论曰蛔即九虫叙所谓长虫者，今此析而治之，盖较之它虫，害人为多，观其发作冷气，

上三味，粗捣筛，每服五钱匕，水一盏半，入艾叶十余片，同煎至一盏，去滓空腹服，
午食前近晚各一。
治蛔虫，高良姜汤方
高良姜（锉一分） 苦楝根皮（干者锉二两） 胡椒（三十粒）
上三味，粗捣筛，每服三钱匕，水一盏，煎至六分，去滓空心服，服讫卧少时，未得吃
食，或吐或泻即瘥。
治蛔虫懊 ， 芦散方
芦（炙黄碎锉） 干漆（捣碎炒令烟绝各二两） 蓄（去根及土干者三分）
上三味，捣罗为散，每服一钱匕，煎粟米饮调，食前服，日三。
治蛔虫蛲虫在胃，令人渐渐羸瘦，漆煎丸方
清漆（绵滤过） 白蜜 清酒（各半升）
上三味，同搅令匀，内于铜锅中，微火煎常令沸，不住手搅，候如膏可丸即止，丸如雀
卵大，每服一丸，隔宿不食，空心温酒化破服之，虫即下，不下再服，亦可丸如梧桐子大，
空心酒下二十丸。
治蛔虫，薏苡根汤方
薏苡根（一握去土碎锉）
上一味，粗捣筛，水三盏，煎至一盏半，去滓分二服，空心先吃饧少许，然后温服。
治蛔虫，槟榔煎方
槟榔（炮锉五枚） 酸石榴根皮（入土五寸东引者去土细锉一升）
上二味，先将槟榔粗捣，与石榴根各均分作三度用，每度用水二升半，煎至一升半。
绞去滓，入粟米一合，煮如粥，平旦空心顿吃，利下虫即效。
治蛔虫蚕蛹汁方
蚕蛹
上取缲丝蚕蛹两合烂研，生布绞取汁，空心顿饮之，非缲丝时，即须根据时收取蚕蛹，曝
干捣罗为末，用时以意斟酌多少，和粥饮服之。
治大便忽见虫，是腹中虫已多，宜服桑根白皮汤方
桑根白皮（细锉二两）
上一味，粗捣筛，分三服，每服用水一盏半，煎至八分，去滓空腹顿服。
论述说：蛔虫即《九虫叙》中所说的长虫，现在将其单独列出进行治疗，因为与其他寄生虫相比，它对人体的危害更大。观察其发作时出现的冷气感，脐腹部拘急疼痛，进而变为呕吐逆气，甚至心中剧烈疼痛如锥刺一般，古人称“蛔厥贯心”能致人死亡，因此治疗它不可迟缓。
治疗蛔虫的贯众散方：
贯众（去须，一两）、槟榔（炮制锉碎，三两）、当归（切后焙干，一两半）、鹤虱（去土微炒，一两）、白芜荑（微炒）、陈橘皮（汤洗去白后炒，各一两半）、雷丸（炮制，一两）。
以上七味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用一钱半，用煎好的大枣汤调服，空腹服用，以排出虫体为度。
治疗蛔虫引起的心痛，心中像被锥子刺一样，时常吐出白色虫体的当归汤方：
当归（切后焙干，一两）、桔梗（锉碎炒制，一两半）、陈橘皮（去白微炒）、桂枝（去粗皮）、人参（各半两）、厚朴（去粗皮）、黄芩（去黑心）、芍药、朴硝（另备）。
以上九味药，除朴硝外，粗捣筛过，加入朴硝拌匀，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，煎至七分，去渣后空腹服用，半个时辰后再服一次。
治疗蛔虫痛发作，冷气先从两肋开始，牵连胸背拘急疼痛，想要发生呕吐逆气的当归散方：
当归（切后焙干）、鹤虱（去土微炒，各二两）、陈橘皮（去白微炒）、人参（各一两半）、槟榔（炮制锉碎）。
以上八味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，空腹用煎枣汤调下，晚上再服一次。
治疗九种心痛，其中虫痛排在首位，雷丸散方：
雷丸（炮制，一两）、贯众（去须，一两半）、野狼牙（去芦头并泥土锉碎，一两）、当归（切后焙干，一两半）、槟榔（炮制锉碎，一两）、桂枝（去粗皮，一两半）、鹤虱（去土炒，一两）、陈橘皮（去白炒，一两）。
以上八味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，空腹用粟米饮调下，晚饭前再服一次，以大量排出蛔虫为度。
治疗虫蚀心痛，柴胡汤方：
柴胡（去苗，一两半）、当归（切后焙干）、食茱萸（去枝茎，各一两）、芍药（一两半）、浓朴（去粗皮）。
以上七味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，煎至六分，去渣后饭前温服，每日三次。
治疗蛔虫攻冲心痛，桔梗散方：
桔梗（锉碎炒制）、当归（切后焙干）、芍药（各三分）、橘皮（去白微炒，半两）、槟榔（煨制锉碎）、鹤虱（去土炒）。
以上七味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，空腹用生姜大枣汤调下，晚上再服一次。
治疗蛔虫心痛，桑根白皮汤方：
桑根白皮（细锉，三两）、醋石榴皮（干燥者，一两）、白芜荑（微炒）、槟榔（炮制锉碎）、浓朴（去粗皮）。
以上五味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，放入生姜一小块拍破，同煎至六分，去渣后空腹服用，晚上再服一次。
治疗蛔虫心痛，腹中刺痛，疼痛难以忍受，往往吐出酸水，石榴皮汤方：
酸石榴皮（三分）、槟榔（炮制锉碎，一分）、桃符（一两半，碎锉分为五次使用）、胡粉（一分，微炒另研）。
以上四味药，先将前两种药粗捣筛过，后将胡粉拌匀，分为五份煎煮。每次服用用水一盏，放入桃符一分，酒半盏，同煎至七分，去渣后空腹温服，晚上再服一次。
治疗蛔虫发作，萆薢散方：
萆薢（锉碎炒制）、白芜荑（微炒）、狗脊（去毛锉碎，各一分）。
以上三味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，用温酒调下。欲服药前，先隔宿吃一片牛肉干脯，次日空腹服药，虫子排出后即痊愈。
治疗疳积蛔虫、寸白虫等发作，心腹刺痛，鹤虱散方：
鹤虱（去土微炒，三分）、槟榔（炮制锉碎，一两二分）、楝根皮（结子且从东南方向生长的，用锻石水两碗浸泡，一半生用，一半炒用）。
以上七味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，空腹用粟米饮调下，如果未发生腹泻，就继续服用，并时时煎姜蜜汤热饮。
治疗成人及小儿疳积蛔虫，腹中虚胀，面目萎黄，麝香散方：
麝香（另研，一分）、干蚯蚓（慢火炙黄，半两）、干虾蟆（一枚，涂酥炙黄赤色，净剔去骨并去除腹中杂物）。
以上三味药，先将蚯蚓等捣碎，细罗过筛制成散剂，与麝香同研令均匀细腻，每次服用一钱匕，空腹用薏苡根汤调下。
治疗虫蚀下部瘙痒，肛门中生疮，阿胶汤方：
阿胶（炙燥）、当归（切后焙干）、青葙子（炒，各一两）。
以上三味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用五钱匕，用水一盏半，放入艾叶十余片，同煎至一盏，去渣后空腹服用，午饭后近傍晚时各服一次。
治疗蛔虫，高良姜汤方：
高良姜（锉碎，一分）、苦楝根皮（干燥者锉碎，二两）、胡椒（三十粒）。
以上三味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，煎至六分，去渣后空腹服用，服完后躺卧片刻，不得进食，若出现呕吐或腹泻症状即为痊愈。
治疗蛔虫懊恼不安，芦根散方：
芦根（炙黄碎锉）、干漆（捣碎炒至烟尽，各二两）、蓄草（去根及土，干燥者，三分）。
以上三味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用一钱匕，用粟米饮调服，饭前服用，每日三次。
治疗蛔虫、蛲虫在胃中，使人逐渐消瘦，漆煎丸方：
清漆（绵过滤）、白蜜、清酒（各半升）。
以上三味药，同搅令均匀，放入铜锅中，用微火煎煮，常使其沸腾，不停手搅拌，等到像膏状可以制丸时停止，制成如雀卵大小的丸药。每次服用一丸，隔宿不食，空腹用温酒化开服用，虫子即排出；若未排出可再服。也可以制成梧桐子大小的丸药，空腹用酒送服二十丸。
治疗蛔虫，薏苡根汤方：
薏苡根（一把，去土碎锉）。
以上一味药，粗捣筛过，用水三盏，煎至一盏半，去渣分两次服用。空腹先吃少许饴糖，然后温服。
治疗蛔虫，槟榔煎方：
槟榔（炮制锉碎，五枚）、酸石榴根皮（入土五寸东向生长的，去土细锉，一升）。
以上两味药，先将槟榔粗捣，与石榴根皮各均分为三次使用。每次用水二升半，煎至一升半。绞去渣，加入粟米一合，煮成粥状，清晨空腹顿服，通过利下虫体即见效。
治疗蛔虫，蚕蛹汁方：
蚕蛹。
取缫丝用的蚕蛹两合，烂研，用生布绞取汁液，空腹顿饮。如果不是缫丝时节，就需按时收取蚕蛹，晒干捣罗为末，用时根据情况斟酌多少，和粥饮服之。
治疗大便忽然见到虫，说明腹中虫已多，宜服桑根白皮汤方：
桑根白皮（细锉，二两）。
以上一味药，粗捣筛过，分三次服用。每次用水一盏半，煎至八分，去渣后空腹顿服。
Commentary states: Ascaris (roundworm) is the "long worm" mentioned in the *Narrative of Nine Parasites*. It is now treated separately because, compared to other parasites, it causes greater harm to humans. Observing its attacks involving a sensation of cold qi, cramping pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, progressing to vomiting and regurgitation, and even severe heart pain like needle pricking, ancients stated that "Ascaris Jue penetrating the heart" can be fatal; therefore, its treatment cannot be delayed.
**Guanyong San (Copris Powder) for Treating Ascaris**
*Ingredients:* Guanyong (Copris, removed roots, 1 liang), Binglang (Areca Seed, processed and crushed, 3 liang), Danggui (Angelicae Radix, sliced and dried, 1.5 liang), Heshi (Chrysanthemi Indici Fructus, cleaned of soil, slightly fried, 1 liang), Bai Wuyi (Trogopterori Excrement, slightly fried), Chen Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, washed with water to remove white pith and fried, each 1.5 liang), Leiwan (Omphalia Lapponica, processed, 1 liang).
*Preparation and Administration:* The above seven ingredients are pounded, sifted, and made into a powder. Take 1.5 qian per dose, mixed with decoction of Zao (Jujube Fruit), taken on an empty stomach. Continue until worms are expelled.
**Danggui Tang (Angelica Decoction) for Treating Heart Pain Caused by Ascaris, Characterized by Needle-like Pricking Sensation in the Heart and Frequent Vomiting of White Worms**
*Ingredients:* Danggui (Angelicae Radix, sliced and dried, 1 liang), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, crushed and fried, 1.5 liang), Chen Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, removed white pith and slightly fried), Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus, removed rough bark), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, each 0.5 liang), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, removed rough bark), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, removed blackened heart), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas, prepared separately).
*Preparation and Administration:* The above nine ingredients, except Puxiao, are coarsely pounded and sifted. Mix in Puxiao evenly. Take 3 qianbi per dose with one cup of water, decoct to 70%, remove dregs, and take on an empty stomach. Take again after half a shichen (one hour).
**Danggui San (Angelica Powder) for Treating Attacks of Ascaris Pain, Starting with Cold Qi from Both Hypochondria, Radiating to Chest and Back with Cramping Pain, and Desire for Vomiting**
*Ingredients:* Danggui (Angelicae Radix, sliced and dried), Heshi (Chrysanthemi Indici Fructus, cleaned of soil and slightly fried, each 2 liang), Chen Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, removed white pith and slightly fried), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, each 1.5 liang), Binglang (Areca Seed, processed and crushed).
*Preparation and Administration:* The above eight ingredients are pounded, sifted, and made into a powder. Take 2 qianbi per dose, mixed with decoction of Zao (Jujube Fruit), taken on an empty stomach. Take again at night.
**Leiwan San (Omphalia Powder) for Treating the Nine Types of Heart Pain, Where Parasitic Pain Takes Precedence**
*Ingredients:* Leiwan (Omphalia Lapponica, processed, 1 liang), Guanyong (Copris, removed roots, 1.5 liang), Ye Langya (Acanthopanacis Cortex, removed rhizome and soil, crushed, 1 liang), Danggui (Angelicae Radix, sliced and dried, 1.5 liang), Binglang (Areca Seed, processed and crushed, 1 liang), Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus, removed rough bark, 1.5 liang), Heshi (Chrysanthemi Indici Fructus, cleaned of soil and fried, 1 liang), Chen Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, removed white pith and fried, 1 liang).
*Preparation and Administration:* The above eight ingredients are pounded, sifted, and made into a powder. Take 2 qianbi per dose, mixed with Setaria italica drink, taken on an empty stomach. Take again before evening meal. Continue until large amounts of ascaris are expelled.
**Chaihu Tang (Bupleurum Decoction) for Treating Parasitic Heart Pain**
*Ingredients:* Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix, removed seedlings, 1.5 liang), Danggui (Angelicae Radix, sliced and dried), Shizhuyu (Zanthoxyli Fructus, removed branches and stems, each 1 liang), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix, 1.5 liang), Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, removed rough bark).
*Preparation and Administration:* The above seven ingredients are coarsely pounded and sifted. Take 3 qianbi per dose with one cup of water, decoct to 60%, remove dregs, and take warm before meals. Three times daily.
**Jiegeng San (Platycodon Powder) for Treating Ascaris Attacking the Heart Causing Pain**
*Ingredients:* Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, crushed and fried), Danggui (Angelicae Radix, sliced and dried), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix, each 3 fen), Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, removed white pith and slightly fried, 0.5 liang), Binglang (Areca Seed, baked and crushed), Heshi (Chrysanthemi Indici Fructus, cleaned of soil and fried).
*Preparation and Administration:* The above seven ingredients are pounded, sifted, and made into a powder. Take 2 qianbi per dose, mixed with decoction of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) and Zao (Jujube Fruit), taken on an empty stomach. Take again at night.
**Sanggengbaipi Tang (Morus Root Bark Decoction) for Treating Ascaris Heart Pain**
*Ingredients:* Sanggengbaipi (Mori Cortex, finely crushed, 3 liang), Cu Shiliupi (Punicae Pericarpium, vinegar-processed, dried, 1 liang), Bai Wuyi (Trogopterori Excrement, slightly fried), Binglang (Areca Seed, processed and crushed), Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, removed rough bark).
*Preparation and Administration:* The above five ingredients are coarsely pounded and sifted. Take 3 qianbi per dose with one cup of water, add one small piece of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) smashed, decoct together to 60%, remove dregs, and take on an empty stomach. Take again at night.
**Shiliupi Tang (Pomegranate Peel Decoction) for Treating Ascaris Heart Pain, Acute Stabbing Abdominal Pain Unbearable, Often Vomiting Acid Water**
*Ingredients:* Suan Shiliupi (Punicae Pericarpium, 3 fen), Binglang (Areca Seed, processed and crushed, 1 fen), Taofu (Pruni Semen, 1.5 liang, crushed and divided into five doses), Hufen (Cerussa, 1 fen, slightly fried and ground separately).
*Preparation and Administration:* Coarsely pound and sift the first two ingredients. Mix in Hufen evenly. Divide into five portions for decoction. For each dose, use one cup of water, add one portion of Taofu (Pruni Semen), and half a cup of wine. Decoct to 70%, remove dregs, and take warm on an empty stomach. Take again at night.
**Bixie San (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma Powder) for Treating Ascaris Attacks**
*Ingredients:* Bixie (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma, crushed and fried), Bai Wuyi (Trogopterori Excrement, slightly fried), Gouji (Cibotii Rhizoma, removed hairs and crushed, each 1 fen).
*Preparation and Administration:* The above three ingredients are pounded, sifted, and made into a powder. Take 2 qianbi per dose, mixed with warm wine. To prepare for medication, eat one slice of dried beef jerky the night before. Take medicine on an empty stomach the next day. Recovery occurs upon expulsion of worms.
**Heshi San (Chrysanthemi Indici Fructus Powder) for Treating Attacks of Gan-Ji Ascaris, Tapeworm, etc., with Heart and Abdominal Stabbing Pain**
*Ingredients:* Heshi (Chrysanthemi Indici Fructus, cleaned of soil and slightly fried, 3 fen), Binglang (Areca Seed, processed and crushed, 1 liang 2 fen), Lian Genpi (Toosendan Cortex, from fruits bearing seeds, growing towards southeast, soaked in Duan Shi water, 2 bowls; half raw, half fried).
*Preparation and Administration:* The above seven ingredients are pounded, sifted, and made into a powder. Take 2 qianbi per dose, mixed with Setaria italica drink on an empty stomach. If diarrhea does not occur, continue taking. Frequently drink hot Jiangmi Tang (Ginger and Honey Decoction).
**Shexiang San (Moschus Powder) for Treating Adult and Pediatric Gan-Ji Ascaris with Abdominal Distension, Withered Yellow Complexion**
*Ingredients:* Shexiang (Moschus, ground separately, 1 fen), Gan Diqiuwan (Lumbricus, slow-fire roasted yellow, 0.5 liang), Gan Xama (Bufo, one, coated with butter, roasted yellow-red, bones and abdominal contents removed).
*Preparation and Administration:* Pound Diqiuwan and Xama finely, sift, and mix evenly with Shexiang. Take 1 qianbi per dose, mixed with Yiyiren Gen Tang (Coicis Radix Decoction) on an empty stomach.
**Ejiao Tang (Colla Corii Asini Decoction) for Treating Lower Orifice Itching and Ulcers in Anus Caused by Parasites**
*Ingredients:* Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini, roasted dry), Danggui (Angelicae Radix, sliced and dried), Qingxiangzi (Celosiae Semen, fried, each 1 liang).
*Preparation and Administration:* The above three ingredients are coarsely pounded and sifted. Take 5 qianbi per dose with 1.5 cups of water, add over ten leaves of Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), decoct to one cup, remove dregs, and take on an empty stomach. Take once near evening before noon meal, and once more later.
**Gaoliangjiang Tang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma Decoction) for Treating Ascaris**
*Ingredients:* Gaoliangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma, crushed, 1 fen), Kulian Genpi (Meliae Cortex, dried and crushed, 2 liang), Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus, 30 grains).
*Preparation and Administration:* The above three ingredients are coarsely pounded and sifted. Take 3 qianbi per dose with one cup of water, decoct to 60%, remove dregs, and take on an empty stomach. Lie down for a short time after ingestion. Do not eat. Recovery occurs if vomiting or diarrhea ensues.
**Lugen San (Reed Rhizome Powder) for Treating Ascaris Restlessness**
*Ingredients:* Lugen (Phragmitis Rhizoma, roasted yellow, crushed), Ganqi (Drynariae Rhizoma? Note: Text says Gan Xi - Drynariae Rhizoma or similar resinous substance, processed by pounding and frying until smoke ceases, each 2 liang), Xu (Polygoni Avicularis Herba, removed roots and soil, dried, 3 fen).
*Preparation and Administration:* The above three ingredients are pounded, sifted, and made into a powder. Take 1 qianbi per dose, mixed with Setaria italica drink. Take before meals, three times daily.
**Qijian Wan (Lac Pill) for Treating Ascaris and Enterobius in Stomach Causing Gradual Emaciation**
*Ingredients:* Qingqi (Clear Lac, filtered through silk), Baimi (White Honey), Qingjiu (Clear Wine, each 0.5 sheng).
*Preparation and Administration:* Mix evenly, place in a copper pot, simmer gently keeping it boiling, stirring constantly until it becomes paste-like for pill formation. Form pills the size of sparrow eggs. Take one pill per dose after fasting overnight, dissolved in warm wine on an empty stomach. Worms will be expelled; if not, repeat. Alternatively, form pills the size of Sophora seeds, take 20 pills with wine on an empty stomach.
**Yiyigen Tang (Coicis Radix Decoction) for Treating Ascaris**
*Ingredients:* Yiyigen (Coicis Radix, one handful, cleaned of soil and crushed).
*Preparation and Administration:* Coarsely pound and sift. Use three cups of water, decoct to 1.5 cups, remove dregs. Divide into two doses. Eat a little maltose (Yitang) on an empty stomach first, then take warm.
**Binglang Jian (Areca Decoction) for Treating Ascaris**
*Ingredients:* Binglang (Areca Seed, processed and crushed, 5 pieces), Suan Shiliu Genpi (Punica Granatum Root Bark, entering soil 5 cun, east-growing, cleaned of soil and finely crushed, 1 sheng).
*Preparation and Administration:* Coarsely crush Binglang. Divide Binglang and Shiliu Genpi equally into three portions. For each portion, use 2.5 sheng of water, decoct to 1.5 sheng. Strain, add 1 he of Setaria italica, cook into porridge. Drink all at once on an empty stomach at dawn. Efficacy seen upon expulsion of worms via bowel movement.
**Can Yong Zhi (Silkworm Pupa Juice) for Treating Ascaris**
*Ingredients:* Can Yong (Silkworm Pupa).
*Preparation and Administration:* Obtain 2 he of silkworm pupae used for reeling silk, grind thoroughly, squeeze juice through raw cloth. Drink all at once on an empty stomach. If not during silk-reeling season, collect pupae according to time, dry, pound into powder. Mix with appropriate amount into porridge drink when using.
**Sanggengbaipi Tang (Morus Root Bark Decoction) for Treating Sudden Appearance of Worms in Stool Indicating Heavy Infestation**
*Ingredients:* Sanggengbaipi (Mori Cortex, finely crushed, 2 liang).
*Preparation and Administration:* Coarsely pound and sift. Divide into three doses. For each dose, use 1.5 cups of water, decoct to 80%, remove dregs, and drink all at once on an empty stomach.
