六七月中取有子壁 窠七个，老壁 二个，以发扎好，用明矾七分熔化，将扎好之壁
入熔矾中粘足，灯火炙透，研粉，吹喉立愈。
治牙疳，牙根红肿，口喉等症。
硼砂 雄精 川连 儿茶 人中白 冰片 薄荷 黄柏（各等分） 大破珠（减半）
各为极细末，以刀点之，吹之立效。
治走马牙疳，延烂穿腮不堪，危险者。
红枣（一枚，去核）
入如黄豆大红砒一粒，丝线扎好，放瓦上炙，烟尽为度，取以闷熄，冷透研细，加入冰
片一分，再研，吹之速效，久烂之孔，生肌亦速。
治同赤霜散。
白马前蹄，刮下脚皮，炙炭存性，加冰片少许吹之。
治牙蚀，因患骨槽风所致，并透骨穿腮。
南星（一枚）
挖空，入雄黄一块，面白糊固，火炙，俟雄熔，以杯合定，冷透去面，加麝香少许，共
研细，拂患处，数日愈。
治齿牙摇动。
用鼠之头骨及鼠牙，盐 存性，研细擦之，即收上，最固最利也。
马曰∶须用全鼠一个，连皮肉炙枯存性，入片少许，治虚火牙痛，神验，且能固齿，亦
奇方也。
取牙立落。
活鲫鱼（一条，约十两重） 白砒（一钱，入鱼腹）
悬之无猫犬及无风雨处，七日后，鱼身发白毛，鸡羽拂下，以膏药滋少许收拌，每遇病
牙，以膏药少许，贴于患齿，片刻落下，净汤漱口。
马曰∶取齿灵验。
治疗热症引起的咽喉疼痛。
在六、七月份采集带有幼虫的壁钱巢七个，老壁钱两个，用头发扎好，取明矾七分熔化，将扎好的壁钱放入熔化的明矾中使其粘附充分，在灯火上烤透，研磨成粉，吹入喉部，立即痊愈。
治疗牙疳，牙龈红肿，口腔和咽喉等病症。
硼砂、雄黄精、川黄连、儿茶、人中白、冰片、薄荷、黄柏（各取等量），大珍珠（用量减半）。
分别研磨成极细的粉末，用刀尖点涂患处，或吹入患处，立即见效。
治疗走马牙疳，腐烂蔓延至脸颊，情况严重危险的。
红枣一枚，去核。
放入如黄豆大小的红砒一粒，用丝线扎好，放在瓦片上炙烤，直到烟尽为止，取出后用容器闷熄，冷却后研磨细，加入一分冰片，再次研磨，吹入患处，迅速见效，对于长期腐烂的孔洞，生肌愈合也很快。
治疗同赤霜散。
白马的前蹄，刮下脚皮，烤成炭但保留药性，加入少许冰片吹入患处。
治疗牙齿腐蚀，因患骨槽风所致，并导致骨头穿透脸颊。
南星一枚。
挖空内部，放入一块雄黄，用白色的面糊封口固定，用火炙烤，等到雄黄熔化，用杯子扣住密封，冷却后去掉面糊，加入少许麝香，共同研磨细，涂抹在患处，数日痊愈。
治疗牙齿松动。
使用老鼠的头骨及老鼠牙齿，加盐炒至存性，研磨细擦患处，牙齿即可收固，最为坚固有利。
马曰：必须使用整只老鼠，连皮带肉烤枯保留药性，加入少许冰片，治疗虚火引起的牙痛，非常灵验，且能固齿，也是奇方。
拔牙立刻脱落。

悬挂在无猫狗及无风雨的地方，七日后，鱼身长出白毛，用鸡羽毛拂去，用膏药蘸取少许混合收集，每次遇到病牙，用少许膏药贴在患牙处，片刻即落，用干净的汤水漱口。
马曰：拔牙灵验。
Treats sore throat caused by heat syndromes.
Collect seven wall wasp nests containing larvae and two old nests in the sixth and seventh lunar months. Tie them securely with hair. Melt 7 fen of alum, dip the tied nests into the molten alum to coat thoroughly, roast over a lamp until fully dried, grind into powder, and insufflate into the throat for immediate cure.
Treats dental gangrene (Ya Gan), characterized by swollen and red gums, as well as oral and pharyngeal conditions.
Borax (Pengsha), Realgar Essence (Xiongjing), Coptis Rhizome (Chuanlian), Child's Tea (Ercha), Human Bone Ash (Renzhongbai), Borneol (Bingpian), Mint (Bohe), Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai) (all in equal parts), Large Pearl (Dapozhu) (half dose).
Grind each ingredient into an extremely fine powder. Apply with a knife tip or insufflate into the affected area for immediate effect.
Treats rapid-progressing dental gangrene (Zouma Ya Gan), where rot spreads to the cheek, presenting a dangerous condition.
One red date, pitted.
Insert one grain of red arsenic (Pi) the size of a soybean into the date, tie securely with silk thread, roast on a tile until smoke ceases. Remove, extinguish in a covered container, cool, and grind finely. Add 1 fen of Borneol, grind again, and insufflate for rapid effect. It also promotes rapid tissue regeneration for long-standing ulcers.
Treats Tongchi Shuang San.
Scrape the skin from the front hooves of a white horse, roast into charcoal while preserving its medicinal properties, add a small amount of Borneol, and insufflate.
Treats tooth erosion caused by alveolar osteomyelitis (Gu Cao Feng), leading to bone penetration through the cheek.
One Arisaema Rhizome (Nanxing).
Hollow out the center, insert a piece of Realgar (Xionghuang), seal with white flour paste, and roast over fire until the Realgar melts. Cover immediately with a cup to collect fumes, cool, remove the paste, add a small amount of Musk (Shexiang), grind together into a fine powder, and apply to the affected area. Cure within several days.
Treats loose teeth.
Use rat skull and rat teeth, stir-fry with salt until preserved in nature (Cunxing), grind finely, and rub on the gums to stabilize teeth firmly.
Ma states: Use a whole rat, including skin and flesh, roast until dry but preserve medicinal properties. Add a small amount of Borneol. This treats toothache due to deficiency-fire, is highly effective, strengthens teeth, and is considered a miraculous prescription.
Tooth extraction causing immediate detachment.
One live crucian carp (approx. 500g/10 liang); 1 qian of white arsenic (Bipi), placed inside the fish's abdomen.
Hang in a place free from cats, dogs, wind, and rain. After seven days, white mold will grow on the fish body. Brush off with chicken feathers. Mix a small amount of the collected substance with ointment. For a diseased tooth, apply a small amount of this mixture to the affected tooth; it will fall out shortly. Rinse mouth with clean water.
Ma states: Highly effective for tooth extraction.
