皂荚（去皮子炙） 半夏（洗） 大黄 细辛（各四分） 蛇床子（六分）
上五味捣散，薄绢袋盛如指大，纳阴中，日二易，又以羊脂煎煮，遍涂上，以铁精敷脂
上，多少令调，以火炙布令暖以熨之，研磁石，酒服方寸匕，日三服。
集验疗妇人阴下脱散方。
当归 黄芩 牡蛎（熬各二两） 芍药（一两半） 皮（一两切熬）
上五味捣散，酒服方寸匕，日三服，禁举重良。（千金同）
千金疗阴下脱，硫黄散方。
硫黄（研） 乌贼鱼骨（各二分） 五味子（三铢）
上三味捣散，以粉上，日三。（出第三卷中）
千金翼疗诸妇人阴下脱方。
细研矾石，酒服方寸匕，日三服。（出第六卷中）
广济疗妇人子脏挺出数痛洗方。
蛇床子（一斤） 酢梅（十四枚）
上二味，以水五升，煮取二升半洗痛处，日夜十过良
又方
乌头（炮） 白芨（各四分）
上二味捣散，取方寸匕，以绵裹纳阴中，令入三寸，腹内热即止，日一度着，明晨仍须
更着，以止为度。

上三味捣筛，以方寸匕，绵裹纳阴中，入三寸，腹中热，明旦更着，瘥止。（千金同）
集验疗女人伤于丈夫，四体沉重，嘘吸头痛方。
生地黄（八两） 芍药（五两） 香豉（一升） 葱白（切一升） 生姜（四两） 甘
草（二两炙）
上六味切，以水七升，煮取二升半，分三服，不得重作。慎房事。（千金同）
千金翼疗诸妇人伤丈夫，若头痛欲呕闷，桑白皮汤方。
桑根白皮（半两） 干姜（半两） 桂心（五寸） 大枣（二十枚）
上四味切，以酒一斗，煮三四沸，去滓，分温服之，适衣无令汗出。（千金同出第八卷
中）
《广济方》治疗阴部下垂脱出的方剂。
皂荚（去皮、去子，炒制） 半夏（水洗） 大黄 细辛（各四分） 蛇床子（六分）
以上五味药捣碎成散剂，用薄绢袋盛装，大小如手指，纳入阴道内，每日更换两次；又用羊脂煎煮后，均匀涂抹在患处，再用铁精粉敷在油脂上，用量适中，用火加热布料使其温暖后进行熨烫；另研碎磁石，用酒送服一方寸匕，每日服用三次。
《集验方》治疗妇人阴部下脱松弛的方剂。
当归 黄芩 牡蛎（煅制，各二两） 芍药（一两半） 桂皮（一两，切碎后煅制）
以上五味药捣碎成散剂，用酒送服一方寸匕，每日服用三次，禁止提举重物。（此方与《千金方》相同）
《千金方》治疗阴部下脱的硫黄散方剂。
硫黄（研碎） 乌贼鱼骨（各二分） 五味子（三铢）
以上三味药捣碎成散剂，作为外用药粉撒敷于患处，每日三次。（出自第三卷中）
《千金翼方》治疗各类妇人阴部下脱的方剂。
将矾石细细研磨，用酒送服一方寸匕，每日服用三次。（出自第六卷中）
《广济方》治疗妇人子宫脱垂且伴有疼痛的洗方。
蛇床子（一斤） 醋渍梅子（十四个）
以上两味药，用水五升，煮取二升半，用来清洗疼痛部位，日夜清洗十次效果良好。
另一个方剂
川乌头（炮制） 白及（各四分）
以上两味药捣碎成散剂，取一方寸匕，用棉包裹后纳入阴道内，令其深入三寸，腹部感到发热即停止操作，每日放置一次，次日清晨仍需再次放置，以症状停止为度。
《集验方》治疗妇人阴部下脱的方剂。
蜀椒 川乌头 白及（各二分）
以上三味药捣碎过筛，取一方寸匕，用棉包裹后纳入阴道内，深入三寸，腹部感到发热，次日清晨再放置，病愈即止。（此方与《千金方》相同）
《集验方》治疗妇女因房事过度导致四肢沉重、呼吸时头痛的方剂。
生地黄（八两） 芍药（五两） 淡豆豉（一升） 葱白（切段，一升） 生姜（四两） 甘草（二两，炙制）
以上六味药切碎，用水七升，煮取二升半，分三次服用，不得重复煎煮。严禁房事。（此方与《千金方》相同）
《千金翼方》治疗各类妇人因房事过度导致若头痛欲呕闷的桑白皮汤方剂。
桑根白皮（半两） 干姜（半两） 桂心（五寸） 大枣（二十枚）
以上四味药切碎，用酒一斗，煮沸三四次，滤去药渣，分次温服，注意衣着适宜，不要令患者出汗。（此方同出第八卷中）
Guangji Fang (Broad Miracle Prescriptions) formula for treating prolapse of the yin.
Gleditsiae Fructus Spinosus (Paojiao, 皂荚) [peeled, seeds removed, roasted]
Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum (Banxia, 半夏) [washed]
Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄)
Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin, 细辛) [each 4 fen]
Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子) [6 fen]
Crush the above five herbs into a powder. Place in a thin silk bag, sized like a finger, and insert into the vagina. Change twice daily. Additionally, boil sheep fat and apply it evenly to the affected area. Sprinkle Iron Essence (Tiejing, 铁精) over the fat. Apply with appropriate amount. Heat a cloth with fire until warm and use for moxibustion-like warming therapy (Ire). Grind Magnetitum (Cishi, 磁石), take one cun-bi (a measure of volume) with wine, three times daily.
Jiyan Fang (Collected Verified Prescriptions) formula for treating flaccid prolapse of the yin in women.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归)
Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩)
Concha Ostreae (Muli, 牡蛎) [calcined, each 2 liang]
Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao, 芍药) [1.5 liang]
Cinnamomi Cortex (Guipi, 桂皮) [1 liang, cut and calcined]
Crush the above five herbs into a powder. Take one cun-bi with wine, three times daily. Avoid lifting heavy objects. (Same as Qianjin Fang)
Qianjin Fang (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) Liuhuang San (Sulfur Powder) for treating prolapse of the yin.
Sulfur (Liu Huang, 硫黄) [ground]
Sepiae Endoconcha (Wuzheiyu Gu, 乌贼鱼骨) [each 2 fen]
Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi, 五味子) [3 zhu]
Crush the above three herbs into a powder. Use as an external dusting powder on the affected area, three times daily. (From Volume III)
Qianjin Yi Fang (Supplement to Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) formula for treating various cases of yin prolapse in women.
Fine-grind Alumen (Fanshi, 矾石). Take one cun-bi with wine, three times daily. (From Volume VI)
Guangji Fang formula for washing uterus prolapse with pain in women.
Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子) [1 jin]
Pruni Mume (Cu Mei, 酢梅) [14 pieces]
Boil the above two herbs in 5 sheng of water until reduced to 2.5 sheng. Use to wash the painful area. Washing ten times a day, both day and night, is beneficial.

Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Wutou, 乌头) [processed]
Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji, 白及) [each 4 fen]
Crush the above two herbs into a powder. Take one cun-bi, wrap in cotton, and insert into the vagina to a depth of 3 cun. Stop when heat is felt in the abdomen. Apply once daily. The next morning, reapply. Continue until symptoms cease.
Jiyan Fang formula for treating yin prolapse in women.
Zanthoxyli Fructus (Shujiao, 蜀椒)
Aconiti Radix (Wutou, 乌头)
Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji, 白及) [each 2 fen]
Crush and sieve the above three herbs. Take one cun-bi, wrap in cotton, and insert into the vagina to a depth of 3 cun. When heat is felt in the abdomen, reapply the next morning. Discontinue when cured. (Same as Qianjin Fang)
Jiyan Fang formula for treating headache during inhalation/exhalation and heaviness of the four limbs caused by excessive sexual intercourse in women.
Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang, 生地黄) [8 liang]
Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao, 芍药) [5 liang]
Sojae Semen Preparatum (Xiangchi, 香豉) [1 sheng]
Allii Fistulosi Bulbus (Congbai, 葱白) [cut, 1 sheng]
Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang, 生姜) [4 liang]
Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) [roasted, 2 liang]
Cut the above six herbs. Boil in 7 sheng of water until reduced to 2.5 sheng. Divide into three doses. Do not re-boil. Abstain from sexual intercourse. (Same as Qianjin Fang)
Qianjin Yi Fang Sangbaipi Tang (Mulberry Root Bark Decoction) for treating headache, nausea, and oppression in women caused by excessive sexual intercourse.
Mori Cortex (Sanggenbaidi, 桑根白皮) [0.5 liang]
Zingiberis Rhizoma (Ganjiang, 干姜) [0.5 liang]
Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin, 桂心) [5 cun]
Jujubae Fructus (Dazao, 大枣) [20 pieces]
Cut the above four herbs. Boil in 1 dou of wine for three or four boils. Strain the dregs. Take warm in divided doses. Dress appropriately to avoid sweating. (From Volume VIII)
