捣黑椹三升如泥，先灰汁洗，后以涂之，又服之甚妙。

上二十二味捣筛，以洗面，令人光泽，若妇人每夜以水和浆涂面，至明，温浆水洗之，

上十八味捣末乳等并研，以绢下之，合和大豆末七合，研之千遍，密贮勿泄，常以洗手
面后作妆，百日面如玉，光润悦泽，去臭气粉滓，咽喉臂膊皆用洗之，悉得如意。

上八味捣末和散，任用洗手面，去 妙。

将黑桑葚三升捣烂如泥，先用草木灰汁清洗患处，然后再涂抹药泥，内服也非常好。
《千金方》使毛发不再生长的方子。
用蚌壳灰与鳖脂调和，拔除毛发后立即涂抹，可使毛发永不再生。
《千金方》治疗鬼舐头（一种头部皮肤病）的方子。
烧猫屎成灰，用腊月猪脂调和后敷于患处。
《广济方》治疗澡豆洗面，去除风痒，使面色光泽悦目的方子。
白术、白芷、白芨、白蔹、茯苓、藁本、玉竹、薯蓣、土瓜根、天门冬、百部根、辛夷仁、栝楼、藿香、零陵香、鸡舌香（各三两）、香附子、阿胶（各四两，炒制）、白面粉。
以上二十二味药捣碎过筛，用来洗面，使人皮肤光泽。如果是妇女，每晚用水和浆液涂面，到第二天早晨，用温浆水洗净，能很好地去除面部的各种疾病。
《千金方》治疗澡豆的方子。
丁香、沉香、桃花、青木香、木瓜花、钟乳粉（各三两）、麝香（半两）、花（此处原文可能有缺漏或泛指）、樱花、白蜀葵花、白莲花、红莲花（各四两）、李花、梨花、旋复花（各六两）、玉屑、真珠（各二两）、蜀水花（一两）。
以上十八味药捣成粉末，加入乳汁等一起研磨，用绢布过滤，再与大豆粉七合混合，研磨千遍，密封储存以防泄漏。经常用于洗手洗脸后化妆，一百天后面部如玉般光洁润泽，去除臭气和粉渣，咽喉、手臂、胳膊都用它清洗，都能随心所欲地达到效果。
又一个澡豆方。
猪胰脏（一个，去脂）、豆粉（四升）、细辛、土瓜根、白术、藁本、防风、白芷、茯苓、商陆根、白附子、杏仁、桃仁（各四两，去尖皮）、栝楼（三个）、皂荚（五挺，炙烤去皮去子）、冬瓜仁（半升）、雀粪（半合）、菟丝子（一合，捣成粉）。
以上十八味药捣成粉末，用一斗面粉，以浆水和猪胰脏研磨至烂，混合诸药及面粉做成饼状，晒干后捣碎，用绢布筛过，收藏时注意不要受风，洗手洗脸极佳。
又一个澡豆使洗面光润的方子。
白解皮（即白鲜皮）、鹰屎白、白芷、青木香、甘松香、白术、桂心、麝香、白檀香、丁香（各三两）、冬瓜子（五合）、白梅（二十一枚）、鸡蛋清（七个）、猪胰脏（三个）、面粉（五升）。
以上十七味药，用猪胰脏和面粉晒干，然后将诸药捣散，混合白豆粉三升，用来洗手洗脸，十天后皮肤如雪，三十天后如凝脂，美妙无比。
崔氏澡豆使面色如桃花般红润，光洁如玉，紧致面部皮肤，去除粉刺的方子。
白芷（七两）、川芎（五两）、皂荚末（四两）、玉竹、白术（各五两）、蔓荆子（二合）、冬瓜仁（五两）、栀子仁（三合）、栝楼仁（三合）、荜豆（三升）、猪脑（一合）、桃仁（一升，去皮）、鹰屎（三枚）、商陆（三两，细切）。
以上十四味药，诸药捣成粉末，其中冬瓜仁、桃仁、栀子仁、栝楼仁单独捣烂如泥，猪脑和鹰屎一起捣匀，然后加入其他药物，再次捣匀，用冬瓜瓤汁调和制成丸剂。每次洗脸时，用浆水配合此丸剂作为澡豆使用，之后像平常化妆一样敷面脂，早晚使用，也不避讳风吹日晒。
备急荜豆香澡豆方。
荜豆（一升）、白附子、川芎、芍药、白术、栝楼、商陆根、桃仁（去皮）、冬瓜仁（各二两）。
以上九味药捣成粉末，按常规方法洗面，此方非常妙。
延年澡豆洗手洗脸，药豆屑方。
白茯苓、土瓜根、商陆根、玉竹、白术、川芎、白芷、栝楼、藁本、桃仁（各六两，去皮）、皂荚（五挺，去皮去子）、豆屑（二升）、猪胰脏（三个，晒干）、猪蹄（四个，按食用方法处理，煮烂取汁）、面粉（一斗）。
以上十五味药，取猪蹄汁拌合诸药，晒干，捣散，用来制作澡豆洗手洗脸，效果极好。
苏澄药澡豆方。
白芷、川芎、栝楼子（各五两）、青木香、鸡舌香（各三两）、皂荚（十两，去皮子，炙烤）、荜豆、赤小豆（各二升）。
以上八味药捣成粉末混合均匀，任意用于洗手洗脸，去垢效果奇妙。
The *Qianjin Fang* (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) formula for treating red alopecia.
Crush three sheng of black mulberries into a paste-like consistency. First, wash the affected area with plant ash lye, then apply the paste. Ingestion is also highly effective.
Another formula:
Burn cattle and sheep horns to ash, mix with lard, and apply topically.
Yet another formula:
Mix horse hoof ash with lard from the twelfth lunar month and apply.
The *Qianjin Fang* formula to prevent hair regrowth.
Mix clam ash with turtle fat. After plucking the hair, apply immediately; the hair will never grow back.

Apply dog milk.

After plucking the hair, apply crab fat; the hair will never grow back.
The *Qianjin Fang* formula for treating "ghost-licked head" (a type of scalp dermatitis).
Burn cat feces to ash, mix with lard from the twelfth lunar month, and apply.
Another formula:
Take powder from red bricks, crush garlic, mix them together, and apply.
The *Guangji Fang* formula for bath bean facial cleanser to remove wind-induced itching and impart a lustrous complexion.
Atractylodes macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Angelica dahurica Root (Baizhi), Bletilla striata Tuber (Baiji), Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root processed (Baiban), Poria (Fuling), Ligusticum sinense Rhizome (Gaoben), Polygonatum odoratum Rhizome (Weirui), Dioscorea opposita Tuber (Shuyu), Trichosanthes kirilowii Root (Tugeng), Asparagus cochinchinensis Root (Tiandong), Stemona sessilifolia Rhizome (Baibu), Magnolia biondii Flower Bud (Xinyi), Trichosanthes fruit (Gualou), Agastache rugosa Herb (Huoxiang), Pogostemon cablin Herb (Linglingxiang), Clove (Jisheixiang) (each 3 liang), Cyperus rotundus Rhizome (Xiangfuzi), Donkey-hide gelatin (Ejiao) (each 4 liang, stir-fried), White wheat flour.
Grind the above twenty-two ingredients and sift. Use for washing the face to impart luster. For women, mix with water and starch liquid to apply to the face nightly; rinse with warm starch liquid the next morning. This effectively removes various facial ailments.
The *Qianjin Fang* formula for bath bean.
Clove (Dingxiang), Agarwood (Chenxiang), Peach Blossom (Taohua), Patchouli Oil Plant Root (Qingmuxiang), Papaya Flower (Muguhua), Stalactite Powder (Zhongrufen) (each 3 liang), Musk (Shexiang) (0.5 liang), Flowers (general reference or missing specific name), Cherry Blossom (Yinghua), Malva verticillata Flower (Baishukuihua), White Lotus Flower (Bailianhua), Red Lotus Flower (Honglian-hua) (each 4 liang), Plum Blossom (Lihua), Pear Blossom (Lihua), Inula flower (Xuanfuhua) (each 6 liang), Jade chips (Yuxie), Pearl (Zhenzhu) (each 2 liang), Shu Water Flower (Shuishuihua) (1 liang).
Grind the above eighteen ingredients into powder, add milk or similar medium, and grind thoroughly. Filter through silk gauze. Mix with 7 he of soybean powder and grind one thousand times. Store tightly sealed to prevent leakage. Use regularly after washing hands and face before applying makeup. After one hundred days, the face becomes smooth and lustrous like jade, removing odors and residue. It can be used to wash the throat, arms, and elbows, yielding desired results.
Another bath bean formula.
Pig pancreas (one piece, defatted), Soybean powder (4 sheng), Alexander fern herb (Xixin), Trichosanthes kirilowii Root (Tugeng), Atractylodes macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Ligusticum sinense Rhizome (Gaoben), Saposhnikovia divaricata Root (Fangfeng), Angelica dahurica Root (Baizhi), Poria (Fuling), Phytolacca acinosa Root (Shanglugen), Bolbostemma paniculatum Rhizome (Baifuzi), Apricot Seed (Xingren), Peach Kernel (Taoren) (each 4 liang, remove tips and skins), Trichosanthes fruit (Gualou) (3 fruits), Gleditsia sinensis Fruit (Zaojia) (5 pods, roasted, remove skin and seeds), Winter melon seed (Dongguaren) (0.5 sheng), Sparrow droppings (Queshi) (0.5 he), Cuscuta chinensis Seed (Tusizi) (1 he, ground to powder).
Grind the above eighteen ingredients into powder. Use one dou of wheat flour, mixed with fermented grain water and pig pancreas, grinding until soft. Combine with the herbs and flour to form cakes. Sun-dry, grind, and sieve through silk gauze. Store protected from wind. Excellent for washing hands and face.
Another bath bean formula for radiant facial cleansing.
Dictamnus dasycarpus Root Bark (Baixiepi/Baixianpi), Bird guano white part (Yingshibai), Angelica dahurica Root (Baizhi), Patchouli Oil Plant Root (Qingmuxiang), Nardostachys chinensis Root and Rhizome (Gansongxiang), Atractylodes macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Cinnamon Twig (Guixin), Musk (Shexiang), Sandalwood (Baitanxiang), Clove (Dingzig) (each 3 liang), Winter melon seed (Dongguazi) (5 he), Dried plum (Baimei) (21 pieces), Egg white (Jizibai) (7 eggs), Pig pancreas (3 pieces), Wheat flour (5 sheng).
Combine the pig pancreas and flour and sun-dry. Then grind the other herbs separately. Mix with 3 sheng of white bean powder. Use for washing hands and face. After ten days, skin becomes white as snow; after thirty days, smooth as congealed fat. Unparalleled in efficacy.
Cui Shi’s bath bean formula for peach-blossom complexion, jade-like radiance, firming facial skin, and removing acne.
Angelica dahurica Root (Baizhi) (7 liang), Ligusticum chuanxiong Rhizome (Xiong), Gleditsia sinensis Fruit powder (Zaojiamo) (4 liang), Polygonatum odoratum Rhizome (Weirui), Atractylodes macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu) (each 5 liang), Vitex trifolia Fruit (Manjingzi) (2 he), Winter melon seed (Dongguaren) (5 liang), Gardenia jasminoides Seed (Zhiziren) (3 he), Trichosanthes kirilowii Seed (Gualouren) (3 he), Vigna angularis Seed (Bidou) (3 sheng), Pig brain (Zhunao) (1 he), Peach Kernel (Taoren) (1 sheng, peeled), Bird guano (Yingshi) (3 pieces), Phytolacca acinosa Root (Shanglu) (3 liang, finely chopped).
Grind the above fourteen ingredients into powder. Separate the winter melon seeds, peach kernels, gardenia seeds, and trichosanthes seeds, grinding them into a paste. Grind the pig brain and bird guano together until well combined. Add the remaining powdered herbs and grind again until uniform. Form pills using juice from the flesh of winter melon. When washing the face, use fermented grain water and this pill as bath bean. Apply facial cream as usual afterwards. Use morning and evening; no need to avoid wind or sun.
Beiji Bidou Fragrant Bath Bean Formula.
Vigna angularis Seed (Bidou) (1 sheng), Bolbostemma paniculatum Rhizome (Baifuzi), Ligusticum chuanxiong Rhizome (Xiong), Peony Root (Shaoyao), Atractylodes macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Trichosanthes fruit (Gualou), Phytolacca acinosa Root (Shanglugen), Peach Kernel (Taoren, peeled), Winter melon seed (Dongguaren) (each 2 liang).
Grind the above nine ingredients into powder. Use for washing the face according to standard methods. This formula is very effective.
Yannian Bath Bean for Washing Hands and Face, Medicinal Bean Dregs Formula.
Poria (Baifuling), Trichosanthes kirilowii Root (Tugeng), Phytolacca acinosa Root (Shanglugen), Polygonatum odoratum Rhizome (Weirui), Atractylodes macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Ligusticum chuanxiong Rhizome (Xiong), Angelica dahurica Root (Baizhi), Trichosanthes fruit (Gualou), Ligusticum sinense Rhizome (Gaoben), Peach Kernel (Taoren) (each 6 liang, peeled), Gleditsia sinensis Fruit (Zaojia) (5 pods, peeled and seeded), Bean dregs (Douxie) (2 sheng), Pig pancreas (3 pieces, dried), Pig trotters (4 pieces, prepared for cooking, boiled until soft to extract broth), Wheat flour (1 dou).
Take the pig trotter broth to moisten the herbs, sun-dry, grind into powder, and use as bath bean for washing hands and face. Highly effective.
Su Cheng’s Medicinal Bath Bean Formula.
Angelica dahurica Root (Baizhi), Ligusticum chuanxiong Rhizome (Xiong), Trichosanthes kirilowii Seed (Gualouzi) (each 5 liang), Patchouli Oil Plant Root (Qingmuxiang), Clove (Jisheixiang) (each 3 liang), Gleditsia sinensis Fruit (Zaojia) (10 liang, peeled, seeded, roasted), Vigna angularis Seed (Bidou), Adzuki Bean (Chixiaodou) (each 2 sheng).
Grind the above eight ingredients into powder and mix well. Use freely for washing hands and face. Removes dirt with wonderful effect.
