论曰鬼疟者外邪之所乘也，人真气内虚，神守不固，则鬼邪投间而久，故恍惚喜怒，寒
热更作，若有所持而屡发屡止也，治法宜禳去之，而兼以祛邪安神之剂。
治鬼疟。干桃丸方
树上自干桃子（二七枚） 黑豆（一两） 巴豆（七粒去皮心膜出尽油）
上三味。捣罗为细末，滴冷水丸如梧桐子大，丹砂为衣，每服一丸，清晨面东，井华水
吞下。
治鬼疟。阿魏丸方
阿魏（研） 砒霜（研） 丹砂（研各皂子大） 画钟馗纸烧灰（二钱）
上四味。研为细末，用寒食面，丸如小豆大，每服一丸，发时冷水下，宜用正月十五日
，五月五日合。
治鬼疟。丹雄丸方
丹砂（研一钱） 腻粉（三钱） 巴豆（七粒去皮心膜出油） 乳香（研） 麝香（研）
雄黄（研） 砒霜（研各半钱）
上七味。研为细末，水浸炊饼心为丸，如梧桐子大，每服一丸，发前新汲水下，只一服
瘥。
治鬼疟。独胜丸方
上以桃仁一枚，和皮尖双仁者，劈作两片，一片内书奉敕斩鬼字，一片内书奉敕杀鬼字
，却合作一枚，以线系定，五更新汲水吞下。
治鬼疟。三圣丸方
雌黄（研） 雄黄（研） 大黄（生为细末各一两）
上三味。再研为细末，水浸炊饼为丸，如梧桐子大，每服二丸，发日早晨面向东北，新
汲水下，宜五月五日午时合。
治鬼疟经久不瘥。阿魏雄黄丸方
阿魏（研） 雄黄（研各半两） 柳枝 桃枝（各取向东者一七茎每茎长一尺锉焙捣为
细末） 丹砂（
上五味。再研为细末，用三家粽子角为丸，如梧桐子大，别研丹砂为衣，发时用净盏摩
一丸，涂鼻尖，并人中上，或未退以冷水服一丸，仍须五月五日午时合。
治鬼疟。万安丸方
虎头骨（酒炙三两） 藜芦（六两） 雄黄（研） 鬼臼 天雄（炮裂去皮脐） 芜荑
（炒） 皂荚（酥炙去皮
上七味。除雄黄外，捣罗为末，入研者雄黄和匀，炼蜜丸如弹子大，令患者头上戴一丸
立瘥。若除伏尸于房四角，烧四粒，若除疫气，于床前烧一粒，或渡江海，男左女右，臂上
带一粒，得渡不溺。
治鬼疟。丹砂丸方
丹砂（研） 阿魏（研各半钱） 砒霜（研一钱） 豉（四十九粒汤浸去皮研）
上四味。再同研为细末，滴水为丸，分作四十九丸，每服一丸，如脾寒取东南枝上桃心
柳心各七枚，煎汤放冷，面南吞之，寻常疟发时，面北、新汲水下。
治鬼疟。祓除丸方
雄黑豆（小者是一百二十粒醋浸三日去皮研为膏） 砒霜（研一钱） 雄黄（研半两）
上三味。除黑豆外，研令极细，与黑豆膏同研，丸如梧桐子大，丹砂为衣，用素绢袋子
盛，挂于神室前。有患者，取二丸，未发时服一丸，面东新汲水下，临发时，更服一丸，妇
人患即男子与药，男子患即妇人与药，仍令患者闭目服，须是端午日合，若缓急即八节日合
，亦得，合药时不得见鸡犬妇人，服了药，不得食热物一日。
治鬼疟。鬼臼丸方

百五十粒汤浸
上七味。捣罗为细末，醋煮面糊，丸如梧桐子大，丹砂为衣，每服一丸，日未出面东，
用桃心七枚同新汲水下。
治鬼疟。一字散方
鬼箭羽 鲮鲤甲（烧存性各一分）
上二味。捣罗为细散，每服一字， 在鼻中，临发时用。
治鬼疟寒热日发。鬼箭羽散方
鬼箭羽（一分为细末） 砒霜（研一钱） 五灵脂（研一两）
上三味。再同研为细散，每服半钱匕，临发时冷茶清调下。
治鬼疟。辅正丸方
天灵盖（酥炙） 砒霜（研） 丹砂（研） 麝香（研） 虎头骨（酒炙） 铅丹（研）
猢狲头骨（酒炙） 绿豆粉
上八味。捣罗为细末，用粟饭和研，丸如梧桐子大，每服一丸，未发前新汲水下，或以
手握之瘥，有孕妇人不得食，小儿只可半丸，以绿豆汁下，其药以五月五日合，面东捣之。
治鬼疟。虎睛丸方
虎睛（一对酒浸炙） 丹砂（研） 麝香（研） 雄黄（研） 砒霜（研） 安息香（入
胡桃仁和研） 阿魏（研）
上八味。捣二味，入研药再研为细末，用烧饭和研，丸如小豆大，每用一丸，未发前，
男左女右手把之，一丸可疗十人。
论述说：鬼疟，是由于外邪侵袭所致。当人体真气内部虚弱，神志守御不固时，鬼邪便趁虚而入并久留体内，因此出现精神恍惚、喜怒无常，寒热交替发作，仿佛被什么东西控制一样，反复发作又自行停止。治疗方法应当采用禳解驱邪的方法，同时配合使用祛邪安神的药剂。
治疗鬼疟的干桃丸方：
树上自然风干的桃子（二十一枚）、黑豆（一两）、巴豆（七粒，需去皮、去心及内膜，榨尽油）。
以上三味药，捣碎并过筛成细末，滴入冷水制成如梧桐子大小的药丸，用丹砂作为包衣。每次服用一丸，清晨面向东方，用井水吞服。
治疗鬼疟的阿魏丸方：
阿魏（研细）、砒霜（研细）、丹砂（研细，各如皂角子大小）、画有钟馗像的纸烧成的灰（二钱）。
以上四味药，研成细末，用寒食面的面糊制作，制成如小豆大小的药丸。每次服用一丸，发病时用冷水送服。适宜在正月十五日和五月五日配制。
治疗鬼疟的丹雄丸方：
丹砂（研细，一钱）、腻粉（三钱）、巴豆（七粒，去皮、去心及内膜，去油）、乳香（研细）、麝香（研细）、雄黄（研细）、砒霜（研细，各半钱）。
以上七味药，研成细末，用水浸泡过的蒸饼心制作药丸，如梧桐子大小。每次服用一丸，发病前用新汲取的凉水送服，只需服用一次即可痊愈。
治疗鬼疟的独胜丸方：
取一枚带皮、尖端双仁的桃仁，劈成两半，在其中一片上写“奉敕斩鬼”四字，在另一片上写“奉敕杀鬼”四字，然后再合为一枚，用线系紧，五更天时用新汲取的凉水吞服。
治疗鬼疟的三圣丸方：
雌黄（研细）、雄黄（研细）、大黄（生用，研成细末，各一两）。
以上三味药，再次研成细末，用水浸泡过的蒸饼制作药丸，如梧桐子大小。每次服用两丸，发病日早晨面向东北方向，用新汲取的凉水送服。适宜在五月五日午时配制。
治疗经久不愈的鬼疟的阿魏雄黄丸方：
阿魏（研细）、雄黄（研细，各半两）、柳枝、桃枝（各取向东生长的十七茎，每茎长一尺，切碎焙干后捣成细末）、丹砂（未列用量，但在制法中提到）。
以上五味药，再次研成细末，用三家粽子的角（指粽子叶或包裹物，此处指代特定材料）制作药丸，如梧桐子大小，另将丹砂研细作为包衣。发病时用干净的盏研磨一丸，涂抹于鼻尖和人中穴处；如果症状未退，则用冷水送服一丸。仍须在五月五日午时配制。

以上七味药，除雄黄外，捣碎过筛成末，加入研细的雄黄混合均匀，用炼蜜制成如弹子大小的药丸。让患者头上戴一丸，可立即痊愈。若要清除房内的伏尸邪气，可在房间四角各烧一粒；若要消除疫气，可在床前烧一粒；若渡江海，男子戴在左臂，女子戴在右臂，佩戴一粒可避免溺水。
治疗鬼疟的丹砂丸方：
丹砂（研细）、阿魏（研细，各半钱）、砒霜（研细，一钱）、豉（四十九粒，用汤浸泡后去皮研细）。
以上四味药，共同研成细末，滴水制成药丸，分为四十九丸。每次服用一丸。如果是脾寒引起的疟疾，取东南方向树枝上的桃心和柳心各七枚，煎汤放冷后，面向南方吞服；如果是寻常疟疾发作时，面向北方，用新汲取的凉水送服。
治疗鬼疟的祓除丸方：
雄黑豆（小的，一百二十粒，醋浸三天后去皮研成膏状）、砒霜（研细，一钱）、雄黄（研细，半两）。
以上三味药，除黑豆外，研至极细，与黑豆膏共同研磨，制成如梧桐子大小的药丸，用丹砂包衣，装入素绢袋中，挂在神室前。若有患者，取两丸，未发病时服用一丸，面向东方用新汲取的凉水送服；临近发病时，再服用一丸。女性患病则由男性给药，男性患病则由女性给药。服药时须令患者闭目。配药须在端午节进行，若情况紧急则在八个节日配制也可以。配药时不得看见鸡、狗和妇女。服药后一天内不得吃热的食物。
治疗鬼疟的鬼臼丸方：
鬼臼、常山、甘草（炙制并锉碎）、绿豆粉（各一两）、鳖甲（醋炙，去裙边，三分）、雄黑豆（二百五十粒，汤浸）。
以上七味药，捣碎过筛成细末，用醋煮的面糊制作药丸，如梧桐子大小，用丹砂包衣。每次服用一丸，日出之前面向东方，用七枚桃心同新汲取的凉水送服。
治疗鬼疟的一字散方：
鬼箭羽、鲮鲤甲（烧至存性，各一分）。
以上两味药，捣碎过筛成细散。每次服用“一字”的量，吹入鼻中，在发病时使用。
治疗鬼疟寒热每日发作的鬼箭羽散方：
鬼箭羽（研成细末，一分）、砒霜（研细，一钱）、五灵脂（研细，一两）。
以上三味药，共同研成细散。每次服用半钱匕，在发病时用冷茶清调服。
治疗鬼疟的辅正丸方：
天灵盖（酥炙）、砒霜（研细）、丹砂（研细）、麝香（研细）、虎头骨（酒炙）、铅丹（研细）、猢狲头骨（酒炙）、绿豆粉。
以上八味药，捣碎过筛成细末，用粟米饭调和研磨，制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用一丸，未发病前用新汲取的凉水送服，或者用手握持患处也可痊愈。孕妇禁服，小儿只可服用半丸，用绿豆汁送服。配药须在五月五日进行，面向东方捣药。
治疗鬼疟的虎睛丸方：
虎睛（一对，酒浸后炙烤）、丹砂（研细）、麝香（研细）、雄黄（研细）、砒霜（研细）、安息香（与胡桃肉一起研细）、阿魏（研细）。
以上八味药，先捣碎两种药材，再加入其他研好的药物共同研成细末，用烧饭调和研磨，制成如小豆大小的药丸。每次用一丸，未发病前，男子拿在左手，女子拿在右手，一丸可以治疗十人。

Formula for Dan Sha Wan (Cinnabar Pill) for treating Gui Na:

Dysosma (Gui Jiao), Dichroa Febrifuga (Chang Shan), Licorice (fired and cut), Mung Bean Powder (each 1 liang), Turtle Shell (vinegar-fried, skirt removed, 3 fen), Male Black Soybean (250 grains, soaked in hot water).

The above two ingredients are pounded and sifted into a fine powder. Take an amount equivalent to "one character" (approx. 0.5-1 gram), insufflate into the nose, use at the time of onset.
Formula for Gui Jian Yu San (Arrowwood Powder) for treating daily alternating chills and fever in Gui Na:
Arrowwood (ground into fine powder, 1 fen), Arsenic Trioxide (ground, 1 qian), Trogopterus Dung (Wu Ling Zhi, ground, 1 liang).
The above three ingredients are ground together into a fine powder. Take half a coin-sized scoop (ban qian bi), mixed with clear cold tea, taken at the time of onset.
Formula for Fu Zheng Wan (Support Righteousness Pill) for treating Gui Na:
Human Skull Cap (Tian Ling Gai, fried with butter), Arsenic Trioxide (ground), Cinnabar (ground), Musk (ground), Tiger Head Bone (wine-fried), Lead Monoxide (Qian Dan, ground), Monkey Head Bone (Hou Sun Tou Gu, wine-fried), Mung Bean Powder.

Formula for Hu Jing Wan (Tiger Eye Pill) for treating Gui Na:
Tiger Eyes (one pair, soaked in wine and fried), Cinnabar (ground), Musk (ground), Realgar (ground), Arsenic Trioxide (ground), Benzoin (An Xi Xiang, ground with walnut meat), Asafoetida (ground).
The above eight ingredients: pound two ingredients first, then add the ground medicines and grind into a fine powder. Use burnt rice to knead and grind. Form pills the size of small beans. Use one pill before the onset. Men hold it in the left hand, women in the right hand. One pill can treat ten people.
