emission/incontinence in critical conditions.
Lingsha (water-flown) Longgu (boiled in wine, baked dry, ground to fine powder, each 1 liang) Sharen Hezi (small ones roasted in hot ashes until meat is gone, each half liang)
Grind into powder, make pills with glutinous rice paste, sized like mung beans. Take 50 pills per dose on an empty stomach with warm wine.
Formula for Urinary Retention
Fresh Cheqiancao, pound to extract natural juice (half zhong). Add one spoonful of honey and take.
Modified Huaihua San
Treats rectal bleeding (hematochezia).
Huangqin (1 qian) Huanglian (8 fen) Huaihua (stir-fried, 7 fen) Zhiqiao (5 fen) Shengma (1.2 qian)

Decoct in half a zhong of water until reduced to 0.7 zhong. Take before meals.
Formula for Lower Back Pain
Take orange seeds, stir-fry until dry, grind to 3 qian of fine powder. Mix with white wine and take for cure.
Another Formula: Take thick rind of watermelon with flesh, slice, dry in shade, grind to fine powder. Mix with salt wine and take on an empty stomach for excellent results.
Yangxin Tang
Suitable for those suffering from mental exhaustion due to diligent work, insufficient sleep, and deficient Shen.
Renshen (2 qian) Danggui (soaked in wine, 8 fen) Suanzaoren (shelled and stir-fried, 1 qian) Bai Fuling (peeled, 8 fen)

Decoct in half a zhong of water with four Lotus Seeds (Qian Zi) hearts removed, until reduced to 0.7 zhong. Take long after meals.
Yunchun Wan
Treats hernia (Shan Qi).
Hang a double-stemmed eggplant on the door frame. Look at it when entering or exiting. As the eggplant rots/dries, the illness will rot/dry up. Another saying: Hang the double-stemmed eggplant on the door, hold a child and look at it two to three times daily. Drive an iron nail into the eggplant. It will heal in ten-plus days.
Another Formula: Take newly formed Golden Thread Melons (Jinsi Gua) from the vine. Wait until all fruits have formed, leaves fallen, and melons withered. Harvest, burn to ash, retain nature, grind to powder. Mix with refined honey to form a paste. Take one spoonful with good wine every night. Sleep on the left if the disease is on the left, right if on the right.
Formula for Erysipelas on the Foot
Grind Dahuang in water. Brush frequently onto the affected area for self-healing.
Formula for All Cold-Dampness Hong Kong Foot (Tinea Pedis)
Take a piece of Niu Pi Jiao. Cut finely into a pot. Stir-fry with wheat flour until forming beads. Grind to fine powder. Take 1 qian mixed with wine per dose; pain stops immediately.
Another Formula: Treats chronic or recent foot ulcers discharging yellow fluid.
Huangbai (any amount). Scrape off coarse bark. Coat with pig bile. Sun-dry. Repeat coating and drying seven times. Grind to extremely fine powder. First, wash the ulcer with decoction of Huajiao and roasted salt. Dry. Sprinkle Huangbai powder. Heals in two to three applications.
Formula for Fissures on Hands and Feet Not Healing in Spring/Summer
Shengjiang Zhi Hongzao Yanshi Gu sui
Pound until smooth, stir-fry hot. Rub into fissures. Although painful initially, skin softens and fissures close shortly after. Rub again for relief.
Treatment for Calf Cramps
Urgently rub crushed garlic on the sole of the foot until thoroughly warm; condition resolves.
Yuoran Zhenren Duoming Dan
Treats Ding Chuang, Fa Bei, Brain Abscess, Breast Abscess, Fu Gu Ju, and all toxic sores without heads. Causes hidden toxins to surface, induces pain in non-painful sores, and cures established sores immediately.
Chan Zhu (3 qian, dried ones dissolved in old wine) Xuexie (1 qian) Ruxiang Moyao Tonglv Zhusha (each 2 qian, used as coating)
Qingfen (5 fen) Danfan Qianfen (each 1 qian) Xionghuang (3 qian) Shexiang Naobo (each 5 qian) Woniu (eleven pieces, with shell) Wugong (one piece, soaked in wine, roasted yellow, head and feet removed)
Grind into powder. Mash Woniu into mud, mix with other herbs to form pills sized like mung beans. If difficult to form, use good wine and flour paste. Take only two pills per dose. First, have the patient chew three inches of Congbai (scallion white) thoroughly, spit into palm. Men use left hand, women right hand. Place pill inside the chewed scallion. Wash down with 3-4 cups of hot unadulterated wine. Keep away from wind, cover with blankets. After walking about five li, drink several more cups of hot wine to boost efficacy. Continue until sweating profusely with fever.
If no sweat occurs, take two more pills; sweating indicates efficacy. Early stage: two pills cause resolution. Severe cases after 3-5 days: take two more pills. If Ding Chuang spreads to the heart (Zou Huang), it is hard to treat. Cold sweat indicates death. If patient cannot chew scallion, mash it and wrap medicine, still wash down with hot wine. Diseases in upper body: take after meals. Diseases in lower body: take before meals. Avoid cold water, cucumber, eggplant, oily noodles, pork/mutton/fish/offal, and all foods that trigger sores. Also avoid women washing axillary odor; violation makes treatment difficult.
Treat Fa Bei, Ding Chuang, and All Unknown Swellings/Toxins
First, grind Zhusha into powder, place in a clean plate. Take Mingfan (any amount, bright color preferred). Melt in a clay pot. While hot, use chopstick tip to pick up hot fan, tap into pills. Roll in Zhusha powder in the plate to coat, sized like beans. Strong individuals take 30 pills; weak individuals take 9 or 7 pills. Instill juice from raw Cong into boiling water to wash down pills. Cover with thick cotton quilt to induce sweating for cure. If no sweat, repeat dosing until sweating occurs. Prepare pills fresh as needed.
Treat Various Swellings/Toxins
Use Baiji powder mixed with rainwater (no root water), spread on paper, apply to affected area. If established, add a small amount of Dahuang.
Tie Jing Lan
Treats all swellings/back abscesses. Apply around the lesion to prevent spreading.
Furong Ye (harvest before Double Ninth Festival) Cang'er Ye (harvest before Dragon Boat Festival, burn to ash, retain nature)
Grind into powder, mix with honey water, and apply.
Treat Chronic Refractory Ulcers
Nan Danfan Gong Mingfan (calcined, each 1 qian) Xiangyou (appropriate amount)
Grind together. Do not touch iron vessels. Process until Mercury disappears (no stars visible). Rub on limbs. Avoid wind, keep warm. Apply medicine at Si hour (9-11 AM), sweat at Wu hour (11 AM-1 PM), remove clothes at Wei hour (1-3 PM). Three days yields miraculous effect.
Treat Chancre (Xia Gan Chuang)
Use Qingfen alone, ground fine. Apply dry powder. Lesion dries and heals.
Treat White Sweat Spots (Leukoderma)
Moxibustion at Jia Bai acupoint cures it, or needle puncture to bleed cures it. This is verified: Jia Bai point is located by marking nipples black, extending arms straight to pinch the mark; the blackened spot is the point.

Rescue Hanging Victims
Even if cold from dawn to dusk, survival is possible. If chest is slightly warm, survival is possible even after a day. Urgently lift victim to loosen rope, untie rope. Do NOT cut rope. Gently massage neck, lay flat, cover with blanket. Urgently blow into both ears with bamboo tube. One person pulls hair firmly, another steps on shoulders. Another massages chest and flexes/extends limbs. If revived, give drink. This method saves all who try.
Rescue Drowning Victims
First, pry open mouth with knife, place chopstick horizontally between teeth to allow water drainage. Or place abdomen over inverted urn or standing steamer, head hanging down to drain water. If no urn/steamer, place abdomen on round log. After water drains, have strong man carry victim face-down on shoulders, walking to drain remaining water. Dig wall soil, place on ground, lay victim supine on it, cover with soil, leaving mouth/nose exposed. Natural earth absorbs moisture; victim may revive. Urgently blow into mouth, ears, nose, umbilicus, and anus alternately with bamboo tube to connect Qi. Snuff small amount of Banxia powder into nose. If slightly alive, pour clear porridge water.
Another method by Sun Simiao: Urgently remove clothing/belts, moxa at navel (CV8) for revival.
Rescue Winter Drowning/Cold Death
Limbs cold, unable to speak, faint breath. Do NOT use fire moxibustion immediately. Place bag of hot ashes on chest; replace when cold. Wait for eyes to open, then give warm wine or rice drink.
