上十味各研如粉讫，相和又研之，令匀少减，取和猪脂面脂搅令调，每夜用澡豆浆水洗
去妆，勿冲风及火。
千金疗面 方。
李子仁和鸡子白涂上则落。
又方
真白羊乳（三升） 羊 （两具以水渍去皮细擘） 甘草（二两炙末）
上三味相和一宿，先以酢浆水洗面，以生布拭之，夜涂药，明旦以猪蹄汤洗却，又依前
为之即尽。
又方
白附子末，以水和涂上，频频用，即落尽。
又方
桂心石姜末，蜜和涂之。
又方
杏仁酒浸皮脱，捣如泥，以绢囊裹，夜则拭之效。
又方
水和丹砂术服方寸匕，男女七日皆色白也。
又方
美酒浸鸡子三枚，蜜封四七日成，涂面净好无比。
又方
枸杞根（一百斤） 生地黄（三十斤）
上二味，先下筛枸杞又捣碎地黄，曝干合下筛空腹服方寸匕，日三效。
文仲疗 令人面皮薄如 萆方。
鹿角尖（取实白处于平石上以水磨之稍浓取一升二合） 干姜（一两）
上二味，捣筛干姜，以和鹿角汁搅使调，每夜先以暖浆水洗面软帛拭干，取上白蜜涂面，
以手摩使蜜尽，手指不粘为候，后涂药，平明还以暖浆水洗之，二三日，颜色惊人，涂药不
用过见风日妙。
救急疗面 方。
芍药 茯苓 杏仁（去皮） 防风 细辛 白芷（各一两） 白蜜（一合）
上七味捣为散，先以水银霜敷面三日，方始取前件，白蜜以和散药敷面，夜中敷之，不
得见风日向晓任意作粉，能常用大佳，每夜先须浆水洗面后敷药。
古今录验疗面 方。
取白蜜和茯苓粉敷面七日愈。
又疗面 黯苏合煎方。
苏合香 麝香 白附子（炮） 女菀 蜀水花（各二两） 青木香（三两） 鸡舌香
鸬屎（各两）
上八味，先取糯米二升淅，硬炊一斗，生用一斗，合醇酢用水一斛五斗，稍稍澄取汁合
得一斛，煮并令沸，以绵裹诸药，纳着沸浆中煎得三升，药熟以澡豆洗 处令燥，以药敷
上日再，欲敷药，常以酢浆水洗面后涂药，涂药至三四合， 处当小急痛， 处微微剥去便
白以浆三洗，三敷玉屑膏讫白粉之，若急痛勿怪，痒勿搔之，但以粉粉上面，按抑痒处满百
日，可用脂胡粉取瘥。
《广济方》治疗面部黑斑的方剂。
雄黄（七分），雌黄（五分，均用丝绵包裹后在浆水中煮一天），光明砂，密陀僧（五分，放入猪脂中煮至沸腾数次，煮完后洗净使用），真珠（三分，研成粉末），硝粉（三分），白僵蚕（三分），白芨（三分），茯苓（五分），水银（五分，与药末一起研磨直至完全溶解）。
以上十味药各自研磨成粉末后，混合在一起再次研磨，使其均匀并略微减少体积，取适量与猪脂调和制成面脂，每晚先用豆浆水洗去妆容，注意不要吹风及接触火源。
《千金方》治疗面部黑斑的方剂。
李子仁配合鸡蛋清涂抹，黑斑即可脱落。
又一方：
真白羊乳（三升），羊蹄（两具，用水浸泡去皮后切碎），甘草（二两，炙烤后研成粉末）。
以上三味药混合浸泡一夜，先用醋浆水洗脸，用生布擦干，夜间涂抹药物，次日清晨用猪蹄汤洗去，再依照前法操作，即可痊愈。
又一方：
白附子粉末，用水调和后涂抹，频繁使用，黑斑即可全部脱落。
又一方：
桂心、石姜粉末，用蜂蜜调和后涂抹。
又一方：
杏仁用酒浸泡至皮脱落，捣烂如泥，用绢布袋包裹，夜间擦拭患处有效。
又一方：
用水调和丹术散服用，每次一立方寸匕，男女服用七日后肤色皆变白。
又一方：
用美酒浸泡鸡蛋三枚，用蜂蜜密封四十日制成，涂抹面部洁净美好无比。
又一方：
枸杞根（一百斤），生地黄（三十斤）。
以上两味药，先将枸杞根筛过，再将地黄捣碎，晒干后混合筛过，空腹服用一立方寸匕，每日三次，有效。
《文仲方》治疗使人面部皮肤薄如蝉翼的黑斑方。
鹿角尖（选取实心白色的部分，在平整的石头上用水磨成稍浓的汁液，取一升二合），干姜（一两）。
以上两味药，将干姜捣碎筛粉，与鹿角汁混合搅拌均匀，每晚先用温热的浆水洗脸，用软帛擦干，取上层的白蜜涂抹面部，用手按摩使蜂蜜吸收，以手指不粘为度，然后再涂药，天亮时再用温热的浆水洗净，二三天后，面色惊人地改善，涂药期间不过分见风日效果更佳。
《救急方》治疗面部黑斑的方剂。
芍药，茯苓，杏仁（去皮），防风，细辛，白芷（各一两），白蜜（一合）。
以上七味药捣碎制成散剂，先用水银霜敷面三日，然后取上述药物，用白蜜调和散剂敷面，夜间敷用，不得见风日晒，到天亮时可以随意扑粉，如果能经常使用非常好，每晚必须先以浆水洗脸后再敷药。
《古今录验方》治疗面部黑斑的方剂。
取白蜜调和茯苓粉敷面，七日痊愈。
又治疗面部黑斑的苏合煎方。
苏合香，麝香，白附子（炮制），女菀，蜀水花（各二两），青木香（三两），鸡舌香，鸬屎（各一两）。
以上八味药，先取糯米二升淘洗，蒸熟一斗，生米用一斗，加入纯醋和水一斛五斗，慢慢澄清取汁，合并得到一斛汁液，煮沸，用丝绵包裹诸药，放入沸浆中煎煮至三升，药熟后用澡豆清洗患处令其干燥，将药敷在上面，每日两次，欲敷药时，常以醋浆水洗脸后涂药，涂药至三四合，患处会有轻微急痛，患处微微剥落后变白，用浆水清洗三次，再敷玉屑膏，最后扑白粉，如果急痛不要奇怪，痒不要搔抓，只需用粉扑在上面，按压瘙痒处满百日，可用胡粉治愈。
The *Guangji Fang* formula for treating facial melasma.
Xionghuang (Realgar, 7 fen), Cihuang (Orpiment, 5 fen, both wrapped in silk and boiled in fermented rice water for one day), Guangmingsha (Vermilion), Miduoseng (Litharge, 5 fen, boiled in porcine fat until several boils occur, then washed off before use), Zhenzhu (Pearl, 3 fen, ground into powder), Xiaofen (Niter powder, 3 fen), Baijiangcan (White Silkworm, 3 fen), Baiji (Bletilla Rhizome, 3 fen), Fuling (Poria, 5 fen), Shuiyin (Mercury, 5 fen, ground with the herbal powders until completely dissolved).
The above ten ingredients are each ground into powder, mixed together, and ground again until uniform and slightly reduced in volume. Take an appropriate amount and mix with porcine fat to make a facial cream. Every night, wash off makeup with soybean milk water first. Avoid exposure to wind and fire.
The *Qianjin Fang* formula for treating facial melasma.
Plum seed kernels mixed with egg white applied topically will cause the spots to fall off.
Another formula:
Zhenbaiyangru (Fresh goat milk, 3 sheng), Yangti (Goat hooves, 2 units, soaked in water, skin removed, and finely chopped), Gancao (Licorice Root, 2 liang, roasted and ground into powder).
Mix the above three ingredients and soak overnight. First wash the face with vinegar-fermented rice water, wipe dry with raw cloth, apply the medicine at night, and wash it off the next morning with pig trotter soup. Repeat as before until cured.
Another formula:
Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma) powder, mixed with water for topical application. Use frequently until all spots fall off.
Another formula:
Guixin (Cinnamon Twig) and Shijiang (Stone Ginger) powders, mixed with honey for topical application.
Another formula:
Xingren (Apricot Seed) soaked in wine until the skin peels off, pounded into a paste, wrapped in a silk bag, and rubbed on the face at night; this is effective.
Another formula:
Danshu San (Cinnabar and Atractylodes Powder) taken orally with water, one fangcun bi per dose. Both men and women will have whiter skin after seven days.
Another formula:
Three eggs soaked in fine wine, sealed with honey for forty days. Apply to the face for unparalleled cleanliness and beauty.
Another formula:
Gouqigen (Goji Root Bark, 100 jin), Shengdihuang (Rehmannia Root, 30 jin).
Sift the Goji root bark first, pound the Rehmannia root, dry it in the sun, mix them, and sift. Take one fangcun bi orally on an empty stomach, three times a day. This is effective.
The *Wenzhong Fang* formula for treating facial melasma that makes the skin thin like cicada wings.
Lujiaojian (Deer Horn Tip, select solid white parts, grind with water on a flat stone until slightly thick, take 1 sheng 2 he), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, 1 liang).
Pound and sift the Dried Ginger, mix with Deer Horn juice until uniform. Every night, first wash the face with warm fermented rice water and dry with soft cloth. Apply the upper layer of white honey to the face, massage with hands until absorbed (when fingers are no longer sticky), then apply the medicine. Wash off with warm fermented rice water at dawn. Within two or three days, the complexion will be astonishingly improved. It is excellent to avoid excessive exposure to wind and sun while applying the medicine.
The *Jiuji Fang* formula for treating facial melasma.
Shaoyao (Peony Root), Fuling (Poria), Xingren (Apricot Seed, peeled), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Xixin (Asarum), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root) (each 1 liang), Baimi (White Honey, 1 he).
Pound the above seven ingredients into a powder. First, apply Mercuric Oxide powder to the face for three days. Then, take the aforementioned ingredients, mix the powder with White Honey, and apply to the face. Apply at night; do not expose to wind or sunlight. By dawn, you may apply powder as desired. Frequent use is highly recommended. Every night, wash the face with fermented rice water before applying the medicine.
The *Gujin Luyan Fang* formula for treating facial melasma.
Mix White Honey with Poria powder and apply to the face. Cure within seven days.
Another formula for treating facial melasma: Suhhe Decoction.
Suhexiang (Styrax), Shexiang (Musk), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, processed), Nüwan (Polygala Tenuifolia Root), Shuishuihua (Iris Tectorum Rhizome) (each 2 liang), Qingmuxiang (Saussurea Root, 3 liang), Jisheixiang (Cardamomum Fructus), Lushi (Cormus Fruit) (each 1 liang).
Take 2 sheng of glutinous rice, rinse it, steam one dou, and keep one dou raw. Add pure vinegar and 1 hu 5 dou of water. Clarify slowly to obtain the juice, combining to get 1 hu. Boil the mixture. Wrap the herbs in silk and decoct in the boiling liquid until reduced to 3 sheng. After the medicine is ready, wash the affected area with bath bean powder until dry. Apply the medicine twice daily. Before application, wash the face with vinegar-fermented rice water. When applying about 3-4 he of medicine, the affected area may feel slightly urgent pain. Once the area peels slightly and turns white, wash with fermented rice water three times. Then apply Yuxie Gao (Jade Dust Ointment) and finally dust with white powder. Do not be alarmed by urgent pain; do not scratch if itchy. Just dust powder on top and press the itchy area. After one hundred days, Hu Fen (Lead Carbonate) can cure it.
