广济疗小儿心腹满，吃食不下，地黄饮子方。
生地黄汁（三合） 生姜汁（三合） 诃黎勒（四分末） 白蜜（一匙）
上四味相和调匀，分温服之，微利尤良。
短剧疗小儿宿食不消，发热，九味当归汤方。
当归 甘草（炙） 芍药 人参 桂心 黄芩 干姜（各一分） 大枣（五枚） 大黄

上药切，以水一升半，煎取六合，去滓分服。
千金疗少小五六日不食，气逆，桂心橘皮汤方。
桂心（半两） 橘皮（三两） 薤白切（五合） 黍米（五合） 人参（半两）
上五味切，以水七升，先煮药，取二升，次下薤米，米熟汤成，稍稍服之。
又疗少小胃气不调，不嗜食，生肌肉地黄丸方。
干地黄 大黄（各五分） 茯芩（三分） 当归 柴胡 杏仁（各二分）
上六味末之，以蜜丸如麻子大，服五丸，日三服。（并出第五卷中）
广济疗小儿霍乱，心腹刺痛，吐痢方。
茯芩 桔梗 人参（各六分） 白术（五分） 甘草（炙） 浓朴（各四分炙）
上六味切，以水二升，煮取六合，去滓，温服之。
又疗小儿霍乱，呕吐不止方。
人参（六分） 浓朴（三分炙） 陈仓米（三合）
上三味切，以水三升，煮取七合，去滓，分服之。
千金疗小儿吐痢霍乱方。
人参（四分） 浓朴（炙） 甘草（各二分炙） 白术（三分）
上四味切，以水一升二合，煮取五合，六十日儿服一合，百日儿分三服，期岁儿分再服
，乳母忌油腻等。
备急疗小儿霍乱吐痢方。
人参（四分） 浓朴（炙） 甘草（各二分炙） 干姜（一分） 白术（三分）
上五味切，以水一升，煮取四合，分服之。
又疗孩子霍乱，已用有效方。
人参 芦箨（各二分） 扁豆藤（二两） 仓米（一撮）
上四味切，以水二升，煮取八合分服。

上一味，先煎沸汤，研一半许，与儿服立止，再服神妙。
古今录验疗小儿霍乱吐痢，人参白术汤方。
人参（六分） 白术 茯苓（各四分） 浓朴（炙） 甘草（炙各三分）
上五味切，以水一升半，煮取六合，分温服立效。
刘氏疗百日以来及蓐内儿霍乱方。
以人乳半合，及生姜汁少许相和煎，服入口定。
又疗小儿霍乱方。
生姜（四分） 香薷（一两） 薄荷（一两）
上三味以水煎，分温儿与母俱服之，甚良。

桂心（半两） 橘皮（三两） 薤白切（五合） 黍米（五合） 人参（半两）
以上五味药切碎，用水七升，先煎煮药物，取二升药液，然后加入薤白和黍米，待米熟汤成，少量多次服用。
又方治疗婴幼儿胃气不调，食欲不振，生肌肉地黄丸方。
干地黄 大黄（各五分） 茯苓（三分） 当归 柴胡 杏仁（各二分）
将以上六味药研为细末，用蜂蜜制成如麻子大小的丸剂，每次服五丸，每日三次。（均出自第五卷）
《广济方》治疗小儿霍乱，心腹刺痛，呕吐腹泻方。

以上六味药切碎，用水二升，煎取六合药液，去渣，温服。
又方治疗小儿霍乱，呕吐不止方。

以上三味药切碎，用水三升，煎取七合药液，去渣，分次服用。
《千金方》治疗小儿呕吐腹泻霍乱方。

以上四味药切碎，用水一升二合，煎取五合药液，六十天大的婴儿服一合，一百天大的婴儿分三次服用，周岁大的婴儿分两次服用，乳母忌食油腻等食物。
《备急方》治疗小儿霍乱呕吐腹泻方。
人参（四分） 厚朴（炙） 甘草（各二分，炙） 干姜（一分） 白术（三分）
以上五味药切碎，用水一升，煎取四合药液，分次服用。
又方治疗孩子霍乱，此前用药无效者方。
人参 芦箨（各二分） 扁豆藤（二两） 仓米（一撮）
以上四味药切碎，用水二升，煎取八合药液，分次服用。
又一方
人参（四分） 生姜（三分） 厚朴（炙） 白术 甘草（炙，各二分）
以上五味药切碎，用水一升，煎取四合药液，分次服用。
又一方
人参（四分） 木瓜（一枚） 仓米（一撮）
以上三味药切碎，用水煎煮，分次服用，用量酌情而定，立即见效。
《必效方》主治小儿霍乱方。
取厕所门帘烧成灰，研磨后用温水送服一钱匕。
又一方
诃黎勒（一枚）
以上一味药，先用沸水煎煮，取少许研碎，给患儿服用可立即止住，再服效果神奇。
《古今录验方》治疗小儿霍乱呕吐腹泻，人参白术汤方。
人参（六分） 白术 茯苓（各四分） 厚朴（炙） 甘草（炙，各三分）
以上五味药切碎，用水一升半，煎取六合药液，分次温服，立即见效。
刘氏治疗百日以上的婴儿及在母体内受惊的婴儿霍乱方。
取人乳半合，加少许生姜汁混合煎煮，喂入口中即可安定。
又方治疗小儿霍乱方。
生姜（四分） 香薷（一两） 薄荷（一两）
以上三味药用水煎煮，分次温服，让患儿与母亲共同服用，效果很好。
*Guangji Fang* treats pediatric abdominal distension and fullness, difficulty in eating, Di Huang Yin Zi (Rehmannia Decoction).
Fresh Rehmanniae Radix Juice (3 he) Fresh Zingiberis Recensis Juice (3 he) Terminaliae Chebulae Fructus (4 fen, powdered) White honey (1 spoon)
Mix the above four ingredients evenly, take warm in divided doses; mild diarrhea is particularly beneficial.
*Duanju Fang* treats pediatric retained food not digesting, fever, Jiu Wei Dang Gui Tang (Nine-Ingredient Angelica Decoction).
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared) Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix) Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatus) Dazao (Jujubae Fructus, 5 pieces) Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 2 fen)
Chop the above herbs, decoct with 1.5 sheng of water to obtain 6 he of liquid, remove dregs, and take in divided doses.
*Qianjin Fang* treats infants aged five or six days who do not eat, with rebellious qi, Guixin Jupi Tang (Cinnamon Twig and Tangerine Peel Decoction).
Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus, 0.5 liang) Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, 3 liang) Xiebai (Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus, chopped, 5 he) Shumi (Panicum miliaceum, 5 he) Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix, 0.5 liang)
Chop the above five herbs, decoct with 7 sheng of water. First decoct the herbs to obtain 2 sheng of liquid, then add Xiebai and Shumi. Cook until the rice is tender and the soup is ready, take in small amounts gradually.
Another formula treats infants with disharmony of stomach qi, lack of appetite, and Di Huang Wan (Rehmannia Pill for flesh generation).
Dry Dihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix) Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, each 5 fen) Fuling (Poria, 3 fen) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, each 2 fen)
Powder the above six herbs, mix with honey to make pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 5 pills per dose, three times a day. (All from Volume 5)
*Guangji Fang* treats pediatric Huoluan (cholera-like syndrome), stabbing pain in heart and abdomen, vomiting and dysentery.
Fuling (Poria) Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix, each 6 fen) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 5 fen) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared) Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, each 4 fen, prepared)
Chop the above six herbs, decoct with 2 sheng of water to obtain 6 he of liquid, remove dregs, and take warm.
Another formula treats pediatric Huoluan with incessant vomiting.
Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix, 6 fen) Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, 3 fen, prepared) Chen Cang Mi (Old stored rice, 3 he)
Chop the above three herbs, decoct with 3 sheng of water to obtain 7 he of liquid, remove dregs, and take in divided doses.
*Qianjin Fang* treats pediatric vomiting, dysentery, and Huoluan.
Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix, 4 fen) Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, prepared) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, each 2 fen, prepared) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 3 fen)
Chop the above four herbs, decoct with 1.2 sheng of water to obtain 5 he of liquid. For infants aged 60 days, take 1 he; for infants aged 100 days, divide into three doses; for one-year-old infants, divide into two doses. The nursing mother should avoid greasy foods.
*Beiji Fang* treats pediatric Huoluan with vomiting and dysentery.
Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix, 4 fen) Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, prepared) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, each 2 fen, prepared) Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatus, 1 fen) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 3 fen)
Chop the above five herbs, decoct with 1 sheng of water to obtain 4 he of liquid, and take in divided doses.
Another formula treats pediatric Huoluan when previous treatments have been ineffective.
Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix) Lutuo (Bambusa Textilis Culm Sheath, each 2 fen) Biandou Teng (Dolichos Lablab Stem, 2 liang) Cang Mi (Stored rice, a pinch)
Chop the above four herbs, decoct with 2 sheng of water to obtain 8 he of liquid, and take in divided doses.
Another formula
Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix, 4 fen) Shengjiang (Zingiberis Recensis Rhizoma, 3 fen) Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, prepared) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared, each 2 fen)
Chop the above five herbs, decoct with 1 sheng of water to obtain 4 he of liquid, and take in divided doses.
Another formula
Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix, 4 fen) Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus, 1 piece) Cang Mi (Stored rice, a pinch)
Chop the above three herbs, decoct with water, take in divided doses according to discretion, immediate effect expected.
*Bixiao Fang* primarily treats pediatric Huoluan.
Burn the curtain of a latrine door to ash, powder it, and take with water using a measure of one qian bi.
Another formula
Helile (Terminaliae Chebulae Fructus, 1 piece)
Take this single herb, first boil boiling water, grind half a portion slightly, give to the child to stop symptoms immediately; a second dose is miraculous.
*Gujin Luyan* treats pediatric Huoluan with vomiting and dysentery, Renshen Baizhu Tang (Ginseng and Atractylodes Decoction).
Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix, 6 fen) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) Fuling (Poria, each 4 fen) Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, prepared) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared, each 3 fen)
Chop the above five herbs, decoct with 1.5 sheng of water to obtain 6 he of liquid, take warm in divided doses for immediate effect.
Liu Shi treats Huoluan in infants over 100 days old and those affected within the womb.
Take 0.5 he of human milk, mix with a little fresh ginger juice, decoct slightly, feed into the mouth to settle.
Another formula treats pediatric Huoluan.
Shengjiang (Zingiberis Recensis Rhizoma, 4 fen) Xiangru (Moslae Herba, 1 liang) Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, 1 liang)
Decoct the above three herbs with water, take warm in divided doses; both the child and the mother should take them, which is very effective.
