广济疗人面瘢痕，灭之方。
取白鸡，以油脂和水煮小麦，令熟纯以饲鸡三两日，大肥，安鸡着板上，作笼笼之，七
日莫与鸡食，空饲清水，七日取猪脂去脉膜切，啖饲如食，粪皆凝白，开收暖水取涂瘢上，
十度平复旧，欲用涂以粗葛布揩微赤离离讫，然后涂之，男女俱用效也。
又疗人面及身疮瘢不灭方。
鹰白粪 烂腐骨 尿白咸（各四分） 麝香（二分）
上四味研令如粉，以葛布揩令赤微离离，以脂和敷之，日二度，瘥止。（并出第五卷中）
刘涓子六物灭瘢膏方。

千金翼凡面 疮瘢三十年以上，并冷疮姜瘢金疮等方。
斑蝥（三枚去足翅熬） 巴豆（三枚去心皮） 密陀僧 胡粉（二两） 鹅脂（三两） 煎
金洮沙（三两） 高良姜（三两去皮） 海蛤（三两取中者）
上八味为粉，用鹅脂和，夜半涂之，旦以甘草汤洗之，瘥止。（出第五卷中）
救急灭瘢方。

禹余粮 半夏
上二味等分，末，以鸡子黄和之先以新布拭瘢上令赤以涂之，勿令见风二十日灭矣，十
年瘢无不愈，平复如故。（救急范汪千金同）
又疗灸疮及金疮凡百疮瘢，能令高者平，下者起方。
鸡屎白 鹰屎白（各二合） 辛夷仁（四分） 白附子 杜若（各三分） 细辛（二分）
上六味下筛，以赤蜜少少和，先以布揩瘢微破，涂之，日二，瘥后忌五辛小豆油腻及酢
饮酒等，若慎口味，如大小浅深无不瘥。（一本无杜若有桂心并出第四卷中）
古今录验疗面上瘢，灭之方。
白僵蚕（一两） 珊瑚（一两） 白芷（一两） 鸡矢白（一两） 朱砂（一两研）
上五味捣，蜜和敷之，尤良。
又方
木兰香一斤，以三岁米醋浸令没，百日出，曝干，捣末以涂之，一方，用醋浆水浸，百
日出，曝干，末，服方寸匕日再。（出第三卷中）
《广济方》治疗面部瘢痕，消除它的方子。
取白鸡，用油脂和水煮小麦，让鸡完全煮熟后喂鸡，连续三天，使鸡长得非常肥壮。将鸡放在木板上，用笼子罩住它，七天不给鸡喂食，只喂清水。七天后，取猪脂，去掉血管和薄膜，切碎，像喂食物一样喂给鸡吃，鸡的粪便都会凝结成白色。收集这些白色的粪便，用温水调和后涂抹在瘢痕上，十次后即可平复如初。如果要使用此法，先用粗葛布摩擦瘢痕部位，使其微微发红、皮肤纹理显露，然后再涂抹，男女都适用且有效。
又一方治疗面部及身体疮疡留下的瘢痕无法消除的方子。
鹰白粪、烂腐骨、尿白咸（各四分），麝香（二分）。
以上四味药研成粉末，先用葛布摩擦瘢痕部位至微红、皮肤纹理显露，再用油脂调和药粉敷在患处，每天两次，痊愈后停药。（均出自第五卷）
刘涓子的六物灭瘢膏方。
衣中白鱼、鸡屎白、鹰粪白、芍药、白蔹、白蜂（等分）。
以上药物研成粉末，用乳汁调和后涂抹在瘢痕上，每天三次，效果良好。（出自第五卷）
《短剧方》灭瘢方。
鸡矢白（一两）、辛夷（四分）、白附子（二分）、细辛（二分）。
以上四味药酒浸一夜，加入羊脂六合，用小火煎煮，反复升举下沉三次（指煎药时离火再上火的操作），滤去药渣。先用甘草水清洗瘢痕处，然后涂抹药液。（另一版本加桂心二分）
又一方。
鹰屎白一两研末，用白蜜调和，涂抹在瘢痕上，每天三次。（均出自第十卷）
《千金翼方》治疗面部及身体疮疡瘢痕三十年以上，以及冷疮、姜瘢、金疮等各种瘢痕的方子。
斑蝥（三枚，去足翅，炒制）、巴豆（三枚，去心皮）、密陀僧、胡粉（二两）、鹅脂（三两）、煎金洮沙（三两）、高良姜（三两，去皮）、海蛤（三两，选取中等大小的）。
以上八味药研成粉末，用鹅脂调和，半夜时分涂抹，早晨用甘草汤洗去，痊愈后停药。（出自第五卷）
救急灭瘢方。
用猪脂三斤喂乌鸡，让鸡在三天内吃完，收取其白色的粪便（白矢），加入白芷、当归各一两进行煎煮，直到白芷变黄，滤去药渣，加入鹰矢白二分，搅拌调匀，涂抹患处，早晨洗去。（与《千金方》相同）
又一方。
蒺藜子、山栀子仁各一合。
以上两味药研成散剂，用醋浆调和如泥状，睡前涂抹，早晨洗去。（与《千金方》相同）
又一方。
瘢痕凸起，秋冬季节用小麦面，春夏季节用大麦面，过筛使其细腻，用酥油调和封贴患处，效果良好。（与《千金方》相同）
又一方。
夏天用热瓦片熨烫，冬天用冰凌熨烫患处。（与《千金方》相同）
又一方。
鹰矢白（一两）、白鱼（十四枚）。
以上两味药研成散剂，用蜂蜜调和涂抹，每天三次即可痊愈。（与《千金方》相同）
又一方。
鹰矢白（十分）、白僵蚕（八分）。
以上两味药研成粉末，用白蜜调和敷贴，每天三次可愈，忌食五辛、肥腻、生冷食物。（与《千金方》相同）
又一方。
腊月取猪脂四升，煎煮一只大鼠，使其完全消尽，用生布蘸取药液摩擦并涂抹患处，每天四五次。（与《千金方》相同，均出自第三卷）
《必效方》灭瘢方。
禹余粮、半夏。
以上两味药等分研末，用鸡蛋黄调和。先以新布擦拭瘢痕处使其发红，然后涂抹药膏，注意不要见风，二十天后可消除，即使是十年的瘢痕也能治愈，恢复如初。（与《救急方》、《范汪方》、《千金方》相同）
又一方治疗灸疮及金疮等各类疮疡留下的瘢痕，能使凸起的变平，凹陷的隆起。
鸡屎白、鹰屎白（各二合）、辛夷仁（四分）、白附子、杜若（各三分）、细辛（二分）。
以上六味药过筛，用少量赤蜜调和。先以布摩擦瘢痕使其微破，然后涂抹，每天两次，痊愈后忌食五辛、小豆、油腻及醋、酒等。如果注意饮食禁忌，无论瘢痕大小深浅都能治愈。（另一版本无杜若，有桂心，均出自第四卷）
《古今录验方》治疗面部瘢痕，消除它的方子。
白僵蚕（一两）、珊瑚（一两）、白芷（一两）、鸡矢白（一两）、朱砂（一两，研细）。
以上五味药捣碎，用蜂蜜调和敷贴，效果尤佳。
又一方。
木兰香一斤，用三年的米醋浸泡至没过药材，一百天后取出，晒干，研成粉末涂抹。另一版本用醋浆水浸泡，一百天后取出，晒干，研末，每次服用方寸匕，每天两次。（出自第三卷）
The *Guangji Fang* treats facial keloids (scar tissue) and eliminates them.
Take a white chicken, boil wheat in water with animal fat until fully cooked, and feed it to the chicken for three days to make it very fat. Place the chicken on a board and cover it with a cage. Do not feed the chicken for seven days, providing only clear water. After seven days, take pig lard (Su Zhi), remove blood vessels and membranes, chop it finely, and feed it to the chicken as food. The chicken's feces will become solidified and white. Collect these white feces, mix with warm water, and apply to the keloid. After ten applications, the skin will return to normal. To use this method, first rub the keloid area with coarse linen cloth until slightly red and the skin texture is exposed, then apply the mixture. It is effective for both men and women.
Another formula treats persistent keloids from sores on the face and body that cannot be eliminated.
Ying Bai Fen (White Feces of Eagle), Lan Fu Gu (Rotting Bone), Niao Bai Xian (Salty White Urine Sediment) (each 4 fen), She Xiang (Musk) (2 fen).
Grind the above four ingredients into powder. First, rub the keloid with linen cloth until slightly red and textured. Mix the powder with animal fat and apply to the lesion twice daily. Discontinue upon cure. (All from Volume 5)
Liu Juanzi’s Six-Ingredient Keloid-Eliminating Ointment Formula.
Yi Zhong Bai Yu (Silverfish found in clothes), Ji Shi Bai (White Excrement of Chicken), Ying Fen Bai (White Feces of Hawk), Shao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra or Alba), Bai Lian (Rhizoma Anemarrhenae), Bai Feng (White Honeycomb) (equal parts).
Grind the above herbs into powder. Mix with milk and apply to the keloid three times daily for good effect. (From Volume 5)
*Duanju Fang* Keloid-Eliminating Formula.
Ji Shi Bai (White Excrement of Chicken) (1 liang), Xin Yi (Flos Magnoliae Bungei) (4 fen), Bai Fu Zi (Rhizoma Typhonii Gigantei) (2 fen), Xi Xin (Herba Asari) (2 fen).
Soak the above four ingredients in wine overnight. Add Yang Zhi (Sheep Lard) 6 he, and decoct over low heat using the "three ascents and three descents" method (lifting off and returning to fire three times). Strain the dregs. Wash the keloid with Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) water, then apply the oil. (Another version adds Gui Xin (Cortex Cinnamomi) 2 fen).
Another Formula.
Grind Ying Shi Bai (White Feces of Eagle) 1 liang into powder, mix with Bai Mi (Honey), and apply to the keloid three times daily. (All from Volume 10)
*Qianjin Yifang* treats facial and body keloids lasting over thirty years, as well as cold sores, ginger-like scars, and metal-wound scars.
Ban Mao (Mylabris), Ba Dou (Fructus Crotonis Tiglii) (3 seeds each, remove feet, wings, heart, and peel; roast), Mi Tuo Seng (Litharge), Hu Fen (Lead Carbonate) (2 liang), E Zhi (Goose Fat) (3 liang), Jian Jin Tao Sha (Gold Washing Sand), Gao Liang Jiang (Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum) (3 liang, peeled), Hai Ge (Concha Arcae) (3 liang, select medium-sized ones).
Grind the above eight ingredients into powder. Mix with goose fat. Apply at midnight and wash off with Gan Cao Tang (Licorice Decoction) in the morning. Discontinue upon cure. (From Volume 5)
Jiujimie Ban Formula.
Feed 3 jin of pig lard to black chickens, ensuring they consume it within three days. Collect their white feces (Bai Shi). Decoct with Bai Zhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) and Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), each 1 liang, until Bai Zhi turns yellow. Strain the dregs. Add Ying Shi Bai (White Feces of Eagle) 2 fen, stir well, apply, and wash in the morning. (Same as *Qianjin Fang*).
Another Formula.
Ji Li Zi (Fructus Tribuli), Shan Zhi Zi Ren (Seed of Gardenia Jasminoides) (each 1 he).
Grind the above two ingredients into powder. Mix with Cu Jiang (Vinegar Slurry) to form a paste. Apply before sleep and wash off in the morning. (Same as *Qianjin Fang*).
Another Formula.
For protruding keloids: In autumn and winter, use Xiao Mai Mian (Wheat Flour); in spring and summer, use Da Mai Mian (Barley Flour). Sieve until fine. Mix with Su You (Butter/Ghee) and seal the area. Effective. (Same as *Qianjin Fang*).
Another Formula.
In summer, iron with hot tiles; in winter, iron with ice. (Same as *Qianjin Fang*).
Another Formula.
Ying Shi Bai (White Feces of Eagle) (1 liang), Bai Yu (Silverfish) (14 pieces).
Grind the above two ingredients into powder. Mix with honey and apply three times daily for cure. (Same as *Qianjin Fang*).
Another Formula.
Ying Shi Bai (White Feces of Eagle) (10 fen), Bai Jiang Can (Bombyx Batryticatus) (8 fen).
Grind the above two ingredients into powder. Mix with Bai Mi (Honey) and apply three times daily for cure. Avoid Wu Xin (Five Pungent Spices), fatty foods, and raw/cold items. (Same as *Qianjin Fang*).
Another Formula.
In the twelfth lunar month, take 4 sheng of pig lard and decoct one large rat until completely dissolved. Use raw cloth to rub and apply the oil 4-5 times daily. (Same as *Qianjin Fang*, all from Volume 3).
*Bixiao Fang* Keloid-Eliminating Formula.
Yu Yu Liang (Halloysitum), Ban Xia (Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae).
Grind the above two ingredients in equal parts into powder. Mix with Ji Zi Huang (Egg Yolk). First, wipe the keloid with new cloth until red, then apply. Avoid wind exposure. It will disappear in twenty days. Even ten-year-old keloids will heal and return to normal. (Same as *Jiujifang*, *Fanwang Fang*, *Qianjin Fang*).
Another Formula treats keloids from moxibustion, metal wounds, and various other sores, making raised areas flat and depressed areas rise.
Ji Shi Bai (White Excrement of Chicken), Ying Shi Bai (White Feces of Eagle) (each 2 he), Xin Yi Ren (Kernel of Flos Magnoliae Bungei) (4 fen), Bai Fu Zi (Rhizoma Typhonii Gigantei), Ru Ruo (Rhizoma Polygoni Odorati) (each 3 fen), Xi Xin (Herba Asari) (2 fen).
Sieve the above six ingredients. Mix with a small amount of Chi Mi (Red Honey). First, rub the keloid with cloth until slightly broken, then apply. Twice daily. After cure, avoid Wu Xin (Five Pungent Spices), adzuki beans, greasy foods, vinegar, and alcohol. If dietary restrictions are observed, all keloids regardless of size or depth will heal. (One version lacks Ru Ruo but includes Gui Xin; all from Volume 4).
*Gujin Luyan Fang* treats facial keloids and eliminates them.
Bai Jiang Can (Bombyx Batryticatus) (1 liang), Shan Hu (Corallium), Bai Zhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) (1 liang), Ji Shi Bai (White Excrement of Chicken) (1 liang), Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) (1 liang, ground).
Pound the above five ingredients. Mix with honey and apply. Especially effective.
Another Formula.
Mu Lan Xiang (Bark of Magnolia officinalis) 1 jin. Soak in three-year-old rice vinegar until submerged. Leave for 100 days, dry in the sun, and grind into powder for topical application. Another version uses vinegar slurry, leaves for 100 days, dries, grinds, and takes 1 cun bi (approx. 2-3 grams) orally twice daily. (From Volume 3).
