Spleen and Stomach belong to Earth; their qi is balanced and harmonious, functioning to transform and transport nutrients. Currently, due to the intermingling of clear and turbid qi, Wind-Cold pathogen invades the Stomach, causing the harmonious qi to fail in transformation, resulting in food being excreted intact.
