（论一首 方十二首 解毒品味二十八条）
论曰∶甘草解百药毒，如汤沃雪，有同神妙。有人中乌头、巴豆毒，甘草入腹即定。中
藜芦毒，葱汤下咽便愈。中野葛毒，土浆饮讫即止。如此之事，其验如反掌，要使人皆知之。
然人皆不肯学，诚可叹息。方称大豆汁解百药毒，余每试之，大悬绝不及甘草，又能加之为
甘豆汤，其验尤奇。有人服玉壶丸，治呕不能已，百药与之不止，蓝汁入口即定。如此之事，
皆须知之，此成规更不须试练也。解毒方中条例极多，若不指出一二，学人不可卒知，余方
例尔。
石药毒 用白鸭屎、人参汁。
雄黄毒 用防己。
铁粉毒 用磁石。
石毒 用大豆汁、白鹅膏。
防葵毒 用葵根汁。
大戟毒 用菖蒲汁。
桔梗毒 用白粥。
甘遂毒 用大豆汁。
踯躅毒 用栀子汁。
鸡子毒 用醇醋。
马刀毒 用清水。
野芋毒 用土浆、人粪汁。
杏仁毒 用蓝子汁。
百药毒 用甘草、荠 、大小豆汁、蓝叶根、实汁。
金银毒 用水银服数两即出，或鸡子清及屎白烧猪脂和服，水淋鸡屎汁煮葱汁。
芫花毒 用防己、防风、甘草、桂汁。
野葛毒 用鸡子清、葛根汁、甘草汁、鸭头、热血、猪膏、鸡屎、人屎。
藜芦毒 用雄黄，温汤煮葱汁。
乌头、天雄、附子毒 用大豆汁、饴糖、防风、远志、枣肉。
射罔毒 用蓝汁、大小豆汁、竹沥、大麻子汁、藕汁、荠汁、六畜血、贝齿屑、蚯
蚓屎。
半夏毒 用生姜汁及煮干姜汁。
莨菪毒 用荠 、甘草、犀角、蟹汁、升麻。
野狼毒毒 用杏仁、蓝汁、白蔹、盐汁、木占斯。
巴豆毒 用黄连煮汁、大豆汁、菖蒲汁、生藿汁（《肘后》云∶小豆藿）煮寒水石汁。
蜀椒毒 用葵子汁、蒜汁、豉汁、桂汁、人尿、冷水、土浆、鸡毛烧吸烟及水调服。
斑蝥、芫青毒 用猪膏、戎盐、大豆汁、蓝汁、巴豆、盐汤煮猪膏。
服药过剂闷乱者 用水和胡粉、水和葛粉、地浆、豉汁、 荷汁、粳米沈、干姜、黄
连、饴糖、蓝汁 吞鸡子黄
上解毒诸药，一例中有数味者，但得一味即是，不必悉具。
解一切毒药发不问草石，始觉恶即服此方∶
豉（二升） 生麦门冬 葱白（各八两）
上三味，以水七升，煮取二升半，分三服。

论述说：甘草能解除各种药物的毒性，效果如同热水浇在雪上一样迅速融化，神奇而精妙。有人中了乌头、巴豆的毒，甘草进入腹中即刻就能平息毒性。中了藜芦的毒，喝下葱汤便痊愈。中了野葛（钩吻）的毒，饮完土浆（含黏土的清水）毒性随即停止。像这样的事情，验证起来易如反掌，重要的是要让人们都知道这些知识。然而人们都不愿意去学习，实在令人叹息。医方中说大豆汁能解百药毒，我每次尝试使用，发现其效果与甘草相比相差甚远，远远不及甘草。又能在此基础上加入其他药物制成甘豆汤，其验证效果尤其奇妙。有人服用玉壶丸后，呕吐不止，用各种药物止呕都无效，但蓝汁（板蓝根汁等靛蓝色植物汁液）入口即刻平息。像这样的事情，都必须知晓，这是既定的成规，不需要再重新试验验证了。解毒方中的条例非常多，如果不指出其中的一二种典型情况，学习者不可能立刻明白，我的方书体例都是这样。
石药（矿物药）中毒：用白鸭屎、人参汁。
雄黄中毒：用防己。
铁粉中毒：用磁石。
石毒（一般矿物毒）：用大豆汁、白鹅膏（白色菌类）。
防葵中毒：用葵根汁。
大戟中毒：用菖蒲汁。
桔梗中毒：用白粥。
甘遂中毒：用大豆汁。
踯躅（羊踯躅）中毒：用栀子汁。
鸡子（鸡蛋）中毒：用纯醋。
马刀（一种贝类或寄生虫相关毒物，此处指特定毒物）中毒：用清水。
野芋中毒：用土浆、人粪汁。
杏仁中毒：用蓝子汁（蓼蓝种子汁）。
百药毒（多种药物混合中毒）：用甘草、荠菜、大小豆汁、蓝叶根、实汁（果实汁）。
金银（重金属/汞化合物）中毒：用水银服用数两即可排出，或者用鸡蛋清及蛋黄烧猪脂调和服用，或用鸡屎汁煮葱汁淋服。
芫花中毒：用防己、防风、甘草、桂汁。
野葛中毒：用鸡蛋清、葛根汁、甘草汁、鸭头、热血、猪油、鸡屎、人屎。
藜芦中毒：用雄黄，温汤煮葱汁。
乌头、天雄、附子中毒：用大豆汁、饴糖、防风、远志、枣肉。
射罔（乌头类剧毒制剂）中毒：用蓝汁、大小豆汁、竹沥、大麻子汁、藕汁、荠汁、六畜血、贝齿屑、蚯蚓屎。
半夏中毒：用生姜汁及煮干姜汁。
莨菪中毒：用荠菜、甘草、犀角、蟹汁、升麻。
野狼毒中毒：用杏仁、蓝汁、白蔹、盐汁、木占斯（木香）。
巴豆中毒：用黄连煮汁、大豆汁、菖蒲汁、生藿汁（《肘后备急方》说：小豆藿），煮寒水石汁。
蜀椒中毒：用葵子汁、蒜汁、豉汁、桂汁、人尿、冷水、土浆、鸡毛烧烟吸入及用水调服。
斑蝥、芫青中毒：用猪油、戎盐、大豆汁、蓝汁、巴豆、盐汤煮猪油。
服药过量导致昏闷混乱者：用水和胡粉、水和葛粉、地浆、豉汁、荷汁、粳米浸泡水、干姜、黄连、饴糖、蓝汁，吞服鸡蛋黄。
以上解毒的各种药物，如果一方中有几味药的，只要得到其中一味即可，不必全部具备。
(One Treatise, Twelve Prescriptions, Twenty-Eight Antidote Ingredients)
The treatise states: Licorice (Gancao) can resolve the toxicity of various medicines, its effect being as rapid as hot water melting snow, miraculous and profound. If someone is poisoned by Aconitum carmichaelii (Wutou) or Croton tiglium (Badou), the toxicity is immediately stabilized once Licorice enters the abdomen. If poisoned by Veratrum nigrum (Lilu), drinking Scallion Decoction leads to recovery. If poisoned by Gelsemium elegans (Yege, False Jasmine), drinking Earth Slurry stops the toxicity immediately. Such matters are verified with ease, like turning a hand; it is essential that people know these facts. However, people are unwilling to learn them, which is truly sigh-worthy. Medical texts state that Soybean Juice resolves the toxicity of all medicines. I have tested this repeatedly and found it vastly inferior to Licorice. Furthermore, adding other ingredients to create Gan Dou Tang (Sweet Bean Decoction) yields even more remarkable results. When someone takes Yuhu Wan (Jade Pot Pill) and suffers from intractable vomiting, and various antiemetic drugs fail to stop it, Lan Zhi (Indigo Plant Juice) stops the symptoms immediately upon ingestion. Such established protocols must be known and do not require further experimental verification. There are numerous rules among antidote prescriptions; if one does not point out a few examples, learners cannot grasp them instantly. This is the standard format of my medical texts.
Mineral Drug Toxicity: Use White Duck Droppings and Ginseng Juice.
Realgar Toxicity: Use Podophyllum Emodi Root (Fangji).
Iron Powder Toxicity: Use Magnetite (Cishi).
General Mineral Toxicity: Use Soybean Juice and White Agaricus (Baie Gao).
Akebia Root (Fang Kui) Toxicity: Use Abelmoschus Manihot Root Juice (Kuigen Zhi).
Euphorbia Lathyris (Daji) Toxicity: Use Acorus Tatarinowii Rhizome Juice (Changpu Zhi).
Platycodon Grandiflorus (Jiegeng) Toxicity: Use White Rice Porridge.
Kochia Scoparia (Gansui) Toxicity: Use Soybean Juice.
Rhododendron Molle (Zhizhu) Toxicity: Use Gardenia Fruit Juice (Zhizi Zhi).
Egg Toxicity: Use Pure Vinegar.
Madao (Marine Shell/Parasite Toxin) Toxicity: Use Clear Water.
Wild Taro (Ye Yu) Toxicity: Use Earth Slurry and Human Urine/Feces Juice.
Apricot Seed (Xingren) Toxicity: Use Polygonum Tinctorium Seed Juice (Lanzi Zhi).
Poly-drug Toxicity: Use Licorice, Shepherd's Purse (Jicai), Small and Large Soybean Juices, Indigo Leaf Roots, and Fruit Juices.
Gold/Silver (Heavy Metal/Mercury) Toxicity: Ingest several taels of Mercury to expel it, or consume Egg White mixed with Burnt Pig Fat and Egg Yolk, or use Chicken Dropping Juice boiled with Scallion Juice applied externally/washed.
Genkwa Flower (Yuanhua) Toxicity: Use Podophyllum Emodi Root (Fangji), Saposhnikovia Divaricata (Fangfeng), Licorice, and Cinnamon Twig Juice (Gui Zhi).
Wild Gelsemium (Yege) Toxicity: Use Egg White, Pueraria Lobata Root Juice (Gegen Zhi), Licorice Juice, Duck Head, Hot Blood, Pig Fat, Chicken Droppings, and Human Feces.
Veratrum Nigrum (Lilu) Toxicity: Use Realgar and Scallion Juice boiled in warm water.
Aconitum (Wutou), Tianxiong, and Prepared Aconite (Fuzi) Toxicity: Use Soybean Juice, Malt Sugar (Yitang), Saposhnikovia Divaricata (Fangfeng), Polygala Tenuifolia (Yuanzhi), and Jujube Flesh.
She Wang (Processed Aconite Poison) Toxicity: Use Indigo Plant Juice, Small and Large Soybean Juices, Bamboo Sap (Zhuli), Hemp Seed Juice, Lotus Root Juice, Shepherd's Purse Juice, Blood of Six Livestock, Shell Fragments, and Earthworm Droppings.
Pinellia Ternata (Banxia) Toxicity: Use Fresh Ginger Juice and Boiled Dried Ginger Juice.
Datura Metel (Langdang) Toxicity: Use Shepherd's Purse, Licorice, Rhinoceros Horn, Crab Juice, and Cimicifuga Racemosa (Shengma).
Wild Wolfbane (Ye Langdu) Toxicity: Use Apricot Seeds, Indigo Plant Juice, Ampelopsis Japonica (Bailian), Salt Juice, and Costus Root (Muzhansi).
Croton Tiglium (Badou) Toxicity: Use Rehmannia Glutinosa Decoction (Huanglian Zhu Zhi - *Note: Text says Huanglian/Honeysuckle root contextually often implies specific bitter cold herbs, here literally Huanglian*), Soybean Juice, Acorus Tatarinowii Rhizome Juice, Fresh Hygrophyta Juice (*Zhou Hou* says: Small Bean Sprouts), and Barite (Han Shui Shi) Decoction.
Sichuan Pepper (Shu Jiao) Toxicity: Use Abelmoschus Manihot Seed Juice, Garlic Juice, Fermented Soybean Juice, Cinnamon Twig Juice, Human Urine, Cold Water, Earth Slurry, Smoke from Burnt Chicken Feathers inhaled, and taken orally with water.
Mylabris (Banmao) and Lytta (Yuanqing) Toxicity: Use Pig Fat, Marine Salt (Rongyan), Soybean Juice, Indigo Plant Juice, Croton Tiglium, and Pig Fat boiled in Salt Water.
For those who suffer from dizziness and confusion due to overdose of medication: Mix Hu Fen (Lead Carbonate) with water, Ge Fen (Pueraria Starch) with water, Earth Slurry, Fermented Soybean Juice, Lotus Leaf Juice, Soaked Japonica Rice Water, Dried Ginger, Coptis Chinensis (Huanglian), and Malt Sugar (Yitang), along with Indigo Plant Juice. Swallow Egg Yolks.
Among the aforementioned antidotal substances, if a prescription contains multiple ingredients, obtaining just one is sufficient; it is not necessary to have all of them.
To resolve any poison eruption, whether herbal or mineral, take this prescription at the first sign of nausea or discomfort:
Fermented Soybeans (Chi) (2 sheng)
Fresh Ophiopogon Japonicus Bulb (Sheng Maidong)
Scallion White (Congbai) (8 liang each)
Take the above three ingredients, add seven sheng of water, boil down to two and a half sheng, and divide into three doses.
