以上九味药，捣碎过筛成细散，每次服用一钱匕，用熟水调服。服药三十日后，筋力加倍增强，一百日后，耳目聪明，长期服用可驻颜益寿，老少皆可服用。
治疗虚劳脱营，失精气短，形体日渐消瘦，补益镇心安神强志。地黄煎丸方：
地黄汁（一升，煎浓缩成膏状） 鹿茸（去毛，用酥油炙至黄色，半两） 人参（一两半） 茯神（去木心，半两） 防（一两）
以上六味药，将除地黄煎外的五味药捣碎过筛成粉末，用地黄煎制成如梧桐子大小的丸药，每天空腹时用温酒送下三十丸。
治疗虚劳脱营，真气不足，形体败坏，四肢沉重，咽干口燥，饮食无味，气乏少力，视物模糊，惊悸不安，五脏虚损，病从内生。大琥珀散方：
琥珀（研细，二两） 干姜（炮制） 石苇（去毛） 滑石（研细） 牡丹皮 白茯苓（去掉黑皮） 芎 （去粗皮，二两） 干姜（炮制，四两） 荏子 子 枸杞子 胡麻 （半升）
以上三十味药，捣碎过筛成细散。每次服用三钱匕，用牛乳半盏，水一盏，一同煎煮片刻。连同药渣一起温热服用。如果长期服用此药，能使人强壮旺盛，身体轻健，益气，消化食物并能进食，耐寒暑，百病不侵，驻颜润肤。体力超过常人。
治疗虚劳脱营，血气受伤疲惫，瘦弱气短，恐惧多惊，长期服用能强健筋骨，生长肌肉，使人肥胖壮实，肤色光泽，消除各种疾病，安定精神，减少梦境，强健气血，增加力气，延年益寿，益气长神。松实丸方：

治疗虚劳脱营，失精气短，形体日渐消瘦，补益镇心强志。甘草丸方：

治疗虚劳脱营，气血受伤疲惫。四肢痿软无力，膝盖无力。黄 汤方：
