上十味分等，水煮以沐头必效。

上五味切，以水二斗，煮取一斗，以沐头甚妙。
又主头风搔之白屑起，鸡子沐汤方。
新生乌鸡子三枚
上一味，以五升沸汤，扬之使温温，破鸡子纳中，搅令匀，分为三度沐，令发生去白屑
风痒瘥。
必效沐发方。
取生柏叶细锉一斗，煮取汤，沐发妙。
又方
取杏仁乌麻子二味捣，以水投滤取汁，并捣用甚妙。
广济疗头风白屑生发白令黑方。

上四味细切，以绢袋盛用生麻油二升渍，经二七日洗头讫，每日涂之方验。
集验疗头风痒白屑，风头长发膏方。

又莲子草膏，疗头风白屑长发令黑方。

以敷头发，摩至肌，又洗发取枣根白皮锉一升，以水三升煮，取一升去滓，以沐头发，涂膏

又一方主治头风瘙痒时出现白色皮屑，鸡蛋洗头汤剂。
新鲜乌鸡蛋三枚。
以上一味药，用五升沸水，反复扬动使其温度适中，打破鸡蛋放入其中，搅拌均匀，分三次洗头，能使头发生长并去除白色皮屑，使风痒痊愈。
必定有效的洗头方。
取新鲜的柏叶细细切碎一斗，煮取汤汁，用来洗头效果奇妙。
又一方。
取杏仁和乌麻子两味药捣碎，加水搅拌过滤取汁，连同药渣一起使用非常奇妙。
《广济方》治疗头风、白色皮屑并促进头发生长使头发变黑的方子。
浮木子（五升，不认识其具体品种，需在九月九日之前采集，临时捣成粉末去籽）、铁精（四两）、零陵香（二两）、丁香子（二两）。
以上四味药细细切碎，用绢袋装好，浸入二升生麻油中，经过两个七天（十四天），洗完头后，每天涂抹此药才见效。
《集验方》治疗头风瘙痒、白色皮屑，促进头发生长的膏方。
蔓荆子、附子（炮制）、细辛、石南草、续断、皂荚、泽兰、防风、杏仁（去皮）、白芷、零陵香、藿香、马脂、熊脂、猪脂（各二两）、松叶（切碎半升）、莽草。
以上十七味药，咬碎（或切碎），用醋浸泡一夜，第二天早晨用油脂等药材在微火上煎煮，采用“三上三下”的方法（即加热至沸离火，待冷再加热，重复三次），直到白芷颜色变黄，膏成就成，用来涂抹头部非常奇妙。
又一方治疗头风瘙痒、白色皮屑，促进头发生长的膏方。
乌喙、莽草、石南草、细辛、皂荚、续断、泽兰、白术、辛夷、白芷、防风（各二两）、柏叶（切碎二升）、松叶（切碎二升）、猪脂（四升）。
以上十四味药，用醋浸泡一夜，用油脂煎煮，采用“三上三下”的方法，膏成就滤去药渣，过滤收集，洗完头后涂抹效果奇妙。（《千金方》中也有此方）
崔氏松脂膏，治疗头风、鼻塞、头晕、脱发再生、促进头发生长、去除白色皮屑的方子。
松脂、白芷（各四两）、天雄、莽草、踯躅花（各一两）、秦艽、独活、乌头、辛夷仁、甘松香、零陵香、香附子、藿香、甘菊花（各二两）、蜀椒、芎䓖、沉香、牛膝、青木香（各三两）。
以上二十一味药切碎，用二升半醋浸泡一夜，加入九升生麻油，用微火煎煮，直到酒气散尽不挥发，滤去药渣，按摩头顶，按摩发根，每次按摩时，初夜卧床进行，按摩时不要对着风，白天照常检查调理，以病愈为度。
又一方莲子草膏，治疗头风、白色皮屑，促进头发生长使头发变黑的方子。
莲子草（汁液二升）、松叶、青桐白皮（各四两）、枣根白皮（三两）、防风、芎䓖、白芷（各二两）、零陵香、甘松香、白术、天雄、柏白皮、枫香（各一两）、生地黄（汁液五升）、生麻油（四升）。
以上三十味药细细切碎，用莲子草汁和生地黄汁浸泡药物两个晚上，如果没有莲子草汁，就用五小升地黄汁浸泡药物，在微火上加入油脂等调和煎煮，采用“九上九下”的方法，直到白芷颜色变黄，膏成就成，用布绞去药渣，想要涂抹头部时，先用好的淘米水洗发，然后敷在头发上，按摩至肌肤，又洗发取枣根白皮切碎一升，用水三升煮，取一升汁液滤去药渣，用来洗头，再涂药膏验证有效。（出自第二卷中）
延年方治疗头风、白色皮屑、风痒，促进头发生长的膏方。
蔓荆子、附子（去皮）、泽兰、防风、杏仁（去皮）、零陵香、藿香、芎䓖、天雄、辛夷（各二两）、沉香（一两）、松脂、白芷（各二两）、马脂、松叶（切碎）、熊脂（各一两）、生麻油（四升）。
以上十七味药，用醋浸泡一夜，用油脂等煎煮，用慢火进行“三上三下”，直到白芷颜色变黄，膏成就成，滤去药渣，过滤收集储存，涂抹头发及肌肤中按摩，每天三到两次，病愈。
又一方治疗热风冲犯头发导致脱发，促进头发生长的膏方。
松叶（切碎）、莲子草（切碎）、炼制过的马脂、枣根皮（切碎各一升）、韭根（切碎）、蔓荆子（捣碎各三合）、竹沥、猪脂（各二升）、防风、白芷（各二两）、辛夷仁、吴蓝、升麻、芎䓖、独活、寄生、藿香。
以上十九味药，用枣根煮成的汁液和竹沥等浸泡一夜，用油脂等煎煮，等到白芷颜色变黄，膏成就成，涂抹头发及头顶，每天三到五次，效果奇妙。
《古今录验方》促进头发生长，以及治疗头风瘙痒、白色皮屑的膏方。
乌喙、莽草、细辛、续断、石南草、辛夷仁、皂荚、泽兰、白术、防风、白芷（各二两）、柏叶、竹叶（切碎各一升）、猪脂（五升）、生麻油（七升）。
以上十五味药，用醋浸泡一夜，用油脂煎煮，等到白芷颜色变黄，膏成就成，过滤拧干收集，涂抹头发前先清洗再用，效果奇妙。
Jiyan Fang (Collected Proven Prescriptions) formula for treating head wind.
Chrysanthemi Flos (Ganjuhua), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Ilicis Cornuti Caulis (Yinyu), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Shujiao), Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (Zaojia), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin), Decursinae Radix (Duhen), Maosao Herb (Maicao).
The above ten medicinal materials are divided in equal proportions, boiled in water, and used to wash the head; it is certain to be effective.
Another formula for washing the head to treat head wind.
Piperis Nigris Radix (Zhujiaogen, three liang), Ephedrae Radix et Rhizoma Cum Caulice (Mahuanggen), Ilicis Cornuti Caulis (Yinyu), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, one liang each), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin).
The above five medicinal materials are cut, boiled in two dou of water until one dou remains, and used to wash the head; it is very wonderful.
Another formula for treating head wind with itching and white dandruff, egg washing soup.
Three fresh black chicken eggs.
The above single ingredient: use five sheng of boiling water, stir repeatedly until lukewarm, break the eggs into it, stir well to mix evenly, divide into three portions for washing the head, to promote hair growth and remove white dandruff, curing the wind itch.
Bixiao Formula for washing hair.
Take one dou of fresh Cupressus leaves, finely chopped, boil to obtain the decoction, and use it to wash the hair; it is wonderful.
Another formula.
Take Almond (Xingren) and Sesame (Wumazi), two ingredients, crush them, add water, stir, filter to obtain the juice, and use both the juice and the residue; it is very wonderful.
Guangji Fang formula for treating head wind, white dandruff, promoting hair growth, and turning hair black.
Fumu Zi (five sheng, species unknown, harvested before September 9th, crushed into powder removing seeds at the time of use), Iron Essence (Tiejing, four liang), Lingzhi Fragrant Herb (Linglingxiang, two liang), Clove Bud (Dingxiangzi, two liang).
The above four medicinal materials are finely cut, placed in a silk bag, soaked in two sheng of raw sesame oil for fourteen days (two seven-day periods). After washing the head, apply daily for efficacy.
Jiyan Fang ointment for treating head wind itch and white dandruff, promoting long hair growth.
Vitex Fructus (Manjingzi), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, processed), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Pyrolae Herba (Shinancao), Dipsaci Radix (Xuduan), Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (Zaojiao), Lycii Cortex (Zelan), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Almond (Xingren, peeled), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Lingzhi Fragrant Herb (Linglingxiang), Pogostemonis Herba (Huoxiang), Equine Fat (Mazhi), Bear Fat (Xiongzhi), Porcine Fat (Zhuzhi, two liang each), Pine Needle (Songye, half sheng cut), Maosao Herb (Maicao).
The above seventeen medicinal materials are chewed/cut, soaked in vinegar overnight. On the next morning, fry with fats/oils over low heat using the "three up, three down" method (heating to boil, letting cool, repeating three times) until Baizhi turns yellow and the ointment is ready. Apply to the head; it is very wonderful.
Another ointment formula for treating head wind itch and white dandruff, promoting hair growth.
Aconiti Radix (Wuhui), Maosao Herb (Maicao), Pyrolae Herba (Shinancao), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (Zaojiao), Dipsaci Radix (Xuduan), Lycii Cortex (Zelan), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Magnoliae Flos (Xinyi), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, two liang each), Cupressus Leaves (Baiye, two sheng cut), Pine Needles (Songye, two sheng cut), Porcine Fat (Zhuzhi, four sheng).
The above fourteen medicinal materials are soaked in vinegar overnight, fried with fats using the "three up, three down" method. Once the ointment is ready, remove residues, filter, and collect. After washing the head, apply it; it is wonderful. (Also found in Qianjin Fang).
Cui Shi's Pine Resin Ointment, for treating head wind, nasal congestion, dizziness, hair loss with regrowth, promoting hair growth, and removing white dandruff.
Pine Resin (Songzhi), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, four liang each), Aconiti Radix (Tianxiong), Maosao Herb (Maicao), Daphne Genkwa Flower (Zhizhuhua, one liang each), Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix (Qinjiao), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Aconiti Radix (Wutou), Magnoliae Flos (Xinyiren), Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma (Gansongxiang), Lingzhi Fragrant Herb (Linglingxiang), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfuzi), Pogostemonis Herba (Huoxiang), Chrysanthemi Flos (Ganjuhua, two liang each), Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Shujiao), Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix (Xiong), Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Chenxiang), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi), Aucklandiae Radix (Qingmuxiang, three liang each).
The above twenty-one medicinal materials are cut, soaked in two and a half sheng of vinegar overnight. Add nine sheng of raw sesame oil, fry over low heat until the vinegar scent dissipates completely. Remove residues, massage the vertex (top of head) and hair roots. Massage should be done at night while lying down, avoiding drafts. During the day, maintain normal care. Continue until cured.
Another Lotus Herb Ointment, for treating head wind, white dandruff, promoting hair growth, and turning hair black.
Lotus Herb Juice (Lianzicao, two sheng), Pine Needles (Songye), Phellodendri Cortex (Qingtongbaipi, four liang each), Ziziphi Spinosae Cortex (Zaogenbaipi, three liang), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix (Xiong), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, two liang each), Lingzhi Fragrant Herb (Linglingxiang), Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma (Gansongxiang), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Aconiti Radix (Tianxiong), Cupressi Cortex (Baibai pi), Liquidambaris Resina (Fengxiang, one liang each), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang, five sheng juice), Raw Sesame Oil (Shengmayou, four sheng).
The above thirty medicinal materials are finely cut, soaked in Lotus Herb juice and Rehmanniae Radix Recens juice for two nights. If Lotus Herb juice is unavailable, use five small sheng of Rehmanniae Radix Recens juice. Fry with oils/fats over low heat using the "nine up, nine down" method until Baizhi turns yellow and the ointment is ready. Strain through cloth to remove residues. Before application, wash hair with good rice water, then apply the ointment to hair and massage into the skin. Alternatively, wash hair with decoction of Ziziphi Spinosae Cortex (one sheng chopped, boiled in three sheng water to yield one sheng, strained), then apply the ointment for verification. Yannian Formula ointment for treating head wind, white dandruff, wind itch, and promoting hair growth.
Vitex Fructus (Manjingzi), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, peeled), Lycii Cortex (Zelan), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Almond (Xingren, peeled), Lingzhi Fragrant Herb (Linglingxiang), Pogostemonis Herba (Huoxiang), Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix (Xiong), Aconiti Radix (Tianxiong), Magnoliae Flos (Xinyi, two liang each), Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Chenxiang, one liang), Pine Resin (Songzhi), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, two liang each), Equine Fat (Mazhi), Pine Needles (Songye, cut), Bear Fat (Xiongzhi, one liang each), Raw Sesame Oil (Shengmayou, four sheng).
The above seventeen medicinal materials are soaked in vinegar overnight, fried with fats/oils over gentle heat using the "three up, three down" method until Baizhi turns yellow and the ointment is ready. Remove residues, filter, and store. Apply to hair and skin, massaging in, three to four times daily until cured.
Another ointment formula for treating hot wind attacking hair causing hair loss, promoting hair growth.
Pine Needles (Songye, cut), Lotus Herb (Lianzicao, cut), Refined Equine Fat (Liancheng Mazhi), Ziziphi Spinosae Cortex (Zaogenpi, cut, one sheng each), Allii Tuberosi Radix (Jiugen, cut), Vitex Fructus (Manjingzi, crushed, three he each), Bamboo Sap (Zhuli), Porcine Fat (Zhuzhi, two sheng each), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, two liang each), Magnoliae Flos (Xinyiren), Isatidis Radix (Wulan), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma), Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix (Xiong), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Taxilli Herba (Jisheng), Pogostemonis Herba (Huoxiang).
The above nineteen medicinal materials are soaked overnight in decoction of Ziziphi Spinosae Cortex and Bamboo Sap, then fried with fats/oils. When Baizhi turns yellow, the ointment is ready. Apply to hair and vertex, three to five times daily; it is wonderful.
Gujin Lu Yan Formula for promoting hair growth, and treating head wind itch and white dandruff ointment.
Aconiti Radix (Wuhui), Maosao Herb (Maicao), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Dipsaci Radix (Xuduan), Pyrolae Herba (Shinancao), Magnoliae Flos (Xinyiren), Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (Zaojiao), Lycii Cortex (Zelan), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, two liang each), Cupressus Leaves (Baiye), Bambusa Leaves (Zhuye, cut, one sheng each), Porcine Fat (Zhuzhi, five sheng), Raw Sesame Oil (Shengmayou, seven sheng).
The above fifteen medicinal materials are soaked in vinegar overnight, fried with oils/fats. When Baizhi turns yellow, the ointment is ready. Filter and squeeze to collect. Apply to hair after washing; it is wonderful.
