治瘰 敷药。
樟脑 腰黄（各等分）
共研细末，麻油调敷，每日以荆芥根煎汤洗。
治遍身癞疥疮毒，并治阴囊痒、绣球风。
硫黄（一两） 铁锈（一钱） 红砒（六分）
共研极细如面，以葱汁调和，涂入大碗内，勿使浓薄，以碗覆于瓦上，取艾置碗下熏药
，熏
干，敲碗声与空碗声无异为度，将药刮下，再研极细，临用以右手中指罗门，拈满香油，在
包内粘药，涂入左手心中，两手合掌数摩，只有药气，不见药形，以两手掌擦疮，每日早晚
二次，三日扫光，再擦三四日，永不复发。
治癞疥，脓窠间杂者。
吴茱萸（焙） 硫黄（各等分）
研极细如面，照前合掌散法，以香油蘸药，入左手心，合掌磨擦，每日二次。愈后再擦
三四日，不发。
治脓窠坐板，湿毒 疮，猴狲疳等症。
炒透东丹 皮硝（各一两） 硫黄 雄精（各三钱） 轻粉（一钱）
共为细末，入洞天嫩膏调敷，外以棉纸掩绑，不可动揭，五日后揭下，再敷一二次痊愈
。如湿毒痒极，先以金银散敷上，次以前膏加敷。
治恶疮极痒。
硫黄（一两，入铜器内化熔） 银朱（五钱，入硫搅和）
离火倒油纸上，冷透，取研极细，滴醋调敷止痒。如破烂烂孔极痒者，白蜜调敷。
治蜡梨疮。
独核肥皂（分开去核，以洋糖填入） 巴豆仁（每 加二粒半）
将皂仍旧合好，扎紧泥裹，入火 ，取出去泥研细，加入轻粉、槟榔末各八分，再研，
香油调敷。剃头后以滚灰汤洗，以药敷，至愈乃止。
治疗瘰疬的敷药。

共同研磨至极细如面粉状，用葱汁调和，涂抹在大碗内，注意厚度不要过厚或过薄，用碗覆盖在瓦片上，将艾草置于碗下熏制药材，直到药材熏干，敲击碗的声音与空碗声音无异为止，将药刮下，再次研磨至极细，使用时用右手中指指腹蘸满香油，粘取药粉放入包内，涂在左手心中，双手合掌摩擦数次，只闻到药气而看不见药形，用两手掌擦拭疮口，每天早晚各一次，三天即可清除干净，再擦拭三四天，永不复发。
治疗癞疥，脓窠间杂的情况。
吴茱萸（焙干）、硫黄（各取等量）
研磨至极细如面粉状，按照前述合掌散的方法，用香油蘸取药物，放入左手心，双手合掌磨擦，每天两次。痊愈后再擦拭三四天，不再发作。
治疗脓窠坐板、湿毒疮、猴狲疳等症状。
炒透的东丹、皮硝（各一两）、硫黄、雄精（各三钱）、轻粉（一钱）
共同制成细末，加入洞天嫩膏调和敷用，外用棉纸覆盖并绑紧，不可随意揭动，五日后揭下，再敷一两次即可痊愈。如果湿毒瘙痒剧烈，先用金银散敷上，然后再用上述药膏加敷。
治疗恶疮极度瘙痒。
硫黄（一两，放入铜器内熔化）、银朱（五钱，放入硫黄中搅拌混合）
离开火源倒在油纸上，冷却透彻，取出研磨至极细，滴醋调和敷用以止痒。如果是破烂烂孔极度瘙痒者，用白蜜调和敷用。
治疗蜡梨疮。
独核肥皂（分开去核，填入洋糖）、巴豆仁（每颗肥皂加二粒半）
将肥皂重新合好，扎紧后用泥包裹，放入火中烧制，取出后去掉泥土研磨细，加入轻粉、槟榔末各八分，再次研磨，用香油调和敷用。剃头后用滚灰汤清洗，然后敷药，直到痊愈为止。
Treatment for scrofula (lymphatic tuberculosis) topical application.
Borneol, Yao Huang (each in equal parts).
Grind together into fine powder, mix with sesame oil for topical application. Wash daily with a decoction of Schizonepeta root.
Treatment for generalized leprosy-like sores and toxic skin diseases, as well as pruritus scroti and "embroidered ball wind" (scrotal dermatitis).
Sulfur (1 liang), Iron Rust (1 qian), Red Arsenic (6 fen).
Grind extremely finely like flour. Mix with green onion juice, spread evenly inside a large bowl without being too thick or thin. Cover the bowl with a tile, place mugwort underneath the bowl to fumigate the medicine. Continue until the medicine is dry; the sound when tapping the bowl should be identical to that of an empty bowl. Scrape off the medicine, grind again extremely finely. For use, dip the right middle finger's fingerprint area in sesame oil, pick up the medicine, place it in the left palm, rub palms together several times until only the medicinal aroma is perceived but no visible form remains. Rub the affected areas with both palms, twice daily (morning and evening). The lesions will clear in three days. Continue rubbing for another three to four days to prevent recurrence permanently.
Treatment for leprosy-like sores mixed with pustular nests.
Evodia Fruit (roasted), Sulfur (each in equal parts).
Grind extremely finely like flour. Follow the previous "palms-rubbing powder" method: dip in sesame oil, place in the left palm, and rub palms together. Twice daily. After healing, continue rubbing for three to four days to prevent recurrence.
Treatment for pustular crusts on sitting surfaces, damp-toxin sores, and monkey-chancre (infantile syphilis-like lesions).
Thoroughly fried Dong Dan (Red Lead), Mirabilite (each 1 liang), Sulfur, Realgar (each 3 qian), Calomel (1 qian).
Grind into fine powder. Mix with Dongtian Tender Ointment for topical application. Cover externally with cotton paper and bind tightly; do not peel off. After five days, remove and reapply one or two more times for recovery. If damp-toxin causes extreme itching, first apply Jinyin San, then overlay with the aforementioned ointment.
Treatment for malignant sores with extreme itching.
Sulfur (1 liang, melted in a copper vessel), Silver Cinnabar (5 qian, stirred into the sulfur).
Pour onto oil paper away from heat source. Once completely cooled, grind extremely finely. Mix with vinegar for topical application to stop itching. For broken, ulcerated sores with extreme itching, mix with white honey for topical application.
Treatment for wax-pear sores.
Single-kernel Soapberry (split open, pit removed, filled with refined sugar), Croton Seed Kernel (2.5 kernels per soapberry).
Reassemble the soapberry, tie tightly, wrap in mud, and bake in fire. Remove, discard mud, and grind finely. Add Calomel and Areca Nut Powder (each 8 fen), and grind again. Mix with sesame oil for topical application. After shaving the head, wash with hot ash water, then apply the medicine. Continue until healed.
