生姜不拘多少。五月五日午时，用布袋藏好，浸于不见天之东厕内。四十九日取起，扫
去秽物，悬空吊晒极干为末。病二年者，用姜末三分。病一年者用姜末二分，入麝香一二厘，
冲白滚水与病者吃下，只一服而愈。服药后不可轻叫病患吃饭。先须饮米汤一日，次日方可
少吃稀粥，五六日后渐渐吃饭，总以少吃为妙。忌荤腥盐酱，并酱小菜五十日，永不再发。
此方极效无比，有力者宜预制以救人最效。
黄鳝鱼一条，用无灰黄酒，量鱼大小酌酒多寡，煮酒干为度，连皮带骨用净砂锅焙存性，
研为细末。病势重者，每服三钱；轻者每服二钱五分为止，不可多用。黄酒调服。若在上半
月其效尤速，下半月其效较迟。三服见功，五服全愈。愈后宜服淡饮食，陆续吃稀粥可以。
忌一切思虑、筹画、气恼。荤腥椒酒，色欲房劳，尤宜慎之。转食用靛花水送下。 噎食转
食。服药后，恐大寒，常吃些姜汤尤妙。
附子 黄连（各一钱） 白芍（五钱）
水煎服即愈。寒热乘于心胃之间，两相攻战，所以作痛。此方黄连平心火，附子去胃寒。
而白芍入肝平木，不使克其胃，又去郁生心血，譬如两人争斗，有和事人，自然纷解也。所
以诸药不效，服此神效耳。
千年锻石（一两） 生熟白矾（各五钱）
共为末。姜汁为丸，梧子大。或姜汤，或烧酒送下七丸，即愈。有力仁人，修合以济世，
功德无量。
生姜不限定具体用量。在农历五月初五的午时，用布袋将其装好，浸泡在不透光的东边厕所内。经过四十九天后取出，扫去表面的污秽之物，悬挂在空中晾晒至极度干燥，然后研磨成粉末。患病两年的患者，服用姜末三分；患病一年的患者，服用姜末二分，加入麝香一至二厘，用滚开的白开水冲服给病人喝下，只需服用一次即可痊愈。服药后不可轻易让病患进食。必须先喝米汤一天，第二天才可以少量吃稀粥，五六天后再逐渐恢复正常饮食，总体原则是以少吃为宜。忌食荤腥、盐酱以及酱制小菜五十天，此后疾病将永不复发。此方效果极佳，有能力的人宜预先制备以救助他人，最为有效。
黄鳝鱼一条，使用无灰黄酒，根据鱼的大小酌定酒的多少，煮至酒干为止，连同皮和骨放入干净的砂锅中焙烤至保留药性（存性），研磨成细末。病情严重的患者，每次服用三钱；病情较轻的患者，每次服用二钱五分为止，不可多用。用黄酒调服。如果在上半月服用，疗效尤其迅速；在下半月服用，疗效相对较慢。服用三次见效，服用五次完全痊愈。痊愈后宜食用清淡饮食，陆续吃稀粥是可以的。忌绝一切思虑、筹划、生气恼怒。荤腥、辣椒、酒类以及房事劳损，尤其应当谨慎。若出现噎食或转食（食物反流）的情况，可用靛花水送服药物。服药后，担心药性大寒，常喝些姜汤尤为妙处。
附子一钱，黄连一钱，白芍五钱。
用水煎服，病即痊愈。寒热之邪交争于心胃之间，相互攻战，所以产生疼痛。此方中黄连平抑心火，附子祛除胃寒，而白芍入肝经平抑肝木，防止肝木克制胃土，又能去除郁结而生心血，譬如两人争斗，有了和事佬，纷争自然化解。因此，其他药物无效时，服用此方会有神奇疗效。
千年锻石一两，生白矾五钱，熟白矾五钱。
共同研磨成粉末。用姜汁制作成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。或用姜汤，或用烧酒送服七丸，病即痊愈。有能力的仁人君子，配制此药以救济世人，功德无量。
Fresh Ginger (Shengjiang) in any quantity. On the noon of the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, store it well in a cloth bag and soak it in an east-facing toilet that is not exposed to the sky. After forty-nine days, take it out, sweep off the filth, hang it in the air to dry thoroughly, and then grind it into powder. For those who have been ill for two years, use three fen of ginger powder; for those ill for one year, use two fen of ginger powder, add one to two li of Moschus (Shexiang), and mix with boiling white water for the patient to drink. One dose is sufficient for recovery. After taking the medicine, do not lightly allow the patient to eat. First, drink rice soup for one day; on the second day, one may eat a small amount of thin porridge. After five or six days, gradually resume normal eating, with the general principle being to eat sparingly. Avoid meat, fish, salt, soy sauce, and pickled vegetables for fifty days; thereafter, the disease will never recur. This prescription is extremely effective. Those with means should prepare it in advance to save others, which is most efficacious.
One Swamp Eel (Huangshan), cooked with unadulterated yellow wine (Huangjiu). The amount of wine should be adjusted according to the size of the eel, boiled until the wine is dry. Then, bake the eel, including skin and bones, in a clean clay pot until its medicinal properties are preserved (Cunxing), and grind it into fine powder. For severe cases, take three qian per dose; for mild cases, take two qian and five fen per dose, and do not exceed this amount. Mix with yellow wine for administration. If taken in the first half of the month, the effect is particularly rapid; if taken in the second half, the effect is relatively slower. Three doses show results, and five doses lead to complete recovery. After recovery, light diet is recommended; thin porridge can be consumed gradually. Avoid all kinds of worry, planning, anger, and indignation. Meat, fish, chili peppers, alcohol, and sexual indulgence should be especially avoided. In case of dysphagia (Yeshi) or regurgitation (Zhuan Shi), the medicine can be taken with Indigo Naturalis (Dianhua) water. To counteract the potential excessive cold nature of the medicine after ingestion, drinking ginger soup regularly is excellent.
Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (Fuzi) 1 qian, Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian) 1 qian, Radix Paeoniae Alba (Baishao) 5 qian.
Decoct in water and take orally; the illness will be cured. When cold and heat pathogens contend between the Heart and Stomach, attacking each other, pain occurs. In this formula, Huanglian pacifies Heart Fire, Fuzi dispels Stomach Cold, and Baishao enters the Liver to calm Wood, preventing Wood from overacting on Earth (Stomach), while also resolving stagnation and generating Heart Blood. It is like having a peacemaker in a dispute between two people, causing the conflict to naturally resolve. Therefore, when other medicines fail, this formula yields miraculous effects.
Magnetitum (Qiannian Duanshi) 1 liang, Alum Crude (Sheng Baifan) 5 qian, Alum Calcined (Shu Baifan) 5 qian.
Grind together into powder. Form pills using Ginger Juice (Jiangzhi), sized like Sophora japonica seeds (Wutongzi). Take seven pills delivered with ginger soup or distilled liquor (Shaojiu); the illness will be cured. Benevolent individuals with resources should compound this remedy to aid the world, accumulating boundless merit.
