Discourse states: In cases of consumptive disease (Xu Lao) presenting with dribbling urine after voiding, the etiology is deficiency of Kidney Qi leading to dysfunction of the Bladder's Qi transformation. When Bladder Qi transformation is impaired, internal Qi cannot be properly transformed; when Qi fails to transform, the water passages become obstructed, resulting in residual urine dripping after micturition.

Formula for treating consumptive disease with internal injury to Kidney Qi, manifesting as dribbling urine, dampness and itching in the genital area, extreme emaciation of the four limbs, nocturnal emission during sleep, and night sweats: Cishi Wan (Magnetite Pill).
Ingredients: Cishi (Magnetitum, calcined until red, quenched five times in vinegar, levigated, 1.5g), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, each 30g), Baifuling (Poria cum Mycelium, peeled black skin removed, 1.5g), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus, bark removed, 0.3g), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, sliced), Chishao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, forked parts removed), Digupi (Lycii Cortex, each 1.5g), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried and sliced, 0.3g).
The above ten ingredients are pulverized into a fine powder, mixed with refined honey, and formed into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 20 pills orally before meals with rice water.

Formula for treating consumptive disease and internal damage to Kidney Qi, manifesting as nocturnal emission, night sweats, dribbling urine, impotence with dampness and itching in the genital area, potentially progressing to bone-steaming consumption, named "Extreme Consumption" (Lao Ji): Huangqi Tang (Astragalus Decoction).
Ingredients: Huangqi (Astragali Radix, sliced), Bapi (Bark, specific type unspecified in text), Cishi (Magnetitum...).
The above twelve ingredients are coarsely crushed and sieved. For each dose, take 9g (approx. three qian bi), add one cup of water, half a piece of sliced fresh ginger, and two pitted jujubes. Decoct until reduced to 70%. Strain and take warm on an empty stomach. Repeat at noon and before evening meal.

Formula for treating consumptive disease with guest-heat in the chest, visual disturbances with confusion, fever with restlessness, inability to sleep comfortably, tension and pain in the lower abdomen, dribbling urine, weak yang during sexual activity, dampness and itching in the genital area, and turbid urine: Pingbu Tang (Balanced Tonification Decoction).
Ingredients: Huangqi (Astragali Radix, sliced), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix, each 60g), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried and sliced), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, each 30g), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus, bark removed, 60g), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, sliced and stir-fried...).
The above six ingredients are coarsely crushed and sieved. For each dose, take 9g, add one cup of water, half a piece of sliced fresh ginger, and two pitted jujubes. Decoct until reduced to 70%. Strain and take warm on an empty stomach. Repeat at midnight and before bedtime. If cold signs are present, add Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, 60g, bark removed, processed with fresh ginger juice).

Formula for treating Five Exhaustions and Seven Injuries, with decline of Yin leading to dribbling urine, pain in the genitalia, clear semen, dampness under the scrotum, pain in the chest and hypochondrium, coldness in both knees, reluctance to walk, heat in the stomach, tearing upon distant vision, dry mouth, and borborygmus: Shechuangzi Wan (Cnidium Seed Pill).
Ingredients: Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus, stir-fried), Roucongrong (Cistanche Deserticolae Caulis, wine-soaked, wrinkled skin removed, sliced and baked), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, seedlings and leaves removed), Shiwei (Pyri Folium, hairs removed), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus), Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis, ground), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, forked parts removed), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, heart removed), Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum), Baifuling (Poria cum Mycelium, peeled black skin removed), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Baiziren (Platycladi Semen, stir-fried and separately ground into powder), Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex, bark removed,酥-baked...).
The above nineteen ingredients are pulverized into a fine powder, mixed with refined honey, and formed into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills orally before meals with warm wine, and repeat before bedtime.

Formula for treating consumptive disease with cold and weakness of Kidney Qi, manifesting as dribbling urine: Huangqi Wan (Astragalus Pill).
Ingredients: Huangqi (Astragali Radix, sliced, 90g), Roucongrong (Cistanche Deserticolae Caulis, wine-soaked, wrinkled skin removed, sliced and baked), Lurong (Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum,酥-baked, hairs removed, each 45g), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, wine-soaked overnight, separately ground into thirds), Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis), Bajitian (Morinda Officinalis Radix, hearts removed, each 30g), Shanyu (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, 45g), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, heart removed), Baiziren (Platycladi Semen, stir-fried and separately ground, each third part), Baifuling (Poria cum Mycelium, peeled black skin removed, 30g), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, third part), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus, 30g), Shugan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, washed, soil removed, sliced and baked, 180g), Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix, 30g), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus, bark removed, third part).
The above fifteen ingredients are pulverized into a fine powder, mixed with refined honey, and formed into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills orally every morning on an empty stomach with decocted jujube soup, and repeat before lunch.

Formula for treating consumptive disease with insufficiency of Kidney Qi, coldness and weakness of the Lower Jiao, dribbling urine, heavy pain in the waist and knees, and limb weakness: Lurong Wan (Deer Horn Pill).
Ingredients: Lurong (Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum, hairs removed, wine-soaked for three nights, baked, 60g), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, washed, wine-soaked for three nights, baked, separately ground), Ziwan (Adenophorae Radix, seedlings and soil removed), Roucongrong (Cistanche Deserticolae Caulis, wine-soaked for three nights, wrinkled skin removed, sliced and dried), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, finely sliced), Sangpiaoxiao (Mantidis Oötheca, sliced and stir-fried), Yangqishi (Yangqishi [Mineral], calcined until red), Baifuling (Poria cum Mycelium, peeled black skin..., baked dry, each 30g).
The above twelve ingredients are pulverized into a fine powder, mixed with refined honey, and formed into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills orally before meals with warm wine.

Formula for treating consumptive disease insufficiency, dribbling urine, lower abdominal pain, and abdominal distension: Fuling Wan (Poria Pill).
Ingredients: Baifuling (Poria cum Mycelium, peeled black skin, 60g; double if indigestion occurs), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, cracked, peel and umbilicus removed, 60g; add one-third if wind pathogens are present), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus, 60g; add one-third if abdominal pain occurs), Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex, bark removed,酥-baked, sliced, 60g; add one-third if wandering qi in the abdomen occurs), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, 60g; add one-third if edema/qi-fluid retention occurs), Shanyu (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, 90g; double if head wind occurs), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus, bark removed, 180g; add one-third if complexion is poor), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, seedlings and leaves removed, 90g; add one-third if visual blurring occurs), Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis, 60g; add one-third if genital dampness/itching occurs), Roucongrong (Cistanche Deserticolae Caulis, wine-soaked, wrinkled skin removed, baked, 90g; double if flaccidity occurs), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, sliced, 120g; double if body pain occurs), Shugan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, 60g; add one-third if color is withered/yellow).
The above twelve ingredients are pulverized into a fine powder, mixed with refined honey, and formed into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 15 pills orally before meals with warm wine or rice water, and repeat in the evening.

Formula for treating consumptive disease with insufficiency of Yang Qi and weakness of Yin, dampness and itching under the scrotum, and dribbling urine: Tianxiong San (Tianxiong Powder).
Ingredients: Tianxiong (Aconiti Radix lateralis preparata, cracked, peel and umbilicus removed, 30g), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus, 15g), Shanyu (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Shugan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, baked, each third part), Bajitian (Morinda Officinalis Radix, hearts removed, 30g), Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix, third part), Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus, stir-fried, 30g), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, heart removed, third part), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus, bark removed, third part).
The above nine ingredients are pulverized into a fine powder. Take 6g (approx. two qian bi) before meals, mixed with warm wine.

Formula for treating consumptive disease with decline of Kidney Qi, dribbling urine, impotence with loss of essence, and weakness of the waist and knees: Shihu Wan (Dendrobium Pill).
Ingredients: Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis, roots removed, sliced, 45g), Bajitian (Morinda Officinalis Radix, hearts removed, 30g), Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex, bark removed, finely sliced and stir-fried), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, seedlings removed, wine-soaked, baked, each 45g), Sangpiaoxiao (Mantidis Oötheca, sliced and stir-fried, 30g), Lurong (Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum, hairs removed,酥-baked to yellow, 45g), Buguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus, stir-fried), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae, each 30g).
The above eight ingredients are pulverized into a fine powder, mixed with refined honey, pounded 500 times, and formed into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills before meals with warm wine.

Formula for treating consumptive disease with dribbling urine and spermatorrhea: Ershen Wan (Two Ginsengs Pill).
Ingredients: Renshen (Ginseng Radix, 15g), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus, bark removed), Muli (Concha Ostreae, ground into powder), Shanyu (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, bark removed, honey-fried, sliced), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, seedlings and leaves removed), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, cracked, peel and umbilicus removed), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, each third part), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed, baked), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, each 30g), Jiangjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, prepared), Shenggan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, baked, each third part), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, wine-soaked overnight, separately ground, 15g).
The above thirteen ingredients are pulverized into a fine powder, mixed with refined honey, and formed into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills orally before meals with warm wine. If Bi syndrome (painful obstruction) is present, add prepared Fuzi (cracked, peel and umbilicus removed, third part); for women with blood injury, add baked Gan Dihuang (dried Rehmannia root, 15g). Huangbai should have its bark removed and be honey-fried (third part).

Formula for treating consumptive disease with dribbling urine and spermatorrhea: Cheqiancao Yin (Plantago Leaf Drink).
Ingredients: Cheqiancao (Plantaginis Herba, one handful).
The above single ingredient is crushed to extract the juice, mixed with an equal amount of honey, and taken warm on an empty stomach.
