肘后疗阴中肿痛方。
炙枳实以熨之。
经心录疗妇人阴中肿痛不可近者，汤洗方。
防风（三两） 大戟（二两） 艾（五两）
上三味切，以水一斗，煮取五升温洗阴中，日可三度良。
古今录验疗妇人阴肿坚痛，矾石散方。
矾石（二分熬） 甘草（半分炙） 大黄（一分）
上三味捣筛，取枣大绵缠，导阴中，二十日即愈。
又疗妇人阴肿，苦疮烂，麻黄汤洗之。
麻黄（去节） 黄连 蛇床子（各一两） 酢梅（十枚）
上四味切，以水一斗，煎取五升洗之。
集验疗妇人阴中痛生疮方。
羊脂（一斤） 当归 杏仁（去皮尖） 白芷 芎 （各一两）
上五味细切，羊脂和，置甑中蒸之，药成，取如大豆一枚，绵裹药纳阴中，日一度。
肘后疗女子阴中疮方。
末硫黄敷疮上。
又疗女子阴中疮方。
杏仁（烧末） 雄黄 矾石（烧各二分） 麝香（半分）
上四味和敷之，日三度。
古今录验疗妇人阴中生疮，黄芩汤洗方。
当归 黄芩 芎 大黄 矾石（各二分） 黄连（一分） 雄黄（二分）
上七味切，以水五升，煮取四升洗疮，日三度。
又疗妇人阴中生疮，雄黄散方。
芎 藜芦 雄黄（研） 丹砂（研） 蜀椒（汗） 细辛 当归（各一分）
上七味捣筛散，取方寸匕，绵裹纳阴中，又敷外疮方。（忌如常法）

将枳实炒炙后，用其热敷患处。
《经心录》治疗妇人阴部肿痛剧烈、无法触碰的方剂：汤洗方。

以上三味药切碎，用水一斗，煎煮至剩余五升，趁温热清洗阴部，每日可进行三次，效果良好。
《古今录验》治疗妇人阴部肿胀坚硬疼痛的方剂：矾石散方。
矾石（煅制，二分） 甘草（炒炙，半分） 大黄（一分）
以上三味药捣碎并过筛，取如枣核大小的药团，用绵布包裹，纳入阴道内，二十日即可痊愈。
又治疗妇人阴部肿胀，伴有苦痛、溃烂的方剂：用麻黄汤清洗。
麻黄（去节） 黄连 蛇床子（各一两） 醋渍梅子（十枚）
以上四味药切碎，用水一斗，煎煮至剩余五升，用来清洗患处。
《集验方》治疗妇人阴部疼痛生疮的方剂。
羊脂（一斤） 当归 杏仁（去皮尖） 白芷 川芎（各一两）
以上五味药细细切碎，与羊脂混合，放入甑中蒸制，药成后，取如大豆大小的一枚，用绵布包裹药物纳入阴部，每日一次。

将硫黄研末，敷于疮口上。
又治疗女子阴部生疮的方剂。
杏仁（烧成炭末） 雄黄 矾石（煅制，各二分） 麝香（半分）
以上四味药混合均匀，敷于患处，每日三次。
《古今录验》治疗妇人阴部生疮的方剂：黄芩汤洗方。
当归 黄芩 川芎 大黄 矾石（各二分） 黄连（一分） 雄黄（二分）
以上七味药切碎，用水五升，煎煮至剩余四升，用来清洗疮口，每日三次。
又治疗妇人阴部生疮的方剂：雄黄散方。
川芎 藜芦 雄黄（研细） 丹砂（研细） 蜀椒（微炒出汗） 细辛 当归（各一分）
以上七味药捣碎过筛制成散剂，取一方寸匕的量，用绵布包裹纳入阴部，另外也可用于外敷疮口。（禁忌事项遵循常规方法）
The *Zhouhou Beiji Fang* (Emergency Prescriptions Kept in the Sleeve) method for treating swelling and pain in the genitalia.
Roast Zhi Shi (Immature Bitter Orange) and apply it as a hot compress to the affected area.
The *Jingxin Lu* (Record of the Heart's Journey) prescription for treating severe swelling and pain in the female genitalia that cannot be touched: Decoction for Washing.
Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 3 liang) Daye (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix, 2 liang) Ai Ye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium, 5 liang)
Chop the above three ingredients, boil in one dou (approx. 10 liters) of water until reduced to five sheng (approx. 5 liters). Wash the genitalia with the warm liquid. Three times daily is effective.
The *Gujin Luyan* (Records of Antiquity and Modern Times) prescription for treating hard, painful swelling of the female vulva: Fan Shi San (Alum Powder).
Fan Shi (Alumen, calcined, 2 fen) Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, roasted, 0.5 fen) Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 1 fen)
Pulverize and sieve the above three ingredients. Form a pill-sized mass (size of a jujube), wrap in cotton, and insert into the vagina. It will heal in twenty days.
Another prescription for treating female vulvar swelling accompanied by bitter pain and ulceration: Wash with Ma Huang Tang (Ephedra Decoction).
Ma Huang (Ephedrae Herba, nodes removed) Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma) She Chuang Zi (Cnidii Fructus, each 1 liang) Cu Mei (Vinegar-processed Prunus mume fruit, 10 pieces)
Chop the above four ingredients, boil in one dou of water until reduced to five sheng. Use to wash the affected area.
The *Jiyan Fang* (Collected Effective Prescriptions) prescription for treating painful sores in the female genitalia.
Yang Zhi (Adeps Ovis, 1 jin) Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Xing Ren (Persicae Semen, skin and tips removed) Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, each 1 liang)
Finely chop the above five ingredients, mix with Yang Zhi, and steam in a steamer (zeng). Once prepared, take a piece the size of a soybean, wrap in cotton, and insert into the vagina once daily.

Grind Liu Huang (Sulfur) into powder and apply to the sores.

Xing Ren (Persicae Semen, burnt to ash) Xiong Huang (Realgar) Fan Shi (Alumen, calcined, each 2 fen) She Xiang (Moschus, 0.5 fen)
Mix the above four ingredients and apply to the affected area three times daily.

Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix) Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) Fan Shi (Alumen, each 2 fen) Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 1 fen) Xiong Huang (Realgar, 2 fen)
Chop the above seven ingredients, boil in five sheng of water until reduced to four sheng. Use to wash the sores three times daily.
Another prescription for treating sores in the female genitalia: Xiong Huang San (Realgar Powder).
Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) Li Lu (Veratri Viridis Rhizoma) Xiong Huang (Realgar, pulverized) Dan Sha (Cinnabaris, pulverized) Shu Jiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, slightly roasted until oil appears) Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, each 1 fen)
Pulverize and sieve the above seven ingredients to make a powder. Take one fangcun bi (a measure approx. 2.7g), wrap in cotton, and insert into the vagina. It can also be applied externally to sores. (Observe standard dietary and lifestyle prohibitions.)
