论曰产后恶露不下者，以脏腑宿挟虚冷，或临产受寒气，使经络凝涩，气道不利。故恶
血凝积而不下也，日久为结癖症瘕之疾，令人心腹胀满，疼痛寒热之证生焉。
治产后恶露不下。人参汤方

上七味，捣罗为细散，每服二钱匕，四日外，热酒调下，四日内用童子小便调下。
论述说：产后恶露不下的原因，是因为脏腑原本就兼有虚寒，或者在分娩时受到寒气侵袭，导致经络凝滞涩阻，气机运行不畅。因此恶血凝结积聚而不能排出。如果日久形成结癖、症瘕等疾病，会导致心腹胀满，并产生疼痛、寒热等症状。
治疗产后恶露不下的人参汤方：
人参（半两） 大黄（锉碎炒制一两） 当归（切后焙干一两） 甘草（炙制一两） 芍药（一两） 牡丹皮
以上七味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，生姜三片，煎煮至七分，去渣温服，每日服用四五次。
治疗产后恶露排出不畅，脐腹连及腰部疼痛，烦躁出汗的四物汤方：

以上四味药，捣成粗末，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，煎煮至七分，去渣温服。
治疗产后来往寒热，恶露不下的柴胡汤方：
柴胡（去苗一两） 桃仁（汤浸去皮尖双仁炒至黄色二十枚） 当归（切后焙干半两） 黄芩（锉碎）
以上六味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，生姜三片，同煎至六分，去渣温服。
治疗产后恶露不下，或排不尽，腹痛不止，小腹急痛。泽兰汤方：
泽兰叶（一两） 甘草（炙锉一两） 当归（切后焙干一两半） 芍药（二两半）
以上四味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，加入生姜三片，大枣二枚掰开，生地黄一分切碎，同煎至七分，去渣温服，早晨和晚上各服一次。
治疗产后腹中满痛，恶露排不尽。黄芩汤方：

以上三味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，煎煮至七分，加入地黄汁一合，蜂蜜半合，生姜汁一合，再煎数沸，空腹温服。
治疗产后恶血排不尽，心腹疼痛，川芎汤方：
川芎（一两半） 大黄（锉炒二两） 芍药（一两半） 黄芩（去黑心一两） 桂枝（去粗皮一两）
以上九味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，煎煮至七分，去渣空腹温服。
治疗产后恶露不下，攻刺心腹疼痛。干漆丸方：

治疗产后恶血不尽，腹内坚硬疼痛，难以忍受。当归汤方：
当归（切后焙干一两半） 芍药（一两半） 桂枝（去粗皮一两） 桃仁（汤浸去皮尖双仁炒黄四十枚）
以上四味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，煎煮至七分，去渣温服，不拘时间。
治疗产后恶露不下，腹痛脐下坚硬。没药丸方：

治疗产后三日外，恶露不多，心烦闷。麦门冬饮方：
生麦门冬汁（二合） 生藕汁（三合） 生姜汁（半合） 生地黄汁（三合） 益母草汁（三合）
以上六味药，混合煎沸放温，每次服用半盏，如果觉得性寒，就加入清酒三合，温暖服之。
治疗产后恶露不下，腹内疼痛。牡丹皮汤方：

以上八味药，粗捣筛过。每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，加入生姜半分切碎，煎煮至七分，去渣稍热服。不拘时间。
治疗产后恶露不尽，消除各种疼痛，补不足。黄芪汤方：
黄芪（锉碎半两） 熟干地黄（锉碎一两） 川芎（半两） 桂枝（去粗皮半两） 人参（三分） 防风 甘草（炙制各一分）
以上十一味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，煎煮至六分，去渣温服，不拘时服用。

以上六味药，除肉外，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，生姜三片，葱白一茎切碎，取肉汁一盏半。煎煮至七分，去渣温服。
治疗产后大肠便秘，恶露不下，补虚。羊肉饮方：
羊肉（一斤去脂切碎水三升煮肉汁一升半澄令清） 白茯苓（去黑皮三分） 黄芪（锉碎三分） 大黄（锉炒）
以上八味药，除肉外，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，以肉汁一盏半，煎煮至七分，去渣温服。

以上八味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏半，煎煮至八分，去渣加入延胡索末半钱匕，搅匀温服。日三次。
治疗产后三四日，恶露未尽，呕吐不食，身体壮热。芍药汤方：
芍药（三两） 知母（焙干二两） 当归（锉焙一两） 红蓝花（二两） 荷叶蒂（二枚炙制）

治疗产后恶露不尽，脐腹疼痛。泽兰汤方：
泽兰（一两） 当归（切后焙干二两） 生地黄（切后焙干二两） 甘草（炙锉一两） 芍药（二两）
以上五味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用五钱匕，用水二盏，加入大枣三枚掰破，煎煮至一盏，去渣温服。
治疗产后恶露不尽，脐腹疼痛，壮热憎寒，咽干烦渴。刘寄奴汤方：

Commentary states: Postpartum lochia retention occurs due to pre-existing deficiency-cold in the zang-fu organs, or cold pathogen invasion during delivery, causing stagnation and obstruction of the meridians and vessels, and impaired qi mechanism. Consequently, stagnant blood coagulates and accumulates without being discharged. If left for a long time, it may form masses (jipi) and fixed growths (zhijia), leading to abdominal distension and fullness, as well as symptoms of pain, alternating chills and fever.
Treatment for postpartum lochia retention: Ginseng Decoction (Renshen Tang)
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Banliang) Rheum Palmatum Root and Rhizome (Chao Yiliang) Angelica Sinensis Root (Bei Yiliang) Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root (Zhi Yiliang) Paeonia Lactiflora Root (Yiliang) Moutan Cortex
The above seven herbs are coarsely crushed and sieved. Each dose consists of three qianbi, decocted with one sheng of water and three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) until reduced to seven-tenths. Strain and take warm. Administer four to five times daily.
Treatment for postpartum lochia discharge unsmooth, pain in the umbilical and abdominal region radiating to the waist, irritability, and sweating: Four Substances Decoction (Sìwù Tāng)
Angelica Sinensis Root (Bei) Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong) Rehmanniae Radixa Preparata (Shudihuang) Paeonia Lactiflora Root (Shaoyao) (each Banliang)
The above four herbs are crushed into coarse powder. Each dose consists of three qianbi, decocted with one sheng of water until reduced to seven-tenths. Strain and take warm.
