论曰小儿有九虫，一曰伏虫，长四分，二曰长虫，一名蛔虫，长一尺，贯心则杀人，三
曰白虫，长一寸，长至四五尺，亦能杀人，四曰肉虫，状如烂杏，令人烦满，五曰肺虫，状
如蚕，令人咳嗽，六曰胃虫，状如虾蟆，令人呕吐喜哕。七曰弱虫，又名鬲虫，令人多唾。
八曰赤虫，状如生肉，令人肠鸣，九曰蛲虫，状如蜗虫，令人下部痒。九虫之中，三虫最甚
，而为病之尤者，莫如蛔，皆由小儿气血不调，腑脏虚弱，或食生冷，或嗜肥甘，胃中气缓
，故生诸虫。居肠胃之间，多则为痔，剧则为癞。或因疮疡，变成痈疽恶疮，又有寸白虫者
，长一寸，色白形小褊，因食生鱼牛腊冷物后饮乳，致生此虫，损人精气，令人心腹痛，若
长及一尺，亦能杀人，凡此诸虫，品类不可悉数。皆可通以化虫药治之，欲知虫证者，凡腹
痛之脉当沉弦，若反洪大者，蛔也，肘外垢聚甚者虫也。
治小儿九虫。贯众丸方

丸，空腹服之，以知为度，未知稍加至十丸。
治小儿三虫。雷丸散方
雷丸（微煨过） 芎 （各半两）
上二味，捣罗为散。一二岁儿每服半钱匕，五六岁儿一钱匕，用米饮调下，空心服之，
日三。
治小儿蛲虫。桃叶自然汁方
桃叶（一两）
上一味，捣绞取汁，空腹服半合。
又方
苦楝根白皮（半两细锉）
上一味，以水一盏，煎至七分，空腹温服，未瘥再服。
又方
蓄（嫩者一两）
上一味，捣绞取汁，空腹服半合，日再服。
治小儿腑脏虚弱，或因食甘肥，致蛔虫动作攻心腹痛，痛有休止，喜吐涎及清水。此
虫贯心者死，诊其病，但腹中痛者，脉当沉若弦，今反洪大，即是蛔虫， 芦汤方
芦（五两） 黍米（二合）
上二味，粗捣筛。以水五盏，煮取二盏，去滓，每服半合，空心午后各一服，随儿大小
，以意加减。
治小儿蛔虫。使君子散方

上九味，捣罗为散，每服一字匕，空心饭饮调下。
治小儿疳渴，虫动心痛。万安散方
虾蟆 蛇蜕皮 蝉壳（各一分烧）
上三味，捣为散，用麝香半钱同研，每服一字匕，午时温水调下，午后煎柳枝汤洗浴，
用青绵帛子盖之，即虫自出而安。
治小儿疳虫痛，取效。胜金丸方
龙胆 定粉（研） 黄连（去须） 乌梅肉（炒）
上四味等分为末，炼蜜丸如麻子大，每服十丸，米泔下。
治小儿诸虫，但是疳虫并疗。麝香散方
麝香（研一分） 夜明砂（一两）
上二味，研为散，每服半钱匕，葱白汤调下。
治小儿蛔动猝叫如心痛。万金散方
干漆（炒烟出一两） 雄黄（二两）
上二味，捣研为细散，每服半钱匕，油一点，温水调下，量儿大小，以意加减。
治小虫诸虫，定疼痛。抵圣汤方
楝实（大者二两） 白芜荑（半两）
上二味，粗捣筛。每服一钱匕，水一盏，煎取四分，去滓放冷，临发时服。
治小儿诸虫心痛，发歇无时，止痛杀虫。鹤虱散方
鹤虱（炒黄） 槟榔（锉生用） 胡粉（炒黄） 苦楝根皮（锉各一两） 白矾（烧过
一分）
上五味，捣罗三味为散。入白矾胡粉同研匀细，每服米饮下一字匕。
治小儿寸白虫。白芜荑散方
白芜荑（一两半） 野狼牙草（一两） 白蔹（半两）
上三味，捣罗为散。每服一钱匕，以苦酒二合，空腹调下，立瘥。
又方
东行茱萸根皮（四两） 桃白皮（三两）
上二味细锉，以酒一升，浸一宿，去滓。一二岁儿每服半合，三四岁儿一合，空心午
后各一服，量儿大小，以意加减。
治小儿疳蛔动心痛，面伏地卧，口吐清水痰涎。千金散方
白槟榔（锉一钱） 紫楝根（锉） 石榴根皮（锉） 鹤虱（炒令烟出） 芦荟（研各

上五味，捣研为散。空心热茶调下一钱匕，更看儿大小加减。
治小儿虫痛频发。面青呕吐冷痰。渐至肌瘦。槟榔散方

上四味，捣为散。每服半钱匕，米饮调下，食前服。
治小儿虫痛不可忍。化虫散方

上三味，捣为细散，每服一字，或半钱匕，米饮调下，奶食后服。
治小儿诸虫，大啼时作心腹痛。白藓皮丸方
白藓皮 苦楝根 鹤虱（炒） 青橘皮（汤浸去白焙各半两） 定粉锻石（各一分）
上六味，捣为细末，面糊和丸，如绿豆大，每服十丸，煎使君子汤下，不拘时。
治小儿虫动心腹痛。滴金丸方
雄黄（半两） 白矾（三钱） 麝香（半钱）
上三味，捣研为末，粟米饭和丸，如麻子大，每服五丸，煎苦楝汤下。
治小儿诸虫心痛方
干漆（烧烟出三分） 雄黄（研半两） 麝香（研一钱匕）
上三味，捣研为散。每服一钱匕，煎苦楝汤调下，不计时候，量儿大小加减。
治小儿胃虚虫动。赤石脂丸方
赤石脂（细研二钱） 肉豆蔻（烧存性一枚） 橡实（五枚） 莨菪子（淘去浮者满五
橡实中）
上四味，将橡实并莨菪一处，炒令黑色，与赤石脂豆蔻同捣罗为末。入蟾酥少许，用面
糊和丸，如黄米大，每服五丸，米饮下，虫痛煎苦楝根汤下，小儿泄泻，频服良。
治小儿寒气伤脾虫痛，泻青黑色，减乳食。化虫丸方
木香（一分） 槟榔（炮二枚） 胡粉 苦楝根 鹤虱（炒各二分）
上五味为细末，面糊丸如麻子大，一二岁每服十丸，温粥饮下，日二，瘥即止。
治小儿疳虫腹痛。干漆散方
干漆（炒烟出一钱） 使君子（取肉十四枚） 楝木皮（东边皮浓者曝干去粗皮一两） 芜

上四味，捣为散。每服半钱匕，量儿大小加减，砂糖熟水调下。
治小儿疳虫， 刺腹痛。化虫丸方
芜荑（一分） 槟榔（锉二钱） 鹤虱（炒半两）
上三味为末， 猪胆丸如麻子大，每服五丸，量儿大小加减。
治小儿虫痛。楝实散方
楝实 鸡粪（等分）
上二味为散，每服半钱匕，冷水调下。
治小儿虫痛，面好伏地，口吐清水。鹤虱散方

论述说：小儿体内有九种虫，第一种叫伏虫，长度四分；第二种叫长虫，也就是蛔虫，长度一尺，如果穿透心脏就会致死；第三种叫白虫，长度一寸，若生长到四五尺长，也能致死；第四种叫肉虫，形状像腐烂的杏子，使人感到烦闷胀满；第五种叫肺虫，形状像蚕，使人咳嗽；第六种叫胃虫，形状像蛤蟆，使人呕吐且喜欢打呃逆；第七种叫弱虫，又名膈虫，使人多唾液；第八种叫赤虫，形状像生肉，使人肠鸣；第九种叫蛲虫，形状像蜗虫，使人肛门瘙痒。在九种虫中，有三种最为严重，而致病最厉害的，莫过于蛔虫。这些虫的产生，都是因为小儿气血不调，脏腑虚弱，或者吃了生冷食物，或者嗜好肥甘厚味，导致胃气松弛，因而生出各种虫。它们居住在肠胃之间，数量多时会导致痔疮，严重时会导致癞病。有时因为疮疡病变，变成痈疽恶疮。还有一种叫寸白虫的，长度一寸，颜色白、形体小且扁平，是因为吃了生鱼、牛肉干或冷物后喝奶，导致生出这种虫，损伤人的精气，令人心腹疼痛，如果长到一尺，也能致死。大凡这些虫，种类无法一一列举。都可以通用化虫药来治疗。想要知道是否有虫证，凡是腹痛的脉象应当沉弦，如果反而洪大，就是蛔虫；肘部外侧污垢聚集严重的，就是有虫。
治疗小儿九种虫。贯众丸方
贯众（一两一分，去除白色部分以去白虫） 芦（三两，去除长虫） 芜荑（去肉虫） 野狼牙（去胃虫，各一两） 雷丸（一两半，去赤虫） 蜀漆（去蛲虫） 白僵蚕（去弱虫） 浓朴（去除粗皮，用生姜汁炙制以去肺虫） 石蜜（去蛔虫，各三分）
以上九味药，捣碎过筛成粉末。炼制白蜜和药末制成丸剂，大小如麻子。每次服用根据儿童年龄大小增减剂量。四五岁的儿童用醋浆送服五丸，空腹服用，以见效为度，若未见效稍加至十丸。
治疗小儿三种虫。雷丸散方
雷丸（微火煨过） 芎 （各半两）
以上两味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。一二岁的儿童每次服用半钱匕，五六岁的儿童服用一钱匕，用米汤调下，空腹服用，每天三次。
治疗小儿蛲虫。桃叶自然汁方
桃叶（一两）
以上一味药，捣碎绞取汁液，空腹服用半合。
又一方
苦楝根白皮（半两，细切）
以上一味药，用水一盏，煎至七分，空腹温服，病未愈再服。
又一方
蓄（嫩者一两）
以上一味药，捣碎绞取汁液，空腹服用半合，每天服用两次。
治疗小儿脏腑虚弱，或因吃甘甜肥腻食物，导致蛔虫活动攻心引起腹痛，疼痛有间歇，喜欢吐涎水和清水。这种虫穿透心脏的会死，诊断此病，只是腹中痛的，脉象应当沉或弦，现在反而洪大，这就是蛔虫。芦汤方

以上两味药，粗捣筛过。用水五盏，煮取两盏，去渣，每次服用半合，空腹及午后各服一次，根据儿童年龄大小，酌情增减。
治疗小儿蛔虫。使君子散方
使君子 芦荟（研细） 干楝皮 槟榔（锉碎） 芜荑（各三两） 肉豆蔻（去壳） 丁香 苦参（各二两） 腻粉（研细少许）
以上九味药，捣碎过筛成散剂，每次服用一字匕，空腹用饭饮调下。
治疗小儿疳渴，虫动心痛。万安散方
虾蟆 蛇蜕皮 蝉壳（各一分，烧制）
以上三味药，捣成散剂，加入麝香半钱共同研细，每次服用一字匕，午时用温水调下，午后煎柳枝汤洗浴，用青色绵帛覆盖身体，虫子就会自行排出而安宁。
治疗小儿疳虫痛，取效。胜金丸方
龙胆 定粉（研细） 黄连（去须） 乌梅肉（炒）
以上四味药等分为末，炼蜜制成丸剂如麻子大，每次服用十丸，用米泔水送下。
治疗小儿诸虫，只要是疳虫都治疗。麝香散方
麝香（研细一分） 夜明砂（一两）
以上两味药，研成散剂，每次服用半钱匕，用葱白汤调下。
治疗小儿蛔虫活动突然大叫像心痛一样。万金散方
干漆（炒至烟出一两） 雄黄（二两）
以上两味药，捣研成细散，每次服用半钱匕，滴一点油，用温水调下，根据儿童年龄大小，酌情增减。
治疗小虫诸虫，定疼痛。抵圣汤方
楝实（大的二两） 白芜荑（半两）
以上两味药，粗捣筛过。每次服用一钱匕，用水一盏，煎取四分，去渣放冷，发作时服用。
治疗小儿诸虫心痛，发作停止没有定时，止痛杀虫。鹤虱散方
鹤虱（炒黄） 槟榔（锉碎生用） 胡粉（炒黄） 苦楝根皮（锉碎各一两） 白矾（烧过一分）
以上五味药，将其中三味捣碎过筛成散剂。加入白矾、胡粉共同研匀细，每次用米饮送下一字匕。
治疗小儿寸白虫。白芜荑散方
白芜荑（一两半） 野狼牙草（一两） 白蔹（半两）
以上三味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用一钱匕，用醋二合，空腹调下，立刻痊愈。
又一方
东行茱萸根皮（四两） 桃白皮（三两）
以上两味药细切，用酒一升，浸泡一夜，去渣。一二岁的儿童每次服用半合，三四岁的儿童服用一合，空腹及午后各服一次，根据儿童年龄大小，酌情增减。
治疗小儿疳蛔动心痛，面伏地卧，口吐清水痰涎。千金散方
白槟榔（锉碎一钱） 紫楝根（锉碎） 石榴根皮（锉碎） 鹤虱（炒至烟出） 芦荟（研细各半两）
以上五味药，捣研成散剂。空腹用热茶调下一钱匕，再看儿童年龄大小加减。
治疗小儿虫痛频发。面色青，呕吐冷痰。逐渐肌肉消瘦。槟榔散方
槟榔（锉碎一枚） 酸石榴皮（锉碎） 苦楝根（锉碎） 陈橘皮（汤浸去白焙干各一分）
以上四味药，捣成散剂。每次服用半钱匕，用米饮调下，饭前服用。
治疗小儿虫痛不可忍受。化虫散方
白丁香（一钱） 槟榔（锉碎一枚） 雷丸（一钱）
以上三味药，捣成细散，每次服用一字，或半钱匕，用米饮调下，喂奶食后服用。
治疗小儿诸虫，大哭时出现心腹痛。白藓皮丸方
白藓皮 苦楝根 鹤虱（炒） 青橘皮（汤浸去白焙干各半两） 定粉锻石（各一分）
以上六味药，捣成细末，用面糊和丸，如绿豆大，每次服用十丸，煎使君子汤送下，不拘时间。
治疗小儿虫动心腹痛。滴金丸方
雄黄（半两） 白矾（三钱） 麝香（半钱）
以上三味药，捣研成末，用粟米饭和丸，如麻子大，每次服用五丸，煎苦楝汤送下。
治疗小儿诸虫心痛方
干漆（烧至烟出三分） 雄黄（研细半两） 麝香（研细一钱匕）
以上三味药，捣研成散剂。每次服用一钱匕，煎苦楝汤调下，不限时候，根据儿童年龄大小增减。
治疗小儿胃虚虫动。赤石脂丸方
赤石脂（细研二钱） 肉豆蔻（烧存性一枚） 橡实（五枚） 莨菪子（淘去浮者满五橡实中）
以上四味药，将橡实和莨菪放在一起，炒至黑色，与赤石脂、豆蔻共同捣碎过筛成末。加入少许蟾酥，用面糊和丸，如黄米大，每次服用五丸，用米饮送下，虫痛时煎苦楝根汤送下，小儿泄泻，频繁服用效果好。
治疗小儿寒气伤脾虫痛，泻青黑色，减少乳食。化虫丸方
木香（一分） 槟榔（炮制二枚） 胡粉 苦楝根 鹤虱（炒各二分）
以上五味药为细末，面糊丸如麻子大，一二岁每次服用十丸，用温粥饮送下，每天两次，痊愈即止。
治疗小儿疳虫腹痛。干漆散方

以上两味药为散，每次服用半钱匕，冷水调下。
治疗小儿虫痛，面色好伏地，口吐清水。鹤虱散方

It is stated that children have nine types of parasites: the first is called Fuchong (Hidden Worm), measuring four fen in length; the second is called Changchong (Long Worm), also known as Hui Chong (Roundworm/Ascaris), measuring one chi in length, which can be fatal if it penetrates the heart; the third is called Baichong (White Worm), measuring one cun in length, which can grow to four or five chi and is also fatal; the fourth is called Rou Chong (Flesh Worm), resembling rotten apricots, causing irritability and abdominal fullness; the fifth is called Fei Chong (Lung Worm), resembling silkworms, causing coughing; the sixth is called Wei Chong (Stomach Worm), resembling a toad, causing vomiting and frequent hiccups; the seventh is called Ruo Chong (Weak Worm), also known as Ge Chong (Diaphragm Worm), causing excessive salivation; the eighth is called Chi Chong (Red Worm), resembling raw meat, causing borborygmus (intestinal rumbling); the ninth is called Tao Chong (Pinworm), resembling snail worms, causing anal itching. Among the nine worms, three are particularly severe, with Hui Chong (Roundworm) being the most pathogenic. These arise from irregular Qi and Blood in children, weakness of the Zang-Fu organs, consumption of cold/raw foods, or preference for rich and sweet foods, leading to relaxed Stomach Qi and the generation of various parasites. They reside between the intestines and stomach; an abundance leads to hemorrhoids, while severity leads to leprosy-like conditions. Sometimes, due to sores, they transform into carbuncles, ulcers, and malignant sores. There is also Cunbai Chong (Tapeworm), measuring one cun, white in color, small and flat in shape, caused by consuming raw fish, dried beef, or cold foods followed by milk, which damages Essence and Qi, causing heart and abdominal pain; if it grows to one chi, it can also be fatal. The varieties of these parasites cannot be exhaustively listed. They can generally be treated with vermifuge medicines. To diagnose parasitic infection, the pulse for abdominal pain should be Chen (Deep) and Xian (Wiry); if it is instead Hongda (Surging and Large), it indicates Roundworm; significant accumulation of dirt on the outer elbow suggests the presence of parasites.
Treatment for Nine Parasites in Children. Guanzhong Wan Formula
Guanzhong (Cyathulae Radix, 1 liang 1 fen, remove white part to eliminate Baichong)
Lu (Arisaema Cum Bile, 3 liang, to eliminate Changchong)
Wuyi (Chrysanthemi Fructus, to eliminate Rou Chong)
Yelangya (Sarcandrae Herba, to eliminate Wei Chong, each 1 liang)
Leiwan (Ovum Viperis, 1.5 liang, to eliminate Chi Chong)
Shuqi (Perillae Caulis, to eliminate Tao Chong)
Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, to eliminate Ruo Chong)
Noupu (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, remove rough bark, process with Ginger Juice to eliminate Fei Chong)
Shimi (Saccharum Sinense, to eliminate Hui Chong, each 3 fen)
Crush and sieve the above nine ingredients into powder. Mix with refined white honey to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Dosage varies by age. For children aged 4-5, administer 5 pills with vinegar juice on an empty stomach. Efficacy is the guide; if ineffective, increase slightly to 10 pills.
Treatment for Three Parasites in Children. Leiwan San Formula
Leiwan (Ovum Viperis, lightly roasted)
Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, each 0.5 liang)
Crush and sieve the above two ingredients into powder. For children aged 1-2, administer half a qian bi; for ages 5-6, administer one qian bi. Mix with rice water and take on an empty stomach, three times daily.
Treatment for Pinworms in Children. Taoye Natural Juice Formula
Taoye (Persicae Folium, 1 liang)
Crush and squeeze the above ingredient to obtain juice. Take half he on an empty stomach.
Another Prescription
Kulian Gen Baipi (Meliae Cortex, 0.5 liang, finely sliced)
Boil the above ingredient in one sheng of water until reduced to seven-tenths. Take warm on an empty stomach. Repeat if not cured.
Another Prescription
Xu (Polygoni Avicularis Herba, tender parts 1 liang)
Crush and squeeze the above ingredient to obtain juice. Take half he on an empty stomach, twice daily.
Treatment for Weakness of Zang-Fu Organs in Children, where consumption of sweet/fatty foods causes Roundworm activity attacking the heart, resulting in intermittent abdominal pain, preference for spitting saliva and clear water. If this worm penetrates the heart, death ensues. Diagnosis: Abdominal pain alone suggests a Chen (Deep) or Xian (Wiry) pulse. If the pulse is instead Hongda (Surging and Large), it confirms Roundworm. Lu Tang Decoction
Lu (Arisaema Cum Bile, 5 liang)
Shumi (Panicomi Semen, 2 he)
Coarsely crush and sieve the above two ingredients. Boil in five zhan of water until two zhan remain. Strain. Take half he per dose, once on an empty stomach and once in the afternoon. Adjust dosage according to age.
Treatment for Roundworm in Children. Shijunzi San Formula
Shijunzi (Quisqualis Fructus)
Luhui (Aloe)
Ganlianpi (Meliae Cortex, dried)
Binglang (Arecae Semen, sliced)
Wuyi (Chrysanthemi Fructus, each 3 liang)
Roudoukou (Myristicae Semen, shell removed)
Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos)
Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, each 2 liang)
Nifen (Calomel, finely ground, small amount)
Crush and sieve the above nine ingredients into powder. Take one zi bi per dose, mixed with rice drink on an empty stomach.
Treatment for Gan Syndrome Thirst and Heart Pain caused by Worm Activity. Wan'an San Formula
Xiam (Bufo Bufo)
Shetupi (Serpentis Dermis)
Chanqiao (Cicadae Periostracum, each 1 fen, calcined)
Grind the above three ingredients into powder. Add She Xiang (Moschus, 0.5 qian) and grind together. Take one zi bi per dose at noon with warm water. In the afternoon, bathe in Willow Branch Decoction and cover with green cotton cloth; the worms will exit and peace will return.
Treatment for Gan Syndrome Worm Pain. Shengjin Wan Formula
Longdan (Gentianae Radix)
Dingfen (Minii Carbonas)
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, remove stamens)
Wumei Rou (Mume Fructus pulp, stir-fried)
Grind the above four ingredients into equal parts powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 10 pills per dose with rice wash water.
Treatment for All Parasites in Children, specifically Gan Syndrome Worms. Shexiang San Formula
She Xiang (Moschus, ground, 1 fen)
Yeming Sha (Faecalis Noctuae, 1 liang)
Grind the above two ingredients into powder. Take half a qian bi per dose, mixed with Scallion White Decoction.
Treatment for Sudden Crying like Heart Pain due to Roundworm Activity. Wanjing San Formula
Ganqi (Resina Draconis, stir-fried until smoke emerges, 1 liang)
Xionghuang (Realgar, 2 liang)
Grind the above two ingredients into fine powder. Take half a qian bi per dose with a drop of oil and warm water. Adjust dosage according to age.

Mix with flour paste to form pills the size of broomcorn millet. Take 5 pills per dose with rice water. For worm pain, use Melia Root Decoction. For pediatric diarrhea, frequent administration is effective.
