first soak tin foil in unrooted well water, lay it on the bruised area, and pat firmly with the palm of the hand to dissipate swelling.
Another prescription: Use four liang of wood ear mushroom, stir-fry until yellow, grind into powder, mix with honey, and apply to the affected area.
Use four liang of sesame oil, bring to a boil, add three egg yolks, simmer until charred, and remove dregs. Then add five qian of cleaned human hair tuft (Xueyu), simmer until charred, and remove dregs. Add five qian of white beeswax.
After beating with a stick, immediately use fresh urine (Tongbian) and aged yellow wine, one cup each, mix evenly, and take warm. This prevents blood from rushing to the heart, which is very effective. Alternatively, chop green onions, stir-fry until hot, and apply to the beaten area.

In an emergency, use one bucket of hot fresh urine (Tongbian) to immerse the foot. If it cools down, quench two red-hot bricks in it to reheat. Immerse directly up to the surface of the urine, where a layer of white oil floats.

Harvest in May, dry in the sun, including roots, stems, and leaves. Avoid iron vessels. Grind into fine powder. Mix with refined honey to make pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose.
Dissolve in hot wine and fresh urine (Tongbian). If at the time of delivery and pills are not prepared, use fresh Motherwort Herb, crush to extract juice, add a little honey, and take orally. The effect is significant. Alternatively, use a clay pot, control fire intensity, simmer into an ointment with the color of dark brown sugar. Store in a porcelain jar. Take two or three spoons per dose, mixed with wine or fresh urine (Tongbian). Also excellent.
