又方 治崩中及痔方。

又方 蒲黄水服方寸匕，日三。（《外台》云∶治肠痔每大便常有血者。）
又方 桑耳作羹，空腹饱食之，三日食佳。
治痔下血及新产漏下方∶
附子 矾石（各一两）
上二味，为末，白蜜丸，如梧子大，酒服二丸，日三，稍加，不过数日便断。百日服之
，终身不发。（《崔氏方》有干姜一两。）
治外痔方（亦治恶疮、 疮）∶真珠 雄黄 雌黄（各一两） 竹茹（三两） 猪膏（一
斤）
上五味，为末，纳猪膏中和调，又切乱发半鸡子大和，东向煎三上三下，发焦出，其痔
先用盐汤洗，拭干后敷之。
治痔下部出脓血有虫，旁生孔窍方∶
以槐白皮一担锉，纳釜中煮，令味极出，置大盆中，适寒温坐其中，如浴状，虫悉出，
冷又易之，不过二三度瘥。
治谷道痒痛，绕缘肿起里许欲生肉突出方∶
大豆（三升，以水七升，急火煮取四升） 槐白皮（三升） 甘草（三两）
上三味，以豆汁煮取二升，浸故帛敷之，冷则易，日三五度。
治疗痔疮的方剂（也能治疗肛瘘）。
用皮一张，矾石、当归、连翘、干姜、附子、续断、黄芩、黄耆（各二两），槐子（三两），干地黄（五两）。
以上十味药，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，用温水送服十五丸，每天两次，逐渐增加到四十丸。（《集验方》中没有矾石和地黄）。
另一个方子：治疗崩漏及痔疮。
皮、人参、茯苓、白芷、禹余粮、干地黄、槐耳、续断（各三两），蒲黄、黄芩、当归、艾叶、橘皮、白蔹、甘草（各二两），白马蹄（用酒浸泡一夜，炒至黄色）、牛角（各四两），鳗鲡鱼头（二十个），猪悬蹄甲（二十一枚，炒制）。
以上十九味药，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，用酒送服二十丸，每天两次，逐渐增加剂量。
治疗痔疮的方剂：槐耳赤鸡一斤（即槐耳），研成细末，用温水送服一方寸匕，每天三次。
另一个方子：蒲黄用水送服一方寸匕，每天三次。（《外台秘要》说：治疗肠痔，每次大便常带血的情况。）
治疗痔疮下血及新产后漏下的方剂：
附子、矾石（各一两）。
以上两味药，研成细末，用白蜜制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，用酒送服二丸，每天三次，逐渐增加，不过几天就能止血。服用一百天，终身不再发作。（《崔氏方》中有一两干姜。）
治疗外痔的方剂（也能治疗恶疮、痈疮）：真珠、雄黄、雌黄（各一两），竹茹（三两），猪膏（一斤）。
以上五味药，研成细末，放入猪膏中调和均匀，再切半鸡蛋大的乱发加入其中，面向东方煎煮，升提三次降下三次，待头发焦枯后取出。治疗痔疮时，先用盐汤清洗患处，擦干后敷上药膏。
治疗痔疮下部流出脓血且有虫，旁边生出孔窍的方剂：
用槐树白皮一担切碎，放入锅中煮，直到味道完全煮出，倒入大盆中，调节水温适宜坐浴其中，像洗澡一样，虫子都会出来，水凉了再换，不超过两三次就能痊愈。
治疗肛门瘙痒疼痛，周围肿胀隆起约一寸，快要长出肉赘突出的方剂：
大豆（三升，用水七升，急火煮取四升），槐白皮（三升），甘草（三两）。
以上三味药，用豆汁煮取二升，浸湿旧布敷在患处，凉了则更换，每天三到五次。
Formula for treating hemorrhoids (also treats fistula).
One piece of bark, Shizhi (Alumen), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata), Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huangqi (Astragali Radix) (each 2 liang), Huaizi (Sophorae Flavescentis Semen) (3 liang), Gadihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) (5 liang).
The above ten ingredients are ground into powder, mixed with honey to form pills the size of a wu zi (fruit seed). Take 15 pills with warm water, twice daily, gradually increasing to 40 pills. (Jiyan Fang omits Shizhi and Gadihuang).
Another formula: For treating metrorrhagia and hemorrhoids.
Bark, Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Yuyuliang (Haematitum), Gadihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Huai'er (Phallus Immaturus), Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix) (each 3 liang), Puhuang (Typhae Pollen), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Juapi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Bailian (Trollii Bulbus), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 2 liang), Baimati (Equi Unguis Preparatus, soaked in wine overnight, fried until yellow), Niujiao (Bovis Cornu) (each 4 liang), Manliyu tou (Muraenidae head) (20 pieces), Zhuxuantijia (Sus ungula preparata) (21 pieces, fried).
The above nineteen ingredients are ground into powder, mixed with honey to form pills the size of a wu zi. Take 20 pills with wine, twice daily, gradually increasing the dose.
Formula for treating hemorrhoids: Huai'er chi ji (Phallus Immaturus) 1 jin (powdered). Take one fang cun bi (square inch spoonful) with water, three times daily.
Another formula: Puhuang (Typhae Pollen) taken with water, one fang cun bi, three times daily. (Waitai Mi Yao states: Treats intestinal hemorrhoids where blood is frequently present in stool.)
Another formula: San'er (Auricularia Auricula-Judae) cooked as soup; eat until full on an empty stomach for three days for best results.
Formula for treating hemorrhoidal bleeding and postpartum leakage:
Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata), Shizhi (Alumen) (each 1 liang).
The above two ingredients are ground into powder, mixed with white honey to form pills the size of a wu zi. Take 2 pills with wine, three times daily, gradually increasing. Bleeding stops within a few days. Taking this for 100 days prevents recurrence for life. (Cui Shi Fang includes Ganjiang 1 liang).
Formula for treating external hemorrhoids (also treats malignant sores and carbuncles):
Zhenzhu (Margarita), Xionghuang (Realgar), Cihuang (Orpiment) (each 1 liang), Zhuru (Bambusae Caulis in Taenia), Zhigao (Suet Porcinum) (1 jin).
The above five ingredients are ground into powder, mixed thoroughly with Zhigao. Add half an egg-sized amount of tangled hair. Boil facing east, lifting and lowering three times each, until the hair is charred, then remove it. Before application, wash the hemorrhoid area with salt water, dry it, and apply the ointment.
Formula for treating hemorrhoids with pus and blood discharge from the lower part, presence of worms, and formation of lateral fistulous tracts:
Take one dan of Huai baipi (bark of Sophora japonica), chop finely, and boil in a cauldron until the flavor is fully extracted. Pour into a large basin. Sit in the liquid at a comfortable temperature, similar to bathing. The worms will emerge. Replace the liquid when it cools. Healing occurs within two or three treatments.
Formula for treating anal itching and pain, swelling around the margin about one cun, with protruding flesh tags:
Dadou (Sojae Semen Preparatum) (3 sheng, boiled in 7 sheng of water over high heat to obtain 4 sheng), Huai baipi (bark of Sophora japonica) (3 sheng), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (3 liang).
Boil the above three ingredients in the bean decoction to obtain 2 sheng. Soak an old cloth in the liquid and apply to the affected area. Replace when cool. Apply three to five times daily.
