治小儿虫积腹痛。
巴豆（一枚，去壳，槌去油） 朱砂（一粒）
同研匀，用鸡子一个，开顶微去白，入药在内，搅匀，仍将纸
糊口，用秆圈坐在锅内，水煮熟，令儿食之，或以茶清送下，即打下所积虫，神效。
追虫取积散（周佐溪传） 治小儿虫积、食积、热积、气积，或肚大青筋，腹胀而痛。
雷丸 锡灰 槟榔 芜荑仁 木香 大黄（煨） 黑丑 使君子 鹤虱（各等分）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸。或蜜，或砂糖水调服，每二、三匙。

五通膏（周景阳传） 治小儿脐风撮口。
生地黄 生姜 葱白 萝卜子 田螺肉（各等分）
上共捣烂，搭脐上四周，一指浓，抱住候一时。有屁下，泄而愈。
香螺膏（鉴泉兄传） 治小儿脐风，肿硬如盘。
田螺三个，入麝香少许，捣烂搭脐上，须臾再易，肿痛立消。
独神散 治小儿脐风。
用全蝎七个，去蝎尾，每个用中一节，共七节，火烤干为细末，乳汁送下。小儿头上，微汗出即已。

安神散 治小儿夜啼不止，状若鬼神。
蝉蜕七个，下半截为末，初生抄一字，薄荷汤入酒少许调下。
或者不信，将上半截如上服，复啼如初。古人立法，莫知其妙。
花火膏 治邪热乘心，焦躁夜啼。
灯花三颗，以乳汁调抹儿口，或抹母乳上，令儿吮之。一方
用灯心烧灰，敷乳上，令儿吮之。一方加朱砂一字，共为末，用白蜜调，儿睡抹口内。
【方剂】
治疗小儿因虫积引起的腹痛。

将二者共同研磨均匀，取鸡蛋一个，在顶部开一个小孔，稍微去掉一些蛋清，将药粉放入其中，搅拌均匀，再用纸将孔糊住。将鸡蛋放在竹圈中置于锅内，加水煮熟，让患儿服用，或者用茶水送服，即可排出体内积聚的寄生虫，疗效神奇。
追虫取积散（由周佐溪传授） 治疗小儿虫积、食积、热积、气积，或腹部胀大且可见青筋暴露，腹胀疼痛。

将上述药材研成细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂。也可以用蜂蜜或砂糖水调服，每次服用两到三匙。
【方剂】
五通膏（由周景阳传授） 治疗小儿脐风撮口（新生儿破伤风，表现为口唇紧缩）。
生地黄 生姜 葱白 萝卜子 田螺肉（各等分）
将上述材料共同捣烂，敷在脐部周围，厚度约一指宽，包扎好等待一小时。如果患儿排气排便，病症即可痊愈。
香螺膏（由鉴泉兄传授） 治疗小儿脐风，脐部肿胀坚硬如盘状。
田螺三个，加入少许麝香，捣烂后敷在脐上，片刻后更换，肿痛立即消除。
独神散 治疗小儿脐风。
取全蝎七个，去掉蝎尾，每个全蝎取中间一节，共七节，用火烤干后研成细末，用乳汁送服。若小儿头部微微出汗，病症即止。
【方剂】
安神散 治疗小儿夜啼不止，哭闹声状似鬼神作祟。
蝉蜕七个，取下半截研成粉末，初生婴儿用量为“一字”（古代计量单位，约0.5-1克），用薄荷汤加入少许酒调匀后送服。
如果不相信此法，将上半截按同样方法服用，患儿仍会像之前一样啼哭。古人制定此法，其中的奥妙无人知晓。
花火膏 治疗邪热乘心导致的焦躁夜啼。
灯花三颗，用乳汁调匀涂抹在患儿口中，或者涂抹在母亲乳头上，让患儿吮吸。另一用法：
用灯心草烧成灰，敷在乳头上，让患儿吮吸。另一种用法：
加入朱砂“一字”，共同研成细末，用白蜜调匀，待患儿入睡时涂抹于口腔内。

For treating abdominal pain caused by intestinal parasites (intestinal accumulation) in children.
Crotonis Fructus (Badou, one seed, shell removed, pounded to remove oil) Cinnabaris (Zhusha, one grain)
Grind them together into a uniform powder. Take one chicken egg, make a small hole at the top, and slightly remove some egg white. Put the medicine inside, stir well, and seal the hole with paper. Place the egg in a bamboo ring inside a pot, cook it thoroughly in water, and let the child eat it. Alternatively, administer it with tea water. This will expel the accumulated parasites, with miraculous efficacy.
Chongchong Quji San (Tracing Worms and Expelling Accumulation Powder, transmitted by Zhou Zuoxi) For treating intestinal parasites, food accumulation, heat accumulation, and qi stagnation in children, or distended abdomen with visible blue veins, abdominal distension, and pain.
Polyporus Umbellatus (Leiwang) Tin Ash Areca Seed (Binglang) Xanthium Fruit Kernel (Wuyiren) Aucklandia Root (Muxiang) Rhubarb (Dahuang, roasted) Morning Glory Seed (Heiqiu) Quisqualis Fruit (Shijunzi) Chrysanthemi Indici Flos (Heshi) (Equal parts)
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills with refined honey. Administer with honey or sugar water, two to three spoons per dose.

Wutong Gao (Five-Pass Paste, transmitted by Zhou Jingyang) For treating neonatal tetanus (umbilical wind) with mouth contraction.
Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdihuang) Zingiberis Rhizoma (Shengjiang) Allii Fistulosi Bulbus (Congbai) Raphani Semen (Luobozhi) Snail Flesh (Tianluorou) (Equal parts)
Pound all ingredients together until mushy. Apply around the umbilicus to a thickness of about one finger joint. Bind securely and wait for one hour. If flatus is passed and stool is discharged, the condition will resolve.
Xiangluo Gao (Fragrant Snail Paste, transmitted by Brother Jianquan) For treating umbilical wind in children, where the umbilicus is swollen and hard like a plate.
Three snails, add a small amount of Moschus (Shexiang), pound until mushy, and apply to the umbilicus. Change frequently; swelling and pain will subside immediately.
Dushen San (Unique Divine Powder) For treating umbilical wind in children.
Take seven full scorpions, remove the tails, and use only the middle segment of each, totaling seven segments. Roast over fire until dry, pulverize into a fine powder, and administer with milk. If the child sweats slightly on the head, the condition will cease.

Anshen San (Calming Spirit Powder) For treating incessant night crying in children, resembling possession by spirits.
Cicada Slough (Chantui, seven pieces), take the lower half, pulverize. For a newborn, use a dose of "yi zi" (approx. 0.5-1g). Mix with Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe) decoction and a little wine, then administer.
If this method is not believed, using the upper half as described above will result in the child crying as before. The wisdom behind the ancients' formulation remains unknown.
Huahuo Gao (Flower Fire Paste) For treating night crying due to irritability caused by pathogenic heat affecting the Heart.
Take three lamp wick flowers (Huahuo), mix with milk, and smear inside the infant's mouth. Alternatively, smear on the mother's nipple for the infant to suckle. Another method:
Burn Centum Segments (Dengxincao) to ash, apply to the nipple, and let the infant suckle. Another method:
Add "yi zi" of Cinnabaris (Zhusha), grind all into a powder, mix with white honey, and smear inside the mouth when the infant falls asleep.
