捣生槐实内下部中，瘥为度。
又主寸白虫方。
东行石榴根一把，水一升煮，取三合，分服。

上八味 咀，以猪脂一升三合微火煎，三上三下，膏成去滓，下诸药末，搅凝，涂之瘥
备急若患漏疮，头尽开出脓，夜复合者方。
大附子一颗，内鲫鱼腹中，于炭火上烧灰，研以敷之，更捣蒜以封之良。
范汪疗小儿疥疮，雄黄膏方。
雄黄（研） 雌黄（研各一两） 乌头（一枚） 松脂 乱发（各一鸡子许） 猪脂（一
升半）
上六味和煎之，候发消乌头色黄黑，膏成去滓以敷之，熟涂之。
千金疮疥方。
以臭苏和胡粉敷之，瘥为度。
备急疗疥方。
烧竹叶灰，以鸡子白和涂之，以瘥为度。
又方
以乱发灰，以猪膏和敷之效。
救急疗疥疮，及小儿身上热疮，并主之方。
黄连 黄柏 赤小豆 臭黄（各一两） 水银（半两研相和）
上五味为散，以麻油和，先净洗疮，然后涂之甚佳。
又疗小儿疮疥等神验方。

上六味捣散，水银手中和唾研如泥，以猪脂并水银成膏，先洗疮干拭令净，以涂药，三
两度瘥。（忌猪鸡鱼肉）

服用猪油（猪脂）尤其有效。
另一个方子：将生槐实捣碎后纳入肛门内，以痊愈为度。
又主治寸白虫（绦虫）的方子。
取向东生长的石榴根一把，用水一升煎煮，取药汁三合，分次服用。
又一个方子：将桃叶捣烂，绞取汁液服用。
又一个治疗小儿寄生虫病的方子。
雷丸、川芎（各等分）
以上两味药捣成散剂，每次服用一钱匕大小，每日三次。
《千金方》治疗小儿[疮疡]的方子。
取古墓中的锻石研末外敷，厚涂效果良好。
又一个方子：烧桑树根成灰外敷，并将乌羊角烧成灰混合后外敷。
又一个治疗小儿疽的方子。
朱砂、大黄（各五分）、雌黄、雄黄、野葛根（各四分）、矾石（烧至像马齿形状为佳）、莽草（各三分）、黄连（六分）。
以上八味药切碎，用猪脂一升三合，以微火煎煮，反复浸渍三次（三上三下），膏成后滤去渣滓，加入诸药细末，搅拌凝固，涂抹患处即可痊愈。
急救方：若患漏疮，脓头全部溃破流脓，夜间又闭合的方子。
大附子一枚，放入鲫鱼腹中，在炭火上烧成灰，研末外敷，再捣蒜封贴效果良好。
范汪治疗小儿疥疮的雄黄膏方。
雄黄（研细）、雌黄（研细，各一两）、乌头（一枚）、松脂、乱发（各如鸡蛋大小）、猪脂（一升半）。
以上六味药混合煎煮，等待头发消融、乌头变为黄黑色时，膏成后滤去渣滓，外敷患处，熟透涂抹。
《千金方》治疮疥方。
用臭苏（紫苏）与胡粉混合外敷，以痊愈为度。
急救疗疥方。
烧竹叶成灰，用鸡蛋清调和涂抹，以痊愈为度。
又一个方子：用乱发灰，与猪脂调和外敷，效果显著。
救急疗疥疮，以及小儿身上热疮，并主治此症的方子。
黄连、黄柏、赤小豆、臭黄（各一两）、水银（半两，研细混合）。
以上五味药制成散剂，用麻油调和，先洗净疮口，然后涂抹，效果极佳。
又一个治疗小儿疮疥等症的神验方。

以上六味药捣成散剂，在水银手中加唾液研磨如泥状，用猪脂和水银制成膏剂，先清洗疮口擦干使其洁净，然后涂药，每日三次可愈。（忌食猪、鸡、鱼、肉）
The *Qianjin Fang* (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) formula for treating pinworms in children.
Taking pig lard (Suizhi, Pig Fat) is especially effective.
Another formula: Crush fresh sophora fruit (Huai Shi, Sophora Fruit) and insert it into the anus; continue until cured.
Another formula for treating tapeworms (Cunbai Chong, Taenia).
Take one handful of pomegranate root growing eastward, boil in one sheng of water, extract three he of medicinal liquid, and take in divided doses.
Another formula: Crush peach leaves, squeeze out the juice, and take orally.
Another formula for treating pediatric parasitic diseases.
Wansu (Leiwan, Omphalia Lapida), Chuanxiong (Xiong, Ligusticum Rhizome) (in equal proportions).
Pulverize the above two ingredients into a powder; administer one qianbi (a small measuring spoon) per dose, three times daily.
The *Qianjin Fang* formula for treating pediatric [sores/ulcers].
Grind stone from ancient tombs (Zhong Duan Shi, Furnace Stone from Tombs) into powder for topical application; applying a thick layer yields good results.
Another formula: Burn mulberry roots to ash for topical application, and mix with ash from burnt black sheep horns for topical application.
Another formula for treating pediatric carbuncles (Ju, Deep-seated suppurative infection).
Cinnabar (Dansha, Cinnabar), Rhubarb (Dahuang, Rheum Root) (each 5 fen), Orpiment (Shihuang, Arsenic Sulfide), Realgar (Xionghuang, Realgar), Wild Kudzu Root (Ruyu, Pueraria Lobata Root), Alum (Fanshi, Alum Stone) (calcined until resembling horse teeth is preferred) (each 4 fen), Herba Siegesbeckiae (Mangcao, Shepherd's Purse Herb? Note: Mangcao usually refers to Siegesbeckia or similar toxic herbs, here likely Siegesbeckia Orientalis) (each 3 fen), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, Coptis Rhizome) (6 fen).
Chop the above eight ingredients, simmer in 1 sheng 3 he of pig lard over low heat, perform "three ups and three downs" (dipping and heating repeatedly); when the ointment is ready, strain out the dregs, add the powdered medicines, stir until solidified, and apply topically for cure.
Emergency formula: For fistula sores where pus heads fully open and drain, but close up at night.
One large Aconite Root (Fuzi, Prepared Aconite Lateral Root), place inside a crucian carp, burn to ash over charcoal fire, grind into powder for topical application; additionally, crush garlic and seal the area for good results.
Fan Wang’s Xionghuang Ointment Formula for treating pediatric scabies.
Realgar (Xionghuang, Realgar) (ground), Orpiment (Shihuang, Arsenic Sulfide) (ground, each 1 liang), Aconite Root (Wutou, Aconite Root) (one piece), Pine Resin (Songzhi, Pine Rosin), Tangled Hair (Luankua, Human Hair) (each size of an egg), Pig Lard (Suzhi, Pig Fat) (1.5 sheng).
Mix and decoct the above six ingredients; wait until the hair dissolves and the aconite turns yellow-black; when the ointment is ready, strain out the dregs and apply topically, ensuring thorough coverage.
*Qianjin Fang* formula for treating sores and scabies.
Mix Stachys (Chousu, Perilla Frutescens var. Acuta) with Lead Carbonate (Hufen, White Lead) for topical application; continue until cured.
Emergency formula for treating scabies.
Burn bamboo leaves to ash, mix with egg white for topical application; continue until cured.
Another formula: Use ash from tangled hair, mix with pig lard for topical application; this is effective.
Emergency formula for treating scabies and hot sores on children's bodies.
Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, Coptis Rhizome), Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai, Phellodendron Bark), Adzuki Bean (Chixiaodou, Vigna Angularis Seed), Odorous Yellow Mineral (Chouhuang, likely a specific mineral preparation) (each 1 liang), Mercury (Shuiyin, Mercury) (0.5 liang, ground and mixed).
Make the above five ingredients into a powder; mix with sesame oil; first clean the sore thoroughly, then apply; this is very excellent.
Another miraculous formula for treating pediatric sores, scabies, etc.
Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, Coptis Rhizome), Glutinous Rice Flour (Nuomifen, Glutinous Rice Powder) (each 12 fen), Mercury (Shuiyin, Mercury) (8 fen, crushed), Lead Carbonate (Hufen, White Lead) (6 fen), Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu, Evodia Fruit), Adzuki Bean (Chixiaodou, Vigna Angularis Seed) (each 1 liang).
Pulverize the above six ingredients into a powder; grind the mercury with saliva by hand until it resembles mud; make an ointment using pig lard and the mercury mixture; first wash the sore and dry it completely, then apply the medicine; three applications lead to cure. (Avoid pork, chicken, fish, and meat.)
