论曰卒心痛者。本于脏腑虚弱。寒气卒然客之，其状心如寒痛不得息，千金治寒客心痛，
而用大黄黄芩，治心痛彻背，而用乌头附子之类，治疗相反如此，要在用之随宜而已。
治卒心痛及九种心痛。丹砂丸方
丹砂（研一分） 乌头（去皮脐生为末一两） 巴豆（去皮膜研如膏新盆内摊去油为霜
一钱
上三味，同研匀。水煮陈曲糊为丸，如黍米大，每服三丸，冷生姜汤下。
治卒心痛不可忍。芎 汤方
芎 桂（去粗皮） 当归（切焙） 高良姜（各半两） 浓朴（去粗皮生姜汁炙令透
一分）
上五味，粗捣筛，每服三钱匕，水二盏，煎至七分，去滓温服，空心日晚各一。
治卒心痛。半夏丸方
半夏（汤浸七遍去滑曝干） 细辛（去苗叶各三分） 干姜（炮裂） 人参 附子（炮
裂去皮
上五味，捣罗为末，醋煮面糊和丸，如小豆大，每服五丸，温酒下。
治卒心痛。乌头丸方
乌头（炮裂去皮脐） 蜀椒（去目并闭口者炒出汗各三分） 干姜（炮裂） 桂（去粗
皮各半两）
上四味，捣罗为末，炼蜜和丸。如小豆大，每服五丸，温酒下。
治卒心痛。吴茱萸汤方
吴茱萸（水浸一宿曝干微炒一两半） 桂（去粗皮一两）
上二味，粗捣筛，每服一钱半匕，酒一盏，同煎至六分，去滓顿服。
治暴心痛。紫桂煮散方
桂（去粗皮） 高良姜 当归（切焙各一两） 吴茱萸（半两） 浓朴（去粗皮生姜汁
炙三分）
上五味，捣罗为散，每服一钱半匕，水一盏，入生姜三片，枣一枚劈破，同煎至六分，
不拘时候热服。
治卒心痛不可忍。三圣散方
附子（炮裂去皮脐） 蓬莪术（锉各一两） 胡椒（半两）
上三味，捣罗为散，每服一钱匕，热酒调下，妇人醋汤调下，不拘时候。
治暴心痛危笃者。神应丸方
锻石（风化者一钱） 干姜（一钱）
上二味，捣罗为末，滴水丸如豌豆大，每服七丸，取葱白一寸刺开，入开口椒七颗。湿
纸裹煨熟。细嚼醋汤下。
治心腹卒痛胀满，口噤气闷。备急丸方
大黄（锉炒） 干姜（炮裂各半两） 巴豆（去心皮麸炒黄研一分）
上先将前二味捣罗为末，入巴豆再捣千杵，蜜和为剂。瓷器盛，勿透气，旋丸如梧桐子
大，每服二丸，温生姜汤下，吐利为度。
治卒暴心痛。如圣丸方
豉（七粒慢火微炒转色倾出搓去皮） 斑蝥（一枚去翅足微炒）
上二味，同研，饭和丸，如豌豆大，每服一丸，温酒或热醋汤下。
治暴心痛。高良姜散方
高良姜 芍药（等分）
上二味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，温酒调下，不拘时。
论述说：卒心痛（突然发作的心胸疼痛），其根本原因在于脏腑虚弱，寒气突然侵袭所致。其症状表现为心中像被寒邪所伤般疼痛，导致呼吸急促或无法顺畅呼吸。千金方治疗寒气客居引起的心痛，却使用大黄、黄芩；治疗心痛放射至背部的病症，却使用乌头、附子之类药物，治疗方法如此相反，关键在于根据具体情况灵活选用罢了。
治疗卒心痛及九种心痛。丹砂丸方
丹砂（研磨一分） 乌头（去皮和脐，生用研为末一两） 巴豆（去皮膜，研磨如膏状，在新盆内摊开去油制成霜一钱）
以上三味药，共同研磨均匀。用水煮陈曲糊作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如黍米，每次服用三丸，用冷生姜汤送服。
治疗卒心痛剧烈难忍。芎䓖汤方
芎䓖 桂枝（去除粗皮） 当归（切碎焙干） 高良姜（各半两） 厚朴（去除粗皮，用生姜汁炙透一分）
以上五味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，水两盏，煎至七分，去渣温服，空腹时及晚间各一次。
治疗卒心痛。半夏丸方
半夏（用汤浸泡七遍，去除滑腻，晒干） 细辛（去苗叶各三分） 干姜（炮裂） 人参 附子（炮裂去皮）
以上五味药，捣碎过筛为末，用醋煮面糊调和制成丸药，大小如小豆，每次服用五丸，用温酒送服。
治疗卒心痛。乌头丸方
乌头（炮裂去皮脐） 蜀椒（去掉目并闭口的，炒出汗各三分） 干姜（炮裂） 桂枝（去除粗皮各半两）
以上四味药，捣碎过筛为末，用炼蜜调和制成丸药，大小如小豆，每次服用五丸，用温酒送服。
治疗卒心痛。吴茱萸汤方
吴茱萸（水浸泡一夜，晒干微炒一两半） 桂枝（去除粗皮一两）
以上二味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用一钱半匕，酒一盏，共同煎至六分，去渣一次性服下。
治疗暴发性心痛。紫桂煮散方
桂枝（去除粗皮） 高良姜 当归（切碎焙干各一两） 吴茱萸（半两） 厚朴（去除粗皮，用生姜汁炙三分）
以上五味药，捣碎过筛为散剂，每次服用一钱半匕，水一盏，加入生姜三片，一枚劈破的大枣，共同煎至六分，不拘时候热服。
治疗卒心痛剧烈难忍。三圣散方
附子（炮裂去皮脐） 蓬莪术（锉碎各一两） 胡椒（半两）
以上三味药，捣碎过筛为散剂，每次服用一钱匕，用热酒调服，妇女用醋汤调服，不拘时候。
治疗暴发性心痛危重者。神应丸方
锻石（风化的）一钱 干姜一钱
以上二味药，捣碎过筛为末，滴水制成如豌豆大小的丸药，每次服用七丸，取葱白一寸刺开，放入开口花椒七颗。用湿纸包裹煨熟。细细咀嚼后用醋汤送服。
治疗心腹突然疼痛胀满，口噤气闷。备急丸方
大黄（锉碎炒制） 干姜（炮裂各半两） 巴豆（去心皮麸炒黄研一分）
先将前两种药捣碎过筛为末，加入巴豆再捣一千杵，用蜜调和成剂。盛于瓷器中，不要透气，现做丸药如梧桐子大，每次服用二丸，用温生姜汤送服，以吐泻为度。
治疗卒暴发性心痛。如圣丸方
豆豉（七粒慢火微炒变色后倒出搓去皮） 斑蝥（一枚去翅足微炒）
以上二味药，共同研磨，用饭调和制成丸药，大小如豌豆，每次服用一丸，用温酒或热醋汤送服。

The presentation is characterized by a sensation of cold pain in the heart region, leading to dyspnea or inability to breathe smoothly. Qianjin Fang treats heart pain caused by cold invasion using Rhizoma Polygoni Cuscutae (Dahuang) and Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin); it treats heart pain radiating to the back using Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Wutou) and Aconiti Radix (Fuzi). Such contradictory treatments highlight that the key lies in flexible application according to specific conditions.
For treating acute heart pain and nine types of heart pain. Dansha Wan Formula
Cinnabaris (1 fen, ground) Aconiti Lateralis Radix (1 liang, skin and umbilicus removed, raw, ground into powder) Crotonis Fructus (1 qian, husk and membrane removed, ground into paste, spread in a new basin to remove oil and processed into frost)
The above three ingredients are ground together uniformly. Water-boiled Chen Qu paste is used as a binder to form pills the size of millet seeds. Take 3 pills per dose, administered with cold ginger decoction.
For treating unbearable acute heart pain. Xiong Gui Tang Formula
Xionggui (remove coarse bark) Danggui (cut and roasted) Galangal (each 0.5 liang) Houpo (1 fen, remove coarse bark, stir-fried with ginger juice until permeated)
The above five ingredients are coarsely crushed and sieved. Take 3 qianbi per dose, with 2 zhan of water, decocted to 0.7 zhan. Strain and take warm, once on an empty stomach and once in the evening.
For treating acute heart pain. Banxia Wan Formula
Banxia (soaked in boiling water seven times to remove slipperiness, dried) Xixin (3 fen, stems and leaves removed) Ganjiang (processed by cracking) Renshen Fuzi (processed by cracking, skin and umbilicus removed)
The above five ingredients are crushed, sifted into powder, and mixed with vinegar-cooked wheat flour paste to form pills the size of small beans. Take 5 pills per dose, administered with warm wine.
For treating acute heart pain. Wutou Wan Formula
Aconiti Lateralis Radix (processed by cracking, skin and umbilicus removed) Sichuan Pepper (3 fen, eyes and closed-mouth ones removed, stir-fried until moisture evaporates) Ganjiang (processed by cracking) Guizhi (0.5 liang, coarse bark removed)
The above four ingredients are crushed, sifted into powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of small beans. Take 5 pills per dose, administered with warm wine.
For treating acute heart pain. Wuzhuyu Tang Formula
Evodiae Fructus (soaked in water overnight, dried, slightly stir-fried, 1.5 liang) Guizhi (1 liang, coarse bark removed)
The above two ingredients are coarsely crushed and sieved. Take 1.5 qianbi per dose, with one zhan of wine, decocted together to 0.6 zhan. Strain and take in one dose.
For treating sudden heart pain. Zigui Zhusan Formula
Guizhi (coarse bark removed) Galangal Danggui (cut and roasted, each 1 liang) Evodiae Fructus (0.5 liang) Houpo (3 fen, coarse bark removed, stir-fried with ginger juice)
The above five ingredients are crushed and sifted into powder. Take 1.5 qianbi per dose, with one zhan of water, add three slices of fresh ginger and one split jujube. Decoct to 0.6 zhan. Take hot at any time.
For treating unbearable acute heart pain. Sansheng San Formula
Fuzi (processed by cracking, skin and umbilicus removed) Curcumae Rhizoma (crushed, each 1 liang) Piperis Fructus (0.5 liang)
The above three ingredients are crushed and sifted into powder. Take 1 qianbi per dose, mixed with hot wine. For women, mix with vinegar decoction. Take at any time.
For treating critical sudden heart pain. Shenyin Wan Formula
Duishi (weathered, 1 qian) Ganjiang (1 qian)
The above two ingredients are crushed and sifted into powder. Add drops of water to form pills the size of pea seeds. Take 7 pills per dose. Take one inch of scallion white, pierce it, insert seven open-mouthed Sichuan peppercorns. Wrap in wet paper and bake until cooked. Chew thoroughly and swallow with vinegar decoction.
For treating sudden abdominal and cardiac pain with distension, lockjaw, and stifling sensation. Beiji Wan Formula
Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (crushed and stir-fried) Ganjiang (processed by cracking, each 0.5 liang) Crotonis Fructus (1 fen, heart and husk removed, bran-stir-fried until yellow, ground)
First, crush and sift the first two ingredients into powder. Add Crotonis Fructus and pound for a thousand strokes. Mix with honey to form a dough. Store in porcelain vessels, ensuring airtightness. Form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 2 pills per dose, administered with warm ginger decoction. Continue until vomiting or purging occurs.
For treating sudden violent heart pain. Rusheng Wan Formula
Sojae Semen Praeparatum (7 grains, slowly stir-fried until color changes, poured out, rubbed to remove skin) Mylabris (1 insect, wings and feet removed, slightly stir-fried)
The above two ingredients are ground together and mixed with rice to form pills the size of pea seeds. Take 1 pill per dose, administered with warm wine or hot vinegar decoction.
For treating sudden heart pain. Gaoliangjiang San Formula
Galangal Paeoniae Radix (equal parts)
The above two ingredients are crushed and sifted into powder. Take 2 qianbi per dose, mixed with warm wine. Take at any time.
