论曰牙齿疼痛有二，手阳明脉虚，风冷乘之而痛者，谓之风痛，虫居齿根，侵蚀不已，
传受余齿而痛者，谓之虫痛，二者不同，古方有涂敷漱渫之药，治风去虫，用之各有法也。
治牙痛。 本汤方

上六味，研罗为末，炊饼皮丸如鸡头实大，如左边痛，即用药一丸，以薄绵裹，塞左鼻

地骨皮（一两） 细辛（去苗叶半两） 生干地黄（切一两） 戎盐（研二分）
上四味，粗捣筛，每用五钱匕，以水二盏，煎三五沸，去滓热漱冷吐，以瘥为度。
治牙齿疼痛。槐枝汤方
槐枝（五握锉） 升麻 莽草 胡桐泪（各一两）
上四味，粗捣筛，分三服，每服水三盏，煎三两沸，通口漱渫，大止牙痛。
治牙齿疼痛。铅丹丸方
铅丹（一两） 蜀椒（去目并闭口者炒一分） 莽草（半两） 附子（半生半熟一枚）
上四味，捣罗为末，以面糊丸，如芥子大，用绵裹一丸，纳虫孔中即瘥。
治牙齿疼痛。桃白皮汤方
桃白皮 槐白皮 柳白皮（各二两）
上三味，锉如麻豆，分为六帖，每帖以酒一升，浸一宿，煎三五沸，去滓热漱冷吐。
治牙齿疼痛。藜芦散方
藜芦（去芦头半两） 附子（炮裂去皮脐一分） 麝香（一分研）
上三味，捣罗为散，每用半钱匕，糁于齿上，如牙有虫孔，即以绵裹少许纳之。
治牙齿疼痛。地龙散方
地龙（去土） 延胡索 荜茇
上三味等分，捣罗为散，如左牙疼，用药一字入左耳内，右牙疼，入右耳内。
治牙齿疼痛。蜀椒汤方
蜀椒（去目并闭口炒出汗） 盐（研） 土蜂房（各一分）
上三味，粗捣筛，每服五钱匕，以水三盏，入葱白三寸拍破，煎十余沸，热漱冷吐，日
三五度。
治牙齿疼痛。乳香丸方

上二味以铁匙先于炭火中，熔白矾成汁，次下乳香安心中，急以手就丸乳香在矾内，以
绵裹，疼处牙咬之，有涎即吐却。
治牙齿疼风肿，时复发歇。青盐散方
青盐（研） 乌头（粗锉各二两）
上二味，一处入铫子内，文武火炒，候皆紫色，即住火，待冷却入臼中，捣罗为散，瓷
器中盛，临睡如常揩齿，温水漱口，久患者不过五七遍永瘥。
治牙齿疼。吴茱萸散方
吴茱萸（汤洗焙炒） 白芷
上二味等分，捣罗为散，用沸汤浸药一钱匕，漱疼处。
治牙齿痛不可忍。乳香散方
乳香（半钱研） 蜀椒（轻炒取红为细末一钱）
上二味，合研为散，每用半字一字，揩贴痛处良久，温荆芥渴漱口立效。
治牙齿疼痛。荜茇丸方

上二味等分，捣罗为末，化蜡丸如麻子大，每用一丸，纳 孔中。

上一味，炒黄碾散，以麝香相和，新绵裹，病牙处咬之。
治牙齿疼久不瘥。橘针汤方

上一味，锉如麻豆，每用一合，水一碗，煎五七沸，热漱牙疼处立效。
治齿痛舌痒，食物不得。防风饮方

以上七味药，粗捣筛过，每次用五钱匕的药量，用酒一升，煎煮三到五次沸腾后，滤去药渣，趁热含漱，冷却后吐出。
治疗牙齿疼痛的茯神散方：
茯神（去木一分）、白茯苓（去黑皮一分）、松脂（一分熬制）、青葙子（半两炒至焦黄）、白矾（一两熬至汁液干枯）、丹砂（一分研细）、麝香（半两研细）、乳香（一分研细）。
以上八味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，贴敷在牙齿疼痛处。
治疗牙齿痛的丁香膏方：

治疗牙齿痛的定愈散方：
乳香（半两）、白矾（一两烧成灰）、松脂（一两熬至汁尽）、青葙子（一两熬熟不可焦）、麝香（三分优质者）、丹砂（半两研如粉）、黄芪（半两锉碎）、琥珀（一两）。
以上八味药，捣研成散剂，另外将乳香单独捣炼成熟汁，加入前面的药中。如果有疼痛或有虫孔的地方，干贴之，不使用其他液体。贴药时，不得用水，疼痛立即停止。
治疗牙齿疼痛的草乌头散方：
草乌头（米泔水浸泡一夜，去皮切片炒制一两）、高良姜（半两）、细辛（去苗叶半两）、荜茇（半两）、白僵蚕（半两）、五灵脂（半两）、乳香（一钱）。
以上七味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂。凡使用一字量的药粉揩擦牙齿，合口片刻，吐尽涎液，再用盐水漱口。
治疗牙齿痛，塞鼻用的乳香丸方：
乳香、雄黄、硫黄、砒霜（各一分）、阿魏、麝香（各半分）。
以上六味药，研罗成粉末，用炊饼皮做成如鸡头实大小的丸子。如果左边痛，取药丸一丸，用薄绵包裹，塞入左鼻孔内，痛止即取出，右边亦然。
治疗牙齿疼痛，牙龈增生，清除热毒，解除外感风邪的升麻散方：
升麻、当归（切焙）、防风（去叉，各一两）、本（去苗土）、甘草（炙）、白芷、细辛（去苗叶）、川芎（各半两）、木香（一分）。
以上九味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，再在乳钵中研细。涂抹于增生的牙龈上。或者用水二盏，药五钱匕，煎煮三到五次沸腾，滤去药渣，趁热含漱，冷却后吐出，即可痊愈。
治疗牙齿疼痛的防风汤方：
防风（去叉）、当归（切焙）、川芎、细辛（去苗叶，各一两）、附子（炮裂半两）。
以上五味药，切碎如麻豆大小，每次用药五钱匕，加水一盏，放入生姜五片，煎煮十余次沸腾，滤去药渣，趁热含漱，冷却后吐出。
治疗牙齿疼痛，头面浮肿，吃冷热食物困难的细辛散方：

治疗牙齿疼痛，进食困难的的地骨皮汤方：
地骨皮（一两）、细辛（去苗叶半两）、生干地黄（切一两）、戎盐（研二分）。
以上四味药，粗捣筛过，每次用五钱匕，加水二盏，煎煮三到五次沸腾，滤去药渣，趁热含漱，冷却后吐出，以痊愈为度。
治疗牙齿疼痛的槐枝汤方：
槐枝（五握锉碎）、升麻、莽草、胡桐泪（各一两）。
以上四味药，粗捣筛过，分三次服用，每服用水三盏，煎煮三到五次沸腾，通口含漱清洗，可大幅缓解牙痛。
治疗牙齿疼痛的铅丹丸方：
铅丹（一两）、蜀椒（去目及闭口者炒一分）、莽草（半两）、附子（半生半熟一枚）。

桃白皮、槐白皮、柳白皮（各二两）。

治疗牙齿疼痛的地龙散方：
地龙（去土）、延胡索、荜茇。
以上三味药等分，捣碎过筛制成散剂。如果左牙疼，用药一字量放入左耳内；右牙疼，放入右耳内。
治疗牙齿疼痛的蜀椒汤方：
蜀椒（去目并闭口者炒出汗）、盐（研）、土蜂房（各一分）。
以上三味药，粗捣筛过，每次服五钱匕，加水三盏，放入葱白三寸拍破，煎煮十余次沸腾，趁热含漱，冷却后吐出，每天三到五次。
治疗牙齿疼痛的乳香丸方：
乳香（一块如豌豆大）、白矾（一块如皂荚子大）。
以上两味药，用铁匙先在炭火中熔白矾成汁，然后放入乳香在中心，急忙用手将乳香在矾液中揉成丸，用棉包裹，在疼痛处的牙齿上咬住，有涎液就吐掉。
治疗牙齿疼风肿，时常复发间歇的青盐散方：
青盐（研）、乌头（粗锉，各二两）。
以上两味药，一起放入铫子内，用文武火炒，待都变成紫色，就停火，待冷却后放入臼中，捣碎过筛制成散剂，盛在瓷器中。临睡前像平常一样刷牙，温水漱口，久病患者不超过五七遍即可永愈。
治疗牙齿疼的吴茱萸散方：
吴茱萸（汤洗焙炒）、白芷。
以上两味药等分，捣碎过筛制成散剂，用沸汤浸泡药一钱匕，含漱疼痛处。
治疗牙齿痛不可忍受的乳香散方：
乳香（半钱研细）、蜀椒（轻炒取红色部分为细末一钱）。
以上两味药，合研成散剂，每次用半字或一字，揩擦贴于痛处良久，用温荆芥汤漱口，立即见效。

细辛（去苗叶）、苦参（各一两）。
以上两味药，锉碎如麻豆大小，加水一盏，药五钱匕，煎煮五到七次沸腾，滤去药渣，趁热含漱，冷却后吐出。
治疗牙齿痛的苍耳汤方：
苍耳子（一合，用根也很好）。
以上一味药，粗捣筛过，加水二盏，煎煮十余次沸腾，加入少许盐，滤去药渣，趁热含漱，冷却后吐出。
治疗牙齿痛的地黄饼方：
地黄（五斤）。

无食子（不拘多少）。
以上一味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，用棉包裹一钱，在疼痛处咬住即可安定，有涎液就吐出。
治疗牙齿疼痛的槐枝烙方：
槐枝（烧令热）。
以上药在疼痛处的齿缝中，烙烫即可痊愈。
治疗牙齿痛的李木皮方：
李木皮（不拘多少）。
以上取细嚼后的汁液浸渍疼痛处，不超过三到五次，即可痊愈。
治疗牙齿痛的白杨醋方：
白杨皮（一握细锉）。
以上用醋二升，煎煮十余次沸腾，滤去药渣，趁热含漱即吐出。
治疗牙齿痛的松节汤方：
松节（细锉如麻豆一合）。
以上一味药，加水三盏，煎药至约二盏，滤去药渣，含漱牙齿立即止痛。
治疗牙齿痛的瓜蒂散方：
瓜蒂（七枚）。
以上一味药，炒黄碾碎，与麝香混合，新棉包裹，在患牙处咬住。
治疗牙疼久不痊愈的橘针汤方：
臭橘针（不拘多少）。
以上一味药，锉碎如麻豆大小，每次用一合，水一碗，煎煮五到七次沸腾，热漱牙疼处立即见效。
治疗齿痛舌痒，食物难以下咽的防风饮方：
防风（去叉）、升麻、桂（去粗皮）、白石脂（研）、当归（切焙）、槟榔（锉）、桑根白皮（锉炒）、干木瓜、黄芩（去黑心一两）。
以上十五味药，粗捣筛过，每次服三钱七，加水一盏，生姜五片，煎取七分，滤去药渣温服。
治疗齿痛、连累牙颌疼痛的柳枝汤方：
柳枝（切）、槐枝（切）、黑豆（各一合）、蜀椒（去目并合口炒出汗半两）、盐、细辛（去苗叶）、羌活（去芦头，各一分）。
以上七味药，除椒盐外，全部粗捣筛过，先用水六盏，煎取二盏，滤去药渣加入椒盐，再煎取一盏，通口含漱，不拘时间，以痊愈为度。
治疗牙齿疼痛的升麻散方：
川升麻（半两）、莽草（一分）、桑寄生（一分）、地骨皮（半两）、槐白皮（半两锉）、防风（半两去芦头）、本（一分）、柳枝（一握锉）。
以上八味药，捣筛成散剂，每次用五钱匕，加水两大盏，入盐末一钱，荆芥五穗，煎至一盏，滤去药渣热含冷吐，每天三次使用。
治疗牙齿疼痛方：
槐白皮（一握）、荆芥穗（半两）。
以上两味药，用醋一升，煎至五合，入少许盐，热含冷吐，以痊愈为度。
又一方：
猪牙皂荚（一梃炙去皮子）、川椒（七粒）。
以上两味药，捣罗成细散，每次用一钱匕，绵裹于痛处咬之，有涎即吐。
Discussion states: There are two types of toothache. When the Hand-Yangming meridian is deficient and wind-cold pathogenic factors invade causing pain, it is called Wind Toothache (Feng Tong).
