论曰小儿疳痢者，由乳哺不节，生冷过度，伤于脾胃，冷热相搏。致腑脏不调。久而不
瘥，即变诸疳，若大肠虚弱，水谷不化，下痢无度。是为疳痢，其证面色萎黄，肌体羸瘦，
盗汗壮热，皮毛焦枯，嗜好酸咸，心腹虚胀，痢下蕴瘀，日夜无度是也。
治小儿一切疳痢。熊胆散方
熊胆（研） 雄黄（研） 青黛（研） 丹砂（研） 黄矾（烧令汁枯） 细辛（去苗
叶） 莨菪子（炒各半两） 芦荟（研） 龙胆 当归（切焙） 白矾（烧令汁尽） 蝉蜕
（炒） 虾蟆（炙焦各三分） 麝香（研）
黄连（去须） 黄柏（去粗皮） 甘草（炙各一两）
上一十七味，捣研为散。六十日至百日孩子，每服一字匕。一二岁半钱匕，三四岁一钱
匕，并米饮调下，早晚食前服。
治小儿疳痢赤白，及一切痢。桃皮散方
桃白皮（炙半两） 黄连（去须） 胡粉（炒） 赤茯苓（去黑皮各一两） 黄柏（去
粗皮炙半两） 丁香（七粒）
上六味，捣罗为散，每服半钱匕，米饮调下，早晚食前服，量儿大小加减。
治小儿疳痢，定命丸方
青黛（研三分） 乌蛇（去皮骨酒浸炙一分） 白附子（一枚） 干蝎（炒七个） 腻
粉（研一分） 独角仙（去足炙一枚） 棘刚子（去壳七枚） 麝香（研一分）
上八味，各捣研为末，用猪胆汁丸如黍米大，每服三丸，早晨晚后温水下。
治小儿急疳痢不止，或脓或血，或青或黄，发结成穗，或发堕落，鼻干咬指，好吃土炭

龙骨（一两） 黄连（去须） 黄柏（去粗皮炙） 地榆（炙各三分） 白头翁 干姜

上九味，粗捣筛。一二岁儿每半钱匕，水半盏，生姜三片，同煎至三分，去滓分温二服
，早晚食前服，量儿大小加减，口疮取芦荟赤地利末敷之；下部生疮，取蚺蛇胆黄连麝香等
分为末，涂敷之。
治小儿疳痢呕逆，浓朴丸方
浓朴（去粗皮生姜汁炙三分） 龙骨（半两） 白茯苓（去黑皮） 人参（各三分） 白
石脂（半两） 陈橘皮（去白切焙一分） 当归（切焙三分） 肉豆蔻（去壳一枚） 乌梅

上一十味，捣罗为末，炼蜜丸如麻子大，每服五丸七丸，煎生姜枣汤下，食前服。
治小儿一切疳痢，龙骨丸方
白龙骨（一分） 白石脂（一两半） 鸡屎矾（烧灰） 黄连（去须） 胡粉（炒） 赤
茯苓（去黑皮） 阿胶（炙燥各一两）
上七味，捣罗为末，炼蜜丸如麻豆大，每服五丸七丸，空心食前米饮下，更量儿大小加
减。
治小儿气疳，下痢腹胀，胡黄连丸方。

上六味，捣罗为末，炼蜜丸如麻子大，每服三丸五丸，米饮下早晨日午服，以瘥为度。
治小儿五疳下痢，砒霜丸方
砒霜（研一钱） 凝水石（烧） 附子（炮裂去皮脐各一分） 定粉（炒半两）
上四味，捣研为末，用粟米饮丸如麻子大，每服三丸五丸，米饮下，更量儿大小加减。
治小儿疳痢，铅丹散方。

上五味，以前四味捣研为散，用醋拌和为饼，就热铫上爆熟，细研为散，后入芦荟和
匀，每服一字匕，以米饮调服，早晨日午服，量儿大小加减。
治小儿一切疳痢，青金散方
铅丹 莨菪子 胡粉（各半两） 大枣（二十枚）
上四味，一处杵作团，烧令通赤，取出候冷研细，每服半钱匕，空腹米饮调下，晚后再
服。
治小儿疳痢，百中汤方
樗皮（炙） 黄连（去须） 枳壳（去瓤麸炒） 芜荑（各半两） 生姜（一分） 豉

上七味，各细锉，以水五合，浸经宿，平旦煎取三合，量儿大小，空腹服之，初服经
日昏沉，后渐渐苏，未全效，更作一剂，热渴与竹沥饮之。

上二味，将定粉与鸡子白相和，更研如膏，一二岁每服半钱匕，水七分，煎至三分，放
温服之，更量儿大小加减。
治小儿疳痢，日夕不止，手足逆冷，或下鲜血，虚渴不止，乌梅丸方

上一十味，捣研为散，以苇管斜批。吹少许入鼻中，及齿上，更以蜜和涂纸上贴之，如

治小儿疳痢方
丹砂（半两研） 麝香（研） 熊胆（研） 丁香（为末） 蟾酥（各一钱）
上五味，将四味细研如面，取蟾酥和为丸，如黍米大，一岁儿一丸，米饮或乳汁相和下。
勿令碎，吃药后，以水浓煎桃柳枝淋洗儿。取一丸吹儿鼻中，以湿青衣盖复体，其虫便出，
以疾退为度。
治小儿疳气，腹胀泄痢，小便赤涩。鳖甲散方
鳖甲（去裙 醋炙） 诃黎勒 木香 赤茯苓（去黑皮） 苍术（米泔浸一宿切焙各一
两）
牵牛子（熬一两半）
上六味，捣罗为散。食前温水下半钱匕，日再服，量大小加减。
治小儿疳痢，日夜无数、脱肛。身体瘦羸。丁香丸方
论述说：小儿疳痢（一种以消瘦、腹泻为特征的儿科疾病），是由于哺乳喂养不规律，生冷食物摄入过多，损伤了脾胃，导致寒热邪气相互搏结。致使脏腑功能失调。如果病情迁延不愈，就会演变成各种疳证。若大肠虚弱，水谷不能消化，导致腹泻无度，这就是疳痢。其症状表现为面色萎黄，身体消瘦，盗汗且高热，皮肤毛发干枯焦脆，喜好食用酸咸食物，心腹部虚胀，大便中夹杂瘀滞物，日夜腹泻无节制。
治疗小儿各种疳痢的熊胆散方：
熊胆（研磨）、雄黄（研磨）、青黛（研磨）、丹砂（研磨）、黄矾（烧至汁液枯竭）、细辛（去苗叶）、莨菪子（炒，各半两）、芦荟（研磨）、龙胆、当归（切片焙干）、白矾（烧至汁液流尽）、蝉蜕（炒）、虾蟆（炙焦，各三分）、麝香（研磨）、黄连（去须）、黄柏（去粗皮）、甘草（炙，各一两）。
以上十七味药，捣碎研磨成散剂。六十日至百日大的婴儿，每次服用“一字”量的药末；一至二岁半岁的幼儿，每次服用“半钱匕”量的药末；三至四岁的幼儿，每次服用“一钱匕”量的药末。均用米汤调服，早晚饭前服用。
治疗小儿疳痢下赤白脓血，以及各类痢疾的桃皮散方：
桃白皮（炙，半两）、黄连（去须）、胡粉（炒）、赤茯苓（去黑皮，各一两）、黄柏（去粗皮炙，半两）、丁香（七粒）。
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成散剂，每次服用半钱匕，用米汤调服，早晚饭前服用，根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿疳痢的定命丸方：
青黛（研磨，三分）、乌蛇（去皮骨，酒浸后炙，一分）、白附子（一枚）、干蝎（炒，七个）、腻粉（研磨，一分）、独角仙（去足炙，一枚）、棘刚子（去壳，七枚）、麝香（研磨，一分）。
以上八味药，分别捣碎研磨成粉末，用猪胆汁制作成如黍米大小的丸剂，每次服用三丸，早晨和晚上用温水送服。
治疗小儿急疳痢不止，或便脓或便血，或青色或黄色，粪便结成穗状，或头发脱落，鼻干咬手指，喜欢吃泥土炭块的金髓丸方：
金牙（一分）、乌头（生用，去皮脐，半两）、黄连（捣末，用鸡蛋一枚取蛋清与药末混合做成饼，炙干，一两）、肉豆蔻（去壳，一枚）、诃黎勒（煨，去核，用两枚）、石中黄（若无禹余粮可代替）、麝香（研磨）、丹砂（研磨，各一分）。
以上八味药，捣碎研磨成粉末，用炼蜜制作成如绿豆大小的丸剂，每次服用五丸，空腹时用米汤送服，晚上再服一次，根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗三岁以上小儿疳痢伴口疮，身体手脚心发热的龙骨汤方：
龙骨（一两）、黄连（去须）、黄柏（去粗皮炙）、地榆（炙，各三分）、白头翁、干姜（炮制）、当归（切片焙干）、酸石榴皮、白术（各半两）。
以上九味药，粗捣后筛选。一二岁的幼儿每次服用半钱匕，加水半盏，生姜三片，共同煎煮至剩余三分之一的药液，去渣，分两次温服，早晚饭前服用，根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。若有口疮，取芦荟、赤地利粉末外敷；若下部生疮，取蚺蛇胆、黄连、麝香等分为末，涂抹患处。
治疗小儿疳痢伴呕吐逆气的浓朴丸方：
浓朴（去粗皮，用生姜汁炙，三分）、龙骨（半两）、白茯苓（去黑皮）、人参（各三分）、白石脂（半两）、陈橘皮（去白切片焙干，一分）、当归（切片焙干，三分）、肉豆蔻（去壳，一枚）、乌梅肉（炒）、干木瓜（各半两）。
以上十味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜制作成如麻子大小的丸剂，每次服用五至七丸，煎生姜枣汤送服，饭前服用。
治疗小儿各种疳痢的龙骨丸方：
白龙骨（一分）、白石脂（一两半）、鸡屎矾（烧成灰）、黄连（去须）、胡粉（炒）、赤茯苓（去黑皮）、阿胶（炙燥，各一两）。
以上七味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜制作成如麻豆大小的丸剂，每次服用五至七丸，空腹饭前用米汤送服，并根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿气疳，下痢腹胀的胡黄连丸方：
胡黄连（半两）、蛇蜕（炙，一分）、虾蟆（炙，半两）、青黛（研磨，一分）、蜗牛（炒，半两）、木香（一分）、诃黎勒皮（半两）、麝香（一分）。
以上八味药，捣碎研磨成粉末，用米饭制作成如绿豆大小的丸剂，每次服用三至五丸，用米汤送服，直到虫体排出为止。
治疗小儿无辜疳痢的无食子丸方：
无食子（煨）、甘草（炙）、龙骨、当归（切片焙干）、黄连（去须）、人参（各一两）。
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜制作成如麻子大小的丸剂，每次服用三至五丸，用米汤送服，早晨和中午服用，以病愈为度。
治疗小儿五疳下痢的砒霜丸方：
砒霜（研磨，一钱）、凝水石（烧）、附子（炮裂，去皮脐，各一分）、定粉（炒，半两）。
以上四味药，捣碎研磨成粉末，用粟米饮制作成如麻子大小的丸剂，每次服用三至五丸，用米汤送服，并根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿疳痢的铅丹散方：
铅丹（炒研）、淀粉（炒研，各一两）、蛇蜕（炙焦，二条）、夜明砂（炒）、芦荟（研磨，临用时加入，各一分）。
以上五味药，将前四味药捣碎研磨成散剂，用醋拌和做成饼，在热锅上爆熟，细研成散剂，然后加入芦荟搅拌均匀，每次服用一字量，用米汤调服，早晨和中午服用，根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿各种疳痢的青金散方：
铅丹、莨菪子、胡粉（各半两）、大枣（二十枚）。
以上四味药，一起捣碎做成团块，烧至通红，取出冷却后研细，每次服用半钱匕，空腹用米汤调服，晚上再服一次。
治疗小儿疳痢的百中汤方：
樗皮（炙）、黄连（去须）、枳壳（去瓤麸炒）、芜荑（各半两）、生姜（一分）、豉（半两）、葱白（三茎）。
以上七味药，分别细切，用水五合浸泡过夜，清晨煎取三合药液，根据患儿年龄大小，空腹服用。初次服药后一天内可能会感到昏沉，之后逐渐清醒，若未完全见效，再制作一剂服用。若出现热渴症状，给予竹沥饮用。
治疗小儿疳痢，久服药物不愈的诃黎勒散方：
诃黎勒（炮制去核）、龙骨、赤石脂、密陀僧、酸石榴皮（焙）、麝香（研磨，各一分）。
以上六味药，捣碎研磨成散剂，每次服用半钱匕，用米汤调服，空腹饭前服用。若是脓血痢，用黄连汤调服，根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿疳痢兼口渴不止的定粉散方：
定粉（炒研，半两）、鸡蛋（一枚取蛋白）。
以上两味药，将定粉与鸡蛋清混合，再次研磨如膏状，一二岁的幼儿每次服用半钱匕，加水七分，煎至三分，放温后服用，并根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿疳痢，日夜不止，手足逆冷，或下鲜血，虚渴不止的乌梅丸方：
乌梅肉（炒）、龙胆、龙骨（各一两）、黄连（去须，一两半）、地龙粪（炒，一两一分）。
以上五味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜制作成如麻子大小的丸剂，一岁的幼儿用米汤送服三丸，饭前服用，以病愈为度。
治疗小儿疳痢及呕吐的豆蔻丸方：
肉豆蔻（去壳，一枚）、木香（半两）、丹砂（研磨）、人参、诃黎勒（煨去核）、麝香（研磨，各一分）。
以上六味药，捣碎研磨成粉末，用米饭制作成如麻子大小的丸剂，每次服用二丸，空腹用米汤送服，每天两次，并根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿各种痢疾日久成疳的阿胶丸方：
阿胶（炙令干燥）、白龙骨、黄连（去须）、白石脂、鸡屎白（炒）、胡粉（炒）、赤茯苓（去黑皮，各一两）。
以上七味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜制作成如麻子大小的丸剂，每次用米汤送服三丸，饭前服用，并根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿疳痢的龙骨散方：
龙骨、胡粉（炒）、白矾（烧至汁液流尽，各一分）、黄连（去须，半两）。

治疗小儿脾疳，脏腑滑泻或痢疾的肉豆蔻丸方：
肉豆蔻（去壳，一枚）、诃黎勒（炮制去核，二枚）、黄连（去须，一分）、赤石脂（研磨，一钱）、木香（一分）、蟾头（用生姜汁炙，一枚）。
以上六味药，捣碎研磨成粉末，用蜗牛肉研磨制成丸剂，如黍米大小，焙干后使用，每次服用三至五丸，用温粥饮送服，饭前服用。
治疗小儿五疳泻痢，肌肤黄瘦多困倦，喜欢吃泥土，五心常发热，烦渴引饮，夜间经常向上攀爬，出虚汗的使君子丸方：
使君子（去壳，用面粉包裹煨后锉碎）、无食子（各五枚）、木香、赤芍药、芦荟（研磨，各一分）、肉豆蔻（去壳）、槟榔（煨锉，各一枚）、黄连（去须）、麒麟竭（研磨）、麝香（研磨，各一分）。

治疗小儿各种疳痢的兰香散方：
兰香、人粪、白狗粪、虾蟆、白矾、蜘蛛、蚯蚓、蜗牛子（这八味药全部烧成灰）、芦荟（研磨）、蚺蛇胆（研磨，各一分）。

黄连（去须）、木香（各半两）、麝香（研磨，一钱）、定粉（一分）、狗肝（一具，切）、虾蟆（一枚，大者切）。
以上六味药，先将前四味药捣碎研磨成粉末。将狗肝和虾蟆用酒三升，煮烂至一升，去渣煎成膏，与前药末混合制作成如绿豆大小的丸剂，每次服用三丸，空腹用米汤送服，并根据患儿情况酌情增减剂量。

以上七味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，每次取一钱匕药末，加入巴豆十粒，去皮心膜，放入冷油中，用慢火煎至黑色，研细，用煮过的醋面糊制作成如黍米大小的丸剂，一岁的幼儿服用一丸，用薄荷汤送服。
治疗小儿疳痢，面黄体瘦，盗汗壮热，心腹虚胀，皮毛焦枯的莨菪丸方：
莨菪子（一两，用醋浸泡一夜，炒至黑色）、木香、胡黄连、芦荟（研磨，各一钱）、诃黎勒皮（二枚）、肉豆蔻（大者一枚，去壳）。
以上六味药，捣碎研磨成粉末，用烧熟的粟米饭和匀制作成如黄米大小的丸剂，每次服用五至十丸，空腹用米汤送服。
治疗小儿因哺乳不节，生冷过度，导致下痢不止，面黄肌瘦，腹胀发热，名为疳痢的胡黄连丸方：
胡黄连末、白芜荑仁末、芦荟（研磨）、麝香（研磨，各一分）、巴豆（五粒，去皮心膜出油，研磨）。

Clove, Aucklandia root, Nutmeg (remove shell, weigh each half tael; these three ingredients wrapped in flour and slow-roasted together), Aloe (ground, one tael), Quisqualis fruit (remove shell), Chebula peel (each half tael).
The above six medicinal materials are crushed, sieved, and made into powder. Make pills with jujube paste the size of mung beans. Administer three to five pills per time, taken with rice water, on an empty stomach.
Formula of Hou Po Wan (Magnolia Bark Pill) for treating gan li with diarrhea, abdominal distension, and loss of appetite in children:
Magnolia bark (remove coarse bark, roast with ginger juice, half tael), Aged tangerine peel (remove white part, slice and bake, one qian), Quisqualis fruit (remove shell, wrap in flour and roast), Licorice root (roast and crush), Chebula peel (half raw, half pao processed, each half tael).
The above five medicinal materials are crushed, sieved into fine powder, and made into pills with refined honey the size of a small chicken head. For children over three years old, administer one pill per time, dissolved in rice water. For 100-day-old infants, divide the dose into four parts, dissolved in milk or clear rice water.
Formula of She Xiang Wan (Musk Pill) for treating unceasing gan li in children:
Musk (ground, one qian), Quisqualis fruit (remove shell, half raw, half pao processed), Chebulic myrobalan (half raw, half pao processed, each two pieces).
The above three medicinal materials are crushed and ground into powder. Make pills with thin flour paste the size of small mung beans. Administer three to five pills per time, taken with rice water.
Powder of Lan Xiang (Lan Xiang San) for treating all types of gan li in children:
Litsea oil leaf, Human feces, White dog feces, Toad, White alum, Spider, Earthworm, Snail eggs (the above eight ingredients are all burned to ash), Aloe (ground), Python bile (ground, each one qian).
The above ten medicinal materials are crushed and ground into powder. Cut a reed tube obliquely. Blow a small amount of powder into the nostrils and onto the teeth. Also mix with honey, spread on paper, and apply to the affected area. If the lower part is affected, insert it into the lower orifice.
Formula of Da Gan Wan (Great Gan Pill) for treating gan li with emaciation in children:
White alum (calcined), Green vitriol (each one tael), Blue vitriol (two qian), Dried toad (one piece, remove intestines and roast), Datura seeds, Lepidium seed (stir-fried, each one qian), Snails (four or more; place the above seven ingredients in a bottle, seal with salt mud, dry, burn until red-hot, remove and grind into fine powder), Indian barberry (one qian), Raw snails (ground, three pieces), Musk (ground), Cinnabar (ground), Realgar (ground), Cow bezoar (ground, each one qian), Bear bile (ground), Chebula peel, Asarum (remove seedlings and leaves, each two qian), Indigo Naturalis (half qian).
The above seventeen medicinal materials are crushed and ground into powder, mixed evenly. Make pills with roasted millet rice the size of hemp seeds. Administer three to five pills per time, taken with mint decoction, at any time. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
Formula of Zhi Sheng Wan (Supreme Sage Pill) for treating gan li with abdominal distension, emaciated muscles, and unceasing diarrhea in children:
Quisqualis fruit (remove shell, twenty pieces), Nutmeg (remove shell, one piece), Clove, Fermented wheat cake (stir-fried), Realgar (ground), Bear bile (ground, each one qian), Musk (ground, half qian), Chebula peel (one qian).
The above eight medicinal materials are crushed and ground into powder. Make pills with white flour paste the size of mung beans. Administer ten pills per time, taken with rice water, before milk and food. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
Formula of Huang Lian Mu Xiang Wan (Coptis and Aucklandia Pill) for treating gan li with variable stool color in children:
Coptis chinensis (remove mustache), Aucklandia root (each half tael), Musk (ground, one qian), Lead subcarbonate (one qian), Dog liver (one set, sliced), Toad (one large piece, sliced).
The above six medicinal materials: first crush and grind the first four into powder. Boil dog liver and toad in three sheng of wine until soft, reduce to one sheng. Remove dregs and boil into a paste. Mix with the previous powder to make pills the size of mung beans. Administer three pills per time, taken with rice water on an empty stomach. Adjust dosage according to the child's condition.
Powder of An Shen (An Shen San) for treating gan li with irritability and thirst, and emaciation in children:
Astragalus root (crushed, honey-roasted and crushed, half tael), Licorice root (roasted and crushed, two qian), White Poria cocos (remove black skin), Ginseng, Stone lotus seed (remove heart and stir-fried, each one qian).
The above five medicinal materials are crushed, sieved into fine powder. Administer half a "qian bi" dose per time. Add half cup of water and one jujube. Decoct for three to five boils. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size, and take warm.
Decoction of Chen Xiang (Chen Xiang Jian) for treating gan li with sallow, dry, and brittle appearance, high fever, and abdominal distension in children:
Agarwood (crushed), Clove, Acid pomegranate peel (each two qian), Aucklandia root, Nutmeg (remove shell), Chebula fruit (pao processed, remove core), Chebulic myrobalan, Amomum fruit (each three qian), Quisqualis fruit (remove skin, half tael).
The above nine medicinal materials are crushed, sieved into powder. Mix with refined honey to form a syrup/jelly. Administer one bean-sized dose per time, dissolved in rice water.
Formula of Hu Huang Lian Wan (Indian Barberry Pill) for treating gan li with dry and brittle skin, emaciation, craving for sour and salty flavors, and abdominal distension with heat in children:
Indian barberry (one qian), Ligusticum chuanxiong, Curcuma zedoaria (roast and crush), Green tangerine peel (remove white and bake), Aged tangerine peel (remove white and bake, each half tael), Dried ginger (pao processed, one qian), Curcuma phaeocaulis (roast and crush, three qian).
The above seven medicinal materials are crushed, sieved into powder. Take one "qian bi" dose of powder, add ten peeled and de-heart-ed Edgeworthia chrysantha seeds, put in cold oil, fry slowly over low fire until black, grind finely. Use vinegar-boiled flour paste to make pills the size of millet seeds. One pill per year of age, taken with mint decoction.
Formula of Lang Dang Wan (Datura Pill) for treating gan li with sallow face, emaciation, night sweats, high fever, abdominal distension, and dry skin in children:
Datura seeds (one tael, soak in vinegar overnight, stir-fry until black), Aucklandia root, Indian barberry, Aloe (ground, each one qian), Chebula peel (two pieces), Nutmeg (large one piece, remove shell).
The above six medicinal materials are crushed and ground into powder. Make pills with roasted millet rice the size of brocorn. Administer five to ten pills per time, taken with rice water on an empty stomach.
Formula of Hu Huang Lian Wan (Indian Barberry Pill) for treating gan li caused by irregular breastfeeding, excessive raw/cold food, unceasing diarrhea, sallow face, emaciation, abdominal distension, and fever:
Indian barberry powder, White Melia toosendan kernel powder, Aloe (ground), Musk (ground, each one qian), Edgeworthia chrysantha (five seeds, remove skin, heart, and membrane, extract oil, grind).
The above five medicinal materials are mixed and ground finely. Use boiled flour paste to make pills the size of millet grains. Administer five to seven pills per time, taken with willow branch decoction, at any time.
Formula for treating gan li in children:
Cinnabar (half tael, ground), Musk (ground), Bear bile (ground), Clove (made into powder), Toad venom (each one qian).
The above five medicinal materials: grind the first four finely like flour. Mix with toad venom to make pills the size of millet seeds. One pill per year of age, taken with rice water or milk. Do not let them break. After taking medicine, wash the child with strong decoction of peach and willow branches. Blow one pill into the child's nose, cover the body with wet dark green cloth. Parasites will be expelled. Stop when the disease recedes.

Turtle shell (remove skirt, roast with vinegar), Chebula fruit, Aucklandia root, Red Poria cocos (remove black skin), Atractylodes lancea (soak in rice wash water overnight, slice and bake, each one tael), Pharbitis seed (roasted, one tael and a half).
