I will translate as 'Huang' with note or assume standard text usually has 黄芩. Looking at source text "黄 (锉三分)", likely typo for 黄芩 or 黄芪. Given heat clearing context, Huangqin is probable. However, strict translation requires sticking to text. I will use 'Huang' and add a translator's note in thought process, but output must be clean. Let's look at WHO terms. If strictly "Huang", it's ambiguous. In Song dynasty texts, single character often implies specific herb. Let's assume 黄芩 (Scutellariae Radix) based on "heat" context, or just transliterate/translate as 'Huang'. To be safe and accurate to the provided text which has a gap: "Huang". I will translate as 'Huang' and let the entity extraction handle it.)

Discourse states: Gan chuang (Gan sore/Gum disease caused by parasites) occurring after Shanghan (Cold Damage) arises because there is heat in the abdomen, the patient eats little, the stomach is empty and deficient, and the Three Worms (parasites such as roundworms, pinworms, and liver flukes) require food. They may gnaw on the Five Viscera or the lower part of the body, forming sores in hidden and obscure areas; hence it is named Gan chuang. The manifestations include teeth lacking luster, the entire tongue surface being white, heaviness in the four limbs, mental confusion with a tendency to sleep, and in severe cases, sores inside the lips. If the sores are located inside the upper lip, resembling millet grains, and accompanied by inner heart restlessness and pain, this indicates the syndrome of worms gnawing the Five Viscera. If sores appear inside the lower lip, and the patient prefers sleeping, this indicates the syndrome of worms gnawing the lower part. If the anus rots and reveals the form of the Five Viscera, it is a death syndrome.
