治小儿阴偏大，又卵核坚 方。
黄柏 香豉 牡丹 防风 桂心（各二两）
上五味为末，蜜丸如大豆，儿三岁饮服五丸，加至十丸。儿小以意酌量着乳头上服之。
治小儿卵肿方∶
取鸡翅六茎烧灰服之，随卵左右取翮（《古今录验》云，治阴大如斗。）
治小儿气 方∶
土瓜根 芍药 当归（各一两）
上三味 咀，以水二升，煮取一升，取五合，日二。
又方 三月上除日取白头翁根捣碎，随偏处敷之，一宿作疮，二十日愈。
治气 方∶
灸足厥阴大敦，左灸右，右灸左，各一壮。
治小儿阴疮方∶
以人屎灰敷之，又狗屎灰，又狗骨灰，又马骨灰，皆可敷之。
治小儿歧股间连阴囊生疮，汁出，先痒后痛，十日五日自瘥，或一月或半月复发，连年
不瘥方∶
灸疮搔去痂，帛拭令干，以蜜敷，更溲面作烧饼，熟即以饧涂饼上熨之，冷即止，再度
瘥。
治小儿阴肿方∶
狐茎炙捣末，酒服之。
又方 灸大敦七壮。
又方 斫桑木白汁涂之。
又方 捣芜菁敷上。
又方 捣垣衣敷上。
又方 以衣中白鱼敷之。
又方 猪屎五升水煮沸，布裹安肿上。
治小儿阴疮方∶
取野狼牙浓煮汁洗之。
又方 黄连、胡粉等分，以香脂油和敷之。
治小儿核肿，壮热有实方∶

治疗小儿阴囊一侧偏大，以及睾丸坚硬的方法。

以上五味药研成细末，用蜂蜜制成如大豆大小的丸剂，三岁的儿童用温水送服五丸，可逐渐增加至十丸。对于年龄较小的婴儿，酌情将药量涂抹在乳头上让其吸吮服用。
治疗小儿睾丸肿胀的方法：
取六根鸡翅膀烧成灰后内服。（《古今录验》记载，此法可治疗阴囊肿大如斗的情况。）
治疗小儿疝气的方法：
土瓜根、芍药、当归（各一两）
以上三味药切碎，用水二升，煎煮取汁一升，每次服用五合，每日两次。
又一方：农历三月初三“除日”采集白头翁根，捣碎后敷于患处，一夜后局部会起疮，二十天痊愈。
治疗疝气的方法：
艾灸足厥阴肝经的大敦穴，左侧病变灸右侧穴位，右侧病变灸左侧穴位，每侧各施灸一壮。
治疗小儿阴部疮疡的方法：
用人粪灰外敷，也可以用狗粪灰、狗骨灰或马骨灰，均可外敷。
治疗小儿大腿根部连接阴囊处生疮，流脓水，先痒后痛，经过十天或五天自行好转，但过一个月或半个月又复发，连年不愈的方法：
先将疮痂搔去，用丝绸擦拭使其干燥，涂上蜂蜜，再用面粉加水做成烧饼状，煮熟后将饴糖涂在饼上熨烫患处，变冷即停止，如此反复两次即可痊愈。
治疗小儿阴囊肿胀的方法：
将狐狸阴茎炙烤后捣成粉末，用酒送服。
又一方：砍伐桑树，取其白色汁液涂抹患处。
又一方：捣碎墙衣（老墙上脱落的泥皮）敷于患处。
又一方：使用衣中白鱼（书虱/蠹虫）敷于患处。
又一方：用猪屎五升加水煮沸，用布包裹后敷在肿胀处。
治疗小儿睾丸肿胀，伴有高热且属实证的方法：
青木香、甘草、石膏、甘遂（各十八铢），麝香（三铢），大黄、前胡（各一两），黄芩（半两）
以上八味药切碎，用水七升，煎煮取汁一升九合，每次服用三合，每日四次，夜间两次。
A prescription for treating unilateral enlargement of the scrotum and hardness of the testicles in children.
Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Xiangchi (Fermented Soybean), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (each 2 liang).
Grind the above five herbs into fine powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of soybeans. For a three-year-old child, administer five pills with warm water, increasing up to ten pills as needed. For infants, apply an appropriate amount to the nipple for sucking.
A prescription for treating scrotal edema in children:
Take six chicken wing feathers, burn them to ash, and ingest the ash. (According to *Gujin Luyan*, this treats severe scrotal swelling like a dou.)
A prescription for treating hernia (qi hernia) in children:
Tugua Gen (Trichosanthes Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (each 1 liang).
Chop the above three herbs, decoct with two sheng of water until one sheng remains. Take five he at a time, twice daily.
Another prescription: On the "Chu" day of the third lunar month, collect the roots of Baitouweng (Pedanii Radix), crush them, and apply topically to the affected side. A sore will form overnight; it heals in twenty days.
A treatment for hernia:
Moxibustion on Dazhun (LR1, Great Supreme), the acupoint of the Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian. If the left side is affected, moxa the right point; if the right side is affected, moxa the left point. Apply one zhuang per side.
A prescription for treating yin sores in children:
Apply human feces ash topically. Dog feces ash, dog bone ash, or horse bone ash can also be used.
A prescription for treating sores arising between the thighs connected to the scrotum, oozing fluid, starting with itching followed by pain, healing spontaneously in five to ten days but recurring monthly or bi-monthly, persisting for years:
Scratch off the scab from the sore, wipe dry with silk, and apply honey. Make a small cake using flour and urine, cook it thoroughly, then spread maltose syrup on the cake and apply it as a hot compress to the area. Stop when cool. Repeat this process twice for cure.
A prescription for treating scrotal swelling in children:
Roast fox penis, grind into powder, and take with wine.
Another prescription: Moxa Dazhun (LR1) seven zhuang.
Another prescription: Apply the white sap from cut mulberry wood.
Another prescription: Crush turnip greens and apply topically.
Another prescription: Crush wall plaster (old mud from walls) and apply topically.
Another prescription: Apply booklice (Yizhong Baiyu) topically.
Another prescription: Boil five sheng of pig manure in water, wrap in cloth, and apply to the swollen area.
A prescription for treating yin sores in children:
Decoct wild wolf's tooth herb (Yelangya) thickly and wash the area with the juice.
Another prescription: Mix equal parts of Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) and Hufen (Cerussa/Lead White), blend with sesame oil, and apply topically.
A prescription for treating testicular swelling accompanied by high fever and excess syndrome in children:
Qingmuxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Gancao (Licorice Root), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Gansui (Kansui Radix) (each 18 zhu), Shexiang (Musk), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix) (each 1 liang), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (0.5 liang).
Chop the above eight herbs, decoct with seven sheng of water until one sheng nine he remain. Take three he per dose, four times during the day and twice at night.
