上一十二味，各捣研为末，取十五日合和，先入蜜蜡松脂三味于铫子内，化为汁和九味
丸之，如皂子大，至诚祝曰∶愿辟除谷气，咽息冲和，便用糯米一升，杏仁二合，去皮尖双
仁细研，白蜡一两，相和煮粥，饱食一顿，须臾服大豆一合熟者，仍服药一丸，得十八日，
续更服一丸，得三十四个月，又服一丸，即终身永无饥渴，戒五辛色欲盐醋等物，若虑无力，
吃枣肉三七枚助之，一月后更不服，服时用乳香汤下，渴即吃茯苓汤，若要开食时，吃葵菜
汤一盏，其药自下，收取用乳香水洗三五次，于土坑内焙三七日，留待再服，转加灵效，开
食时，煮淡面饭一小碗许，合药了，用云母粉收之。

上六味，将蜜分作九分，每一分拌乳香等，入新竹筒内盛，大竹可三四枚盛了，次用新
桑白皮扎塞定筒口令密，以黑豆大麦水拌，铺在大甑底，上坐竹筒，次又以豆麦盖覆过，竹
筒再盖覆如法，慢火炊一日，三四次添水，炊至夜，取出筒，倾药出，以瓷器盛了，入焙笼
内火焙一夜，或未干又焙，令极干，再取蜜一分拌药令匀，又以新桑白皮塞口了，再入水洒
拌豆麦令匀，又根据前再炊一日，如前用热水洒三四次，炊一日至夜，根据前取焙之，如此九炊
九焙，放干成煎，每服抄一大匙许，仍须先均作一百二十服，须先服药床，如要服药床，即
忌盐醋，如要治中风瘫缓，半身不遂，口眼 斜，语涩神昏者，分作一百四十服，亦须先服
药床。
住食药床法
白茯苓（去黑皮一两） 大麦面（半斤） 桑根白皮（一两）
上三味，同捣罗为末，拌匀和作面剂，煮作棋子，淡吃，服此一斤四两，是早晚两次服
，半月计面一秤，药计六十两，充为药床，半月后，方得吃金简煎，金简煎每用温酒调服，
如日内饥，即得服酒一盏或两盏，如渴即饮一两盏温水，睡眠自在。
去三尸，亡虫丸方
紫菀（去苗上醋煮熟焙半斤） 射干（一钱） 白龙骨（半两）
上三味，先将紫菀捣末，次捣射干白龙骨，和匀为散，每日服一钱匕，空心甘泉水调下
，念三尸名，即尸亡矣。
去三尸，洁腑脏，镇七魄，明耳目，广福延龄丹方

轻身壮阳，却老还童，去三尸，下九虫，除万病，神仙巨胜丸方

，服一月，身轻体健，万病不侵。
轻身延年，除百病，去三尸，青元子返童散方
天门冬（去心焙） 人参 白茯苓（去黑皮） 麦门冬（去心焙） 白菊花（各六两）
上五味，捣罗为散，每日温酒或饮，调下三钱匕，不拘时候，服三年觉身轻。
去三尸百虫，美颜色，明耳目，神仙雄黄丸方
雄黄 松脂（等分）
上二味，择雄黄如鸡冠色，不杂砂石者，先捣研罗极细，次以松脂和杵为丸，如弹子大
，每旦以酒研下一丸，服至十日，腹中三尸百虫自下，面上紫黑皆除，服及一月，百病自瘥，
耳目聪明，久服致神仙，常须洁净，勿损药方。
药材：丹砂（半两，研磨成粉）、松脂（三两，炼制十次后取一两半）、鹤虱、人参、白茯苓（去除黑皮）、狗脊（去除毛）、贯众、雄黄（研磨成粉，各半两）、蜡（二两）、蜜（炼制过的）、乳香（研磨成粉）、禹余粮（烧制三次后研磨成粉，各一两）。
以上十二味药，分别捣碎研磨成粉末，选取第十五日进行混合调和。先将蜜、蜡、松脂三味药放入铫子中，加热化为汁液，再与其余九味药末混合，制成如皂角子大小的药丸。服用时需诚心祝祷说：“愿辟除谷气，咽下气息冲和。”随后用糯米一升、杏仁二合（去皮尖的双仁杏仁细研），加入白蜡一两，共同煮粥，饱食一顿。不久之后，服用熟大豆一合，并随即服下一丸药。经过十八天，继续再服一丸；经过三十四个月，又服一丸，即可终身永远不再感到饥饿和口渴。需戒除五辛、色欲、盐、醋等食物。如果担心体力不足，可吃三七枚枣肉来辅助。一个月后若不再服药，再次服药时用乳香汤送服；口渴时喝茯苓汤；若要开启食欲进食时，喝一杯葵菜汤，药物自然会排出。将排出的药物收取，用乳香水清洗三五次，在土坑内焙干三七天，留待下次服用，药效会更加灵验。开启食欲时，煮一小碗淡面饭，配合药物服用，最后用云母粉收束。

药材：乳香（四两）、牛乳（一斗，盛于银石器中，并将乳香置于隔水煮沸的容器中，缓缓浇入牛乳汁，直至乳香化开为度）、赤石脂（半斤，细研后用水飞法处理，过滤到纸箱内的沙上渗干，装入夹绢袋中，放在饭上蒸九次，每次取出焙干后再蒸，以饭熟为度）、丹砂（四两，研磨后用水飞法处理，盛于纸箱内汽干后称量）、甘草（半斤，研成粉末）、蜜（盛于银器中，隔水熬煮后用绢袋过滤，称取四斤）。
以上六味药，将蜜分成九份，每一份拌入乳香等药末，装入新竹筒内，三四枚竹筒装满。接着用新桑白皮扎紧塞住筒口使其密封，用黑豆和大麦的水拌匀，铺在大甑（蒸笼）底部，上面放置竹筒，再用豆麦覆盖在上面，竹筒再按此法覆盖。用慢火蒸一天，中间三四次添水，蒸至夜晚，取出竹筒，倒出药物，盛于瓷器中，放入焙笼内用火焙一夜，如果未干则继续焙，直到极干。再取一份蜜拌药令均匀，又用新桑白皮塞住口，再入水洒拌豆麦令均匀，又根据前法再蒸一天，如前用热水洒三四次，蒸一天至夜晚，根据前法取出焙干。如此九蒸九焙，放干成为煎剂。每次服用约一大匙，必须预先均分为一百二十服。如果要开始“服药床”（辟谷准备阶段），需忌食盐醋。如果要治疗中风瘫痪、半身不遂、口眼歪斜、言语涩滞神志昏沉者，分作一百四十服，也必须先服药床。
住食药床法
药材：白茯苓（去黑皮一两）、大麦面（半斤）、桑根白皮（一两）。
以上三味药，一同捣碎过筛成粉末，拌匀和做成面剂，煮成棋子形状的面食，清淡食用。服用此一斤四两，是早晚两次服用，半月共计面粉一秤，药物六十两，作为“药床”的准备。半月后，才可以吃金简煎。金简煎每次用温酒调服，如果白天饥饿，就可以喝一盏或两盏酒；如果口渴就饮一两盏温水，睡眠自然安宁自在。
去三尸，亡虫。
药材：紫菀（去苗，用醋煮熟后焙干半斤）、射干（一钱）、白龙骨（半两）。
以上三味药，先将紫菀捣成粉末，再捣碎射干和白龙骨，混合均匀成为散剂。每日服用一钱匕，空腹时用甘泉水调服，念诵三尸的名字，三尸就会灭亡。
药材：丹砂（研磨成粉）、雄黄（研磨成粉）、人参、白茯苓（去黑皮，各二两）、白术、乳香（研细，各四两）。
以上六味药，分别捣碎研磨成粉末混合均匀，放入银器中，用蜜调和如稀膏状，用油单封口，又用水和白面包裹器物外部，厚度约两指宽。每日放在饭上蒸，等到饭熟取下。如此半个月，如果药干了，再加入蜜，制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。空腹用温酒送服二十丸，忌食羊血，其功效很大。
药材：巨胜（即黑芝麻，酒浸一夜，九蒸九晒）、牛膝（酒浸切后焙干）、巴戟天（去心）、天门冬（去心焙干）、山芋、熟干地黄（焙干）、柳桂（去粗皮）、酸枣仁、覆盆子、菟丝子（酒浸后别捣焙干）、远志（去心）、菊花、人参、白茯苓（去黑皮，各一两）。
以上十四味药，拣选干净，捣碎过筛成粉末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大小。每日空腹，用温酒送服二十丸，服用一个月，身体轻盈健壮，万病不侵。
药材：天门冬（去心焙干）、人参、白茯苓（去黑皮）、麦门冬（去心焙干）、白菊花（各六两）。
以上五味药，捣碎过筛成为散剂。每日用温酒或饮水调服三钱匕，不拘时候，服用三年感觉身体轻盈。
去三尸百虫，美颜色，明耳目。
以上两味药，挑选像鸡冠颜色一样、不夹杂砂石的好雄黄，先捣碎研磨极细，其次用松脂混合杵捣成丸，如弹子大小。每天早晨用酒化开下一丸，服用至十日，腹中的三尸百虫自然排出，面上紫黑色斑痕全部消除，服用满一月，百病自然痊愈，耳目聪明，久服可达神仙境界，平时须保持洁净，不要损坏药方。
Anshen Miaoxiang Wan Formula (Divine Fragrance Pill for Calming the Spirit)
Stabilizes and consolidates the intestines and stomach, preventing hunger and thirst; guards and refines the Five Viscera (Zang organs), eliminates the Nine Worms (parasitic entities); prolongs fetal breathing (Tai Xi).
Herbs: Cinnabar (Dan Sha, 0.5 liang, ground into powder), Pine Resin (Song Zhi, 3 liang, refined ten times to yield 1.5 liang), Nux Vomica Seed (Heshi), Ginseng (Renshen), Poria (Baifuling, with black skin removed), Drynaria Rhizome (Gouji, with hairs removed), Cyathula Root/Gynura Root (Guanzhong), Realgar (Xionghuang, ground into powder, 0.5 liang each), Beeswax (La, 2 liang), Honey (Lian, refined), Frankincense (Ruxiang, ground into powder), Ilmenite (Yuyuliang, fired three times then ground into powder, 1 liang each).
The above twelve herbs are each crushed and ground into powder. On the fifteenth day of the lunar cycle, they are mixed and blended. First, place honey, beeswax, and pine resin in a yinzi (a type of small cauldron), melt them into liquid, and mix with the nine other herb powders. Form pills the size of soap pods. Upon ingestion, one must sincerely pray: "May I expel grain qi, and may my breath be harmonious." Then, consume a meal of porridge made from one sheng of glutinous rice, two he of almonds (peeled, cleft kernels, finely ground), and one liang of white beeswax, eating until full. Shortly after, consume one he of cooked soybeans, followed immediately by one pill. After eighteen days, take another pill; after thirty-four months, take another pill. This regimen ensures one will never feel hunger or thirst for life. One must abstain from the Five Pungent Spices (Wu Xin), sexual desire, salt, and vinegar. If concerned about lack of strength, consume thirty-seven jujube meats as an aid. After one month, if no longer taking the medicine, subsequent doses should be taken with Frankincense Decoction. If thirsty, drink Poria Decoction. To restore appetite for food consumption, drink one cup of Malva Soup; the medication will naturally pass. Collect the expelled material, wash it three to five times with Frankincense Water, dry it in an earthen pit for twenty-one days, and reserve it for future use, which will enhance its efficacy. When restoring appetite, cook a small bowl of plain noodle soup, take the medicine with it, and finally use Micaceous Hematite Powder (Yunmu Fen) to consolidate.
Jinjian Jian Decoction (Golden Tablet Decoction)
Expels grain qi, consolidates vital energy, eliminates the Three Corpses (Sanshi), dissipates the Nine Worms, harmonizes the Five Viscera, guards the Three Dantians, lightens the body, strengthens the will, restrains the soul and魄 (Po spirit), and prolongs the fetal root.
Herbs: Frankincense (Ruxiang, 4 liang), Cow's Milk (Niu Ru, 1 dou; hold in a silver or stone vessel, place frankincense in a double-boiler, slowly pour cow's milk until frankincense is dissolved), Red Halloysite (Chishizhi, 0.5 jin, finely ground, water-washed, drained on sand inside a cardboard box, dried, placed in a silk bag, steamed over rice nine times; remove and dry each time, repeating until the rice is cooked), Cinnabar (Dan Sha, 4 liang, ground, water-washed, dried by vapor in a cardboard box, weighed), Licorice Root (Gancao, 0.5 jin, ground to powder), Honey (Mi, held in a silver vessel, boiled in a double-boiler, filtered through silk, weighed at 4 jin).
The above six ingredients: Divide the honey into nine parts. Mix each part with the frankincense and other herbs. Place the mixture into new bamboo tubes (three or four tubes filled). Seal the tube mouths tightly with fresh Mulberry Root Bark (Sangbaipi). Prepare a bed of black beans and barley moistened with water at the bottom of a large steamer (zeng). Place the bamboo tubes on top, cover with more beans and barley, and cover the tubes again in the same manner. Steam slowly over low heat for one day, adding water three or four times. Steam until nightfall. Remove the tubes, pour out the medicine, and store in porcelain vessels. Bake in a drying cage overnight. If not dry, continue baking until extremely dry. Take one part honey, mix evenly with the medicine, seal the mouth with fresh mulberry bark, sprinkle with water, mix with beans and barley, and steam again for one day according to the previous method, sprinkling hot water three or four times. Steam until nightfall, then bake as before. Repeat this process of nine steamings and nine bakings. Allow to dry into a solidified extract (jian). Take approximately one large spoonful per dose. The total amount must be divided into 120 servings. Before starting the "Medication Bed" (Ya Chuang - a preparatory phase for grain avoidance), avoid salt and vinegar. For treating stroke with flaccidity/paralysis, hemiplegia, facial deviation, slurred speech, and confusion, divide into 140 servings, and also begin with the Medication Bed.
Method for Maintaining the Medication Bed (Zhushi Ya Chuang Fa)
Herbs: Poria (Baifuling, with black skin removed, 1 liang), Barley Flour (Damai Mian, 0.5 jin), Mulberry Root Bark (Sanggen Baipi, 1 liang).
The above three herbs are crushed, sifted, and mixed uniformly to form dough. Boil into chess-piece shaped dumplings. Consume plainly. Consume one jin four liang in total, taken twice daily (morning and evening). Over half a month, this amounts to one cheng of flour and sixty liang of herbs, constituting the "Medication Bed." After half a month, one may begin consuming Jinjian Jian. Jinjian Jian is taken with warm wine. If hungry during the day, drink one or two cups of wine. If thirsty, drink one or two cups of warm water. Sleep will be natural and peaceful.
Wangchong Wan Formula (Pill to Eliminate Worms)
Eliminates the Three Corpses, kills worms.
Herbs: Asters Root (Ziwan, remove sprouts, boil in vinegar until cooked, dry-bake, 0.5 jin), Belamcanda Rhizome (Shegan, 1 qian), Fossilized Bone (Bailonggu, 0.5 liang).
The above three herbs: First grind Ziwan into powder. Then crush Shegan and Bailonggu. Mix uniformly to make a powder. Take one qianbi (a traditional measure) daily. Take on an empty stomach with sweet spring water. Chant the names of the Three Corpses, and they will perish.
Guangfu Yanling Dan Formula (Great Fortune and Longevity Pill)
Eliminates the Three Corpses, cleanses the Fu and Zang organs, calms the Seven Po spirits, brightens eyes and ears, brings great fortune and longevity.
Herbs: Cinnabar (Dan Sha, ground to powder), Realgar (Xionghuang, ground to powder), Ginseng (Renshen), Poria (Baifuling, with black skin removed, 2 liang each), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Frankincense (Ruxiang, finely ground, 4 liang each).
The above six herbs are crushed, ground to powder, and mixed uniformly. Place in a silver vessel. Mix with honey to form a thick paste. Seal with oil paper. Wrap the vessel externally with dough made of water and white flour, thickness of two fingers. Steam over rice daily until the rice is cooked. Remove. Continue for half a month. If the medicine dries, add more honey. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take twenty pills with warm wine on an empty stomach. Avoid sheep blood. Its efficacy is profound.
Shenxian Jusheng Wan Formula (Immortal Giant Sesame Pill)
Lightens the body, strengthens yang, reverses aging, returns youth, eliminates the Three Corpses, expels the Nine Worms, removes myriad diseases.
Herbs: Black Sesame (Jusheng, soaked in wine overnight, steamed nine times, sun-dried nine times), Achyranthes Root (Niuxi, soaked in wine, sliced, baked), Morinda Root (Bajitian, remove heart), Asparagus Tuber (Tianmendong, remove heart, bake), Yam (Shanyu), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shu Dihuang, bake), Willow Cinnamon (Liugui, remove coarse bark), Sour Jujube Kernel (Suanzaoren), Raspberry (Fupenzi), Dodder Seed (Tusizi, soak in wine, separate grind, bake dry), Polygala Root (Yuanzhi, remove heart), Chrysanthemum (Juhua), Ginseng (Renshen), Poria (Baifuling, with black skin removed, 1 liang each).
The above fourteen herbs are selected clean, crushed, and sifted into powder. Bind with refined honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take twenty pills with warm wine on an empty stomach daily. After one month of use, the body becomes light and strong, immune to myriad diseases.
Qingyuanzi Fantong San Formula (Green Origin Child-Returning Powder)
Lightens the body, extends life, removes hundred diseases, eliminates the Three Corpses.
Herbs: Asparagus Tuber (Tianmendong, remove heart, bake), Ginseng (Renshen), Poria (Baifuling, with black skin removed), Ophiopogon Tuber (Mendong, remove heart, bake), White Chrysanthemum (Bai Juhua, 6 liang each).
The above five herbs are crushed and sifted into powder. Take three qianbi daily, mixed with warm wine or water, at any time. After three years of use, the body feels light.
Shenxian Xionghuang Wan Formula (Immortal Realgar Pill)
Eliminates the Three Corpses and hundred worms, beautifies complexion, brightens eyes and ears.
Herbs: Realgar (Xionghuang), Pine Resin (Song Zhi, equal parts).
The above two herbs: Select realgar resembling rooster comb color, free of sand and stones. Grind extremely fine. Mix with pine resin and pound into pills the size of marbles. Each morning, dissolve one pill in wine and ingest. After ten days of use, the Three Corpses and hundred worms in the abdomen will naturally descend. Purple-black marks on the face will disappear. After one month of use, hundred diseases will heal spontaneously, eyes and ears will become clear. Long-term use leads to immortality. Maintain cleanliness and do not damage the formula.
