取东南方向生长的桃枝三把，切碎，用水四升，煮取一升，一次性服用。病未痊愈，再服用效果良好。
删繁方治疗妇人崩中，出血淋漓不断，连年不绝，以及黄瘕损伤的芍药散方。

以上两味药捣筛成散剂，用酒送服一方寸匕，效果奇妙。
集验方治疗妇人女子忽然突发崩中，血液不断流出，或者像鹅鸭肝一样的方剂。
小蓟根（六两） 阿胶（炙） 当归 川芎 续断 青竹茹（各三两） 灶中黄土 地榆根（各四两） 生地黄（八两） 赤马通（汁液一升）
以上十味药切碎，用水八升合上马通汁，煮取二升半，分为三次服用。若血未完全止住，服用三四剂后，再服用此丸方。

肥羊肉（三斤，去脂） 干姜 当归（各三两） 生地黄（汁液二斤）
以上四味药切碎，用水二斗煮羊肉，取汁一斗三升，加入地黄汁合药煮，取汁三升，分为四次服用，尤其适合消瘦之人服用，效果奇妙。
又方治疗崩中下血，产后余疾的丹参酒方。
艾叶（五斤） 生地黄 地榆（各五斤） 丹参（五斤） 忍冬（五斤）
以上五味药合捣，用水浸泡三宿，去渣煮取汁液，用糯米一石酿酒，饮服。
又方温经汤治疗崩中下血一斗，服用即断，月经过期不来的，服用也好的方剂。

大蓟根和小蓟根各一斤，酒一斗浸泡五宿，任意多少量服用，效果良好。
又方治疗妇人崩中下血的榉柳叶汤方。
榉柳叶（三斤） 麦门冬（去心） 干姜（各二两） 甘草（一两，炙） 干枣（十枚）
以上五味药切碎，用水一斗煮榉柳叶，取汁八升，去渣纳入其他药物煮，取汁三升，分三次服用，每日三次。（均出自第八卷）
救急方治疗崩中下血数斗，气息将绝的方剂。
伏龙肝（五升） 人参（一两） 麝香（二两） 生姜（四两）
以上四味药切碎，用水一大斗，煮取二升，放入其他药物煎煮，取汁一升半，另外再研碎伏龙肝约鸡蛋大小并加入麝香，混入汤中，搅拌调匀，分次服用。
【带下方一十首】
《广济方》治疗带下病的方剂。
芍药七大两，熬至黄黑色为散剂，用酒送服三钱匕。
《千金方》治疗带下方的方剂。
枸杞根（一斤） 生地黄（五斤）
以上两味药切碎，用酒一斗，煮取五升，分为三次服用。
又一方
豆豉酒也很好。

用水煮蒸笼带子的汁液，服用也很好。（均出自第四卷）
救急方治疗带下方的方剂。
取灶下的黄土，和水做成泥，制成弹子大小的丸子一百枚，晒干，用火彻底烧透，用三年的醋浸泡一枚丸子，用绵布包裹纳入玉门（阴道）中，越深越好，待冷却后即更换，新病患者三十丸可愈，久病患者五十丸，其余情况自知即可。（注：此处原文可能有误，通常指塞入，但依文意直译）

又方钟乳泽兰丸，主治妇人长期虚弱消瘦，四肢百节烦疼，脐下结冷，不能进食，面目瘀黑，忧愤各种疾病，都主治的方剂。

[Thirteen Formulas for Treating Metrorrhagia with Heavy Bleeding]
**Guangji Formula for Metrorrhagia with Daily Blood Loss of Several Sheng**
*Ossis Draconis* (crushed), *Lithosthenes Rubra* (crushed, each 6 fen), *Sepiae Endoconcha*, *Concha Ostreae* (calcined and powdered), *Cynomorii Fructus* (each 5 liang), *Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum* (roasted), *Paeoniae Radix Alba*.
Crush the above eight herbs into a powder. Take one fangcun bi (a square-inch measure) with rice water, three times daily. Gradually increase the dosage; adding *Rehmanniae Radix Preparata* in a proportion of ten parts is excellent.
**Another Formula for Persistent Metrorrhagia and Sudden Hematochezia in Men**
Take three handfuls of peach branches from the southeast direction, finely chop them, and decoct in four sheng of water until one sheng remains. Take this dose at once. If not cured, administer again for good effect.
**Shanfan Formula: Shaoyao Powder for Persistent Leukorrhea and Yellow Mass Injury**
*Treatment for women with metrorrhagia, continuous dripping bleeding lasting years, and injury from yellow masses.*
*Paeoniae Radix Alba* (4 fen), *Concha Ostreae* (boiled), *Rehmanniae Radix Preparata*, *Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma*, *Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum*, *Sepiae Endoconcha*, *Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata*, *Cinnamomi Ramulus*, *Longgu* (each 8 fen, crushed).
Crush the above ten herbs into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine for good effect.
**Duanju Formula for Metrorrhagia**
Fresh juice of *Cirsii Japonici Herba* (Ji Gen) produced in spring, one sheng, taken warm. It may also be decocted with wine and used as desired.
**Another Formula for Sudden Persistent Metrorrhagia**
*Concha Ostreae* (boiled until red), *Os Leporis* (roasted, each 10 fen).
Crush and sieve the above two herbs into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine for wonderful effect.
**Jiyan Formula for Sudden Severe Metrorrhagia with Clots Resembling Goose or Duck Liver**
*Radiix Cirsii Japonici* (6 liang), *Ejiao* (roasted), *Angelicae Sinensis Radix*, *Chuanxiong Rhizoma*, *Dipsaci Radix*, *Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam* (green bamboo shavings, each 3 liang), *Caulinis Aratri Terra* (earth from the stove floor), *Sanguisorbae Radix* (each 4 liang), *Rehmanniae Radix Recens* (8 liang), *Equini Fimis Liquamen* (red horse dung juice, 1 sheng).
Chop the above ten herbs. Decoct with eight sheng of water and the horse dung juice until two and a half sheng remain. Divide into three doses. If bleeding does not completely stop, after taking three to four doses, take this pill formula:
*Dipsaci Radix*, *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (roasted), *Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum* (roasted), *Radiix Cirsii Japonici*, *Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix* (each 5 fen), *Rehmanniae Radix Preparata* (10 fen), *Chuanxiong Rhizoma*, *Ejiao* (roasted), *Lithosthenes Rubra*, *Angelicae Sinensis Radix*, *Sanguisorbae Radix* (each 6 fen), *Platycladi Cacumen* (roasted, 4 fen), *Cornu Qin Bovi* (roasted yellow), *Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum* (each 12 fen, roasted black).
Crush and sieve the above fourteen herbs. Mix with honey to form pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take ten pills with wine, twice daily, gradually increasing to thirty pills. (Dietary restrictions are the same as in *Qianjin Fang*).
**Qianjin Formula for Chronic Metrorrhagia that Can Revive the Dead**
*Ovis Carnis* (fat mutton, 3 jin, fat removed), *Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum*, *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (each 3 liang), *Rehmanniae Radix Recens* (juice, 2 jin).
Chop the above four ingredients. Decoct the mutton in two dou of water until one dan and three sheng remain. Add the Rehmannia juice and other medicines, decoct until three sheng remain. Divide into four doses. This is especially suitable for emaciated patients for wonderful effect.
**Another Formula: Danshen Wine for Metrorrhagia and Postpartum Residual Disorders**
*Mosae Herba* (Ai Ye, 5 jin), *Rehmanniae Radix Recens*, *Sanguisorbae Radix* (each 5 jin), *Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix* (5 jin), *Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis* (5 jin).
Crush the above five herbs together. Soak in water for three nights, remove dregs, and decoct to extract juice. Use this juice to ferment one shi of glutinous rice into wine. Drink as needed.
**Another Formula: Wenjing Tang for Metrorrhagia Losing One Dou of Blood**
*Treatment for stopping bleeding immediately and regulating delayed menstruation.*
*Evodiae Fructus* (3 liang), *Ophiopogonis Tuber* (one sheng, heart removed), *Pinelliae Tuber* (8 liang), *Angelicae Sinensis Radix*, *Chuanxiong Rhizoma*, *Ginseng Radix*, *Paeoniae Radix*, *Moutan Cortex*, *Cinnamomi Ramulus*, *Ejiao* (roasted), *Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens*, *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (each 2 liang, roasted).
Chop the above twelve herbs. Decoct in one dou of water until three sheng remain. Divide into doses. Observe standard dietary restrictions. (From Volume 4).
**Qianjin Yi Formula: Jigen Wine for Persistent Metrorrhagia**
*Radix Cirsii Japonici* (Da Ji Gen) and *Radix Cirsii* (Xiao Ji Gen), one jin each. Soak in one dou of wine for five nights. Take any amount as desired for good effect.
**Another Formula: Zhe Liu Ye Tang for Metrorrhagia**
*Celtis Australis Folium* (Zhe Liu Ye, 3 jin), *Ophiopogonis Tuber* (heart removed), *Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum* (each 2 liang), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (1 liang, roasted), *Jujubae Fructus* (dried, 10 pieces).
Chop the above five herbs. Decoct the Celtis leaves in one dou of water until eight sheng remain. Remove dregs, add remaining herbs, and decoct until three sheng remain. Divide into three doses, three times daily. (From Volume 8).
**Jiuji Emergency Formula for Metrorrhagia Losing Several Dou of Blood with Impending Qi Collapse**
*Caulinis Aratri Terra* (Fulong Gan, 5 sheng), *Ginseng Radix* (1 liang), *Moschus* (2 liang), *Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens* (4 liang).
Chop the above four herbs. Decoct in one large dou of water until two sheng remain. Add other herbs and decoct until one and a half sheng remain. Separately crush *Fulong Gan* (amount equal to a chicken egg) and Moschus, mix into the decoction, stir well, and divide into doses.
[Ten Formulas for Leukorrhea]
**Guangji Formula for Leukorrhea**
*Paeoniae Radix Alba*, seven da liang. Roast until yellow-black, make into powder. Take three qian bi with wine.
**Qianjin Formula for Leukorrhea**
*Lycii Cortex* (Gouqigen, 1 jin), *Rehmanniae Radix Recens* (5 jin).
Chop the above two herbs. Decoct in one dou of wine until five sheng remain. Divide into three doses.
**Another Formula**
Burn cow horn to ash, take one fangcun bi with wine, three times daily.
**Another Formula**
Burn *Tremella* (Sanger) until black, take one fangcun bi with wine, three times daily.

Fermented soybean wine (Chi Jiu) is also good.

Burn the left hoof of a horse to ash, take one fangcun bi with wine, three times daily.

Burn dog skull bone to ash, which is also good.

**Jiuji Emergency Formula for Leukorrhea**
Take earth from the bottom of the stove, mix with water to make mud, form into hundred pellets the size of marbles, dry in sun, and burn thoroughly with fire. Soak one pellet in three-year-old vinegar, wrap in cotton, and insert deeply into the vagina (Yumen). Replace when cool. New cases cure with thirty pellets, old cases with fifty pellets; others improve accordingly.
**Bixiao Formula for Leukorrhea**
Burn rabbit skin until smoke ceases, make into powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine for wonderful effect.
[Three Formulas for Women’s Emaciation and Menstrual Disorders with Inability to Eat]
**Qianjin Formula: Shihu Dihuang Jian for Emaciation, Shortness of Breath, Chest Hypochondriac Fullness, and Wind Qi**
*Dendrobii Caulis*, *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (roasted), *Asturi Flos* (each 4 liang), *Cinnamomi Ramulus* (2 liang), *Rehmanniae Radix Recens* (juice), *Pure Wine* (each 8 sheng), *Poria* (1 jin), *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (8 liang), *Ophiopogonis Tuber* (2 sheng, heart removed), *Persicae Semen* (half sheng, skin and tip removed, roasted).
Crush the above ten herbs into powder. Place in a copper vessel, add charcoal fire, insert one jin of *Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum*, stir frequently until reduced to one sheng. Then add three jin of maltose and three sheng of white honey. Mix well, and simmer over boiling water in the copper vessel. Stir with a raw bamboo spatula, ensuring it does not stick to the vessel, until fully integrated. Take pills the size of a bullet with wine before meals, once daily.
**Another Formula: Zhongru Zelans Wan for Chronic Emaciation, Body Pain, Cold Abdominal Mass, and Anorexia**
*Treatment for long-term emaciation, pain in limbs and joints, cold knot below the umbilicus, inability to eat, dark facial complexion, and various diseases due to sorrow/anger.*
*Lycii Cortex* (Zelan, 9 fen), *Chuanxiong Rhizoma*, *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (roasted), *Corni Fructus*, *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix*, *Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix*, *Angelicae Sinensis Radix*, *Dioscoreae Rhizoma*, *Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma* (each 5 fen),
*Semen Platycladi*, *Ginseng Radix*, *Rehmanniae Radix Preparata*, *Ophiopogonis Tuber* (heart removed), *Gypsum Fibrosum*, *Dendrobii Caulis* (each 6 fen), *Asari Radix et Rhizoma*, *Cinnamomi Ramulus* (each 4 fen), *Myristicae Seed* (Wuyi, 2 fen), *Artemisiae Argyi Folium* (3 fen).
Crush and sieve the above nineteen herbs. Mix with honey to form pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take twenty pills, gradually increasing to forty pills, taken with wine. Observe standard dietary restrictions. (From Volume 4).
**Jiuji Emergency Formula for Irregular Menstruation, Amenorrhea, Abdominal Colic, and Emaciation**

*Paeoniae Radix Alba*, *Natrii Sulfas* (Poxiao), *Cinnamomi Ramulus* (each 2 liang), *Blatta Orientalis* (Meng Chong, wings and feet removed, roasted), *Hirudo* (Shui Zhi, roasted, each half liang).
Chop the above twelve herbs. Decoct in nine sheng of water until three sheng remain. Take warm, divided doses. Observe standard dietary restrictions.
