上九味，粗捣筛，每服五钱匕，水一盏半，入竹叶一七片，煎至八分，再入芒硝一钱搅

上三味，粗捣筛，每服五钱匕，先取皂荚刺一两锉碎，以水二盏，煎至一盏半漉出，下
药及朴硝一钱，同煎至八分，去滓空心温服。
治附骨疽。乱发汤洗方
乱发灰（半两） 杏仁（椎碎二十一粒） 甘草（锉五寸） 盐花（半两）
上四味，以浆水五升，煎至三升，滤去滓，通手洗疽上，若有脓血，洗取净后，以绢帛
缚定，每日三两遍洗。
治附骨疽疮，及阴疮久不瘥。天灵盖散涂敷方
天灵盖（酥炙一两） 狗骨（烧灰一两半） 白矾（烧灰一两半） 麝香（研一钱）
上四味，捣研为散，干敷疮口，日三五上，以瘥为度。
治附骨疽。天南星散涂敷方
天南星（炮） 附子（炮裂去皮脐） 黄柏（去粗皮各半两） 铅丹（研一分） 麝香

上五味，除麝香铅丹外，捣罗为散，入二味和匀，干敷疮上，日三五度。
治附骨疽久不瘥。麝香散涂敷方
麝香（研一分） 骐麟竭 密陀僧（ 各一两）
上三味，细研为散，先用盐汤洗疮拭干，取活鳝鱼一条锉细研，拓疮上一宿，明旦揭看
有虫，即去再拭干，涂敷散子，日三五度，即瘥。
治附骨疽。内消小豆散方
赤小豆（一合） 糯米（炒黑五合）
上二味，捣罗为散，水调如糊，摊故帛上涂贴，干即易之。
治附骨疽。骐 竭散涂敷方
骐 竭 槟榔（锉） 黄连（去须） 马肠根（各一两）
上四味，捣罗为散，先以油炒葱豉，入腻粉半钱和捣，捻作饼子一片，用盐浆水洗疮后
，用饼拓疮上，以生帛缚定，三日后，再用盐汤洗，即涂敷散子，日三五次。
治附骨疽久不瘥，骨从疮口出。乌鸡散涂敷方
乌雌鸡骨（烧灰） 牛 木（刮烧灰三冢者） 炊单（烧灰三家者各一两）
上三味，合和研细，涂敷疮上，日三五度，碎骨出即瘥。
治附骨疽，久不瘥，或瘥，年岁再发。秦艽散涂敷方
秦艽（去苗土）
上一味，捣罗为散，涂敷疮上，以帛缚定，日二三次。
治附骨疽积年，发脓骨出不瘥。牛胶散涂敷方
水牛皮胶（炙焦）
上一味，细研为散，涂敷疮上，用生鲤鱼，破开外面贴定，时看有小虫出，更以盐汤洗
，敷上药，再以鱼贴，虫出尽，更敷药。
治附骨疽。楸叶涂敷方
楸叶（阴干一两） 猪胆（半两）
上二味，相和捣烂，涂于疮上封之，即瘥。
又方
黄丹（研细） 腻粉（各三钱研） 鸡子（五枚煮熟去白用黄）
上三味，先将鸡子黄，于铫子内，以慢火炒令黑，候自然为膏，沥于盏内，入黄丹腻粉
和匀，用时先以米泔煎汤，洗患处拭干，用药敷之妙。
又方
新枸杞子自然汁 白矾枯（别研）
上二味，先将枸杞汁，慢火熬成煎，后入白矾，团令坚实，阴干捣罗为末，每用时，以
甘草水洗之，拭干先唾涂疮上，次用药末周匝敷之。
治附骨疽久不愈，及碎骨皆从疮孔中出者。鸡骨散方
一岁乌雌鸡骨（一两烧灰） 三家桐材屑（一两烧灰） 三家炊单（一两烧灰）
上三味，都研令细，每用少许，纳于疮中，碎骨当出即愈。
治附骨疽。及鱼眼疮方
杏仁（五十枚烧为灰） 乱发灰（一两） 腻粉（一分）
上三味，同研令细，入油三合，蜡半两，煎搅令匀，入瓷合盛，净洗贴之。
治附骨疽。肿痛有脓，久不瘥。天灵盖散方
天灵盖（一两烧灰） 狗头骨（半两烧灰） 白矾（半两烧令汁尽） 麝香（一钱细研）
黄连
（一分去须） 黄柏（一分）
上六味，捣罗为细散，入麝香令匀，每用先煎甘草汤洗，拭干用生油调涂之。
论述说：附骨疽（深部骨骼化脓性感染），是由于风邪侵入骨节，与热邪相互搏结，又受到冷湿之气的遏制，导致风热伏留郁结，无法发散，蕴积而成毒气。应当治疗附骨疽。漏芦汤方

以上十味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用五钱匕，加水一盏半，煎煮至七分满，加入芒硝一钱匕，滤去药渣，空腹温服。
以上三味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用五钱匕，先取皂荚刺一两锉碎，用水二盏，煎煮至一盏半，滤出药液，加入药物及朴硝一钱，共同煎煮至八分满，滤去药渣，空腹温服。
乱发灰（半两） 杏仁（捣碎二十一颗） 甘草（锉成五寸长） 盐花（半两）
以上四味药，用浆水五升，煎煮至三升，过滤去渣，待温度适宜时清洗疽疮患处，若有脓血，洗净后，用绢帛包扎固定，每天清洗两三遍。
人顶盖（酥油炙烤，一两） 狗骨（烧成灰，一两半） 白矾（烧成灰，一两半） 麝香（研细，一钱）
以上四味药，捣碎研细制成散剂，干撒于疮口，每日三到五次，以痊愈为标准。
天南星（炮制） 附子（炮裂后去皮脐） 黄柏（去除粗皮，各半两） 铅丹（研细，一分） 麝香（研细，半分）
以上五味药，除麝香和铅丹外，捣碎过筛制成散剂，加入这两味药混合均匀，干撒于疮上，每日三到五次。
以上三味药，细细研细制成散剂，先用盐水汤清洗疮口并擦干，取活鳝鱼一条切碎研烂，敷贴于疮上一夜，次日早晨揭开查看是否有虫，若有则去除并再次擦干，涂抹散剂，每日三到五次，即可痊愈。
以上两味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，用水调成糊状，摊在旧布上涂贴，干了就更换。
以上四味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，先用油炒葱豉，加入腻粉半钱混合捣碎，捏成一片饼状，用盐浆水清洗疮口后，用饼敷贴于疮上，用生帛包扎固定，三天后，再用盐水汤清洗，然后涂抹散剂，每日三到五次。
乌雌鸡骨（烧成灰） 牛柘木（刮下烧成灰，三年生的） 炊单（烧成灰，三年生的，各一两）
以上三味药，混合研细，涂敷于疮上，每日三到五次，碎骨排出后即愈。
秦艽（去除苗土）
以上一味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，涂敷于疮上，用帛包扎固定，每日两到三次。
水牛皮胶（炙焦）
以上一味药，细细研细制成散剂，涂敷于疮上，用生鲤鱼剖开贴在外部，时常观察是否有小虫出来，再用盐水汤清洗，敷上药，再用鱼贴，虫子出尽后，再敷药。
以上两味药，混合捣烂，涂于疮上封住，即可痊愈。
又一方
黄丹（研细） 腻粉（各三钱研细） 鸡蛋（五个煮熟后去蛋白只用蛋黄）
以上三味药，先将鸡蛋黄，在铫子内，用慢火炒至变黑，等待自然成为膏状，滴入盏内，加入黄丹和腻粉混合均匀，使用时先用米泔水煎汤，清洗患处并擦干，用药敷贴效果奇妙。
又一方
以上两味药，先将枸杞汁，用慢火熬成膏状，后加入白矾，团弄使其坚实，阴干后捣罗成末，每次使用时，用甘草水洗患处，擦干后先唾沫涂于疮上，然后将药末周围敷上。
一岁乌雌鸡骨（一两烧成灰） 三家桐材屑（一两烧成灰） 三家炊单（一两烧成灰）
以上三味药，都研令细，每次用少许，纳入疮口中，碎骨应当排出即愈。

Loulu (Rhizoma Leonticis, remove rhizome head) Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, Black Cohosh Root) Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructum, Forsythia Fruit) Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, Ephedra Stem, remove roots and nodes, each 1 liang) Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Rhubarb Root, chopped and stir-fried, 1.5 liang) Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix, Stephania Root) Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, Aucklandia Root) Bailian (Puerariae Radix, Kudzu Root) Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, Agarwood, each 3 qian)
The above nine herbs are coarsely crushed and sifted. Each dose consists of 5 qianbi (a traditional measure), boiled in 1.5 zhan (a traditional liquid measure) of water with 17 leaves of Zhuye (Bambusae Folium, Bamboo Leaf). Decoct until reduced to 0.8 parts. Add Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas, Mirabilite) 1 qian, stir well, strain, and take warm on an empty stomach. The goal is to achieve three bowel movements; if not achieved, administer again.
Treatment for Fuguju. Lianqiao Tang Decoction Formula
Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructum, Forsythia Fruit) Shegan (Belamcandae Rhizoma, Blackberry Lily Rhizome) Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, Black Cohosh Root) Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix, Stephania Root) Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, Scutellaria Root, remove black heart) Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Rhubarb Root, chopped and stir-fried) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Licorice Root, honey-fried) Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix, Peony Root) Xingren (Armeniacae Semen, Apricot Seed, soaked in decoction, skin and tip removed, double-kernel removed, each 1 liang) Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix, Bupleurum Root, remove seedlings, 2 liang)
The above ten herbs are coarsely crushed and sifted. Each dose consists of 5 qianbi, boiled in 1.5 zhan of water. Decoct until reduced to 0.7 parts. Add Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas, Mirabilite) 1 qianbi, strain, and take warm on an empty stomach.
Treatment for Fuguju. Baijiang Tang Decoction Formula
Baijiang (Patriniae Herba, Patrinia Herb, 2 liang) Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Rhubarb Root, chopped and stir-fried, 1 liang) Taoren (Persicae Semen, Peach Seed, 2 liang)
The above three herbs are coarsely crushed and sifted. Each dose consists of 5 qianbi. First, take 1 liang of Zaojia Ci (Gleditsiae Spina, Locust Thorn), chop finely, boil in 2 zhan of water until reduced to 1.5 zhan, strain out the thorns. Add the herbs and Puxiao (Mirabilite, a type of Glauber's salt) 1 qian, decoct together until reduced to 0.8 parts, strain, and take warm on an empty stomach.
Treatment for Fuguju. Luafa Tang Wash Formula
Luafa Hui (Ash of Human Hair, half liang) Xingren (Armeniacae Semen, Apricot Seed, crushed 21 grains) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Licorice Root, chopped into 5-cun pieces) Yanhua (Halitum, Rock Salt, half liang)
The above four ingredients are boiled in 5 sheng (a traditional volume measure) of Jiangshui (Fermented Rice Water) until reduced to 3 sheng. Filter out the dregs. Wash the abscess wound at a comfortable temperature. If pus and blood are present, wash thoroughly until clean, then bind with silk cloth. Wash two to three times daily.
Treatment for Fuguju sores, and chronic ulcers in the genital area that do not heal. Tianlinggai San Powder for Application Formula
Tianlinggai (Calvaria Humana, Human Skull Cap, roasted with butter, 1 liang) Gougu (Canis Os, Dog Bone, burnt to ash, 1.5 liang) Baifan (Alumen, Alum, burnt to ash, 1.5 liang) Shexiang (Moschus, Musk, ground, 1 qian)
The above four herbs are crushed and ground into a powder. Apply dry powder to the sore opening, three to five times daily, until healed.
Treatment for Fuguju. Tiannanxing San Powder for Application Formula
Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, Arisaema Tuber, processed) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, Prepared Aconite Root, processed until cracked, skin and navel removed) Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, Phellodendron Bark, remove rough bark, each half liang) Qiandan (Minii Oxidum, Lead Monoxide, ground, 1 fen) Shexiang (Moschus, Musk, ground, half fen)
The above five herbs, excluding Shexiang (Moschus, Musk) and Qiandan (Minii Oxidum, Lead Monoxide), are crushed and sieved into a powder. Mix in the other two ingredients evenly. Apply dry powder to the sore, three to five times daily.
Treatment for chronic Fuguju that does not heal. Shexiang San Powder for Application Formula
Shexiang (Moschus, Musk, ground, 1 fen) Qilinjie (Santalum Rubrum, Dragon's Blood) Miduoseng (Lithargyri Pulvis, Litharge, each 1 liang)
The above three herbs are finely ground into a powder. First, wash the sore with saline solution and dry. Take one live eel, chop finely and grind, apply to the sore overnight. In the morning, remove and check for worms. If present, remove them, dry the area again, and apply the powder, three to five times daily, until healed.
Treatment for Fuguju. Neixiao Xiaodou San Powder Formula
Chixiaodou (Phaseoli Radiati Semen, Red Bean, 1 he) Nuomi (Oryza Sativa Var. Glutinosa, Glutinous Rice, stir-fried until black, 5 he)
The above two herbs are crushed and sieved into a powder. Mix with water to form a paste. Spread on old cloth and apply as a poultice. Replace when dry.
Treatment for Fuguju. Qilinjie San Powder for Application Formula
Qilinjie (Santalum Rubrum, Dragon's Blood) Binglang (Arecae Semen, Betel Nut, chopped) Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, Coptis Rhizome, remove mustaches) Machanggen (Unknown root, likely referring to a specific local herb, 1 liang)
The above four herbs are crushed and sieved into a powder. First, stir-fry Congchi (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus cum Fermentatione, Fermented Green Onion and Soybean Paste) in oil, add Nifen (Calomelas, Mercurous Chloride) half qian, mix and crush, shape into a cake. Wash the sore with saline solution, apply the cake to the sore, and bind with raw silk. After three days, wash again with saline solution, then apply the powder, three to five times daily.
Treatment for chronic Fuguju where bone extrudes from the sore. Wuji San Powder for Application Formula
Wuci Ji Gu (Os Gallinae Fuscae Feminae, Female Chicken Bone, burnt to ash) Niuzhemu (Unknown wood, likely Santalum album or similar, scraped and burnt to ash, 3-year-old) Chuandan (Unknown material, likely paper or cloth residue, burnt to ash, 3-year-old, each 1 liang)
The above three ingredients are mixed and ground finely. Apply to the sore, three to five times daily. Healing occurs when fragmented bones are expelled.
Treatment for Fuguju that does not heal chronically, or recurs years after healing. Qinjiao San Powder for Application Formula
Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix, Large-leaved Gentian Root, remove seedlings and soil)
The above single herb is crushed and sieved into a powder. Apply to the sore and bind with cloth, two to three times daily.
Treatment for chronic Fuguju with pus and bone extrusion that does not heal. Niu Jiao San Powder for Application Formula
Shuiniu Pi Jiao (Corii Bovini Aquatici Colla, Water Buffalo Skin Gelatin, roasted until charred)
The above single ingredient is finely ground into a powder. Apply to the sore. Use a fresh carp, split open, and apply externally to the site. Monitor for small worms emerging. Wash with saline solution, reapply medicine, and use fish again. Repeat until all worms are expelled, then continue applying medicine.
Treatment for Fuguju. Qiu Ye Poultice Formula
Qiu Ye (Catalpae Folium, Catalpa Leaf, shade-dried, 1 liang) Zhu Dan (Suis Fel, Pig Gallbladder, half liang)
The above two ingredients are mixed and pounded into a paste. Apply to the sore and cover. Healing follows.
Another Formula
Huangdan (Minii Oxidum, Lead Monoxide, finely ground) Nifen (Calomelas, Mercurous Chloride, each 3 qian, ground) Jizi (Galli Ovum, Chicken Egg, five eggs, boiled, white removed, yolk used)
The above three ingredients: First, fry the chicken egg yolks in a pot over low heat until blackened, allowing them to naturally become a paste. Pour into a cup, mix with Huangdan (Minii Oxidum, Lead Monoxide) and Nifen (Calomelas, Mercurous Chloride). Before use, wash the affected area with rice washing water, dry, and apply the medication. This is effective.
Another Formula
Xin Gouqi Zi Ziran Zhi (Fresh Lycii Fructus Juice, Fresh Goji Berry Natural Juice) Baifan Ku (Alumen, Burnt Alum, ground separately)
The above two ingredients: First, slowly boil the Goji berry juice until it becomes a thick syrup. Then add the burnt alum, shape into solid pellets, and dry in the shade. Grind into powder before use. Wash the area with licorice water, dry, spit saliva onto the sore first, then apply the powder around the perimeter.
Treatment for chronic Fuguju not healing, and fragmented bones expelling from the sore hole. Ji Gu San Formula
Yi Sui Wu Ci Ji Gu (Os Gallinae Fuscae Feminae, One-Year-Old Female Chicken Bone, 1 liang burnt to ash) San Jia Tong Cai Xie (Toona Sinensis Wood Shavings, Three-Household Toona Wood Shavings, 1 liang burnt to ash) San Jia Chuandan (Three-Household Cooked Cloth/Residue, 1 liang burnt to ash)
The above three ingredients are all ground finely. Use a small amount, insert into the sore. Healing occurs when fragmented bones are expelled.
Treatment for Fuguju. And Yuyan Chuang (Fish Eye Sore) Formula
Xingren (Armeniacae Semen, Apricot Seed, 50 grains burnt to ash) Luafa Hui (Ash of Human Hair, 1 liang) Nifen (Calomelas, Mercurous Chloride, 1 fen)
The above three ingredients are ground together finely. Add 3 he of oil and half liang of wax, boil and stir until uniform. Store in a porcelain container. Cleanse and apply.
Treatment for Fuguju with swelling, pain, pus, and chronic non-healing. Tianlinggai San Formula
Tianlinggai (Calvaria Humana, Human Skull Cap, 1 liang burnt to ash) Goutou Gu (Canis Cranii Os, Dog Head Bone, half liang burnt to ash) Baifan (Alumen, Alum, half liang burnt until liquid evaporates) Shexiang (Moschus, Musk, 1 qian finely ground) Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, Coptis Rhizome, 1 fen remove mustaches) Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, Phellodendron Bark, 1 fen)
The above six herbs are crushed and sieved into a fine powder. Mix in Shexiang (Moschus, Musk) evenly. Before each use, decoct licorice water to wash, dry, and apply mixed with raw oil.
