莽草（七叶） 蜀椒（九个）
上二味，以浆水二升，煮取一升，适寒温含满口，冷即吐之，日二三含之。（千金同）
又疗齿龋痛有孔方。
取雄雀屎，以绵裹纳齿孔中，日二易之。
姜生疗齿有孔方。
附子（二分炮去皮） 蜜腊（五分）
上二味相和为丸，塞齿孔中，即瘥。忌冷水油腻。
广济疗齿牙风挺出疼痛，郁李根汤方。
郁李根（五两） 芎 （二两） 细辛（二两） 生地黄（四两）
上四味，以水六升，煮取二升半，去滓，先以盐汤漱口，然后温含之，冷即吐，更含取
瘥。

【治疗牙齿有孔的急救方】
取几粒莨菪子，放入牙齿的孔洞中，用腊月蜡封住，病即可痊愈。

以上两味药，用二升浆水，煎煮至剩一升，待温度适宜时含满口中，变冷后吐出，每天含服二到三次。（《千金方》记载相同）

取雄麻雀的粪便，用棉絮包裹后塞入牙齿孔洞中，每天更换两次。
【姜生治疗牙齿有孔方】
附子（二分，炮制去皮），蜜腊（五分）。
以上两味药混合制成丸剂，塞入牙齿孔洞中，病即可痊愈。忌食冷水和油腻食物。
【《广济方》治疗牙齿受风挺出疼痛的郁李根汤方】
郁李根五两，川芎二两，细辛二两，生地黄四两。
以上四味药，用水六升，煎煮至剩二升半，滤去药渣。先用盐水漱口，然后温热含漱，变冷后吐出，反复含漱直至痊愈。
【崔氏治疗牙齿挺出、疼痛难忍方】
羊肾脂二合，泔淀（淘米水沉淀物）二合，牛粪汁一合，甘草半两（生用研末），青黛，熏黄半两（研末）。
以上六味药在铜器中混合，用微火煎煮五六沸。取向东生长的桃枝如筷子粗细六枝，用棉絮缠绕头部，蘸取药液，交替进行热烙治疗。
【又方：治疗疳湿引起的牙齿脱落、嘴唇刺破穿孔，以及下部侵蚀、痔疮等，全面治疗的方子。（由顾参军传授给甘家秘传）】
青黛二两，雄黄（研），朱砂（研），莨菪子（炒），青矾石，黄矾石，白矾石（均烧至汁液尽干），附子（炮制），苦参，甘草（炙），藜芦（炙），细辛，麝香（研，各一两）。
以上十三味药捣碎过筛成散剂。若有上述牙齿疾病，少量撒在患处，每天二到三次；若属湿证，于清晨井花水初汲时，取半钱匕量，用水送服；同时用薄绵包裹如枣核大小的药团，置于被虫蚀处，每天三次，痊愈即止。若下部受湿侵蚀，可用苦参和甘草制作外用制剂。
[Emergency Formula for Treating Cavities in Teeth]
Take several grains of Hyoscyamus niger seeds (Liangdangzi), insert them into the cavity of the tooth, seal it with wax from the twelfth lunar month, and the condition will heal.
[Gongsu Tang Decoction from *Gujin Luyan* for Treating Toothache with Cavities, Inability to Eat or Drink, and Facial Swelling]
Dichroa febrifuga root (Mangcao) [seven-leaf variety], Sichuan pepper (Shujiao) nine grains.
Take the above two ingredients, boil in two sheng of fermented grain water until one sheng remains. When the temperature is suitable, hold the decoction full in the mouth; spit it out when it cools. Hold in the mouth two to three times a day. (Same as recorded in *Qianjin Fang*)
[Another Formula for Treating Caries Pain with Cavities]
Take feces of male sparrows, wrap in cotton, and insert into the tooth cavity. Change twice daily.
[Jiangsheng's Formula for Treating Cavities in Teeth]
Prepared Aconite root (Fuzi) [two fen, processed and peeled], Beeswax (Milan) [five fen].
Mix the above two ingredients to form pills, insert into the tooth cavity, and the condition will heal. Avoid cold water and greasy foods.
[Yuli Gen Tang Decoction from *Guangji Fang* for Treating Wind-Induced Protrusion and Pain of Teeth]
Prunus humilis root (Yuligen) five liang, Ligusticum chuanxiong rhizome (Xiong) two liang, Asarum root (Xixin) two liang, Rehmannia glutinosa root (Shengdihuang) four liang.
Take the above four ingredients, boil in six sheng of water until two and a half sheng remain. Strain the dregs. First rinse the mouth with salt water, then hold the warm decoction in the mouth; spit it out when it cools. Repeat holding until healed.
[Cui Shi's Formula for Treating Protruding Teeth with Unbearable Pain]
Sheep kidney fat (Yangshenzhi) two he, Starch from rice washing water (Tandian) two he, Cow dung juice (Niu Fen) one he, Licorice root (Gancao) half liang [raw, powdered], Indigo naturalis (Qingdai), Realgar (Xunhuang) half liang [powdered].
Mix the above six ingredients in a copper vessel, simmer over low heat for five or six boils. Take six branches of peach wood growing towards the east, about the thickness of chopsticks. Wrap the head of each branch with cotton, dip into the medicine, and apply alternating hot cauterization.

Indigo naturalis (Qingdai) two liang, Realgar (Xionghuang) [ground], Cinnabar (Zhusha) [ground], Hyoscyamus niger seeds (Liangdangzi) [roasted], Alum stone (Qingfanshi), Yellow Alum (Huangfanshi), White Alum (Baifanshi) [all calcined until liquid evaporates], Prepared Aconite root (Fuzi), Sophora flavescens root (Kushen), Roasted Licorice root (Gancao), Veratrum root (Lilu), Asarum root (Xixin), Musk (Shexiang) [ground, one liang each].
Pulverize the above thirteen ingredients and sieve into powder. For the aforementioned dental ailments, sprinkle a small amount on the affected area two to three times daily. If dampness is present, take half a qianbi measure at dawn using well water, and swallow with water. Additionally, wrap a piece of thin cotton containing an amount similar to a jujube pit in the medicine, place it on the eroded area, three times daily, stop when healed. For lower body dampness erosion, prepare an external preparation using Kushen and Gancao.
[Zhang Wenzhong's Formula for Treating Receding Gums/Loose Teeth]
Take fresh Rehmannia root (Shengdihuang), crush it, wrap in cotton, and apply to the gum/tooth root. Holding it frequently yields excellent results.
