又五邪汤。疗风邪恍惚悲涕泣狂走。如有神之状。身体强直或疼痛。口禁噤喉。水浆不
通。面目变色。甚者不识人方。

上十七味捣下筛作粗散。调和取水二升。一方取东流水煮小沸。纳散二两。煮取一升五
合。未食服五合。日再夜一。分作十二裹。重裹令密。勿令泄气。忌羊肉饧海藻菘菜酢物。

深师五邪丸。治疗心经受惊恐、梦中惊醒后忧愁悲伤。烦躁不乐。心神错乱。邪气侵入五脏。往来烦闷。悲哀啼哭。气息微弱乏力。
川芎 龙角（无角则用牙齿） 茯苓 紫石英（研碎） 防风 浓朴（炙烤） 铁精（研碎） 甘草（炙烤，各四分） 远志（六分，去心） 丹参 大黄 栀子仁 桂心 细辛 菖蒲 花椒（出汗，去目） 人参 干姜 附子（炮制） 吴茱萸（各五分） 芥子（三分） 禹余粮（七分，研碎）
以上二十二味药捣碎过筛。用蜂蜜调和制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。饭前服用二十丸。夜间服用十丸。用枣汤送服。若无效则增加剂量。忌食海藻、白菜、生葱、生菜、猪羊肉、饴糖等物。
又五邪汤。治疗风邪所致的神志恍惚、悲哀涕泣、狂乱奔走。如同被神灵附体一般。身体强直或疼痛。牙关紧闭喉部痉挛。水浆无法通过。面目变色。严重的甚至不认识人。
菖蒲 秦艽 桂心 当归 禹余粮 人参 附子（炮制） 黄芩 甘草（炙烤） 远志（去心） 防风（各一两） 龙骨 赤石脂 茯苓 芍药 川芎 防己（各二两）
以上十七味药捣碎过筛制成粗散剂。调和取用水二升。另一法取东流水煮沸。加入散剂二两。煮取一升五合。饭前服用五合。每日两次，夜间一次。分成十二包。重新包裹使其密封。不要让气体泄漏。忌食羊肉、饴糖、海藻、白菜、醋类食物。
（并出范汪五邪汤。治疗五邪气侵入人体中。出现鬼语诸妄有所语闷乱恍惚不足。意志不定。发作来往有时方。

Shenshi Wuxie Wan (Five Evils Pill by Master Shen). Treats fright and terror affecting the Heart, sorrow and grief after waking from dreams. Irritability and unhappiness. Disordered spirit and mind. Evil qi invading the Five Zang organs. Alternating vexation and oppression. Crying out in sorrow and wailing. Weakness of breath and lack of vitality.
Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Longjiao Dragon's Horn (use teeth if horn is unavailable), Poria Sclerotium (Fuling), Zi Shiyin Purple Quartz (crushed), Fangfeng Saposhnikovia Root (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Houpo Magnolia Bark (stir-fried), Tiejing Iron Essence (crushed), Gancao Licorice Root (roasted, each 4 fen), Yuanzhi Polygala Root (6 fen, heart removed), Danshen Salvia Root (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae), Dahuang Rhubarb Root (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei), Zhizi Gardenia Fruit (Fructus Gardeniae), Guixin Cinnamon Twig (Ramulus Cinnamomi), Xixin Asarum Root (Radix et Rhizoma Asari), Shichangpu Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii), Jiaohua Sichuan Pepper Fruit (Fructus Zanthoxyli), Renshen Ginseng Root (Radix Ginseng), Ganjiang Dried Ginger (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens), Fuzi Aconite Lateral Root (processed), Wuzhuyu Evodia Fruit (Fructus Evodiae), Jiezi Mustard Seed (Semen Sinapis Albae, 3 fen), Yuyuliang Hematite Ore (7 fen, crushed).
The above twenty-two ingredients are pounded and sifted. Mixed with honey to form pills the size of a wu-tzu (loquat seed). Take twenty pills before meals. Take ten pills at night. Swallow with jujube decoction. If ineffective, increase the dose. Avoid consuming seaweed, Chinese cabbage, raw green onions, raw vegetables, pork, mutton, and malt sugar.
Wuxie Tang (Five Evils Decoction). Treats wind evil causing mental confusion, sorrowful weeping, manic running about. Resembling being possessed by spirits. Stiffness or pain in the body. Locked jaw and throat spasm. Inability to swallow water or fluids. Discoloration of face and eyes. Severe cases may result in inability to recognize people.
Shichangpu Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii), Qinjiao Gentiana Macrophylla Root (Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae), Guixin Cinnamon Twig (Ramulus Cinnamomi), Danggui Angelica Sinensis Root (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Yuyuliang Hematite Ore, Renshen Ginseng Root (Radix Ginseng), Fuzi Aconite Lateral Root (processed), Huangqin Scutellaria Root (Radix Scutellariae), Gancao Licorice Root (roasted), Yuanzhi Polygala Root (heart removed), Fangfeng Saposhnikovia Root (Radix Saposhnikoviae, each 1 liang), Longgu Fossilized Bones (Os fossile Mamuthi), Chishizhi Red Kaolin (Lithocaulon), Fuling Poria Sclerotium, Shaoyao Peony Root (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Fangji Stephania Tetrandra Root (Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae, each 2 liang).
The above seventeen ingredients are pounded and sifted to make a coarse powder. Mix with two sheng of water. Another method uses flowing eastward water brought to a boil. Add two liang of the powder. Boil until one sheng five he remains. Take five he before meals. Twice daily and once at night. Divide into twelve packets. Re-wrap tightly to prevent leakage of qi. Avoid mutton, malt sugar, seaweed, Chinese cabbage, and vinegar products.
(Fan Wang Wuxie Tang. Treats five evils entering the human body. Hearing voices of ghosts, delirious speech, oppression, confusion, insufficiency. Indecision of will. Attacks come and go at certain times.)
Renshen Ginseng Root (Radix Ginseng), Baizhu Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Fuling Poria Sclerotium, Shichangpu Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii), Fushen Poria with Hostwood (Poria cum Radix Glycyrrhizae, each 3 liang).
The above five ingredients are cut. Boil in ten dou of water until three sheng remain. Take eight he before eating. Three times daily. Avoid peaches, plums, sparrow meat, mutton, malt sugar, and vinegar products. (From Volume 42)
Gujin Luyan Wuxie Tang. Mainly for evil qi causing crying and weeping, or singing and laughing.
Yuyuliang Hematite Ore (crushed), Fangfeng Saposhnikovia Root (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Guixin Cinnamon Twig (Ramulus Cinnamomi), Shaoyao Peony Root (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Yuanzhi Polygala Root (heart removed), Duhuo Angelica Pubescens Root (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis), Gancao Licorice Root (roasted), Renshen Ginseng Root (Radix Ginseng), Shigao Gypsum Fibrosum (crushed, wrapped in silk), Muli Oyster Shell (concha Ostreae), Qinjiao Gentiana Macrophylla Root (Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae, each 1 liang), Baizhu Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Fangji Stephania Tetrandra Root (Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae), Shichangpu Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii), Xionghuang Realgar (mineral), Fushen Poria with Hostwood (Poria cum Radix Glycyrrhizae), Shetui Snake Slough (Serptentis Skin, roasted, each 1 liang).
The above seventeen ingredients are coarsely pounded and sifted. Add three fang-cun bi (measure) to one and a half sheng of water. Boil twice. Remove dregs. Take orally. Four times daily. Avoid raw green onions, seaweed, Chinese cabbage, peaches, plums, sparrow meat, malt sugar, and vinegar. (Shenshi uses Huangdan (Lead Monoxide) instead of Xionghuang; others are the same.)
Fushen Tang (Poria with Hostwood Decoction). Mainly for five evils entering the human body. Seeing ghosts, delirious speech. Hallucinations. Palpitations and trembling. Mental confusion and instability.
Fushen Poria with Hostwood (Poria cum Radix Glycyrrhizae, 2 liang), Renshen Ginseng Root (Radix Ginseng), Fuling Poria Sclerotium (each 3 liang), Chixiaodou Adzuki Bean (Vigna Angularis Seed, 40 pieces), Shichangpu Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii, 3 liang).
The above five ingredients. Boil in ten dou of water until two and a half sheng remain. Divide into three doses. Avoid vinegar, mutton, and malt sugar. (Same as Shenshi and Qianjin Yi, from Volume 4)
